This was not good, not good at all. If the strange tablets that had spoke to her were true, it was time to get off of earth, and fast. With her would be a small band of warriors that she had taken pity on, they would be the only survivors of the cataclysm that would soon grip the world. The heels of her boots clicked on the metallic floor of her saiyan war ship as she whisked to the control panel. The newest residents on her ship were already assigned rooms and training places for their own convenience. Most of the ship's pilots were already manning their stations, only waiting for Blackfire to sit down in the seat and give them the command to launch. The head captain turned and looked at her. “Blackfire, I must say, this is very sudden.” “Is all the preparations made, Captain?” Blackfire asked, unwilling to share her concerns with the crew. She hadn't even told most of her new occupants the reason for the sudden leave. “Almost, Blackfire. All we have to wait for is the fuel cells to reach the ideal temperature and..” “We don't have time for that crap!” Blackfire froze. “Turn on the TV,” she whispered. The alien before her had a puzzled look on his face, but did as he was told. The picture showed a terrible scene: An entire city had been reduced to rubble. “Thousands are estimated dead as history seems to have repeated itself” said the journalist for SCTV. “An alien ship has crashed into the center of the city, leveling buildings. The armed forces are currently setting up barriers. Earth is once again under attack by aliens.” A massive explosion ended his life and Blackfire shook her head. “Screw it, I'm getting us out of here now!” “We can't lift off without...” His voice seemed to melt as Blackfire suddenly shifted out of the realm. When her vision returned, she was standing in the middle of nothing: Just a blank space, completely white at all angles: a blank palet. The realm of sparring? At a time like this? Damn it, I don't have time for this! She grabbed at her gem, wondering how to get back, but a shape melted into the distance. Now what? 388/388 |

Meanwhile, on... Someplace else that could be only described as middle space or in other words - here... "Hai! Yah!!" Under 10 times the Gravity thanks to the new shiny device that was in storage up till now, Krillin was training alone in his ship for around seven days, waiting for his arrival at Ippen. The human already lost track of time with this eternal darkness engulfing the outsides, with the surroundings being so much different from what he was used to. One of the disadvantages of being alone in the ship traveling someplace else is the fact he has no way whatsoever communicating with his home planet. He didn't even tell his previous boss that he was leaving nor did he inform the people in his office, for humans don't quite believe someone's going off to space so easily. But there was nothing to do about it now, he was on his way on those moments solitude. "Argh... This is getting pretty easy in time. Maybe I should raise the level for a little more, I'm sure I can handle that." The bald man stated, though there was nobody to hear. Before getting to the device and raising it up to more of his current gravity, he stopped. Looking at the device for a moment, he then pressed the 'OFF' button, taking out the gravity. "Haa~... Wish someone was at least here, it's getting boring being all alone... Damn it, maybe a small rest can refre-" The human was too early to speak. Soon he could notice the gem at the end of the room glowing and all of the sudden he was transported somewhere else. Once again, that damn rock does its magic and disallows Krillin's rest. This was a complete moment of confusion. There was a woman figure standing in-front in the blank space, with no information given at all. Was the gem working on its own will? Post WC: 410. The shape continued to... well, take shape, really. Soon, a bald figure stood in front of her. Nappa? A growl rose in her throat. She was much stronger now, and would rip the bald overlord limb from limb. Wait. No. He was too short and frail. This was a human. What the hell was this guy doing in the realm of sparring though? Their entire race was pitifully weak. The teen reached out with her senses. This one was a bit stronger than his cousins, but wouldn't even provide exercise enough for the saiyan to stretch her muscles on. Without her tail though, Blackfire looked like any other human though. It helped that her eyes were not the typical black as most saiyan eyes were. Her's were amethyst, just like her aura. “Hello there, little boy,” the girl whispered. 146/534 |

Soon, the human's figure arrived at the sparring realm without him having any idea whatsoever what the heck was going on. The gem seemed to have just acted on his own, sending him there without asking questions. It was a rock, after all, it can't speak as long as Krillin knows it at least, in human logic stones can't talk. Though something that bothered this bald man a bit more than the fact he was sent unwillingly was the woman standing in the blank space, looking pretty much like another human. Her eyes were basically dark purple-colored and rather wide, her hair as black as a raven's feather. She was beautiful, but on the same measurement deadly. Krillin didn't sense her powers just yet, a mistake he was going to pay for. A small whisper was then released from the woman's lips. Being in a distance, he couldn't quite hear her, and thus the goofy comment: "What?" Post WC: 154. Total WC: 564. |

“Nani?” Blackfire repeated the human's query in her own language with a mocking chuckle. She stepped forward, but her feet did not meet solid ground. I see, the only reason I had solid footing was because I just was transported into this realm. No walls, no floor, no ceiling. This place is really the definition of absolute oblivion. She gracefully left the ground and floated closer until her target was only feet away. On closer inspection, the “boy” was just short. He was actually fully grown. Another chuckle left her lips. “You are here for the same reason that I am, I believe.” She whispered, reaching up with a hand to brush some stray hairs out of her face, carefully tucking it behind her ear. She crossed her arms across her skinny frame. “So let us begin, shall we?” 143/677 |

What an odd way of talking that was. From a delivery around a few weeks ago, Krillin met with that word once though he had no idea what language that thing was. To him that was a foreign word he will never know the meaning of, but only time could tell him that kind of fact. Perhaps if he wins (ain't gonna happen) he'll ask her what that means. The woman then came in closer towards the bald, short fighter to make a closer inspection of him. The human as well took a closer look at his opponent, seeing as her clothing was quite different from what he's used to... Then again he was wearing a freaking turtle shell on his back for training purposes. Her figure was a bit taller than him but not by much, as expected from all other humans he knows. Their distance was now only a feet away, Krillin stepping back one step. "Begin?" It then occurred to him what he was facing. Her Powerlevel was then sensed, she was a few times stronger than this bald fighter. First that weird Saiyan Prince thing and now her? Is this universe trying to kill him? Krillin entered a stance and tried to watch his guard for the move done, unless he's given the first. Post WC: 215. Total WC: 779. |

The man standing before her seemed very clueless. It would be his undoing though. “Yes,” she whispered, chuckling softly. Her eyes glinted dangerously though. “Hajimemashou!” she cried out and suddenly shifted forward with speed unrivaled. Her arm flashed out, but instead of a traditional fist, her hand was formed as half palm, with fingers curled. She aimed the deadly blow to the center of the human's chest, right at the heart. A small smirk flickered over her lips, as her small attack was completed. It was not even a fraction of her full power, but if that single attack landed.... Blackfire hated to think what had come of the human. 112/789 |

Krillin's focus suddenly broke and focused directly on his opponent once she started moving. He had no way of predicting she would try killing him in the first blow, judging by past experiences with other Saiyans. If this girl really wanted to end this thing so fast without even trying to get a challenge, she must be a really bad person, since she is there after all. Her speed was amazing, and the human's speed wasn't about half as much as hers, but his stance was what briefly saved his body. His hand was close to his body, something that allowed him to catch her hand and try to set it off course - but he failed to do so when feeling the grip. Instead, he allowed himself to soar and flow along with the hand, preparing his next move. This was going to be the hardest fight Krillin ever had, hopefully he won't die in the process while at it. He had nothing to worry about - after all, he was meditating so it seems, last time he woke up after a meditation. When still holding her hand, the bald fighter let out a Ki ball while still holding, hoping to get at least a burn. Their powers were way too much on different levels. "(Shit! I have to go away from here fast...)" Post WC: 222. Total WC: 1,001. |

The teen's attack had been strangely unsuccessful. The bald human merely took the hit, and allowed his entire body to flow with the force. He let off a ball of ki, and the teen sneered. Krillin lacked the power to do any damage even with that. With a small growl, the girl simply crushed the ball of ki with her own hand. Wisps of energy dissipated into the air and Blackfire retaliated by gripping her own hand around the human's. Her much greater strength would most likely crush his hand. Her knee came up next, aiming at his gut. Still though, the saiyan still did not let go. “Had enough, yet?” she asked in a soothing and sweet voice. She leaned closer to where her lips were only inches from his ear. “Because I haven't even broke a sweat yet. Surely you can do better than this against a girl.” 152/941 |

Krillin hoped that at least a small fragment of power would be shown in that impact, but it was absolutely nothing. He couldn't even lay a single successful hit on that Saiyan girl, but the fact he was currently at a huge disadvantage really made it a hard time for him to continue trying to fight back. And before he could even understand what was happening, suddenly a powerful hit was delivered straight to his gut, damaging him quite greatly. It was not enough, however to make him go out already. The pain throbbed him as he held his stomach, his feet still unmoved from their position. Then, he heard the cocky woman's words, bragging about how powerful she really is and that he's not even close to damaging her. The bald fighter usually would have just laughed it off, but this girl didn't quite seem like she was trying to enjoy the fighting thing - but the process of taking the human fighter's life away. That was simple, real evil. Without thinking twice, Krillin resorted to escaping as fast as he could from this spar before he gets utterly damaged although it's just a mind spar. Even though it was not real (so he thought), he could still feel pain that all went away once he arrived back at the normal world, outside of the realm. And with that, he prepared a weak yet hopefully good enough attack to open himself an opportunity to avoid further encounters. "Kamehameha!!" He suddenly faced the girl's stomach, shooting a weak blue ray of energy that was shot from his free hand. The other one was currently holding the girl's hand as well, the two gripping and the short one refusing to let go. Her force probably could have crushed his hand, but only if she went serious. He was clearly desperate to get away. The man wanted to get this dangerous meeting to its end on the next opportunity he gets, now that he knows how after two uses. Post WC: 333. Total WC: 1,334. |

Everything seemed to be going the teen’s way. The bald human was barely offering up a fight, but to his credit, the final attack that was meant to finish him, was endured. “Oh?” Blackfire queried, quirking an eyebrow. “Seems like you still have some fight in you. But.” The human lit up an orb of ki and fired it at the teen. But the blue beam simply passed through the saiyan. “That wasn’t even me, merely a distraction, an illusion caused by my speed.” Her voice this time was behind the bald human. The afterimage seemed to melt into nothingness. “I’m not as evil as you think of me, Krillin,” she said with a small bit of laughter. “You should learn to control your thoughts better; I can read your mind like a book.” “And now, let me give you the privilege of showing you my own technique. You have trained under Earth’s master: Roshi; I have a much better teacher though!” A blue orb of ki lit up in her own hand. “Big bang…” “Attack!” With that sharp kiah, the teen launched the deadly spherical ki at the bald human. 191 Total word count: 1000+ |

(I would love to know how dis it possible to use Zanzoken while being held without me coming along.) It looks like this opponent wasn't quite the type to compliment, huh. Then again, this was to be expected: she did try to kill him in the first blow, and after that really put a number on him by that knee uppercut attack thing, landing successfully. Right now, as things were looking, the bald man was at an even greater disadvantage, being assaulted from behind. A thing though, that he didn't understand is, how exactly did she learn his name if what she stated was that she can read the fighter's mind while he didn't even think of his own name. Maybe she can see his own history as well? And, the answer was correct. She saw into his memories and past, seeing he was taught by the experienced Master Roshi. Her own teacher though, according to what she said, was a much better teacher, something Krillin couldn't let just go by although it's best to retreat at his state. To avoid... Well, dieing, the human could sense his opponent's Ki in her palm and when he was about to get his leg rose up to meet with the blast. This was an incredibly risky move, planning to take damage on only one part of the body if he's unable to just return the attack. Luckily, the Saiyan didn't take her time on releasing the attack, allowing an escape route for the human fighter. He used his leg to deflect the blast back at his opponent and just as he did so, bought his hand to his pocket and hit the fragment in it. The fragment was a small piece of the gem, the rock that transported him to that realm in the first place, and after using it twice he finally got the hang of it: the gem reactivates when either one contestant exits the room or when one enforces an exit. And so, he was transported away, back to his ship, with no harm done upon his body and in a meditating state. "Phew... That was way too close. Hope I don't see that face ever again..." Post WC: 344.
