The Dragon of Valhalla

Strega stood on the edge of Kami's tower. He had finally made his way to the planet that he had found out had been in his dreams. When he arrived he was greeted by another green creature that he found was not the primary race of the planet. His experience with Earth had been very limited before and he learned much from the Namekian elder. He learned how to better control his ki and was in the process of mastering it further. It would certainly come in handy if the danger he had originally worried about was to come to fruition. He wanted to be ready for anything that might seek to harm innocents. So far he had not felt anything seriously malicious on the planet, although he was overwhelmed by the number of above average powers on the planet. He had grown so accustomed to back water planets and training alone that he felt somewhat awkward whenever he had to talk to another. Now he was feeling out strong powers and trying to gauge just what they were. One in particular he could feel was rather close and he decided to take a break from his training and go check it out. He put on speed and found himself in a place far from any inhabitants. He could sense the power of another close by but was still unable to pinpoint it just yet. He opened his mind and prepared for real combat, as he had not experienced aside from his spars with his squad mates. This might get interesting. -------------- WC: 260 TWC: 260 Actions 1: Wait 2: Wait |

The Real Red Magma

Deneva arced her back, rubbing at the sore joints she'd recently twisted amidst her slumber. A fresh, morning breeze further woke the warrior as she gathered her equipment together and packed up her little camp site. After extensive training with Master Roshi, the woman had sought solitude amongst the forests of Earth, performing a gruelling routine of self-training to further her own skills. Sometimes the Vanquisher would pause and recall the days when she'd hunt and slaughter demons for the thrill, pay and excitement. Now, in comparison, Deneva was far more reserved, open-minded and protective of all life. It was an unusual journey indeed, but it certainly wasn't one she'd intend to change anytime soon. The part demon, part human noted that it had been a good while since she’d encountered another person, deciding whether she would complain or be grateful of such a fact. People generally cause trouble, amongst themselves or for each other, and usually it’s Deneva’s responsibility to help them out. Of course, training in the forest for a good few months was a lonesome, quiet process and the woman was certainly used to companionship until late. Just as the last of her gear was packed, a gentle, warm nudge disturbed her thoughts. It was an energy signature moving toward her direction. The woman turned and dropped anything held in her grasp, focusing on the intruding source of Ki. ---- WC: 232 |

Strega slowed his advance when he felt the power anomaly grow close. He looked down to see a lush forest, much like the ones that he spent much of his time on Valhalla in. He expanded his mind and searched for the point of light amongst the dim forest. He eventually found it an saw it was not a malicious source. He slowly descended tithe forest floor and found himself standing in front of a woman that he had never met before. She had the look of an experienced fighter and the demon within him could feel a kindred spirit. He could only wonder if she were like him in the sense of her heritage. He kept his hands up in a non threatening gesture as he stepped slowly closer I her. "Hello, my name is Strega. Pleased to meet you. I'm new to the planet and figured I'd do some exploring. What brings you to a place like this?" He said calmly. He remained at the ready just in case things went south. Although he hoped they wouldn't. ----/ WC: 179 TWC: 439 Actions 1: wait 2: wait |

Deneva was quickly able to locate the source of the impeding power. It was a gentleman, and handsome one at that, his clothes flailing delicately as he descended with carefree attitude into the depths of the forest. The huntress was stunned, not only out of the sheer strength she could feel emanating from the man, but also at his chiselled features, an attribute that left her cheeks burning. What is this feeling? she stammered internally, perplexed at such an overwhelming feeling within her gut. It was certainly nothing she’d ever felt before! Was it some poison in the air? Had this warrior employed foul play? “You… what have you done to me?” she scowled bitterly, holding her stomach whilst, rather absently, staring into his eyes with adoring passion. This could be a problem… --- WC: 133 TWC: 365 |

As soon as he broke the coverage I the trees he could feel eyes boring in to him. He felt uneasy at first and worried that he was being approached as a threat. He could not have blamed the other one because he might have done just the same in he situation. She eyed him like a predator that spotted prey and Strega immediately readied himself to be attacked. When he landed he approached with caution and extended an olive branch, hoping that he might smooth any serious encounters. This wasn't just on a mental plane anymore but it was real life and had potential for dire consequences. A he approached her though he noticed that the look was not as malicious as he had thought. In fact it was not malicious in any sense of the word. He assumed he most have been mistaken, his life of hard training had not given him much experience with the opposite sex and when t did they were mostly hard military saiyans. But the blush in her cheeks only confirmed his suspicion, and when he saw her eyes wander momentarily it was his turn to blush. She did br seem entirely happy about the way she was responding though and when she accused him I tampering with her he just continued to hold his hands up. "No, ma'am. I promise, I haven't done anything to you." If the situation was different he perhaps would have attempted flirtation, but in the current situation he felt it would be unwise. Instead he kept his distance and just offered a sympathetic smile while trying to stop his own blushing. ----- WC: 274 TWC: 713 |

The women held her breath in gasp as the man before her presented an olive branch. Admittedly it wasn’t the most precious of gifts she’d received, but perhaps in this mans eyes it was certainly something honourable and generous. She clutched the present to her chest and sighed. Internally she was in a flying stupor, raging at her willingness to submit at the simple of sight of this fool. Externally, however, she’d submitted herself to happily staring at the young man. His insistence at not harming the woman bore little response as she simply nodded and continued her absent staring. What was likely to begin as conflict had quickly turned into moments of admiration for the usually hostile Vanquisher. “Deneva,” she smiled, swooning at the complete stranger. --- WC: 127 TWC: 492 |

As the interaction between them continued Strega couldn't help but begin to worry about the woman. He had never before in his life had anyone respond to him in such a way. It was a little uncomfortable to him in fact, but at the same time he wasn't complaining. The woman before him was not an unattractive specimen and her tight fitting outfit don't help avert his eyes any. He maintained his composure as best he could and smiled as the woman have her name. At least he was making some progress. The silence lingered longer than seemed normal and Strega lied awkwardly, running a hand through his hair as he did so. "Deneva huh? Well, what brings you to a place like this? Everything okay?" He said with an awkward laugh. At this point he assumed the threat of combat was quite low, unless she decide to try and rend the clothes from his body. He wasn't entirely sure that he would stop her at this point. He couldn't help but wonder where exactly this was going though. -------- WC: 179 TWC: 892 |
