Jordan simply nodded his head and followed his new instructor into the cottage deep within the forest of illusion. The trial he had just withstood was one that he had never found so exhausting. It had seemed this Kanassan was in the top class of brilliant minds among his people. For now, Ru'ketal had invited him into his home for hot tea and lunch. Jordan abided and followed inside. He was so weary, he was unsure of what Kamatayan was doing. He could only feel his presence. It seemed the world had gone black for Jordan, and at this moment he had no care or qualm with that fact. It would be a long hard road for the half-breed warrior. Jordan sat down in an old carved chair with arms. He rocked back in it and waited for Ru'ketal to fix the tea. Which, to no avail, he was fixing using his telekinetic abilities. The water began to bubble and Jordan watched as the ingredents were sifted into the hot concoction of water. Being mixed into it and stirred around with a wooden spoon. Jordan cracked a smile, he often wondered what sort of turmoil the Kanassan people would be in had it lost its special ability of telekinetic powers and telepathy itself. For one they would become stronger in build and two they would definitely not be in any singing contest. Jordan had only heard a few Kanassan's speak while he was on the planet, and the voice seemed to be like that of fingernails on a chalk board. And to his Saiyan ears, he was inclined to never endure that torture again. Ru'ketal began to delve into his mind at this point while the tea brewed. Jordan could feel Andrasta shying away from his consciousness, she had apparently wanted her darkest secrets to remain hidden from this Kanassan. For what he did not know, for he thought him and these people as friends. Of course the mind of a dragon was often hard to interpret, even if one was their kindred spirit. Jordan could feel his emotions and memories of all that he had been through thus far being sifted through. Like a book being flipped through and every word being digested into this Kanassan's great and powerful mind. After a good thirty minutes, Ru'ketal returned from Jordan's mind and still had yet to say a word. Only bringing a few cups to the table and pouring the hot mixture into them. Jordan then lifted a glass with his mind and brought it to his hand. He took a sip, and the earthy brew smoothly rand down his throat and into his gut. The mixture seemed to restore some of his weariness and gained some composure at the table. Whatever was in it, had healing powers of some sort. Jordan much appreciated it and within an hour of silence he felt as good as new. Ru'ketal must of been weary as well, for he drank from the brew and awaited the time to lapse. To begin to understand what sort of capabilities have come into your possession Jordan, you must know of our own past. Of our rise and our fall. Our children are taught of our past and we look forward to another rise in our own civilization. As the soothsayer of this planet, I am connected through all minds and all things. The great connection is a life source to us all. Only one has the same ability as I, and I am sure you will meet her soon enough. For she is my mate. She will hold the last contest, if you so choose to accept it. But that is for another time and another day. For now, let us get on with our studies and explanation of our wonderful and mysterious race. We shall explore yours as well, so that we may unlock your true potential and use these things I am to teach you without too much strain. So let us begin. WC: 669 TWC: 669 Quest TWC: 669 |

The Kanassan people began out much similar to how we are now in present times. But it was not always so. There are ruins of cities that used to be where we resided. It's cities spread across the globe. Much of the forest now was regrown upon those cities ashes. It was as if Kanassa herself took over the planet and hid us from view. We had technological advances that rivaled even Avalon. Our scientists were among the best in the universe. Using our advanced minds to construct science in a way most sentient beings could not even begin to comprehend. It was our greatest achievement, yet greatest downfall... One of our greatest seers had seen the arrival of the Saiyan race and conquered us all. Due to our own ignorance of our technological advances, we did not heed her warnings. It was this that caused almost extinction. It was as if fate were teaching us humility. No matter how smart one may get, pride is an evil thing that can be anyone's downfall. Remember that you two... In any case, the Saiyans had soon arrived and the battle was at a stalemate. That was until Orichi, the highest moon in orbit, seemed to shine favor upon your ancestors. Giant feral apes appeared as if out of no where. We had not know of the transformations your race is capable of. Only legend of a super form that we have not seen as of yet. Only preludes to it at best. Which I am aware that you and your entire alliance, save Goku, have at the moment. Zorn will be ready soon enough, whenever that pent up emotion breaks free and envelopes his power. But that is for him to find out, and just encourgae him to continue training. For when he reaches it, I am sure you and your allies will be close to achieving the same as him. Your alliance will be one hell of a group to start anything with, and it is our hope that you will all end the tyrrany that is apparent in this universe. Back to our history and roots...We were in turmoil, only a few thousand of us had survived that onslaught. It was terrible, we had all thought we would be extinct and our mark in the universe would go as though a wind passing over the tracks in sand. About a hundred years of struggling and strife had gone by and our numbers were a mere thousand left. It was then the people of avalon had come to our planet. Only then was there hope given. Only then did we begin to procreate and our health and spirits had returned in fashion. Without their help, our planet and civilization would had been lost. This is why we are friends with the sentient beings known as Avalonians. I am sure Josef will be able to tell you more of their culture, for now it is important we focus on your own past and history. For you to better understand yourself and your racial ancestors. As you are human, and part Saiyan. As well as the history of dragons, but Andrasta can let you in on their secret ways. Jordan listened intently at everything the soothsayer was telling himself and possibly to Kamatayan too at the same time. He was intrigued with every detail and wanted to learn more. As a part of his wants, Ru'ketal felt them and he let a flood of images come into his mind. It shared vivid recreations of the world around him, so different yet so familiar. Jordan was privvy to a wide range of information at this point and it was ever so enlightening. Jordan watched the rise and the down fall of the Kanassan people. A tear trickled down his cheek as he watched (once more) of the destructive force his ancestors had been. "Ru'ketal what can you tell me of my Saiyan and Human ancestors? I have always wondered of these things. And the academey only touched lightly on our past. Mainly on our traditions and such. More solely on skills in battle than anything else...And I have only come into contact with a few humans, I feel I can empathize with both cultures and have been at a crossroads ever since I had been born. It was only after I merged my spirit with Andrasta had I felt peace between Jorlece and myself. What do you know Ru'ketal? Please tell me". Jordan waited for a response, and he could feel Ru'ketal breath in a short breath of air. Before he continued and out stretched his mind once more to Jordan. In this was not explanation only imagery. Images from his home planet of Vegeta-Sei and of a new and strange world he had only seen in pictures from the academy on planet Vegeta... WC: 811 TWC: 1480 Quest TWC: 1480 |

Jordan watched as his mind had begun to spin and play brutal uncivilized warfare. Using ancient technologies. One of which he had seen many warriors of the present day begin to harbor and use once more. The sword and other various one-handed to two handed-weapon uses. Jordan watched as pistols and rifles tore through weak flesh. He did not know how a tiny object could not be deflected or caught. It was beside himself to think that part of his ancestory was so weak. That his strength had most definitely come from the Saiyan race. Jordan then watched as the avalonians descended and offered them into the protectorate and how the human race was thrust into the Universal scene. Jordan figured that, though most of humanity were weak a few surpassed their society as a whole and would be a force to reckon with. Jordan then watched as his ancestors conquered worlds with nothing but their pure strength, which heavily relied upon their oozaru transformation. He watched the giant feral apes take down civilizations one at a time. That was until the changelings and Planet World Organization enslaved their people and used them. At that point in time no more information was provided at how King Vegeta and his ancestors freed them from the PTO's wrath and controlling grip. Only that Saiyan society was mainly dictated through the King and his children. In any case, the history was quick and abounding. Jordan felt he could side with either race and in the end he loved both. One for compassion and dignity, the other for the strength they could command at will. For their battle prowes and never back down attitudes. Jordan soon ran into his own thoughts. Andrasta was there awaiting. She was offering her views and history of the universe as a whole. One of an ancient race and almost extinct. Jordan found this to be the most troubling. For interpretting a Dragon and her thoughts on other sentient beings in the universe was hard, extremely hard. Due in part, that as abundantly intelligent she was. Her emotions dictated much of her life's descions. Including unifying with Jordan's soul. Jordan began to dive into her mind and her history. Completely out in the open for him to explore. Her as his guide. He could feel Andrasta shielding Jordan's mind from all outside sources. No one was going to break her barrier. Not even the great Ru'ketal. For this was only for his benefit, no one else could learn of it unless they fused with a dragon themselves... WC: 428 TWC: 1908 Quest TWC: 1908 |

Jordan was in a world of vivid images, smells and noise. It seemed to be the breeding grounds on an unknown world. Only dragons, and what few men and woman had been irrevocably destined to be one of which a kindred spirit. Jordan watched the ancient beautiful, but powerful, beast fly around and take to their own culture. They were as smart as any sentient being in the universe, gentle and kind. But by far the most powerful. So powerful, they were connected with the line of magic that flowed throughout this universe. As if magic was there mother and bore them into the atmosphere of this dimension itself. Jordan was taken on a brief history of the world of the ancient beast. Through it was their beliefs and views. Their knowledge of a collective universe even including a brief history of the Lost civilization of the cosmos. Jordan found this ever intriguing and wished to ask about it later on in their journey together. But for now he concentrated on the history of the ancient beasts that ruled the air and space collectively. He took a peak inside their society, and heiarchy of things. In the beginning they did not meddle in the worlds of the two leg beings. That they were of no conscious. It was only when, possibly magic, had introduced the first Kindred Spirit from that time. It was only then they began to research into their minds and ways. Helping them to grow in good and evil. Dragon's were usually a far, only a few ventured into the worlds. And that was only due to the fact they were connected with their spirits. The first unification ceremony came from a sorceress...known as Adana. Jordan couldn't believe that was how old she was. How and why she was feared and respected in her own right. It was outright incredible. Something he was going to have a long conversation with as well. Jordan continued on the journey into the culture of Dragons and their society until Andrasta cut the link from it and this lesson had been over. Perhaps it was all he needed to know for now, and for this portion of the training being conducted. Jordan came back into consciousness at a meditating Ru'ketal. Jordan stared blankly at his new teacher. Awaiting for him to sense he was now back in the presence and no longer protected by the powers of Andrasta. Ru'ketal, I believe I have found the insight I have needed to unlock my mind fully. To connect it with my spirit without withdraw. To unify it as the elder Kanassan's of this planet have done. Teach me how to connect both mind and spirit. I want to learn this and protect myself from outsiders. To make my mind static and uncapable of being read. As I have found yours to be when I try to probe it... Jordan awaited his teacher's response. Much like a dog awaiting his bowl of food, or his master to throw the ball and let his new adventure begin. Jordan did not have to wait long, for soon Ru'ketal had begun to whisper to him the secrets of connecting body and mind. Soon he knew the secrets of the Kanassan people and their abilities. And soon his new teacher began to test him, to ensure the lesson was fully learned. WC: 563 TWC: 1908 Quest TWC: 2471 |

With the previous tests from the Soothsayer having been successfully completed Kamatayan had his mind opened up to so much more than he had anticipated before. His knowledge of the telepathic and telekinetic arts were expanding rapidly. It was not an instantaneous process but each time he meditated, each time he slept his mind altered itself slightly and he found himself increasing in competence. Ruk'etal had for all intents and purposes rewired his mind. He was still a Saiyan, he was still proud and headstrong but what opened up the avenues for telepathy and telekinesis had been completely redesigned. From what he could understand Kanassian physiology was closer to what was needed to start with, but ultimately it came from something they had discovered centuries ago. Where this knowledge came from was unknown. It wasn't some heralded scientific discovery or achieved through enlightenment but rather a set of plans 'uncovered' to achieve it. Such a thing suggested that it had come from a vastly superior race. After all, from what Ruk'etal had said, the whole thing was from what they could see just a fairly basic process – yet as Kamatayan had endured for his own mind it was sheer agony. Still, that was not the matter at hand right now. Kamatayan, Jordan, Zorn and Goku had been getting through all the challenges that lay before them rather successfully. They had gotten beyond the 'basic' challenges that would be the point most would stop at. They were now treading down the path that few ever trodden and that none from any other planet had ever ventured down. They were the first non-Kanassians to embark upon this series of trials and tribulations. That in itself was an honour, but once others saw the power they were now bequeathed others would follow. Would they be good or evil? Kanassa would always be owed a debt of gratitude by the Saiyans for the knowledge and enlightenment that they had provided. Also for the warmth and support they had provided. It would prove most interesting to see just what it was that the future held once this training was complete. For now Kamatayan sat under a tree, one of the final few trees before the plains beyond the forest of illusion stretched out to a vast desert. The same desert where they had fought Gorgon. Kamatayan was here because he had been wondering about the people in that village before the fight with Gorgon. Something was horribly a miss there and he certainly wanted to find out what it was. However, there was little reprieve in the training at this moment in time. Knowing he only had a few minutes to himself before he would be summoned to the next location Kamatayan rested his head back against the relatively smooth bark of the tree. It still was knobbly and rough, but not gnarled, flaky and littered with crevices like trees in the forest were. Closing his eyes he turned his mind to everything that had already been accomplished here in such a short time. Kamatayan had been entombed in stone and emerged victorious, the first test had been the most surprising and in some ways the most difficult to deal with. Ja’vei had used his own telekinetic powers to restrict any physical movement. What had proven to be most difficult for Kamatayan was the feeling of powerlessness. It was like Barada had ensnared his mind all over again. He peered through his own eyes with no degree of control over his actions. His body was there but it was not his own. That was what proved to be truly problematic and fearsome. For the briefest of moments his heart and mind was filled with the fear of Ja’vei assuming control of him. After all, Kamatayan would have proven a useful warrior to the Kanassian people, far stronger than any of their own warriors. It had not been such a ploy that Ja’vei had used in order to try and subjugate the Saiyan warrior though. It had purely been for training purposes and in order to help him begin learning the basics with his telekinetic powers. In hindsight Kamatayan could appreciate the means deployed to get the end objective. Kamatayan had been incandescent at the time however. Almost killing Ja'vei on the spot. As it would appear, that was the time when Ja'vei first learned of the true power of the Saiyan race. He had expected Kamatayan to be exhausted and depleted after such a task, just grateful to have finally succeeded where many others would never succeed and at the first attempt – even rarer for the most promising of telekinetics. Instead he had almost killed Ja'vei and it was actually Ja'vei who was exhausted. He had used up all his focus and energies in sustaining the telekinetic effects for so long that had Kamatayan chosen to launch into combat at that moment he would have been unable to stop him. In a different time, or just a few short months earlier the Saiyan would not have stayed his hand. The teachings of Roshi and Kami his two masters to date teaching him to hold a greater view of all life. It was beginning to feel like an eternity since Kamatayan had left Earth, left the training and guidance of the masters there. Whilst they were not the most powerful in the universe they were certainly some of the most knowledgeable. They were constrained in power by the times in which they trained, they didn't have access to the gravity chambers nor did they have the need to rise up against such great, prominent evils. Now in their twilight years it was only natural that they were in decline. Whatever power they had in their peak was long gone before the time Kamatayan was even born. Still, that was irrelevant, as they had become older they had become greater students of the arts of ki. That had been their legacy, their enduring testament. They were able to impart their knowledge and teachings upon all of those who were worthy of them. Kamatayan had learned the art of ki mastery from Kami, the art of conserving energy so that you could keep fighting longer and harder than opponents. It was something that would come for most with time and experience, yet Kamatayan had been able to learn it without years of practice, without difficult battles where we was running on empty. It would probably save his life some day. Still, as his mind meandered through the past he did not know what it was all leading up to. He had arrived on Vegeta to much different circumstances. His father was an esteemed and respected part of the Saiyan Empire, a hard to the monarch as his research had experiments on Kamatayan had earned him recognition for finding a means to increase his own power level tenfold in a short period of time. Kamatayan had earned the ire of the Saiyan monarchy though. Quite what would be awaiting him next time he set foot on Vegeta would be most interesting. It could potentially be fatal though, that much he was already preparing for because at some point in the future he would have to return to his home world. It would only be there that he could further develop himself to the levels needed and it was where the clues to his fathers next location remained. Or so he hoped. Of course, he had almost been successful on Vegeta. So close to stopping his father dead in his tracks. After his assault on Earth, after the pain and suffering he had caused Kamatayan came so close to ending it all in that lab. His power had been far too much for his fathers devices to contain. Kamatayan had been able to break through them with brute force. He had destroyed all who stood in his path but Barada had still managed to escape. Ru'ketal finally got in touch. Issuing summons to Kamatayan and presumably to Jordan as well. Both of them were given the location to head to and as Kamatayan burst through the skies he knew that Jordan would probably arrive first. Kamatayan had strayed quite a way from where there were any Kanassians. He enjoyed the quiet corners of this world. Still, he soon arrived at where the Soothsayer was awaiting them. Entering the cottage Jordan and the Soothsayer Ru'ketal were indeed already in waiting. A steaming beverage awaited Kamatayan and as he took a sip of the thick liquid it quickly began to work wonders. It had the invigoration of a sensu bean, yet the distinct taste of something else. Sitting down and awaiting the tendrils of the Soothsayers mind soon began to penetrate Kamatayans own. It seemed that they were to learn some of the storied history of the Kanassians. It seemed as though what Kamatayan had seen out in the most desolate of deserts really was a Saiyan invasion against this world. The Kanassians fought valiantly but were overcome by the Oozaru transformation of the Saiyans. He recalled how much seeing this near genocide had upset Euphemia. The Saiyans were brutal and capable of truly phenomenal savagery. Most indulged it because it did indeed cause such a rush to enter a challenging fight. It turned out that the Saiyans had absolutely wrought havoc upon the Kanassian people though. Bringing their civilisation to its knees, reducing the population to mere thousands scattered across the world. Whilst Jordan shed a tear at the destruction and strife, Kamatayan revelled in it. This was what his blood yearned for, the thrill of combat. Being involved in such a battle would have been a great glory for him. Not necessarily attacking the Kanassians but to just be involved of something on this scale. As Kamatayan witnessed the history of the humans he naturally scoffed in disapproval. Simpletons playing at things they did not understand. Kamatayan respected the humans he had befriended, but all in all he had a lot of contempt for the humans. They had only ever proven themselves weak and undeserving. It was only the teachings of Roshi and Kami that had convinced him to believe they were worth protecting for their future potential. Ru'ketal and Jordan explored another path as Kamatayan merely focused his mind on preparing himself. He had some advantages over his hybrid friend Jordan. As a pure Saiyan he could willingly embrace anything that made him more powerful. Saiyans worked hard in training because it was a route to power, they entered battles carelessly because it was a route to power and the conquering and decimation of other species was just battle on a greater level. Had the Saiyan race realised the challenge in protecting races they would have done that as well as it was what bequeathed the greatest power. It was far harder to defend than to attack. Ru'ketal soon realised the Saiyans belief he was ready. He had no qualms of putting Kamatayans mental assertions to the test. The Soothsayer soon began a blistering barrage on the mind of the Saiyan. Twisting his memories to haunt him, causing blood to surge to his brain and throb like the most powerful of migraines. Every horrific thing that Kamatayan had ever done was washing over him all at once. Some things he had forgotten about, some he had been able to suppress. It was all coming back to him and hitting him like a behemoth class ship. In agonising, paralysing pain Kamatayan was unable to do anything to defend himself. Ru'ketal probed deeper in his mind, causing the vessels around his brain to bulge and pulse to their capacity. His very blood searing hot through his mind. The feeling of pain all around his brain as he used kinetic force to cause the brain to contract. It was becoming increasingly apparent to Kamatayan that if Ru'ketal really wanted to he could probably extinguish the life of Kamatayan now. In some ways this was genius, what better way to be able to repel invaders who wielded ki techniques like the Saiyans than having something they were completely defenceless against. Some feelings never die, and this was one that would never leave the Saiyan. Getting frustrated as he remained crippled on the floor Kamatayan began to scream in agony, powering up to try and force Ru'ketal out of his mind. Kamatayan quickly hit his peak of power around seventy five thousand. However, it did not stop there as things in the cottage began to rattle and the walls quivered with the power. Jordan would be aware of this through his own pain and suffering Kamatayan was certain of this. The Saiyans power level quickly shot up to a point where it hit almost the hundred thousand mark. The reddened hue in his appearance began giving away to something else. His reddish brown hair began to occasionally flash yellow. His eyebrows protruding more as the actual hair also flashed yellow. His red aura beginning to have golden streaks in it. Kamatayan was yelling in agony as he gradually rose up to his feet. His power level continued to rise and dip in an erratic manner. Whatever was happening he was not in control of it. A couple of times his power level spiked up to a point just short of a hundred and twenty thousand. His body and mind could not handle the power as he began to flail erratically and static sparks bolted all through the small dwelling destroying some objects. Ru'ketal was losing the battle though, trying to subdue the Saiyan was no easy task. As Ru'ketal was finally pushed from his mind the Saiyans power level rapidly dropped back down to its natural state and he dropped to his hands and knees. Breathing heavily he was in control of his own bodily functions once more. Ru'ketal realised something though, when you push a Saiyan to the limits you bring the most out of them. If Ru'ketal had continued pushing just what would have happened? Kamatayan had been pushed to a point where prematurely he almost hit that next stage of ascension Ru'ketal referred to. Kamatayan was exhausted now and all of his body hurt. Whatever had happened he was not ready for it and with how his heart was palpitating it had very nearly killed him. Kamatayan was drained but he had repelled Ru'ketal from his mind and his mind was much stronger for the effort. Ru'ketal took a moment to stare in awe at what had just unfolded before his eyes. He realised that the true power of the Saiyan race was something deep and instinctual. Primeval in its very nature. The will to survive was greater than anything he had ever seen. He had been instilling the Saiyans mind with the knowledge of how to protect himself as well as attacking his mind the entire time. The process had been interrupted but the Soothsayer suspected it was already complete. Even though Kamatayan was exhausted and weakened now, as Ru'ketal first entered his mind he noticed there was nothing to tell or read from the mind of the Saiyan. The first layer of his conscious was now completely hidden from him. Before it had been wide open and easy to attack yet this defence was already well erected and in place. As he was tired it was the perfect time to assess just how deep the Saiyans defences were capable of being present. It took Ru'ketal a few moments but he soon pushed through the upper echelons of the Saiyans mind. Kamatayans mind still stood strong though. Ru'ketal was greeted by much haze and shroud. He could still make out some vague parts of the mind but they were too fleeting to get a grasp on. The entirety of Kamatayan's upper mind was protected from invaders. They would not be able to deduce his actions or short term plans. There remained only one place left to test. With the deepest parts of the mind all that was left the parts that when manipulated correctly could cause a man to betray his allies in a heartbeat. Could cause him to take his own life or make him the greatest of servants. It took Ru'ketal several minutes of trying and he could not break through the sheath that had formed within his mind. To truly put the Saiyan to the test he really ramped up his efforts. Using pain inducing tactics on the Saiyan who was unable to respond due to his exhaustion he tried to break the protection his mind now had. Ru'ketal watched as he writhed in pain yet his mind would still not yield. It seemed as though he had successfully been able to impart the knowledge that Kamatayan needed to defend himself. He had already stood up to much more rigorous tests than most Kanassians would ever have to go through. Perhaps it was time for them to take the grandmasters challenge and finally to fulfil the needs of the Kanassian people. They did not yet know what lay ahead of them, but all this training, all these centuries of training by the order of Sal'juk had been leading up to one thing. One thing that Kamatayan and Jordan alone would be facing. Would they be triumphant? Would they finally rid the Kanassians of whatever this secret problem was? How ironic it would be if centuries after almost destroying the Kanassians it would be Saiyans who saved them. Ultimately it would balance the scales of nature though, and ultimately be able to put to bed any negative feelings from Kanassians towards Saiyans. wc: 2946 total: 5417 |

Jordan could feel Ru'ketal blasting his mind with telepathic powers. Jordan greeted the soothsayer with hazy defenses and shrouded darkness. Jordan could feel Ru'ketal becoming frustrated, doing his best to probe deep within the catacombs that lay inside Jordan's mind. The knowledge that had been imparted from the soothsayer had been soaked up like a sponge. It was able to rebuke his attacks, to defend the most powerful of minds. Jordan grinned as he again and again tried to double his efforts to find any secrets to Jordan, any at all. And this time without the aide of Andrasta. For Jordan could only feel himself in his mind and the attempted Soothsayer trying to gain access. It was incredible, as if a wall had been built of static electricity and haze. It was able to defend one of the most incredible minds of the time and more. Jordan continued to smile as he fended off the attacks. Soon Ru'ketal had given up his advance upon Jordan. Had decided that the knowledge he imparted had been completed and built. That only someone with higher intelligence than him would be able to crack this new found ability. Jordan thanks Ru'ketal for his kindness and knowledge. To devulge it to Saiyans none the less. Jordan and his brothers were the first to pass these tests. The first other than Kanassans. It was a true honor to of done the things they had done thus far. Jordan had deflected Ru'ketals attempts and now it was Kamatayan's turn. Jordan sat quietly as the soothsayer "re-wired" Kamatayans mind. Jordan had an easier time at it, for he was only half-saiyan as opposed to Kamatayan who was pure. Jordan felt his Kamatayans power stir, it began little at first but then maxed out to his natural limits. Then it happened, his next transformation. His auburn hair began to jolt and reddish aura crowded around him. Then his power level spiked beyond that, and finally cut off back down to resting state. Jordan gasped as he felt his friend and was in awe at how strong he was becoming. Jordan found himself to be a bit stronger than Kamatayan, but not by much. They were almost equals in every aspect of training and beyond that. Jordan grinned, as Ru'ketal began to try and invade Kamatayan's mind Jordan took a peak inside. The "rewiring" seemed to of worked because Jordan watched as the soothsayer tried to gain entry but was denied. Jordan withdrew himself from his brother's mind. It had been done, accomplished after trial and trial again. Only one left to do. Ru'ketal told them of where they needed to go, but to go and rest first. For this last test would be the hardest they came into contact with. Jordan and Kamatayan bowed and gave their farewells. Both having earned one of the top tier advancements in telepathic warfare. Jordan smiled as did his partner. They exited the forest and went back to their respected ships. Fare journey to you, and Kamatayan. We expect great things from the both of you... Jordan could hear the thoughts of Ru'ketal whisper into his mind, and he knew that Kamatayan had heard them as well. He grinned. "We will not let you down.", Jordan whispered into the wind as he flew off towards the Adalricus to his crew and mate. WC: 558 TWC: 2466 Quest TWC: 5975 Adventurer lvl I |
