Damn... No one left to fight again...

Being one of the strongest fighters on Namek started to be a real drag for Tommeh, there was no one with his strength except for Raditz, and he did not like him too much. He pulled out the green gem in his pocket that he stuffed in so deep. He called upon it and brought his energy upon it and closed his eyes.

To his own surprise, he was still on Namek, but high in the sky that you could see an entire overview of the planet. Tommeh had never seen anything as beautiful as this, the planet gleamed from the three suns. He just stood there and admired the sight.

He did not even care who his opponent was, he would want to stay here for as long as possible. Tommeh was willing to wait for his upcoming challenge.

The gem itself was always something of an enigma to Rubic. Even if his systems were nothing but pure technological mechanisms, he was still able to interface effectively with the gem, giving him the ability to search and fight other beings across the aether. Strangely enough, with all the assignments he had been given lately, Rubic found himself with a free moment. Even if all of Rubic's combat data had been effectively analyzed and cataloged, it was always a curious notion to activate the gem and find others out in the astral realm that would connect them.

Rubic focused on the crystal a little as he picked it up, the light reflecting off of the gem quite beautifully--that is, if Rubic ever had such an appreciation for things like that, which he didn't. As such, one moment, Rubic was on Earth--the next, he was on another planet. Its physical outlook seemed to be that of Namek, but up in the sky, it was as if he was looking at Namek's reflection, seeing the three suns arrayed around it. Quite the sight. Might make for a good postcard, perhaps.

Regardless, now that he had a location, he had to seek out his opponent. It did not take long, the constant KACHUNK KACHUNK of Rubic's steps heralding his approach far sooner than his actual physical being. As such, his opponent would know far in advance that Rubic was coming, and the android was a little surprised to see the Namekian Tommeh once again on this astral plane.

"Greetings," Rubic said as he began to approach. "This unit is your opponent once again," the android said in that grating, synthetic voice of his.

"Greetings, this unit is your opponent once again."

Tommeh was glad to see Rubic once again, it was not so long ago that they faced off in a tough spar. The Namekian thought that he had progressed faster than ever imagined, he could not tell how much the robot had. A robot like Rubic did not exactly have a ki signature, so it was hard to ever tell what there strength is. Tommeh hoped that this would be a easy spar, but he did not know how much Rubic progressed. He was confused once again how a robot got stronger from training, do their bolts get tighter and more hardened or something?

The silent Namekian acknowledged Rubic's greeting with a quick nod and a small grin appeared on the Namekian's face. Tommeh planned on working his offensive strategy this time. He was a very defensive fighter, and he needed to open up more for attacks. Even if this strategy did not work, it would be okay, because it was not real.

He dashed out at his opponent and went for two quick hits, the first one going for its left chest, and then followed up with one aiming the right cheek. Tommeh then went for more close combat by initiating a grapple, he wanted to see how this would work out.

1. 2QA
2. initiate grapple

"This unit has activated Practice Simulation protocols. The purpose of this exercise is to provide a training simulation for both units involved to better enhance their combat capabilities and knowledge," Rubic explained.

"Training mode has been activated. Safeties in place to prevent death from occurring during this exercise. Attention: To disable training mode, command word 'KITTEN' should be spoken in a clear, loud voice. This unit will attack until Training mode self-deactivates or the command word is spoken," Rubic informed the opponent, apparently all according to Rubic's internal protocols.

As usual, Rubic tilted his head to the side until an audible 'CLICK' could be heard, his systems thrumming with power, before he assumed a combat stance. It was clear that his stance was a bit more refined due to his training with Master Roshi, but it still held that predisposition towards offense. "Begin Simulation," Rubic said before Tommeh rushed into the combat. As always, Rubic began scanning his opponent and data collection, the never-ending system of gathering data and analyzing it for changes in tactics and strategems.

Of course, even now, Rubic was pulling up information and combat data from their previous bout, the data emerging from cold storage memory and being transferred to active system memory. This allowed Rubic to ‘remember’ what Tommeh was capable of and could be referenced at any point in order for the military android to more appropriately counter the Namekian’s particular combat style and techniques.

Immediately, Tommeh lashed out with a series of strikes, one aimed to the chest and one aimed for the head. Rubic immediately ducked under the blows and raised up for an uppercut to counter the enemy assault before closing the distance for brutal melee. Rubic's systems routed power to his joints and limbs, the android moving faster than he did the last time he was up against Tommeh. Rubic immediately lashed out with a series of punches, elbows and knee attacks to try and find some weakness in his opponent's defenses. At the end of Rubic's assault, he went for a heavy kick towards Tommeh's abdomen.

Tommeh's first attack was met by an uppercut.

This is not working.

The Namekian warrior's strategy was not working right away, and he had a bad feeling about this quick little spar that they are going to have. Rubic openly accepted the grapple that Tommeh wanted to start. His bad feeling only got worse and worse as the robot began to throw some attacks of its own. A punch contacted his face cleanly, it was the first attack and Tommeh was already hit. Then an elbow hit his chest square in the center. He surprisingly he was not rattled by that attack. That soon changed when a knee hit him in the gut. Tommeh flinched slightly from it and then was hit once again by the fist of the robot. The Namekian fighter moved back little but more from it.

Finally, Tommeh was able to catch the next incoming attack. He grabbed the elbow from doing any damage, and moved it aside to stop the knee from making any contact with any vital organs. He was not ready for the powerful kick that Rubic let out at the very end. He was sent flying through the air, even if they technically were already.

The silent Namekian decided that this strategy was not going to work at all. Instead of pushing on, he decided that it would be best if he left right now. He already used the gem a great deal of times. It was in his best intentions to flee.

He did not know if Rubic saw him leave, but he did not feel like saying his goodbyes to Rubic, he was a robot after all.
