It was a nice day in Namek. Nail was meditating, doing particularly nothing after the incident with his evil side, Reptile, going on the loose and demolishing villages and areas in Namek. Nail was able to feel something else threatened Namek, but he did feel he won't be meeting it for the time being, it seemed to be a pretty strong 'something'. Although it may have been threatening Namek even today, Nail decided to set off and simply guard Guru's life for the time being and listen to whatever he tells him. Probably sooner or later, Guru will tell Nail to take care of this incident, and Nail would probably be more than glad to do so. But for those moments, Nail only waited for something to come. Might be an endangering for Guru, which is the worst case, might also be an invasion of aliens, which is what Nail wanted to see for a while now. He also learned a new technique from Guru, and why wouldn't he test it out on some enemy. This is the first Ki Blast Nail ever got to learn, but not the first Ki attack, as Dynamite Kick also involves using the Ki inside you to charge the attack, as Nail has done in most of his fights. Although, doing so made him waste more Ki, although making his strategy for last cases work perfectly. That attack took the form of a yellow blast, and although Nail wanted to test it out, he had the feeling he won't be able to do so today. Nail had a small vision that revealed to him about the close future in his small meditation process. He could see four Nameks standing in-front of him in different sizes and different looks, but all wearing the same equipment and clothes. They must be some sort of clan or something similar, Nail thought to himself. The pterodactyl that lives on Namek flew above Nail's head as he thought to himself. (Word Count: 330) |

Nail's meditation stopped all of the sudden, who knows why is that. In fact, he simply felt like something might happen anytime sooner, but not 'sooner' as in the next few minutes, but more like in the couple new seconds. He found out it was true, and something did happen. A messenger from Guru came to Nail soon after he stopped meditating, simply staring at the sky as he could feel the messenger's presence in the area. His arm was completely broken, and it didn't seem as if he could regenerate. His leg was bleeding heavily as well, noting it wasn't just a while ago, but he did regenerate his leg probably only by now, not being able to cut off his broken arm, or he will just cause himself some more damage. Nail could tell the man's condition only be feeling him around his aura, meaning that Namekian did have something special about it. The messenger's name was Sting, but Nail never knew that and just called him by the common word 'you'. He never even turned his head towards the man who was about to speak with him, he just listened to what he has to say after giving his own comment for him. Nail sighed before starting. "Need anything stranger? I don't really feel like fighting someone that severely injured, just so you'd know. Please leave me if that's what you came for." Sting never told the Namekian warrior his name, but simply started to give his report to the warrior, a report from Guru himself. "Rest assured, I didn't come here to battle. My injuries were formed of what you're about to meet young warrior. Come with into Guru's house and I'll explain in the way, it won't take so long." He said, being able to convince Nail to follow him into Guru's house and to listen to what he has to say to him. (Word Count: 318.) |

Nail was convinced to follow Guru's messenger, not knowing who he is, but only feels that he is on their side, and not just an impersonator. Most people might think that way because of his wounds, suggesting he isn't someone you should hang out with often, but Nail had no suspects held towards that guy. He knew he will lead him to Guru's house, and the reasons were because they were close to Guru's house, on top of the mountain, and because Nail already have seen this guy performing a delivering message for Guru. And so, as the two started walking towards Guru's house, getting there in around a few seconds, the messenger started to explain his reason for calling Nail out of the blue. "Guru sent me to inform you of a small training progress you're supposed to pass right now. The truth is, he sends every each one of the warriors in Namek to go through this program. You could say I unfortunately went through this as well... And see what happened for yourself." As the messenger was talking, Nail listened carefully to every word he said. It might be that he'll end up in the same situation as he is if he won't pay attention to all details, however, there wasn't much time to explain all the details to the Namekian warrior. They soon arrived at Guru's floor after taking the normal way up - the elevating floor. Surely one would blast the window and burst in, but the Nameks would never commit such a thing. Nail stood in-front of his master and then bowed. He stayed bent on his knee, waiting to hear out what Guru was to say to him. As he thought, the greeting was the usual, simply greeting Nail and informing him of something important that's about to be told. (Word Count: 306.) |
