EDIT: THIS VERSION IS OLD AND FLAWED D: DON'T DOWNLOAD IT. IT'S EVIL!! http://www.filefactory.com/file/76ushf3dlqgt Disclaimer: I'm still a noob at excel, so I didn't know how to make cells uneditable by people who used it (hence the big message in the middle). Also, I used a spanish version of excel, so I don't know if it will work with an english version, as I used the "SI" command (IF in english) various times. Well, there's nothing complicated about this thing. You just type your stats on the cells to the left, your total stamina drain down there, and your level of Ki Mastery (leave at 0 if you don't have the technique). Then your drained stats will be calculated to the right. This is my understanding of how stamina drain works, so please don't kil me if I did anything wrong. NOTE: I didn't include vitality because, as I found out in a recent thread I made, vitality fatigue's interactions with stamina fatigue are dependant on chronological order, and that would be too complicated for me to attempt to program in excel. Though if there was some rule such as "stamina and vitality don't affect each other", or "vitality drains are always calculated after stamina drains (or vice versa)", it would be programmable. Again, don't kill me. |

This is really helpful. Muchos gracias. The only problem is that the current ki changes, which it shouldn't from my understanding. Everything else works like a charm, even the KM part. *impressed face* |

Nice! I'll give this a go the next time I have a battle and compare it to the numbers I get when I do the drain manually like usual. |

I'll have to take a look at and test this later though it sounds valuable. |

You know, now that I look at this thing again, it's flawed. Why is it flawed? Because it calculates percentages of your current ki, so if you used something that consumed 1% at 1,000 ki, your stamina would be drained by -10. And if after that, if you somehow multiplied your strength by 100 (don't ask how, it's just an extreme example), your ki would go up a long way and so would the 1% drain... but your stamina drain should still be -10, not the -[a lot] that this thing calculates. So, long story short, I messed up and I find it too complicated to program a better excel. |

If you've got a basic editor or programming system like VB it'd be quite easy to just build a form with the necessary inputs. Given a bit of time you could create a full database of each technique on the site so users could just type in its name and it'd be pretty easy. Could just then be a pretty simple battle calculator program that people could download. |

Tambourine, this program actually works perfectly. Stam drain goes off your current max ki. The way you're saying it should be would make transformations a waste of ki because then, you wouldn't be able to cause more damage with a ki attack, like kamehameha. The reason SSJ Goku's kamehameha is stronger than Kaio-Ken Goku's Kamehameha is because his current ki max rose, giving him more ki to use. If he just used the same amount of ki as in his Kaio-Ken'd state, the attack would only do the same amount of damage. But because he has more ki at his disposal, the 10% he uses for kamehameha is higher, so it does more damage. Make sense? In sum, your calc is fine. |

What I mean is, Base Stats: 2,000 1,000 250 250 250 250 You use 10% Ki, that's -100 Stamina: 1,800 900 250 250 150 250 Then you somehow multiply your strength by 10 (which would also increase ki), according to my calculator, would be this: 5,550 2,775 2425 175 0 175 The drain from an attack you used before powering up your ki shouldn't increase the same drain, not using anything after powering up. |

OH! You meant like that. Well, I don't think there's really a way to fix that, so you should just mark the amount of stam you've lost from drains before powering up if you're using the stam-loss calculator, and then subtract that again later. It's a small price to pay for the easy calculations. |

^Unsure if sarcastic or serious. Regardless, I included your stam calculator in the battle stats program. It should work well, for now. If I think of a way to fix the stam calculator, I'll post here with another version of it. |

No, I was serious. I can't think of a solution that would be user-friendly, but it will serve me some purpose. |
