Babosa looked at the building before him. None were as large or as important as this one on all of Namek, this was well known by all Namekians, even if over half othe population never arrived before it, Babosa included.

A Namekian, one of the few warriors that Namek spawned considering their docile nature, stood in front of the building, giving Babosa a glare that said if he were to try to approach the building with any thought on attacking those inside, he'd be torn apart.

"Something wrong with your eyes? I'd be more than willing to rip them out for you so you can generate a new set" Babosa asked, trying to size up the Namekian. He was tired of being seen as weaker than others, and was hoping that talking large would make himself seem stronger.

The Namekian was unimpressed by Babosa's words, and didn't even give him a ticked off growl. There was no need to though. Babosa quickly felt his fellow Namekian's power level flare, his eyes widening in shock. The guardian before him was far stronger than him. If he wanted to, he'd be more than able to kill Babosa.

"Kizu, relax your power. I have asked this child to come here, let him in" a voice from within the building beckoned.

The Namekian, apparently named Kizu, immediately dropped his power level to the same level he had before and stepped aside, the door behind him immediately opening for Babosa.

As Babosa entered the building, Kizu said something. "You can be disrespectful to me, but utter a single word that is a fraction of an insult to Elder Guru and I will rip that sharp tongue of yours out of your mouth"

Babosa kept silent. He knew that if he tried to do anything like he had before and he'd just look worse.

The door shut as soon as Babosa was inside the building. It was peculiar, he couldn't see the fabled Guru anywhere. It looked very plain too.

"The center of the room my child, please stand there" the same voice from before commanded, only it was coming from up above. Looking up, Babosa saw a hole that likely led to another room, one where he would likely see Elder Guru.

Following the directions given to him, Babosa walked forward, standing at the center of the room. The floor began to lift up, carrying him to the room above.

Babosa stopped at the next floor, and was instantly surprised at what was before him.

Elder Guru, or so he assumed. A massive Namekian who stood, or rather sat, at a height that even dwarfed the warriors of the race. He seemed fat and wrinkled, but there was something about the being that Babosa knew earned respected. Like his voice, he held both a gentle and commanding nature.

Waiting patiently for Guru to speak, Babosa began to wonder what the Namekian summoned him for. Babosa wasn't the strongest Namekian, Kizu already showed that with a minor display of his power, although that didn't mean he was weak by any means. Still, he likely had no need for new guardians.

Could he have called him here because he sensed evil in Babosa? He knew he was already leaning toward a side considered far darker than the average Namekian, perhaps he wanted to make purge that inner evil. If only he'd speak!

"Zzzzzzz..."

Babosa's jaw dropped slightly. He was sleeping! The great Elder Guru was sleeping!

"Hey! Wake up!" Babosa shouted, but regretted doing so a second afterwards. Kizu's threat echoed in his head. Hopefully the guardian didn't hear him.

"Hmm? What? Who is it?" Guru asked as he awoke from his slumber.

"Babosa. You called me here"

"Hmm, Babosa... Right. I remember. Babosa, I have summoned you hear for an important reason" the Elder announced. "Like all my children, I have watched over you for many of years. You have trained for many of years with the intention to be strong. An intention that is noble as it stemmed from your desire to defend your fellow Namekian. However, I have noticed that you have branched away from your brothers"

Oh no! It was as Babosa had feared. Guru called him here to deal with the inner evil! While he doubted the Elder would have the evil 'purged' by letting Kizu have a got at him, he didn't want the older Namekian to mess with his attitude. He was strong because he let himself get darker. If that was removed now, he'd lose that drive to be strong and save the others.

"I'm afraid all your training has left you without the education that others have" Guru finally stated.

Confused, yet happy, Babosa said "Pardon?"

"Yes, I'm afraid that you don't have a proper education. This even includes how the average warrior of our species fights. So, to become stronger in body and mind, I want you to spend a day at one of our schools. I will even reward you for going"

"Hello and good day everyone" an elder Namekian, likely the leader of the village, greeted. "Before we begin today's lesson, I would like to introduce a special guest. Babosa, would you please stand up?"

Sighing, Babosa rose up from his position, sitting against a wall of a building. He had followed Guru's words and went to the class. He was uncomfortable with a few things about it though.

One, the class was held outside. While he didn't care too much about it, it left him exposed to all other Namekians. Two, he was larger than the other students. A lot. Physically, they were all equivalent to human children, while Babosa was like that of a teenager in appearance, or so he had been told. Still, the fact he was taller than a number of them was enough for him to feel odd.

"Babosa here has been instructed to take a class with us by Elder Guru, so please show him respect while he's here" the Namekian explained.

"Yes sir! Hello Babosa!" the class greeted in unison.

"Hm" Babosa grunted, not fully interested in their greeting.

Frowning a bit at Babosa's response, the elder said "Well, since you are the special guest today, I would like your help with all of our lessons today". Babosa's eye twitched. He was already learning a lesson, one that carried over from his meeting with Kizu. Don't act tough in front of people who may have something over you, whether it's power or teaching.

Sighing, Babosa walked over to the elder and asked "Whatever. What do we do first?"

Smiling, the elder said "Our first lesson of the day will be simple. A quick biology lesson. Do you know how a Namekian reproduces?"

"That's simple. We produce eggs that hatch into young Namekians"

"Correct. Now, do you know how a human reproduces?" the elder asked.

"... I... I don't know. The same way?" Babosa asked. The students behind him giggled, making Babosa scowl.

The elder laughed and said "Actually, that is correct". The students stopped laughing when they heard the elder say that Babosa was correct, something that surprised the warrior himself. "It's correct, but it's different. For us Namekians, we have asexual reproduction, where we need only ourselves. Humans produce in a different way as they have genders, male and female. Our eggs hatch outside our bodies, but for human females, it occurs within the body"

"Aaaaahhh". The students were impressed and interested.

"What makes a male different than a male?" a student asked.

"What makes a human different than a Namekian?" another student asked.

Laughing once more, the elder replied "I'll answer all your questions in time. And we'll get done even faster with Babosa here". The students cheered, confusing Babosa slightly. Seeing the confusion, the elder explained for him. "The children are young and curious. They want to know more than what they know now. Surely you've felt this way before"

Thinking back to his younger days, Babosa nodded. "Yeah, I have"

"Then lets fill your curiousity, and even restore some youthful vigor in you"

Babosa was surprised and intrigued. The class had covered biology, astronomy, math, language (Namekian and a few languages from Earth), and a few other small things. There were some things he had never even thought of before. As much as he hated to admit it, he was glad to have come to this class.

Looking up, Babosa squinted at two of the suns in the sky. Earlier there was only one, so time must have passed. "Looks like I've been here for a few hours now"

"Indeed, you have been" the elder stated from behind Babosa.

"So is class almost over? As much as I've learned, I've got a fee to collect from Elder Guru, along with some training I need to return to" Babosa asked.

Chuckling lightly, the elder said "Understandable, of course, if you leave now, you will miss out on the last lesson of today's class, so you wouldn't have earned whatever it is Elder Guru owes you"

Scowling, the warrior Namekian asked "What is it that's left?"

"Why, combat practice of course. I saved the best for last. I imagined that this would top the day off. The children showing you our fighting styles they've learned from previous classes, and you providing a nice opponent" the elder explained.

"I didn't need an explanation. Combat practice is something I've looked forward to. How do we start this off?" Babosa asked, stretching his limbs for the upcoming training.

"Well, since you have more experience, I was thinking you'd just face off with all the students that wanted to come at you"

"Fair enough. Be warned though, they get a bit rough and I'll show them some real strength" Babosa warned. The elder laughed and shook his head a bit.

"Alright kids, you heard Babosa. Have fun" the elder stated. Babosa was surprised as the students came at him from behind. He didn't even realize they were their. Either their power levels were still low or they had already been taught to suppress it.

Either way, they got the drop on him and knocked him over. Babosa let his power flare a bit, knocking them off so that he could get to his feet. "Quick little guys, aren't you? I won't let you get me again though"

The kids just laughed as they came at Babosa again. It was more like a game to them, especially since they knew Babosa wasn't going to really hurt them. Still, they did a few things that surprised Babosa.

Babosa jumped left and right, dodging the oncoming kids. They were too slow to catch him. Then, when another came at him, he felt himself stuck in place. Looking down, he saw a pair of hands latched on to his legs. The arms connected to the hands rose out of the ground, revealing one of the kids had shot their hands underground to attack him.

"Sneaky little-"

Before Babosa could finish, a child let loose a small blast from their fingers. The blast hit his eye, and while it did no lasting damage, it obscured Babosa's vision, leaving him wide open for a few kids to tackle him once more.

As the kids pinned Babosa to the ground, using all the strength in their little bodies to keep him there. What surprised Babosa the most is that they were succeeding.

Angered that these small children were taking him down so easily, Babosa let the thought that this was just a sparring match slip from his mind and let ki explode from his body, sending kids flying off him.

The one that had grabbed on to Babosa's legs still hadn't gotten thrown off yet, which prompted the Namekian to grab on to their arms and pull them forward. The child cried as they flew toward Babosa, scared at what might happen. As they should be, as Babosa placed his fist forward, ready to punch the young child.

"Babosa! What is the meaning of this!?"

Babosa's movements went slack, letting go of the child and letting his arms drop. The elder stood a small distance away, looking at him with anger. "This is combat practice, not actual combat! They're just children!"

Looking around, Babosa felt deep shame. The children were lying around, groaning from the attack Babosa had dealt them. Not able to deal with what he had done, Babosa took off.

Here he was, once more. Standing before Elder Guru's dwelling. Kizu once more glaring at him, a hint of disgust mixed in this time.

No words needed to be said though as Kizu stepped aside, the door to the building opening for Babosa to enter. Babosa knew well that Kizu had heard of what he had done at the school. He had a right to be disgusted with Babosa. He may not be the purest Namekian, but he was still a Namekian. Why, the reason he wasn't as pure was to help others of his race, and there he went, hurting young ones.

Babosa quickly walked in, happy to hear the door close behind him. His speed disappeared when it came to standing at the center of the room. He didn't want to see Guru yet. He wanted to be alone for a bit longer, at least after receiving that look from Kizu.

"Babosa. Would you please stand at the center of the room? I wish to discuss something urgent with you" Guru's voice echoed in the building.

Bowing his head, Babosa followed the instructions and proceeded to the center of the room, quickly being taken to the upper room. There, he was met with a surprise. Not just did Guru sit there, but the elder that taught the class stood before the large Namekian.

"Wh-what is he doing here?" Babosa asked, not wanting to see the man, especially so soon after what happened.

"He's here to confirm you attended class. He said you learned many of lessons, and taught a few as well. Yet, you didn't come to me for your reward, so he waited with me to make sure you received it" Guru explained.

"... Is this some kind of joke?"

"It's not a joke Babosa" the village elder insisted.

"Then why are you saying I should get the reward? I hurt innocent children!"

Guru gave a deep chuckle that filled Babosa with a warm feeling. "Babosa, you did hurt those children, but nothing serious. Furthermore, that incident taught you and them a lesson"

"A lesson? How did it teach anyone a lesson?" the green warrior asked.

"A lesson of the heart my child. You may not realize it now, but you were given a great gift of knowledge from that event" Guru answered.

"You and the children" the village elder agreed. "And despite what you may think, none of them are angry about what happened. In fact, they wanted to know if you would attend another class some time"

Turning away from the older Namekians, Babosa just said "I... I may consider it"
