Transformation 1 Difficulty: Easy Location: Planet Frieza Description: Write an RP to acquire Transformation 1. Reward: +25 all stats and Transformation 1 Available: Always *a little graphical violence. Rated R* ![]() Part I “Seeker of Power” Frieza was young and hunger for power. He was just barely nineteen by Earth years, and his father ruled a portion of the galaxy that would one day by his. However, he knew deep down it would take several years to accomplish that goal. Today would be his first step towards galactic domination. He was a changeling, a creature who could change into many different forms, each one becoming more devastatingly stronger than the previous one. One changeling had even reached a 4th transformation, but that was a legend from millennia ago. Frieza’s father himself had only reached for the first transformation, and with the power that brought forth he was able to subject egate a section in the galaxy. Frieza would have to aim higher if he not only wanted to conquer his father, but bring the whole of the galaxy under his control. Frieza, who lived as a ruler on the planet named after him, would finally learn to break the shackles of his birth form. It would not be enough to break the reign of his father, but enough to to spread out to other worlds. Frieza ate his morning morsel, large amounts of meat from the indigence species of the planet. It was a satisfying meal, but what made it even more delicious is that he knew he would get another like it until he had reached his 1st transformation. He packed very light and gave orders to his second in command, Shadow, his most loyal and powerful henchmen. Shadow would see to the daily affairs of the planet for a few days while Frieza was out expanding his power. Frieza left his palace a few hours before noon, the weather was gloomy today like most days. At least it wasn't raining. Not that he really cared about weather, but he could at least be a little bit more comfortable. He had long been able to fly, and so defying the planets gravity with his own ki, he soared into the sky and headed off towards treacherous looking mountains in the far distance. Part II “Paradise in Hell” It took only a few hours to reach the base of the mountain that Frieza was heading to. The peaks of the mountains looked as if there was no end, and while he could breath in space, there was no need to test his power of flight to see if he could reach the top, if there even was one. His father, like so many changelings before him, had never told him what pushed him into the next phase of his form. It was something he was supposed to learn on his own. He made his way up the base of the mountains, and within a few hours of a steady climb it the rough terrain seem to level out a bit. Frieza found this place to be surprisingly peaceful. The planet was a cold one, with almost year round freezing temperature. Not long coming into the leveled plan he found a lake frozen over entirely. A few evergreen trees loomed about, and while trees on the planet were usually something out of a haunted scary story, these trees were just as peaceful as the place around him. It was strange to find such a peaceful place on such a harsh planet. It filled Frieza with rage to think that such a place would exist on this planet, his planet. It was as if this place could be a place of refuge. How absurd that a planet almost frozen over with gloomy skies year round, ruled over by soon to be the most powerful creature the universe had ever see, would be a place of perfect peace. The rage boiled within him. What would his father thing of seeing such a place in the midst of a frozen hell. It was shameful, and yet for some reason Frieza could not really explain why it even mattered to him. He would have to move on from this place, least his rage get the better of him and blew a hole in the planet so big that it would threaten the very life of the planet itself. Part III “Prelude to Blood” A few later, after climbing even more rough terrain, Frieza came to another leveled out peacefully looking plane. He sighed in disgust and was planning on moving on, but something by chance happen to catch his eye. The ruined remains of a campfire near the frozen lake. He curiously walked over to the area and inspected it. It could not have been more than a few days old and that really pissed him off. Who could possible be here in these treacherous mountains? More important was why. Hardly any coherent tracks lead in any sensible direction from the campfire. It was possible that whoever built this fire was still on the mountain. It was times like this Frieza wished he had learned to sense people’s energy signatures. At the very least he could have bought a scouter. How stupid could he be at times. No matter, he would find out who was up here and why. It took about twenty minutes for him to decide to head off in a set direction, which he felt would be the most likely place whoever was up here might have gone. Another pain stacking hour after hour went by, with the mountain climb starting up again. It wasn't until nearly nightfall that he at last found what he was looking for. There was a single tent pitched near yet another frozen over peaceful lake. There was something going on here. Frieza waited out of sight for quite some time, maybe an hour. Nothing happened. Nothing, as if the tent was merely part of the landscaping, to complete this perfect picture of peace. Before Frieza was at his breaking point for waiting, a young human male, along with a woman and a female child. Probably the man’s family. Frieza’s eyes narrowed. What were humans doing out here? Almost all the races where on this planet, but humans, along with a few others, were kept in isolated areas of the city, under heavy subjugation. This was a violation of a law Frieza himself put into effect; there would be blood to pay for this... Part IV “Tyrants End” Frieza watched as they sat near the fire, apparently cooking something. The only thing they had done right in Frieza’s mind was to actually start a fire, it would spare him the trouble for when he decided to roast their rotting corpse over it. “Well, I don’t remember giving permission for campfires out here,” said Frieza emerging from the darkness. He started heading towards the family. The woman and child looked terrified, instantly Frieza could see the blood drain from the mother. The father, however, looked serious, as if he was trying to calculate the situation. Frieza saw the one thing he would not tolerate on anyone’s face, defiance. Was this fool mad? What chance did he think he had against him, surely nobody on this planet thought they could do anything but gravel at Frieza’s feet. Surely he knew that even running was out of the question. “Frieza-,” the man started to say. “That’s Lord Frieza to you, you piece of scum.” It could be. For the smallest of seconds Frieza though he saw a smile at the edge of the man’s face. This fool might just have to be tortured for his insolence. “No, it’s just Frieza. I never thought I would see you alone and unguarded. But I am glad that I have a chance to destroy you once a for all. Your short reign of terror will end tonight.” This was madness, could this fool be so stupid? “Bold words, but live bravely for the next few moments of your pathetic life.” Without a word the man rushed at Frieza, and his first three blows were easily parried. What a fool to attack a more powerful opponent. Frieza began a counter-attacked, but he was stopped dead in his tracks, before he could really even launch his second punch. He looked down and saw a knee in his stomach that dropped him to his knees. How was this possible? “Frieza you arrogant fool. You though that nobody on this planet could be as strong as you. I was trained to conceal my power. You might think your impressive with a power of three thousand, but I’m at three thousand five hundred. More than enough to defeat you. Your life ends here.” With that the man kicked him over and over and over again. Blood ran down Frieza’s face and body and he was starting to lose consciousness. Finally the man grabbed him by his tail and swung him around, only to toss him over the side of the mountain. He was broken and defeated. Part V “Impasse” Frieza laid on on his back, bones broken all over his body. He had been defeated by the most random of events. What was going on out here? How could someone just trash him like this? He could feel his body wrought with pain, but his anger was driving it away. He could feel his blood, what? Booling? No pain though, the pain of the last few minutes was gone, replaced with a warming burning sensation. Yet this burning cause no pain, not even a uncomfortableness. He lost himself in it. What was going on? Nothing had made sense to him since leaving his palace early that day. For a moment of weakness, he longed to be back in the comfort of his palace walls. While his thoughts lingered of home, the burning subsided, and the crushing defeats pain began again. In an instant he snapped back to where he was. He cursed his weakness of longer for comfort. His lack of training, his desire for comfort, was what brought about his defeat today. He had left that comfort to find his power. He had to find this power, to rise above such a marginal power level. It was the only way he would be able to rule the cosmos. The pain subsided again, the burning washed back over his body. This time, however, it was not the warm tingling feeling from a few moments before, but a truly burning pain. Was he dying? Could that foolish man actually have caused so much damage to him that he would die. No, he would not end like this, he was destined for far more. Yet the burning began to intensify beyond what he thought he would be able to bear. He had to bear it. Suddenly, he understood. A smile crept across his face... Part VI “Terror Reborn” Frieza was able to stand, amidst the burning pain. No, not in defiance of the pain, but as if he had no choice in the matter. He could feel himself growing. His horns standing on end. He must have grown a whole two feet. The armor he was wearing, which he just realized was cracked from the blows from earlier, was torn off his body as his height rose to about six feet. He could feel the increase in power. It was invigorating. The transformation had taken place. All his energy and stamina was renewed. So was his anger and hatred. It was time to put this new power to the test. He flew at speeds faster than he had ever flown before. Within moments he was back by the tents, and this time the man’s confident expression had faded. This was the look of terror he should have displayed before. “Impossible, you should have bleed out,” the man cried as he tried to motion for the woman to run with the child. There would be no time for them to run. “I am the eternal Frieza,” he said glaring at him. “Your time is up” The man put himself in a ready stance as his family began to run. There would be no fight here. In an instant, no faster than that, Frieza was in front of him, his outstretched arm through the man's heart. The woman was horrified, as was her young daughter. Frieza was holding the man’s heart as he ripped his arm back outside the man’s chest. He fell dead on the spot. So much for all his power. The two females could hardly move. The girl couldn't have been more than ten and now the sins of the father would be passed on to the child. “Ops, look like your father’s lost something,” Frieza said to the young girl. Her mother was horrified, and tried to get between her and Frieza. What fools, as if that would make any sort of difference. He walked forward and simply shoved the mother back. The girl turn to run but didn't even make it a step before Frieza had grabbed her arm. “And where do you think you are going little one? It’s time to pay the piper for your parents foolish mistakes,” he said as he used his newfound power to force the mother’s eyes on them. Nothing could be more terrifying than to watch the brutal death of your child, if only Frieza was able to have kept the man alive for this. “Pay attention mom, you wouldn’t want to miss the last few seconds of her miserable life.” The woman pleaded with everything she could possible thing to say in order to spar her daughter's life. He might have had the beating from earlier not taken place. The price would have to be paid for the pain inflicted on Frieza. The mother screamed in agony, tears and pure painful emotions running down her face. Frieza was slowly, painfully skinning the daughter alive. He could feel the despair of her mother as she watched, unable to even turn her gaze away from the pure brutality of what was happening. The screams of both females filled the night sky. Within a few minutes it was over. The mother sat weeping with fits of anger, shame and sadness. It was no less than she deserved. To defy her Lord like this. Frieza’s greatest regret is that more people couldn't see the price of their sins. He would have let the mother lived to tell others, but she had seen him broken, and he could have stories floating around. This was no more real pain he could inflict on her after what she had just seen in the last few minutes. Her death wasn’t fast, but not quite as painful. It was all over. Frieza had obtained his transformation and element adversaries in the process. In a way he was grateful that he ran into them, for all he knew they sped up the time it would have taken him to learn this power. After a few minutes of feasting his newly made meal, he blew the peaceful environment into oblivion. He made a point to go back to the other peaceful places he had seen along the way and destroy them as well. Afterwards, he headed back to his palace where he would have Shadow investigate the situation of the family he had seen out here tonight. His smile deepened greatly on his face, this was his first step in his galactic conquest. |
