Cell, Horror Perfected; How's this for a Cell Rp?

Just a little rp I did for another game, where I just started as Cell. Criticism/Comments would be appreciated.

Cell padded along the streets of the city, looking for any power he might have missed. Other than the strange sound of his feet on the ground, Cell was surrounded by utter silence. Tens of thousands of corpses littered the streets, rats and birds picking at the dried, empty flesh.

Spearing a bird on his tail and sucking the energy out of it, Cell tossed it away, disappointed. Such small prey was hardly worth the effort put into capturing it. Taking a moment to calculate his power gain, Cell judged himself at just under a million, and impressive increase over the small power he'd had just yesterday. As his tail twitched hungrily behind him, Cell decided it was time to test this new strength.

Bringing his hands behind his body, Cell ignited a ball of blue Ki in his hands, slowly pumping more of his energy into it. When he was satisfied with the size of the ball, Cell slid his back foot further, slowly bringing his hands forward. "Ka-me-ha-me-ha," Cell said quickly, firing the attack into an empty building. The Ki exploded inside, traveling upwards and outwards, windows screaming as they shattered, spraying glass hundreds of feet as the Kamehameha wave traveled through it.

The tall building groaned, as its supports slowly gave, and it began falling, almost as if in vengeance, directly towards Cell, who watched it, unmoving. Cell was buried underneath tons of cement, steel, and various other debris, the city roaring as the sounds of the dying building echoed down the alleys and roads.

A lady slowly peeked out of her hiding place in a closet in a clothing store, walking into the open. As the dust settled and the monster did not come from the wreckage, she turned and signaled to her two children who were still in the closet. The older of the two, a 17 year old boy named Thomas, looked at the twisted metal, laughing. "So, the beast killed itself, did it? Glaring at her son, the woman grabbed her children's hands and began running. She was stopped as her son pulled himself free, running at the building, spitting on it, and kicking the rubble, cursing the loss of so many he'd held dear.

The woman began walking away, confident that her son would follow, picking up her little girl, Dorris and calling him, saying there would be time to grieve later, but for now, they had to get away. Growing impatient, she turned around and saw her son looking at her, hovering several feet in the air. A slight trickle of blood oozed from the corner of his mouth, and the mother saw a small yellow point protruding from Thomas' chest. The woman collapsed to her knees, sobbing as her son was drained of life right in front of her, holding her little girl, the only person she had left in the world because of the demon.

Her son was tossed to the side, mutilated, his body cracking on the curb, bone easily piercing the frail skin. There was a wrenching, screeching sound as part of the debris lifted up, and the horror known as Cell emerged from the destruction, smiling wickedly, walking towards the woman, who held her baby behind her in a pathetic attempt at defending her. Moving faster than the average human eye could see, Cell appeared beside the woman, who turned away. As she did, Cell lifted two of his fingers, a violet beam coming forth. Dorris made a slight squeaking sound, and was silent, red stains appearing on her clothing.

The woman screamed, the last strands of her sanity snapping, as she set down her poor baby, charging at Cell, attacking him. The monster did nothing as the woman's fists and feet began to bleed as a result of striking such a powerful being. The woman felt a sharp prick at her throat as Cell's tail penetrated, draining her vitality. She sank to her knees as she weakened, thankful for the small mercy of joining her children soon. But it was not to be. Before she reached the dying point, the tail stopped it's vampiric touch, and Cell walked away towards the bodies of Dorris and Thomas.

The woman could only watch helplessly as the corpses of her children were picked up and put next to each other in front of a ruined restaurant almost a block away from her. The monster glowed green for several long moments, and a wave of energy came from it's entire body. No words could describe the agony the woman felt as her children were utterly disintegrated, not even giving her the right to bury her kids. Lacking the energy to cry, she wept inside as Cell looked at her again, seemingly thinking. Turning away, the engineered terror walked away, leaving her alone in a city of death.

*music starts playing*

Sitting on this barstool talking like a damn fool
Got the twelve o'clock news blues
And I've given up hope on the afternoon soaps
And a bottle of cold brew
Is it any wonder I'm not crazy? Is it any wonder I'm sane at all
Well I'm so tired of losing- I got nothing to do and all day to do it
I go out cruisin' but I've no place to go and all night to get there
Is it any wonder I'm not a criminal?
Is it any wonder I'm not in jail?
Is it any wonder I've got

Too much time on my hands, it's ticking away with my sanity
I've got too much time on my hands, it's hard to believe such a calamity
I've got too much time on my hands and it's ticking away from me
Too much time on my hands, too much time on my hands
Too much time on my hands

Well, I'm a jet fuel genius - I can solve the world's problems
Without even trying
I have dozens of friends and the fun never ends
That is, as long as I'm buying
Is it any wonder I'm not the president
(He's not the president)
Is it any wonder I'm null and void?
Is it any wonder I've got

Too much time on my hands, it's ticking away at my sanity
I've got too much time on my hands, it's hard to believe such a calamity
I've got too much time on my hands and it's ticking away from me
Too much time on my hands, too much time on my hands
Too much time on my hands
