Jai somehow wandered into the Morocco Airport, he was wandering around aimlessly. After all of his training with Master Roshi, he felt he had gotten much stronger and he desperately wanted a place to test it out. However, the people around this place were too weak to fight him. He was so desperate for a fight he even asked the receptionist to fight him. Which of course hadn’t been a good idea, because she had called the guards with automatic machine guns out to battle. When Jai defeated them with a flick of his finger, the woman called security and Jai had been forced the leave, not wanting to hurt anymore innocent people. “This place is a real drag,” thought Jai, his mind zooming around everywhere possible. A newspaper struck him in the face, being carried by the wind. Jai removed it from his face, when the headline caught his attention; its obvious plea for help pulling him in “Waceq suffers mysterious virus!!!! Quarantine Placed!!!!” “Hmmm,” said Jai out loud, earning a distrusting glance from the many people around who now felt it was a good idea to keep a close eye on him. Jai placed the newspaper in his back jean pocket, trying to remember where Waceq was. He walked over to the map isle and opened it. The shop owner cleared his throat “you got to pay for that” the man stated, which Jai ignored. He moved his finger up and down, searching for it – there! He closed it and put it back neatly on the shelf, walking out of the store. It appeared that he would have to buy a plane ticket, and fast. He knew it might not be a great idea to go to a city where a deadly virus was spreading, but his intuition was telling him that it wasn’t just a virus that was killing all the people. He walked over to the same receptionist who he had challenged and she blanched, her hand instantly shooting towards the security button. “Whoa whoa,” said Jai, waving his hands trying to show he was being peaceful. “I want to buy a plane ticket now. How much for one to Waceq?” he asked. “Oh, I don’t suggest going there right now,” the receptionist said, obviously relieved that he hadn’t attacked. “But if you really want one, it’s two-hundred zeni.” “WHA” Jai echoed falling to the floor in shock, rising to his feet he said “I think that I’ll just fly there.” Having said that, Jai lifted off the ground and flew out the door, yelling, “Thanks anyways!!!” The receptionist slid onto the floor, muttering, “He can fly, How can he fly? Why can't I fly if he can?” WC - 447 TWC - 447 |

“Wow, this feels absolutely amazing,” commented Jai, flying through the air as fast as he could the wind whipping him in the face, a wide smile on his face. He stuck his arm straight out and spread his fingers, enjoying the feeling of the air. It felt just like fine silk, running through the sky. Looking down, he spotted many cities, the lights flashing like fireflies. “I wonder how far I am from Waceq,” Jai mused, stopping in mid air, he looked down towards the ground unable to see anything due to fog. He reached inside his pocket and took out a bottle of water, biting the lid off with his teeth and drinking thirstily. He let out a long sigh, replacing the water and stuffing back inside his pocket. Jai continued to fly forwards when suddenly, he slammed into an invisible barrier. He had been flying at around six-hundred miles per hour; a smash into an invisible obstruction knocked Jai out before he even had time to wonder what it was. Unconsciously, his arm moved and began creating a layer of ki on the ground, cushioning the area he was going to land on. As he fell, he heard cries from below. They meant nothing to Jai however – his only thought was to sleep, and mercifully, sleep came to him before he crashed to the ground. “Is he awake?” A young child asked, whilst he pulled upon his mother's sleeves. The mother looked towards the boy “I don’t see how he can even be alive! After falling that high straight onto the ground; I’m sorry, but I don’t think he’s . . . he’s . . .” she stopped as Jai opened his eyes, yawning and rubbing his face. He looked around blearily, still regaining sight from the sudden brightness. He saw a woman and a young boy, both watching him with astonished faces. Jai smiled and said, “Hey. Who are you guys?” The boy grinned and spoke with Jai as if nothing was strange. Indeed, to a young boy who must have watched cartoons most of the time, a man who had been flying, then crashed onto the ground from five-thousand feet up in the sky was nothing out of the ordinary. “I’m Sam, and this is my mother. We rescued you!” ----------------- WC = 382 TWC = 829 |

“Er . . . yeah, well thanks,” said Jai cautiously, he wasn't very trusting and didn't see why two strangers would help him for nothing. He pushed the blankets that they had lay on him away and went to stand up however the mother pushed him back into the bed. She then gasped, nearly fainting. “Where are your bruises? Your cuts, gashes, abrasions, where are they!!??!!?” “Huh? That kinda makes it sound like you wanted me to get hurt, that's really not very nice lady” said an (emotionally) hurt Jai, rubbing his neck in a defensive manner. The woman instantly snapped back, grabbing the back of her head with one hand and shaking her other hand madly two inches in front of Jai’s face “how dare you!!”. Jai watched the fingers move incredibly fast, like a vibration. “Ok, well that explains everything. I’m just a lot stronger than a normal human,” said Jai, standing up and brushing some dirt off of his clothes. The boy jumped to his feet also, yelling, “Hey! Can you take me for a ride? Please, I’ve never seen the sky so close up like you must everyday!!! It’s my dream!!! pretty pretty please” he added, giving Jai the puppy dog eyes look. “Well, only if it’s all right with your mother . . .” Jai left off questioningly, he never could resist that look, he throw a meaningful glance at the mother, who sighed and nodded wearily. “Just please, whoever you are, I just get this feeling that you don’t have any bad intentions towards my Sam. So please keep him safe.” she begged, Jai nodded, with a soothing smile. “Hey, don’t worry!” said Jai, letting the boy jump onto his back. “If anything happens to him, I’ll be there!” With that, Jai took off, flying high into the air. A flash of them was seen, then they were gone. The mother sat back on a cushion and grabbed a towel, draining it in cold water and soaking her face with it. Hot sweat melted cold water and produced a thin vapor rising above the woman’s face. “Ah, wait!” she cried, jumping to her feet and running out the door. “Just don’t go too far off, Waceq is nearby and there is a dangerous virus there!!!” Jai was too far away to hear that, and even if he did, knowing him, he probably wouldn’t have listened. ------------- WC = 394 TWC = 1223 |

“So, where do you want to go first?” Jai asked Sam, flying carefully and trying to keep a slow pace. He didn’t go as high as before, nor too fast – it seemed that he had forgotten one simple thing. Jai’s eyes had been used to flying at high speeds, developing an ability that blocked out the dryness of the wind. Young Sam wasn’t as used to it, causing him to squint and tear up constantly. Jai kicked it down a notch, flying lower and repeating his question. “Well, I was thinking that we could go to Waceq,” the young boy said cheerfully. Jai glanced over the plains and saw a city that looked quite cheerful. Except for the fact that a single dark storm cloud lay over it, sending out occasional bolts of thunder. Jai shivered involuntarily; something cold had just passed over him, sending sinister thoughts crackling through his thoughts. “Hey mister, why’d you stop?” Sam obviously hadn’t noticed anything, but Jai decided it was time to head back. Just then, another cloud formed over Jai, sending down threatening bolts of thunder. “Hold on!!!” Jai roared, flying downwards at an incredible speed. A whirlwind formed out of nowhere and grabbed Jai, forcing him towards Waceq. Not wanting to unleash his full power because he might vaporize the boy on his back, Jai used his energy to gently land on the ground. A sonic boom erupted as Jai touched the ground. The rocks splintered and trees were thrown violently in different directions, crashing into houses. “Whoops,” said Jai, realizing that he had overdone his strength a bit. He immediately dropped Sam off of his back and asked him, “Are you all right?” The boy took in deep breaths and yanked an inhaler from his pocket. Breathing deeply, he finally answered, “I’m fine. I’m just asthmatic; it’s hard for me to get around. That’s why I wanted you to take me up in the sky.” ------------------- WC = 321 TWC = 1544 |

“Jeez, why didn't you tell me you were asthmatic, I wouldn't of took you if I knew that” Jai stated, his anger rising cause he had been lied to. Sam was a bit upset with himself now as well as with Jai; a tear trickled out of his eye and he brushed it away angrily.“I know, you wouldn't of, don’t you see? Everyone treats me like some little kid! I have not even been outside my house, while my friends who come over tell me all about the places they went!! its really upsetting, I wanted to travel like them for once, so I could tell them about my trip!!!” tears were now pouring from Sam's eyes. Jai calmed down, he knew that Sam had only snapped because of his inability, and that was reasonable. A loud bang made Jai jump he instantaneously struck a fighting pose turning towards the sound, he looked around but could see no one, therefore he assumed it was the wind playing tricks on him until.... he felt a snap on the back of his neck and fell down, paralysed. Jai tried to turn his head, but all he saw was the floor. He heard voices though, which tortured him the most. “Come here kid, I think it’s time you paid your grandparents a little visit,” a cold voice said, emanating from everywhere at once. Jai went to try and push himself to his feet, he had promised Sam's mother that he would take care of him. However, it was to no avail the paralysis was to strong to fight. “Grandparents are close to here?” asked Sam inquisitively. The poor young lad was so innocent. Jai mentally screamed “Run, Sam!! Go these are bad people!!” but this to was useless, he lay there unable to see or say anything but hearing footsteps travelling away from him. -------------------- WC = 308 TWC = 1852 |

“Yes, they are. Follow me,” the voice beckoned, continuing to lead Sam off into the distance. Jai tried to call out once more, but his body was still paralysed. He couldn’t even activate his inner energy in an attempt to force whatever was piercing his neck away. He lay for there what must have been hours, simply trying to call up his strength. He thought back to the moment that he had been knocked out and thought carefully to the moment it occurred. He realized he had felt a small prick on the back of his neck when the blow was delivered. Thinking back to the newspaper, he wondered if this was how the deadly virus had killed everyone. Finally, he was able to gather his energy and expand it around him. The instant he did, he felt like the needle currently piercing his new was being dragged out of his body. Jai yelled, exploding his energy around him. He saw some dark black vapour rise out of himself, then float away into the sky. “Whoa,” Jai breathed. Then he remembered what had happened to Sam, the man that had led him away. “Sam!!” Jai yelled, flying off into the directions he had thought they had left to. He turned the edge and saw numerous dead bodies, all laying on the ground in the exact same position Jai had been in – helpless, unable to even try and defend themselves. Anger swelled up inside Jai, and his eyes shone a darker shade of purple to his normal colour as happened whenever he was in a rage. He walked over to someone who was still feebly moving, and turned the body over. He saw an old man, staring up at him. “Are you the one who did this?” the old man coughed feebly; obviously his life was nearing an end. “No, no I didn’t. I just came here with a young boy – “ “Sam!!” The man tried to rise, but fell down. Blood trickled out of his mouth, staining the dirt red. Jai stared at the man, asking him the question that would change everything. ------------------- WC = 351 TWC = 2203 |

Jai removed the needle from the man’s neck, he looked at the man then quickly questioned “was Sam all right when you saw him?” Jai asked as quickly as he could. He wondered if him removing the needle would help, but didn't see how as the virus would be in the bloodstream. The old man coughed, “he was alive, but I don't know what those monsters will do to him. So, please help him. I'm his grandfather Jason, Sam was meant to be coming and visit me today. However, the lad didn’t show up so me and my wife got worried about him, cause of the news of the virus and everything. So, I left the house to see if I could go and find him. When, I finally reached the town I saw him being escorted away with some people I didn't recognise fearing the worse I attacked them. I used to be quite a martial artist you see, but well I was nothing to them, one of them then injected me with the needle, it was the equivalent of torture. But, we have wasted enough time and my daughter would never forgive me if we don't rescue him” the old man replied. Jai nodded “it's okay, I will do my best to rescue Sam. Do you know, which way they went? I may be able to cut them off if I know but please hurry, as there is no time to waste” Jai asked once more trying to keep the conversation as quick as possible he needed to get moving or they could get away again. “they went way you were going now hurry” he stated with a cough, as the old man passed out. Jai sighed, *well at least I know that he is alive* Jai thought returning to a sprint, but would he be to late... ----------------------- WC = 309 TWC = 2512 |

Jai hurried along the path that was terribly worn noticing that there were many footprints along it. Deciding that now wasn’t the time to hold back, his feet lifted off the ground and he flew as fast as he could. “I should probably learn to fly faster,” Jai complained to himself, his speed was still limited. To hurry himself up, he began springing his feet off the ground every once in a while, getting him going quite fast. Soon, a lair approached him, although if he hadn’t seen the footprints, he would have that it was just another house that had been hit by the virus. The house was dark and ominous, just like every other house in Waceq. However, this one had a faint dark mist steaming around it, creating a sinister mood. Jai crept cautiously up to the house, edging on the side. He sidled up to the window and cocked his head, listening to what was going on inside the house. “So, are we nearly done?” said one voice that Jai recognized after a few moments of thought. It was the voice that had lured Sam away from Jai. Gritting his teeth, Jai tried not to get too angry. He needed to hear what was happening. “So, are you ready?” a new voice asked. This one was similar, but a bit deeper than the previous voice. A unanimous murmur echoed across the room, and the sound of sleeves being pulled back was heard. Risking a glance, Jai saw that they were raising their hands, chanting in an evil voice. Red glow began emanating from the center of the room, surrounded by a heavy dark mist. The floorboards began shaking; outside, the ground shook Jai to the ground. Jumping back up, Jai brushed off his clothes and looked inside again. Now everyone who had been chanting – their eyes had turned pure red and their skin had disappeared. Suddenly, it all stopped, and all of them fell to the floor, unconscious. Or so Jai thought. “Master, is it done?” the familiar voice questioned. “Yes, it is. Those fools are dead now, and we have what we came for – an unlimited supply of slaves!!!” --------------------------- WC = 361 TWC = 2873 |

YOU MONSTERS!” shouted Jai, not even caring that the people inside might have heard him. He was more worried about what was going on outside. A horde of all the people he had seen dead – children, old people, men, women; they were all marching in a single line, their movements perfectly rigid and controlled. One of them was walking in the direction of a house; without breaking in stride, the young child raised his hand and blew up the entire house. He continued walking through the destruction, even as flames licked at his skin. His eyes were thrown into a ghastly sharp light – he had no eyes, just empty eye sockets. Jai quickly raised his fists and formed ki balls in them, determined to take them out. “Jai, don’t they can't help it!!!” The voice made Jai drop his energy and spin around. Sam was running towards him, grinning like a treasured cat. He ran up to Jai and showed him a frayed rope. “Sam!!! What the hell happened to you?” Jai exclaimed, grabbing the rope. “Well, my grandparents weren’t wherever that man took me. That was made pretty obvious when my grandfather attacked them, he was awesome but I guess age effects us all. Well, after that they tied me up and stuffed some tissue in my mouth that tasted bad – well, anyway, I decided that enough was enough. When then were busy saying some weird stuff, I pushed the chair back and pushed my chair out the door. The ropes got stuck on some splintered railings and it cut me loose!!” “Sam, that’s amazing and all, but watch out!!” Jai yelled, grabbing the boy and lifting off into the air. A split second later, a black ki ball shot out and smashed into the ground where they had been. A sucking sound was heard, pulling in everything nearby. Suddenly, it exploded, completely incinerating the houses nearby. The people who had been reincarnated were blown back, smashed into each other with a force so severe it could have blown up a whole city. They just got back up and kept coming. ---------------------- WC = 352 TWC =3225 |

“I will kill you and the boy, and then use you as my servants. Your energy will be exquisite!!” stated the man that had attacked Jai in the alley. “That’s what you think,” said Jai, with a quick smirk. Jai put his hands to his side then he began to gather his Ki. He planted his feet firmly into the ground, a cyan coloured aura bubble around him. Jai then shouted, “Kamehameha!!!” he swung his hands forwards violently, A blue beam then left Jai's hands it flew towards the man. However, he simply disappeared the beam passed right where he stood it didn't even touch “this complicates things a little,” yelled Jai. The man reappeared in front of Jai holding a wide smirk, “that's not a bad attack” the man commented. “Well, whenever you’re ready, lets see what you got” Jai replied, waving his hand towards the man with a bring it look. He grinned and leapt towards Jai, his nails turning into talons. Jai quickly dodged to the side while the master raked at thin air. Purple liquid squirted from the fingertips, and suddenly, Jai knew what the deadly virus was, and where it came from. “MURDERER!!!” Jai screamed, flying towards the master and letting loose a barrage of punches. The master dodged some of them until Jai brought his knee up, smashing into his face. The master was thrown far backwards, smashing into a house. Jai lifted high above him shouting, “Energy Dan!!!!” Multiple golden ki blasts formed, then shot down on the house, obliterating it and creating a crater in the ground. When the smoke cleared, the master was no more. Jai turned to the side and found Sam finalizing the fight also. “THIS IS FOR EVERYONE YOU KILLED!!” Sam roared, raising his hands. Somehow, a blue blast shot out of his hands, carving a half-tunnel in the dirt and smashing into the stunned man. Before he had time to cry out, he was dust, just like his master. Sam dropped to the ground, sobbing now. Tears dripped out of his eyes, staining the blood soaked ground even deeper. Jai gently put him on his back and took one last look at all the innocent people who had been killed. Tears spilling out of eyes also, Jai said, “I think it’s time we get you back home.” Jai then took off, deciding that Sam needed a little rewarded he landed where he found the boys grandfather. The old man was now stood up and smiled warmly at the boy and Jai whilst he mimed a thank you to Jai. The old man led them towards his home. Once, they reached the house. They meet an old lady with white hair, who the old man introduced to Jai as his wife. Sam then began to play chess against his grandfather. After letting them have some time together he decided it was time to go and return the boy to his mother, the boy leapt onto Jai's back and gave him directions to his house. ------------------ WC = 506 TWC = 3731 |
