The half saiyan would sigh at the summons from the Eldest Namek- a young Namekian that was staring at him, likely because he’d never seen a human-like figure- something was up and he wanted help. Couldn’t one of his guardians take care of it, when Akina was busy practicing the old man’s techniques? Oh well, Akina reflected that there was little time to worry about such. Pushing himself off the ground and wiping his upper body of sweat in the Namekian ship, took a quick shower to get rid of the sweat smell, and then Akina pulled up his black leather jacket, Scouter, and black leather gloves, slipping them all on before using Hikou as he would fly off towards the Eldest Namekian’s house, still really wondering what the elder wanted, looking back at the child following him.

He hadn’t parked his Namekian that far from the elder’s house, since he needed to be there on notice like this. Ebony eyes stared at the door, noticing that the child had stayed a few meters back from the house. A curious look on his face was not answered, so he would shrug and turn back towards the Namekian’s house and would enter without seeing a single guardian. His eyebrow would raise and then he would talk to the center circle and allowed the floating circle to have him reach up towards the Eldest Namekian. He wondered why had he chose Akina to come by himself, when he had plenty of Namekians to choose from. A mental shrug accompanied the slow moving circle as Akina would let his last sigh slip his lips before reaching the Eldest.

"Guru Sensei...what do you really want with me? There must be some reason that I see no guardian here, when every other time I have seen one here, for the past few weeks…why a stranger, Sensei?"

Gosai was walking slowly across the grass fields of Namek, glancing occasionally at the 'Dragon Radar' he was holding. The beeping of the radar was eventually drowned out by the sound of rushing wind before a familiar miniature Namekian landed near him. The adolescent named 'Bassoo'. "Gosai!" The child called out, panting. It looked like something was bothering him.

"What's up?" The human queried, slipping the radar back into his pocket before kneeling down to eye level with his friend.

"Lord Guru wishes to see you." Bassoo declared breathlessly, eliciting a look of some confusion from Gosai. "He says it's urgent. His very life may be at stake!" The young Namekian continued, pulling on his hand.

Gosai paused only a moment before nodding his ascent to the summons, allowing Bassoo to begin flying while he took off behind him. "Why would someone want to kill Guru?" He asked over the sounds of wind.

"I don't know." Bassoo admitted. "But after all the recent chaos, I suppose a few Namekian villagers are dissatisfied with his ability to protect us anymore... but that's why Lord Guru sent me to find you. He knows you can be trusted." The young Namekian asserted.

Gosai nodded, furrowing his brows. He certainly owed Guru several favors after both releasing his 'inner strength' and giving him the Dragon Radar. "Alright then. I guess I'll just have to save Guru, huh?" He declared.

"Oh, Gosai," Bassoo blinked something new occurring to him. "Guru sent for another visitor to help." He pointed out. "So you'll have a partner too, you know."

Mulling the new information over in his mind, it didn't take long for the human fighter to arrive at Guru's hut. It looked, essentially, the same as last time he'd seen it... which made sense since it was only a couple of days ago.

"Hellooo?" Gosai called out, walking along the plateau, Bassoo in tow. "Anyone here?"

Blinking as he heard a voice, the half breed would turn and slip off the raising platform, which was still going up slowly. Raising an eyebrow the half breed saiyan would slip off the platform and land, those outside could surely hear the boot's "tmp", as it was of the steel toed verity. Walking over to the door as the circle was replacing its self, the half breed Saiyan would first press the button on his scouter. He would read two power levels close, one was around ten, which he raised an eyebrow to. He's only seen this level once, back when he had arrived and then went to help Goku Jr. during the drama. The other was likely typical for a Namekian child of that age. Shrugging a bit, the male would push the button to open the door, arms folded as he exited, a grim expression on his face.

Akina would be facing a small Namekian boy and a black haired human. Though normally he might have wondered what was up with the low level of power, he recalled his mother speaking of the level of normal human fighters. It was about five, so he wondered if this guy was just a 'super strong' human, even as he spoke and masked his thoughts, "Guru Sensei is still inside the building...if you are here to see him, then go ahead of me. There was something urgent that Sensei wanted with me, but it can wait a few minutes..."

He wondered at the strange occurrence as he waited for a reply. Guru Sensei could sense the intentions of someone, as he had done when Akina first came to learn from him. But still, why would Guru Sensei send out a Namekian child, like the one that had been used to summon him, unless it was for the same purpose? In any case, he would listen to what this stranger had to say.

Gosai blinked, turning to examine the new arrival. For all intents and purposes he looked human... then again, a lot of things in the universe looked human. And if anything, the power level he exuded certainly precluded that idea. The human fighter rubbed his chin a moment before shrugging it off. "Actually, I think we're here for the same reason." He commented after a few moments.

"Ah... Lord Guru sent for both you." Bassoo nodded. "He's in urgent need of warriors." The young Namekian continued.

"Doesn't Guru usually have bodyguards, though?" Gosai queried, arching an eyebrow.

"The... the attack came from within Lord Guru's cadre of bodyguards..." Bassoo admitted quietly. "Until the problem is fully dealt with he can't trust any of his usual sources of protection."

"I... guess that makes sense." The human had to admit before turning his attention back towards the new arrival. "Well... looks like we're going to be coworkers for a while, eh?" He chuckled, holding out his hand. "I'm Gosai. Gosai Matsuhito."

His end of the introduction out of the way Gosai found himself considering his 'partner' in more depth. His power was higher than average... or at least the average so far as he knew about it. Though he was curious what exactly the threat was that required powers with that sort of divergence between strength. Still, maybe this guy was just really skilled?

Either way, he supposed having someone watching his back wouldn't be a bad idea at all.

Bassoo meanwhile simply looked between the two warriors that Guru had sent to be collected. So far as he was concerned the two of them were Guru's best hope of surviving, and so Namek needed them.

"Uhm," the Namekian youth spoke up again. "is there... anything you two need to help with guarding the Elder?"

The half breed nodded his head after Gosai spoke, seeing something with the recruitment effort- the two of them were both non Namekians, so at least the Sensei could say that they had not attempted the assassination. An inner frown within Akina revealed irritation that was not on his face. Why would anyone want to slaughter Guru, the one who brought the Namekians back from the brink of extinction? It made little sense to the Akina, but then again, the two of them were not here to make sense of the mystery. Akina would give a reply to Gosai, still a nameless warrior at that point, "Ah, then you caught me just before I was about to see Guru sensei."

Akina would then turn his head to the youthful Namekian and would affirm his claim, "There are no Namekians in there, the Scouter would have alerted me to their presence."

He didn't want to openly insult the Namekians, so he also kept in the fact that these Namekians, like him, were unable to suppress their ki. Or at least, he'd yet to meet any Namekians that could. He would listen to Gosai introduce himself, and Akina's leather bound hand met the human's as he replied with the first sign of emotion on his face, a small smile, "I'm Mori Akina, its nice to meet you, Gosai kun. Let's work together to guard and catch that assassin. I can't forgive anyone that would attempt to harm Guru Sensei."

Hearing the little Namekian speak, Akina would think for a moment before replying, "Give me a few minutes...I'll return with my ship, and a tank for quick recovering. I'd rather not have Guru Sensei get badly injured and then have him take a long time recuperating. That is, if its okay with you, Gosai kun?"

Gosai nodded, at Akina's introduction and again as he began outlining a basic plan. He figured it would simply be easier to follow his assigned partner's lead than try and but heads over who would be 'in charge' of this operation. Besides, it was a better idea than any he had at the moment.

"Alright then," He murmured, rubbing his chin. "do you want me to come along and lend a hand, or have me stay here and see if we can't bait out the attacker?" He queried to Akina, rubbing his own chin in thought. "Actually, it might be a good idea to try and make sure everyone thinks Guru is still in here. So... where does one get a nine foot tall Namekian fat suit?" He asked, talking mostly to himself as he began pacing the small area.

"He's... like this a lot." Bassoo explained to Akina, a sweat drop forming on the side of his head. "Sorry..."

"In any case," Gosai began speaking up again, gesturing upwards. "with me on the case, Guru is as good as immortal. If you discount the failing health and being hundreds of years old. Other than that, he's as good as immortal though."

Bassoo sighed, shaking his head. For the young Namekian this was quite infuriating. He'd seen how strong Gosai was first hand and had faith in his ability to repel an attacker. But his attitude, as ever, needed a major adjustment. After his encounter with Chill he seemed to be see-sawing constantly between the emotional wreck they'd encountered in his downtime and the overly excited... goof that he was playing out now. It was... maddening to see.

"Gosai..." The young green alien mumbled, trying to get his attention. "Maybe you should strategize a bit more with Akina?" He suggested.

The android that was within the half breed Saiyan was already working on a solid plan, but he would listen carefully to the human. So, he wanted to hide Guru sensei? But the large Namekian likely would not allow it, seeing as the man was far more resilent than anything else. He wanted, Akina believed, to stay where he was as a symbol to his people. That even faced with an assassin among his own, a small adjustment would work. Akina would cast a glance over at the small green alien before his ebony eyes returned to the male before him, "Guru Sensei should remain where he is. After all, as a symbol, he must show strength, even in crisis. Running away would show he should not be leader, in what I have observed as the Namekian culture."

He would then start to float in the air before replying to Gosai's first query, "No, it will be fine. It's a space ship, after all- it will get here faster then I can fly out to get to it. You should remain here and guard Guru sensei. But baiting the attacker. I think that such a plan may work, depending on the places we hide for an ambush. No too close, yet not too far. I'll be back, see you."

After a wave, the lack leather bound warrior turned and flew off towards his ship. All the time spent between getting to the ship and leaving Guru's home, he had his scouter working all of its various applications. He found that there were no beings coming towards Guru's house as he landed at the Namekian space ship. Looking at it, he spoke with a weary sigh, "Piccolo."

Akina would return with the spiky looking ship in under ten minutes, landing behind Guru's house. It was best to keep it hidden, just in case. He would then fly up using Hikou, to where Gosai and the little Namekian, Bassoo, had been.

Gosai paused as his partner spoke up, he had to admit the idea of keeping Guru in the hut had it's advantages. Or, would have beyond the obvious propagandist ones if it weren't for the fact that most Namekians could fly. This was leaving the human just a bit on edge as he paced the hut back and forth, senses on full alert for anything out of the ordinary. Green eyes turned, glinting in the sunlight. "Mmm..."

Bassoo simply remained quiet, allowing the warriors to determine the best ways to defend the hut and the elder. Instead he found a corner, metaphorically since this was after all a circular room, and sat down in it.

While the human martial artist considered the situation in which he found himself his ears pricked up at the sound of a noise. A very peculiar noise. Like rocks falling. Why could he identify this noise so well? Let's just say he'd had many an unfortunate accident back on Earth. Unimportant to the story for now though.

Immediately the human sprinted towards the door and jumped off of the edge of the plateau holding the Elder's hut above Namek. "Bassoo, stay with Guru!" He yelled even while pushing out his ki to fly, although the bulk of it remained hidden he was certain he was still showing up on a few people's senses.

Positioned upon the stones of the plateau, fingers digging their own holds into the rocky surface, a Namekian was suspended. Upon realizing his cover had been blown however he kicked off of the rocks, leaving a foot print embedded in the stone before pointing his hand upwards and firing a blast of ki at Gosai.

"What, no 'hello' no 'how have you been'?" Gosai queried, spinning in the air to avoid the blast, before allowing his cushion of ki to evaporate, allowing him to fall into a kick aimed for his adversary's head.

The Namekian regained his composure quickly after the kick though, growling in the air before drawing his hands back, each holding an orb of ki in it, little provocation was needed for the green monster to hurl both at his human antagonist. It also didn't take long for him to begin moving his arms, controlling the ki balls in a similar fashion to one of Gosai's favored techniques.

"Crap, crap, crap!" The dark haired youth shouted, twisting and turning his body in the strangest of ways to avoid the impact of the ki orbs. Even now he wasn't certain how much damage they might do if they impacted... but that, it seemed wasn't the goal of his antagonist. No, the spheres were mere misdirection as he... ran... up the near vertical slope of the plateau.

The human guardian almost missed the Namekian as he jumped onto the grasses of the rock, hands outstretched towards Guru's hut. Gosai's gut sank as he sped towards the traitorous Namekian, pulling back his fist.

"Oh hell no!" He cried out, thrusting his hand forward and smashing it into the ribs of his target, knocking him off of the plateau.

However, Akina himself found that either of the two were where they had last been. Perplexed, the half breed crept forward silently until he came to the scene with the green Namekian, obviously more grown then the kid, threw his hand out. His would thrust for arm forward, ready to fire a count blast as he pressed the Scouter's crimson button. As it turned out, Gosai was able to reach the green man in time and punch him, knocking him off the plateau. Such an act would prove that Gosai's power level was far above ten, because he was not going to be that fast without a high power level

Akina would then jump off and after the Namekian, placing a hand out and using an open palmed strike against the chest of the Namekian, in the middle of the internal organs of a human body. He would then speed under the body and kick the would be assassin and then grabbed him by the shirt, or at least that was the general idea. Akina's Scouter would have already given him the proper reading on this guy's power level- and it turned out he was only at about seven thousand.

Akina knew that this couldn't be the traitor. Cursing under his breath as he turned to yell up at Gosai, he was getting a much higher level on his Scouter, "Gosai kun, wat-"

Akina would be smashed into the side of the spiral of rock, hard enough that he would be out of the picture for a minute. Hopefully Gosai had heard him, because four beam balls were headed in his direction as the green alien assassin would try to use them as a distraction. The Scout being beaten was unfortunate for him, but if would become the new ruler of Namek, who really cared?

Gosai had been about to join in on the fight with Akina, turning the battle into something more helpfully one-sided. At least... that was the plan until something smashed into the other warrior. "Why is there never just a lone nut?" He groaned, raising his own hands in time to avoid a savage blast to himself. "And why can't they ever just fight hand to hand? Why is it always a ki battle with these jerks?" He grunted, shaking his now rather burnt up forearms. "Ow..."

Sadly, he wouldn't have time for many more complaints before his jaw was knocked to the side, not quite enough to break it but certainly enough to hurt. The individual responsible for this event? Yet another Namekian. This one appearing much more dangerous. The green skin was lighter, paler. His eyes sharper, and an odd chunk removed from his left ear.

"Human, you have no place interfering in the affairs of Namek!" He roared, raising his hands towards Gosai again.

The human martial artist focused for a moment his aura briefly flaring as he locked his eyes on the Namekian warrior. This time he was prepared for the assault. As the burst of ki came towards him Gosai merely opened his mouth, emitting an ear-shattering scream. As if in response to the human's anger, the ki dissipated well before it could reach him.

"I was asked to interfere. So I have a place." He asserted. And in only a few seconds' length of time he seemed to vanish entirely from sight along with his adversary. The waters below became angry seas, waves breaking upwards from the middle of the water while the two warriors clashed above.

In the midst of it all one could catch glimpses of either fighter. Although the Namekian was quick and landed several blows Gosai seemed to be slowly pushing him back.

"If that's the best you've got," Gosai puffed. "this is gonna be easier than I thought."

Groaning in pain from the blow, the Namekian that had been in his grasp had fallen somewhat, but regained his balance in the air. He would roar in rage at the insult. Akina's Scouter took notes of every one of the individuals' levels of power. Assessing that it was okay for him to do this, the half breed pulled himself from the rocks and ducked, throwing an arm up and snapping the ones in the darker skinned Namekian, who howled in gain. Akina's eyes gained a crimson hue to them, like a light of red had turned on in his head, his voice coming out, shaking with rage, "You... you! How are you, you filth!"

The last word was roared, and his energy would spark and then highten after a moment, soaring up another few levels, reaching just a bit under the warrior that was fighting against Gosai, his body had changed- his muscles mass increased, his hair had grown out and changed to an orange, tipped off with gold, as a sign of his Saiyan blood. His teal eyes reflected the Saiyan blood as well, with an ebony pupil in the middle. His aura changed from light blue to golden. The Namekian chuckled as he would then rush at Akina. The poor green skinned alien was too weak and not fast enough anymore. Akina would seem up jump into the air and then grabbed the out stretched arm by the wrist, pulling more, setting the Namekian off balance, "Wind style, palm evasion technique. And one more- earth style, earthquake strike."

The Namekian, off balance and in use of only one arm and received a harsh blow to the face from Akina's black foot, breaking the jaw of the young alien. The Awakened warrior would keep a hold of the wrist as he started to spin, eventually popping the arm out of the socket, causing a roar of pain from the Namekian. The eyes of the Awakened warrior would then turn to the battle with Gosai. Akina flung the green alien at his boss, yelling out calmly, "Gosai kun!"

Ki crackled on his palm and then shot out, lighting the area with a golden blast, which would grow a bit in its beam for of Energy blast, Akina growling as he would eliminate the threats in a single attack. He was sure that even if the blast struck Gosai, it would do little, but the levels the Namekian fighting the human warrior was showing was not anything worth worrying about.
