Just a general topic.

Do we have some workoutees on here? I know I do lol...Pretty sure no-one is of Saiyan fitness, strength and speed...but well ya' know..if you do what do you do? How often? Etc etc.

I put my italic weights on my legs and arms when I go in the pool, I think trying your damndest not to drown is a good workout.

Martyrs are only what you make of them...
I do an old kick boxing routine a buddy of mine taught me. Basically, it is hell incarnate.

1 full round (3 minutes) of each different type of punch and kick, alternating each arm/leg per round.

i.e.

3 min left jabs
3 min right jabs
3 min left straight
etc.

Once you do this for about 2 months you can throw on some 5lb wrist and ankle weights, then bump it to 10, then 15, etc.

Works like a charm.

Hmm, that sounds decent, I will have to give that a go.

Unfortunately for me I don't have a Gym near me and the heaviest weights I possess are 5kg ones.
So my daily hour long routine consists of:

Press ups
Bicep Curls
Tricep Dips
Shoulder press
Sit ups

Due to the weight the Bicep and Shoulder exercises really only work on tone and muscular endurance, but the others build up more and produce more muscular strength.

I used to do martial arts too, but had to quite <_<, but when I go to College (September), I will go to the Gym there and join some martial art classes as well as try and find an MMA class.

Just old fashion running, push ups, sit ups and crunches.

This will take the form of my roadwork on some regular basis, jog for 20 minuets, shadowbox, sprint for 5-10, shadowbox, 20 minuet jog back

5 lb wrist weight, 5lb ankle weights, 20 lb weighted vest. It sounds harsh but you get used to it, other then this other then this im lazy as hell thoe.

I do actually go into the pool with my weights on. It's quite exhilarating. I also do some pushups once in a while. I can't run or walk long distance tho, so mostly I do upper body when I get a chance.

I'm actually going to try a new workout tomorrow.
The first one is one that kills the abs, i've got good abs (Cough 8 pack Cough), but this one apparently is a bastard lol, will be exciting.

The other one I can't do as I don't have the correct equipment yet (Pull up bar and some equipment that allows shoulder dips)

My workout routine: stomach
1.50 curls
2.50 sit ups
3.50 push ups

15lb weights: arms
1. 50 punches each arm
2. 25 reps for biceps (probably spelled wrong)
3. 50 reps for tricepts/shoulders (baisicly 25ea)

Legs:
Short distance sprints
Kicks (roundhouse, jump, some others)

I also play soccer, baseball and basketball

Remember this-Im 12, this is pretty harsh for someone my age, like Yamcha said you get used to it

Currently just 23 1/2 hours of being lazy then 1/2 hour of walking up and down the hills of seattle which I will say are a hell lol. But in about a month I will be hitting the gym for about an hour or so. Also gonna once again get back into martial arts.

Squats
Push-ups
Lunges
Jumping Jacks
Mountain Climbers
Angled Push ups

and occasionally i hit the weight room but this is mainly for losing weight i need to get my six pack for summer :lol:

Pan I think you're hella funny!

As for working out, I'm not a regular on that one, pilates is great though! They have pole dancing classes to help lose weight and tone up, how friggin cool is that?
I wish the strippers here would take those classses so they're not just walking around taking their clothes off lol

(I doubt you'd want to pole dance though GJ hahaha)

But seriously pilates works wonders!

OM NOM NOM. Yessss.

I'm pretty active. I do a lot of dancing, running, and I play a good amount of sports. I lovelovelove it.

Right now I'm not on any real workout regime. I quit my summer lax league 'cause they sucked -- but I'm going to pick up something soon. When I'm training to keep up my current level of fitness, I'll usually run 3 mi. 5x/week, xtrain 3x/week, and do either yoga or tai chi every other day.

BUT I'M NOT DOIN' SHIT RIGHT NAO.

By the way Windy, Pilates is jawesome.
