Well...I never really ended this, but here's an RP from an older DBZ RPG.

Ryu exhaled deeply as he kicked the dust beneath his feet. The stars were clearly shining brightly and the moon was showing - not a full moon, only a small portion of the moon was within sight. Even the quarter of the moon that was showing, however, was very rare and on very few occasions could such a thing be seen.

He had been traveling about the "New-Vegeta" Battleground as of late. He wasn't entirely sure why he was there, or what caused him to stay there, but it was like he felt at home. The destroyed buildings, rubble, and debris scattered across the ground seemed to allure him in a way unbeknownst to him. It brought him on the edge of bliss - he was standing on the grounds where countless Saiyans sacrificed their lives for superiority of the Races and where even more Tsfuru-Jin crumbled beneath their might.

It wasn't atypical to hear large sums of noise at night while in the "New-Vegeta" battlegrounds. Numerous Tsfuru-Jin had survived the war and stayed at their homes, making underground encampments and above-ground anti-Saiyan coalitions. Typically, the Saiyans would ignore the noise, as Saiyans clearly outmatched the Tsfuru-Jin in physical strength - the Tuffles were useless without their high-tech laboratories and equipment, nearly every bit of which had been salvaged by the Saiyans in barbaric raids.

Ryu's state of bliss was disrupted by a ki-blast which had only slightly avoided his face - one which could have easily decimated him. By reflex, he jumped backwards to avoid anymore incoming blasts, noting a figure's shadow. He clearly wasn't among the coy Tsfuru-Jin as he stood nearly in the open, his only protection being the shadow provided by building ruins and the clothes on his back.

Ryu himself wasn't much of a master of Ki. He had trained with it often but was unable to form powerful attacks that would do significant damage. His training did, however, teach him the manipulation of ki. He could backfire it and redirect it - to an extent of course. He had seen numerous blasts fired by Saiyan Royalty that traveled at such high speeds that he would not have been able to react to them, had he been the one fired at.

As was typical, the Tsfuru-Jin fired another volley of ki attacks - all of which had been redirected harmlessly to surrounding territory as Ryu jumped backwards once more. Atypically, however, the Tuffle fired his blasts in a seperate pattern every time he fired - more commonly, a Tsfuru-Jin will use the same pattern over and over, trying to prove their worth versus a Saiyan in physical battle.

A Dark Blue Aura lit up the shadowy wall that the Tsfuru-Jin had been leaning against. Ryu took a sharp look at his opponent, doing his best to note a physical flaw that he could expose and abuse. Once more, he typically could easily spot an apparent weakness, but in this opponent, there seemed to be one. No matter how many times Ryu's eyes clawed over his opponent, no weakness had opened up - Ryu swallowed hard in preparation for the battle ahead.

This opponent had both Saiyan and Tsfuru-Jin characteristics - clearly a merge between the two races - one of Nature's failures. His light-blue tail swung from side to side and his yellow vestments heaved about in the wind. His short, spikey hair led to a dark blue pair of cataract-covered eyes. He was clearly below Ryu's height, but had a more toned core and physical buiild. Ryu scrambled for a witty remark to throw at his opponent before battle, but could not as he moved his mouth wordlessly.

His opponent smirked as he glared at him in return, apparantly playing defensive. Ryu had faced numerous opponents like this before - they would lure the Saiyan in and play defensively, frustrating him as much as possible. They would then abuse their rage to try and gain the upper hand to finish their opponent. Ryu entered his defensive stance and nodded towards had his opponent.

It seemed like Aeons had passed while the two glared at each other, realizing they had gotten a whole lot more then they bargained for.

In an attempt to strike down Ryu by catching him offguard, the Tsfuru-Jin tossed a volley of ki blasts at him once more. Had Ryu attempted to block the blasts, the Tuffle would have been able to sneak through the cloud of dust unnoticed and slay him. Ryu had, however, sidestepped the blasts, in an attempt to avoid fatality.

The Tsfuru-Jin proved very physical as he quickly finessed his body off the ground after he missed his target by swinging his leg around, legsweeping Ryu. A large "thump" was heard from far away as Ryu landed on his back, grunting, viewing the Tsfuru-Jin above him as a smirk crawled onto the monsters face. He raised his leg, ready to stomp on the Saiyan, in an attempt to decimate him before the fight had really begun. Ryu shook his head, cleared his mind, and instinctively rolled towards the Tsfuru-Jin's leg, tripping him so that he landed on the ground on his stomach.

Seizing the opportunity, Ryu grabbed the back of his opponent's shirt and tossed him into the wall of a nearby building, causing blood to trickle across several minor cuts and scratches on his body.

It hadn't been a particularly long fight, but it seemed the Tsfuru-Jin was tired and ready to give up. Ryu avoided powering up to his max and wasting his energy by beginning a physical onslaught on his opponent.

The Tsfuru-Jin managed well against the flurry of punches and kicks thrust at him, but horribly failed to block the cupped fists brought down upon his skull. Ryu smirked in satisfaction as he lightly kicked the monster's arm with his leg, testing to see if he was still alive. Ryu began to turn after noting no reaction, but nearly lost conciousness as he was pulled downwards by his ankle and thrust into the ground. The two opponents laid on the ground, adjacent to each other for several seconds, resting, catching their breath, and bracing themselves for the next onslaught. After the two had finally stood up, they spent even more time in a "stare-down," looking for weakness as it seemed both fighters were running out of ideas. Ryu was caught offguard as the Tsfuru-Jin charged forward this time, swinging at random at his opponent.

Must be the Saiyan Rage kicking in.... Ryu noted as the Failure of Nature missed him numerous times. In an attempt at fatal blow, his opponent distorted his fist with a large ball of ki and thrust it at Ryu's chest. Almost by reflex, Ryu rammed his cupped hand forward to catch the incoming attack. The Tsfuru-Jin's face transformed into a twisted, demented abnormality of pain as Ryu squeezed his opponent's fist in his hand, hearing numerous cracks as the bones within shattered. The opponent fell to the floor, bleeding heavily at his fist and panting. Ryu let down his guard.

"I can't kill you." Ryu remarked.

"A Fighter of your talent belongs with the rest of your race...." He smirked.

So that we can slay you all like helpless pigs simultaneously.... Ryu smiled at his own mental comment.

Ryu's grin died as he turned his back on the opponent, walking away towards resting grounds.

A strange, unfamiliar voice fluttered through Ryu's ears.

"Shoulda killed me while you could."

With that, he heard a large thump - the clangor that metal makes - on the back of his head and grunted as he lost conciousness.

~~~
Muffled noises and the and blurred vision gradually found their place within Ryu. He scouter about the area with his blurred vision, unable to make out any of the surroundings, though he was already sure he was in an encampment of the Tsfuru-Jin. It took him several minutes to realize he was bound by his hands a feet with hardened wiring - hard enough to contain a Saiyan. Several seconds more passed before he realized the same wiring was wound around his head and through his mouth, to muffle any noise he might make. The blood rushed from his head as a Tuffle with steel-toe boots knocked him with medium force on the side of his head with his foot. Ryu grunted, but the noise was uninterpretable beneath the wire wrapped around his mouth.
His vision slowly cleared as his suspicions became reality. Every which way he looked, there was at least 1 Tsfuru-Jin. There were numerous tents nearby, and campfires in the distance, signalling that there were more. Many of them were glaring at him with intense hatred - a few on them even gave "physical" signs of their emotions towards him. Only a handful showed a sympathetic look, but those were only the Tuffles who were either incapable of fighting or were too young.
"So...what should we do with him?" One Tsfuru-Jin standing nearby interrogated another.
"Ehh....we'll ask the boss. I'm not very partial to torture. If it was up to me, we'd kill him fast and get it over with." The Tuffle remarked.
"But then again....it's not my choice." He snickered as he turned to Ryu.
"'Eyy! The little bugger's awake!" He smirked as he fisted his stomach half-intensely.
"Hope we didn't scare you with all that talk of killing you." The other Tuffle remarked, showing a smile from ear to ear. Ryu would spit out at the disgusting sight of unclean, undecent dark brown teeth, if the wires were not wrapped around his mouth.
The two continued to abuse Ryu physically - not that he minded, he was in far too much shock to feel any pain. At one point, one of them had attempted to grab his privates, at which point he had reacted by rolling over. If he couldn't save his body, at least he could save his dignity.
Ryu shook his head from side to side after one of the two guards slapped him on the back before a tent slowly unzipped. Everybody in the encampment froze as a disgrace of nature continued on his way out - the warrior that Ryu had battled earlier was the leader of the encampment.
The steel-tipped boots made a "tap-tap" noise as Ryu realized that the Tuffle had knocked him out using his boots. The leader lowered himself by bending his knees and resting his arms on his thighs until he was face-to-face with Ryu.
"Like what I've done with the place?" He smirked at his question, knowing that Ryu couldn't respond. Ryu grunted and glared back at the scratchy-voiced warrior ahead of him.
"Yeah, those d**n decorators still haven't showed up. But you wait, when they do, this place is gonna look brand spankin' new." He remarked, a smile laden upon his face. He stood up and began to walk away.
"M...Master Kiroshima...?" One young Tuffle spoke, clearly equipped as a fighter new to the battlefield. The leader of the camp - apparently a "Mister Kiroshima" - turned to the one who had spoken to him.
"Yes?" Kiroshima asked.
"Well...umm....."
"Spit it out, boy!!!"
"W....What should we do with the Saiyan." The boy asked as Ryu made the observation that Kiroshima was a feared leader.
Kiroshima made a light grunt, pulling his deformed hand out of his jacket and holding it up for the crowd to see.
"This....This is the power of a true Saiyan." He remarked.
"What would you do to the Saiyan who incapacitated your hand. I'm puttin' you in charge on this one." Kiroshima spoke the guards, who responded with a simple head-nod.
These guys clearly aren't the cream of the crop as far as the Tsfuru-Jin warriors go. Ryu pondered before viewing the wounds on his body.
Still, I s'pose they get the job done....bu- Ryu's train of thought was cut short by a slap on the back of his head.
"So...how do you wanna go buddy? Perhaps we can just nuke him...." One fighter remarked, preparing a ball of ki in his hand.
"Nah....let's make it slow....."
"But that wouldn't be humane!! It would be barbaric!"
"Did you see what he did to Master Kiroshima's hand? He deserves the same treatment he shows to others....." Ryu swallowed hard as none of the other objected or even spoke.
Ryu had no choice but to receive the beating, many of the wounds bruising or gushing blood on contact. Every punch, kick, slap, and shove, however, pushed him a little bit closer to the edge. It wasn't until they began sending little bolts of ki that would sting, but do no physical damage, that he stepped over. His aura began to flail up, but in their excitement, the Tsfuru-Jin had not even noticed.
"mmmmmm" Ryu grunted until his wires, muffling his voice so that it was too quiet for anybody else to hear.
The Tuffle jumped about, drinking and throwing their bottles at Ryu.
"mmMMM" Ryu grunted slightly louder so that several of the Tuffle had stopped after hearing it.
"ERAH!" An enraged and frustrated Ryu cried as his great aura surrounded nearly everybody nearby, killing few and damaging many, as well as destroying his bonds. His rage induced him to target one person at a time, slay him, and move on to the next. Ryu bulleted out of the encampment, leaving a mass of corpses piled near the fires.
It took him quite some time, but he finally made it back to the streets of the New-Vegeta battlegrounds, let out a great cry, and fell unconcious once more in the streets of the battle-induced debris...
Yeah, I figured someone would say that. I'm gonna stick to casual, weekend RPing, rather than 2 hour sessions everyday. Hopefully, I won't blow-out as fast this way.
