if you currently have an item you are building, and decide to travel to a new planet, is the progress on that item just paused for the week you travel? or is all progress lost? i think completion should just be delayed that week imho. |

There is no such thing as putting anything on hold. All progress would be lost. |

Really? Why? It seems if you start a project, the item wouldn't just turn into nothing if you stopped working on it. It would merely sit there until you decided to continue the building process, just a thought though. |

i, for once, will totally agree with alex on this hands down. say you are building a space ship, but you wish to travel. how then are you going to put all the parts you have worked onto a ship, and then travel to another planet and finish it? much less complicated to say you can not do it, then to go back and find which items you can build, and which items you cant build while on certain ships. |

Why not just make the rule where you have to finish your project on the same planet, other wise it becomes voided after so long? |

well, take the Super Weighted Clothing or Super Italic Weights. each of them takes 4 weeks to build, and they don't take up any room. now a saiyan space pod takes 3 weeks, and is much larger and complex than either of those 2 items. the pod has only enough room for its occupant, so building would be out. but what about the saiyan warship that can accomodate tons of people and extra ships? surely someone could find a corner to build their scouter in. however, i don't foresee any alteration to the rule any time soon, if ever, so it doesn't really matter i guess. |

It's not the principle of building weighted clothing that prohibits you from holding off on something. It's a game mechanic designed to let you get items for "free", but having to wait. You're thinking of it more literal than it really is. |

While I agree with your statement, realism seems pretty striven for around here. |

You can realistically scribe your clothes for strength in real life? I'd say... there's not much realism. |

There are some people who would disagree with that. |

Well obviously it's a fantasy based game, but when it comes to healing after a battle, that's realistic. Not being to build or work after being a battle, come on, everyone here knows realism thrives in the rules & updates. Anyway, no one is going to budge on this anyway, I just wanted to bring out some points. |
