Would Guide: Adel's Technique Mastery decrease their SP usage?
And can henchmen learn Passive techniques too once they reach level 10?

Any henchmen that can level up will acquire the passives yes but I'm thinking of limiting them to acquiring one passive and it would have to be one of the +% to a stat ones. As for decreasing SP usage, I'm not sure on that one. What do people in general want in regards to that?

I don't really know about the SP thing. I'm just going to say, it's just one SP difference.

But that one sp helps a lot for officers, they have a sp cap. So if you can minimize their sp usage they can learn more moves

It would really help having my officer learn fundamentals for 2 SP because of the SP cap.

25 SP isn't much whenever an Advanced Technique generally cost 15-18 SP a pop. I say allow the Guide to work for them, helping them get maybe one or two more Fundamentals.

i agree, let them have it, let officers have it. Or increase their move list to something like 1 advanced and 5 fundamental techniques.

Then for underlings, limit them to 5 fundamental.

Okay then the official answer would be they can use the guide and henchmen can also gain one passive at level 10 (Graceful, Street Fighter or Die Hard).

I think that Officer's should be given a slightly higher SP cap.
Officers are really just underlings you can move abouts and use by yourself, but that's the only difference really. A higher SP cap could mean learning an Advanced Tech, which would really set an officer apart from an underling.

I've taught mine 3 funds. and now that's 12SP out the window, with 13SP left. If the cap was raised just a little, it would be better, in my opinion :]
