Technique Name: Primal Fury
Attack Power: 5 (10 SP)
Ki Drain: 11%
Action Cost: 2
Effect(s): None
Description: After letting his anger build up over the course of a tough battle, Digu unleashes it in one devastating assault. To begin, he powers up to his max, and then he charges at his opponent, throwing kicks and punches all over the place. Each attack is infused with a little Ki. To finish the assault, Digu uses either Blast Punch or Serafin Punch.

Special: Must use Dyne Power Up or Yokata Power Up. Must use Blast Punch or Serafin Punch directly following this attack. May be used in Grapples.

I don't have 100 Intelligence yet, but I will as of my next update, so I'm posting this now so that come the time it can be approved, it is to Pan's liking. So... Opinions? Suggestions?

Their is only one aspect which I see that could be improved. It seems similar to a power up, your rage giving you the ability for an enhanced attack. This can be solved however if you specify a certain combo that does certain amounts of damage.

Does this sound reasonable?

I like the idea, but that's just getting overly complicated. I'd rather it just be a simple, rage-driven onslaught of punches and kicks that are separate from Quick and Special Attacks of any kind.

That's acceptable. Yet from a Role Play standpoint, you cannot get out of this uninjured. Perhaps you could set a number of actions needed to block the attack, one could spend his entire turn in an attempt to block a few punches.

If this is how you intended the attack to be, ignore this. Good Luck!

Naw that can easily be blocked/evaded in a roleplay just like any other tech. It would basically be punches and kicks with more power, and the amount of them and what they are would be up to Digu.

Right. Evading this from a roleplay standpoint would be like evading a large number of physical attacks in a grapple, or even during regular combat. From a statistical standpoint, evading it would be like evading any other advanced attack. Only one action is required to evade it, since it's just a single "attack" consisting of many individual attacks.

You seem well prepared than, I hope this technique is approved. Remember me when you come to my home town for the Serafin Punch.

I dont want to be a bitch (like the tech) but I dont see Pan allowing you to perform an advanced attack in a grapple, actually I wouldn't either. That's like saying kienzan can be used in grapples or ion beam for that matter.

EDIT: I forgot that it took 2 actions...which makes it easier for others to land a stunning hit, or makes it harder for you to avoid specials...in that perspective it seems almost approvable, but lower the damage level... kamehameha level, new rules tend to be tougher on customs.

I decided you were right, it is a little too strong. I lowered it to 6 damage.

I'd have said it would be more of a 4 or a 5 if I'm going to even think of allowing you to have it when you can use it in grapples.

Alright... bumped it down to five.

EDIT: Although I think 6 is fair, considering I have to use Dyne or Yokata Power Up AND Blast Punch or Serafin Punch in conjunction with this move. That's nearly an entire post gone. That would leave me open for attack BIG time.

You can't actually use power ups in a grapple.

Maybe you'd have to have used the power up before entering the grapple or something?
