A blanket of snow covered the region near the mountain plains. An area which for now remained unnamed to the creature known as Cell. There had been some snow fall recently, which made it perfect for the likes of someone as shifty as he. The encounter with the boy named Jared left him sour. A good hunt had managed to kill the sour aftertaste of defeat. Persistent was the creature, ever certain that his moment of glory would come. So far no glory to be had. Only the ease of the hunt upon the weak live organisms of this planet. In fact, in his hand now was a parka that once belonged to a living human man. He'd almost forgot he was still holding it. With that in mind, he released his grip on the parka, letting it fall to the snow and then pressed on in a slow pacing walk.

Behind him was a trail of clothing belonging to people who had the displeasure of seeing him face to face. The interesting thing he found about this place was the snow on the ground. It seemed to provide a great deal of resistance to those attempting to flee from him in it. The cold sensation he felt from it as he trudged through it was easily forgettable and he'd even managed to learn a new trick up here. The creature evilly grinned as he looked at his pale white skin returning to its normal color as he willed it to. Camouflage! The creature's skin color was interchangeable to suit the surroundings. What a way for stealth! He didn't follow any specific path. The creature trudged along in the direction he felt most comfortable with. A few trees here and there were seriously not a big deal. Suddenly the creature's body jerked slightly as if a foreign sensation struck him like static electricity.

"Hm?"

A life force of particular intrigue reached his senses. Intrigue in the fact that the force seemed decently potent. At last, a source of life worth hunting down for assimilation. If he were lucky it would not be the boy named Jared again. Regardless of who it was, Cell stuck to his tried and true multi-step method of a successful hunt. Step 1: Approach in stealth mode. The creature allowed his skin to change to snow white again first by placing a great deal of focus on his molecular structure. Changing back was easy. His target was in range. With his own life force suppressed he could creep up undetected. If only the recent snowfall had persisted, it would supply even more cover. Quickly and quietly now, as possible as that was to do in snow, he approached. As much as perfectionism seemed like breathing to Cell, even he had to apply effort to pull this off.

Technique was key. Around the trees, over the snowhills, and the obscure large snowed over boulders he went. Pressing and pressing until at least he his eyes could find, the true prize that was his formidably powered life force. Step 2: Survey the target. He'd found his target. From the cover of the snow, he could see him. A young male built like a warrior, but soon to be serving a purpose far more important than his mind could perceive; as part of Cell. The creature ducked down further into the cover of snow. His mental focus now placed upon stifling the urge to laugh with a lack of control. If that wasn't a way to be discovered before he was ready, then nothing was. The man appeared to be wandering about, perhaps in search of something. Little did he suspect what he would truly stumble upon. The creature's mind raced with ideas of what he could do to this unsuspecting man well before pouncing upon him. Which reminded the creature yet again the task at hand and the next step.

Step 3: Pounce! The creature ran his tongue over the top of his mouth before rushing to a stand. Over the hill of snow that covered him like a man at war given the order to strike! Plush! His feet crashed into the snow and he raised his hands just so level above his torso; now bent at the knees at that. He snapped his tail forward; cracking the whip as they would call it. He attempted to wrap it around the man's neck like a noose meant for hanging. Tightly squeeze for utmost shock and loss of air and then the sharp tug meant to pull the man toward Cell as he desired. Once in good earshot, the creature's sadistic raspy voice laid words upon his ears.

"Welcome to the end of your life! And I promise one of us will enjoy the experience! HRUH!"

Cell brought the tail around back rather quickly. He stood upright, arms folded now and going into tilt. Cracking the whip again, he released the man in hopes of crashing him right into a pile of snow. Head turned, eyes wanting to see the harsh landing for himself. Tail retracted, feet now moving toward his target. Cell was in stride with step 3. A grin was laid out nicely upon his face. But the man wouldn't see that just yet; only a barely identifiable creature of white stalking hungrily toward him with much enthusiasm. Like a tiger, Cell sprang forth now hands moving first toward the man. Then further aggressively, the creature attempted to throw his weight upon the man, hands first of course. A sharp power slam into the snow and it was full force into his favorite part of the hunt; the struggle. Quickly as he sprung he came up again putting full focus into shedding his weighted particles onto the snow.

Then the creature turned again, meaning to place full frontal pressure on his adversary with an aggressive up close and personal assault; the almighty art of the grapple. Meanwhile the creature's true appearance settled in, the white skin cells reverting to their true green and black nature of color with there being no more need to hide himself from the target.

Why the hell are these Dragonballs always in a precarious location... The wily human mumbled as he trekked through the snowy terrain of the mountainous region of the Himalaya's. The reincarnated hero had just left the lookout in search of the second star dragon ball, which was somewhere, in the current location...

Uub looked around, an uneasy chill filled the air...and with it the faint hearted screams of innocence. Which, were suddenly silenced...as though the cold climate was messing with the young warrior from Namek-Sei. A cool air brushed through Uub's raven-Mohawk as his senses were acting bizarre.

"What the hell is going on..." He muttered through the cold clamoring of his teeth, facing toward the south where a massive amount of life force was dwindled next to nothing. "Something ain--" he barely got out as a sudden force wrapped itself around his neck and spun him into the air.

Onyx eyes looked at a camouflaged opponent, a scaly appendage anchoring the human warrior off his feet and attempting to twist his sturdy neck like a boa constrictor would its prey before devouring their soul entirely. Uub grabbed the tail, in hopes to keep it from crushing (albeit, the life force was more like a small bob-cat than anything else notable) his trachea.

Quote:

"Welcome to the end of your life! And I promise one of us will enjoy the experience! HRUH!"

Uub wiggled and tried to escape, and just as his hands were freely about to break the grasp entirely...he was able to reply, "The end of my life? Not likely!" he spat back out with wisps of clear liquid jetting from his pursed lips. Before he could completely break free, it happened.

The human warrior was then flung across the field of snow-white ground and landed amidst in an embankment of a foot-inch thick bed-like ground! White frozen liquid flooded the air with color, the snow and ground caving in where Uub had landed; and further had helped to dwindle the damage next to nothing.

As Uub righted his self-up, pushing off his back hand and up to his full height to brush the debris and snow from his shoulders...a squeaking tiger came lurking once more, his camouflage-skin doing wonders and keeping Uub from his full sights on whatever was attacking...

"Smack!"

Uub was flung into the air once more by a hard slamming force, something akin to a brick through a windshield...luckily for Uub, he had been against stronger unnatural forces in his day. The creatures on Namek-Sei, he thanked secretly beneath his breath.

As the reincarnated hero dusted his karate-gui off once more, the cool chilling air was now gone...only battle and boiling blood now set his body into a warm apparatus that would keep him rather nicely warm. Like a newborn tucked inside a crisp and wrapped in the finest of linen.

Then, as if out of nowhere, the white-tiger revealed itself in a nasty barrage of green and black fiber...It was absolutely grotesque! "What the hell are--" Uub muttered as the unknown opponents aura sprang to life, and the once "babe" of a tiger had matured almost instantaneously!

It attempted to get in close, and Uub was done...it was time to react, and that is exactly what the human warrior from Namek did. Decisive and without hesitation, he side-stepped the squeaky alien and pressed hard into the firm ground beneath the snow. The human mustered all his speed, and with years of experience performed a Chuck Norris scissor kick toward the mandible of the green and black lizard before him! Hoping to jar its face from its bone structure, if it had one, Uub landed back on his feet and charged without asking questions!

As he closed the gap, Uub threw a quick jab toward it's abdomen section...withdrawing his arm almost as soon as he completed the full extension, he gathered and fixed his position; so as to instruct his knee toward the same, hopefully damaged, area of his foe's abdomen once more!

Uub then sprang backward, with: grace, speed, and experience...into a ball back a few meters from his current enemy. Hoping the thing would simply leave, but...it was wishful thinking, as now he had felt the aura of his enemy. And down deep, he knew it was "borrowed" and evil.

The young human warrior unclasped his weighted gloves, hearing the subtle drop to the snow below, and now crouched in a shoulder-width position with his fist balled and turning white at the knuckles. "Just who the hell are you, and what do you want monster..." he said clearly as he awaited a reply and the next round for his foe to do his worst!

He certainly enjoyed the initial strikes. There was some sense of delight burrowed deep beneath the layers of emotion running through the creature's mind. It seemed the man intended to fight for his life. If only the other victims of this place had been so energetic. He definitely had the attention of his target now. How he would retaliate did not seem of importance to Cell; for now anyway. As he drew breath upon the man's face with his aggressive engage, the man saw fit to give the creature his first taste of retaliation. He pressed to Cell's port side, lashing his leg out for the creature's jaw line. Feeling the impact of the limb upon his face, the creature's head snapped back. The tail immediately acted as a prop to keep himself standing and now his legs pressed deeper into the cold soft snow. Reaction shown upon the face was none. Perhaps it was because he anticipated the probability of taking a blow altogether.

Cell recovered form. His adversary recovered position and gained momentum. Feeling his aggression once more, the creature was once again up close and personal with his target, feeling the quick and sharp patter against his torso. But not just once, twice. Each blow was executed quickly; perhaps out of fear of leaving himself exposed too long to be capitalized upon. This was confirmed when the man bounced back from him after completing the series of blows. He shed some of his clothing. Now in an upright position, the creature chuckled. This man appeared to be human like the rest. Shedding more clothes in this cold climate seemed like a very bad idea.

"I think you'd be better off keeping on the gloves. Unless you like frostbite in your fingers," joked the creature as he raised his own hands.

He opened and closed them repeatedly to limber them up for the continuation of this skirmish. The man put himself into a bit of a martial arts stance. He'd seen a few of them around here with the few men that did try to fight back. The boy Jared also had a stance that he could remember. The stoic expression on the creature's face was proof of being unaffected by the man's form.

"Just who the hell are you, and what do you want monster...?"

"You sound frightened. Don't tell me you're getting cold feet now."

The creature started walking, with no fear of his opponent at this present time. Slowly however. He wanted to savor the man's expression and position on the field at this moment.

"I am a being of simple desire. What I want won't be spoken of so quickly. You'll have to impress me if you want to learn more."

Feet stopped moving. The creature sort of towered over his target, eyes staring down on him. Surely, he could sense the man's power. He wondered if the man could feel his. As he stood there merely existing, the creature began to display traces of energy coming off of his body like rising heat. Only there was no change in the temperature. It was merely to show his opponent how much focus resided in this very being named Cell. The creature's eyes lifted off of his opponent's posture, just before he heard the winding and swinging of his own tail coming post side. The deadly tip was aimed directly at his adversary in hopes of stabbing him sharply. There was such a delightful rush from breaking the skin of his targets with that thing. It meant his body would be filled with invigorating bio-extract in mere moments.

However, he didn't expect his opponent to simply stand there and allow this, given how he'd placed himself in such a battle ready position. With the tail stab being the one to force his movement, the creature's eyes laid upon his opponent's posture once more and he barged forward, retracting his tail at the same time so as to prevent awkward posture on his part. The creature's right fist hooked itself toward the under-cuff of the man's rib cage. As he launched this sharp strike Cell turned his upper body starboard. This allowed the comfort and fluidity of the creature's left hook; which came swinging for the side of his adversary's face as he rose up out of the slight crouch he was in from the left hook.

With a jump back, the creature placed some distance between. A few extra foot steps at the most to be exact. All of it just so the creature could crack the whip with his tail one more time. This time only wishing to give him a harsh smack upon the body with it before bringing it back. The creature had to admit there was a growing curiosity to see how much of a fight he could put up before meeting his inevitable fate.

Success...except, that damn tail seems to be fluidly involved in his strategy. Got to be careful of it. Uub thought to his self as he witnessed his attacks success and the reactions of the tall grotesque monster before him. The cool snow seemed to shift and take record of his "bear" like tracks as he moved in conjunction with the ongoing bout. Uub noting his size as he stared, at the ready in his crush stance...was awaiting his adversary to make the next move. But only words filled the air, for the moment.

"Those seem to be covered in a scaly fortress of warmth; unlike you...I have a heart. You're nothing but a raspy sounding vermin, who needs no warmth to live. Don't worry though, my hands will aide in your demise...before they become bit with frost." Uub replied in a cool and calm manner, much like the man Paul Newman in "Cool Hand Luke".

"Frightened? The chattering of my teeth is...because we are in a fucking snow covered hill! If you have not noticed, we are in the Himalaya's. It is a bit cooler here than the other parts of this world..." the reincarnated hero stated as his foe came squeakily toward him, his trek slow and steady like that of Jason in the movie "Halloween".

The response was simply indicative that he did not care about what Uub had to say, and reaffirmed that the human warrior from Namek had no need to take it easy any longer on the monster before him. It was a machine, more than a being of life. Something that simply sought out to test itself and inflict pain wherever it came, that is the conclusion Uub had come to as the squeaky feet of his foe stopped before him. The human's eyes locked hard on his opponent, his senses feeling the radiating power that wrapped itself around the green and black colored vermin!

Finally, action. That tail came zipping through the air like a Cobra out of a hatch defending its domain! Uub reacted with all the speed he could muster and pressed off his right foot, his calves and thighs contracting and exploding as he attempted to shift out of the "b-line" tail strike that was coming for him.

However, that was not the end...and unfortunately, for Uub, a mighty fist came crashing at his rib cage… followed up by a quick-handed strike to his cheek, leaving a deep stinging sensation...and a little bit of a haze. The pain ricocheted throughout his body, his mind telling him that his foe was just about as strong as he was physically...and his strategy, it was potent.

That tail! Yeah, smart bug-like creature used it as a distraction...gonna have to up my game if I am going to survive this little encounter... the reincarnated hero thought to his self as he grit his teeth and plowed backward through the snow. The creature appearing some feet away, and lashing out with a tree-like tail that slammed itself against the backside of our fearless hero!

Uub stumbled forward a few inches, his back aching and his mind becoming red with anger. Never had he faced a creature that had such control over its extremities! No, play time was now over! The young human warrior stood tall, his foe only feet from him...

"You want to know the resolve of mankind? Think I am a coward do you…how about not fleeing after this!" Uub spat out as his body rippled with electrical current and his power level shooting upward past its normal limits!

The boy’s hands began to circle; his head craned downward...slowly arching back up with a glint of sunlight in his onyx eyes. Uub unleashed a shockwave of devastating proportions! His eyes locked on the creature before him, and the Earth itself trembling beneath the young warrior’s boots!

Wind howled like a pack of rabid dogs, as the frightening shockwave crushed its way into existence...snow flew through the air with debris: Tree's, earth and even the small grubs beneath the snow-capped earth was now heaved up and around in a circle of destructive force.

The close proximity, would make it hard for the creature to defend itself from the crushing force of this technique...and with that in mind, Uub went on the offensive once more!

Taking a quick breath of air inward, Uub followed the falling debris and relocated his enemy...closing the distance as soon as possible and entering into a close-quarters battle! The young human could feel the rush of adrenaline flow through his blood as the battle was only now intensifying! Hopefully, he would come out as the victor...but it was too early to tell, although his face was full with sweat.

Little by little the man seemed to be realizing what he was up against. At least it seemed that way from Cell's perspective. He could see the look of pain on his target's face. He enjoyed the body language his target was giving off as it reacted to the creature's physical blows on contact. He was feeling it, just the same as Cell was feeling the rush of adrenaline in his system. Bionically engineered being such as himself was the utmost emulation of a living creature right down to the feelings involved in a confrontation. The man's responses tow hat little dialogue Cell fed to him were tell tale to his lack of retaliating humor. Not that the creature could blame him; he was after the man's life and all. Cell couldn't help but crack a smile at how serious this man seemed to be taking things thus far. How long before he was unleashing desperate and potent attacks?

"You want to know the resolve of mankind? Think I am a coward do you…how about not fleeing after this!"

Challenge accepted. The creature did a jump back and crouched slightly. His 'toes' now dug into the dirt. His senses alerted him to power; raw, unrestrained, boiling power. Once laying dormant in the man's body it was now erupting to the surface as if feeding off of his growing anger. The creature had struck a cord. Cell would be fine to continue strumming the banjo that was this warrior whose name was still unknown to him. The creature knew the man aimed to unleash it upon him and so the creature crossed his arms in front of his neck, head positioned just over the crossing of his two arms. Arms tensed up, wanting to match his opponent's attack as he tried to figure it out now; how this attack would produce itself. But then the energy tipped the boiling point and he could sense the man about to release.

The pupils of the creature's eyes dilated themselves now and then it came. The attack in question. A vicious release of power at all sides, Cell stayed low and continued to hold his form. A powerful shockwave of power roared in every direction, including Cell's. But the creature did not move, confident, formidable, ready. The creature tucked his head low as the power crashed against him and all of the resistance he placed against it. The creature grunted, his feet sliding. The creature's eyes were closed as the energy's light was blinding. His form vanished from view as the power exploded. Trees, rocks, dust & dirt! All of it sent flying. The snow itself had no chance of preservation against this attack and evaporated in an instant. The ground shook as if under a magnitude 8 earthquake.

The snowy plains had been replaced with a rather large crater. This man was a rather destructive fighter it seemed. Belting out an attack like that with little to hesitation was definitely the actions of a man bent simply on his own survival. But as the clouds of destruction lifted, Cell's resilience was clearly displayed. In one piece, still in defensive stance. But there was quite a bit of smoking rising off of his body and pieces of charred skin clearly visible upon his person. On the dirt were drag marks. They went back at least a good two feet. Keeping his posture, the attack had managed to push him back quite a bit. But here's the kicker, if his foe was so perceptive. The creature's tail was in a different position, placed against the ground with a coil at the tip. The wingspread of the creature had also been retracted much more than originally placed before the release of the attack. Cell was determined to stay grounded and placed every means available with his very anatomic structure in position to do so.

"Urgh!"

The creature broke posture to stand himself up completely, having just received a taste of the man's fury. He seemed far from done. Once the man had been able to proceed safely, he rushed off at Cell. A grin reappeared upon his face as the man came rushing. The creature did some rushing of his own, shifting sideways and doing a jump as he extended his tail shifting it upward to meet the man at his torso. Quickly he navigated it to coil around him briefly just good enough to give one good snap upward and then sharply down onto the ground as Cell landed upon his own feet once more; the aim being to re-introduce his warrior friend to the cold hard ground. Uncoiling and retracting his tail back, the creature now aimed a palm at his stern adversary. The creature's mouth formed another grin before uttering a single word.

"Bang..."

The ground tore up vicious as a sharp force of power erupted from the creature's palm, invisible to the eyes but clearly there as the wind sharply shifted in his target's direction with the brute force maybe equal near some level of the attack Cell just had to endure. Somewhere in the back of the creature's mind was concern of an aftermath from weathering the storm of an attack like that but the creature's ever calculating mind would cross the bridge when it arrived.

As the smoke cleared, Uub had come out of the smog of debris and was greeted (with a suspecting) counter-movement...the young hero gritted his teeth as he felt a scaly appendage wrap itself around his waist...his movement restricted and then it happened, BAM!

The ground cracked and gave way further into the Earth, his voice ringing out with an exhasperated and frustrated cry!  His spine tingled and as he looked up, he roared in defiance of the beast before him...who was now offering him what resembled a human gun!

To the creature, Uub was looking up at him and roaring in pain...but the human had felt a slight of hand, of energy...and thought of nothing better than a vibrant defense that would deflect any technique that was not ascended above a certain tiered level technique!

There was no time, and the rising energy plateaued itself and found the semblence beginning with a fiery mixture of a four letter word...

Quote:

"Bang..."

A shockwave, invisible to the human eye but not the senses, found itself meeting the infused roar with resistance!  A massive explosion of the two at the middle dissipated the defense and the attack, letting the "heat" of the two find it's way unconventially away from the two warriors and into the atmosphere of the great azul sky above!

Uub gathered his palms, that were under his chest, and pushed up off the ground!  Like a spring board, the human warrior flashed up past his foe's vision and then vanished like he were Harry Houdini himself!  With the wind coming back to refill his deflated lungs, Uub took to the offensive once more, that last counter had felt as though it might of cracked a few ribs and possibly damage some nerve endings...but the course of battle and adrenaline fueled our hero to continue onward!

Reappearing, his speed pressed to its limits, Uub found his self to the side of his enemy...and with all his might and muscle, the young human warrior thrust his palms (open) in a succession of two quickly placed and precise jabs toward the being's side...hoping to hear a crack, if not more be done to inflict whatever damage to the being's respritory system!  His form was perfect, the cold soil beneath his boots twisting and imprinting their size into them forever...his Mohawk calmly fluttering with each breeze that brushed past his cheeks in the mere moments of his attack!

The wind picked up and the tree's began to sway, that cool breeze from the Himalaya's seemed to find it's way and fill the nostrils of our hero with a "freshened" source of power.  Raven hair blew freely, his Mohawk to life like a badger surfing the Pacific Ocean!

The reincarnated hero disappeared once more, his body fission in and out of view; coming full circle before his grotesque foe, and let out a barrage of heavily placed fist.  Knuckles white, and heading toward that smart-alex jawline...Uub could only hope that his fist were guided by the gods and that the bright yellow ball of fire in the sky were shining on him with favor and not mal-content!

As his meat-grinders recoiled, the young human warrior took another step inward toward Cell...hoping to win the day in a close-quarters and fast pace melee combat.
Already testing the speed of his haughty foe, he knew he were the faster and more agile...hoping his strength and stamina would hold out as long as the purity of his adrenaline continued to pump through him like a valiant steed riding for an ancient king in a tale old tradition of nobility and honor.

Our hero would be the white, shining, knight that captured the day and awe...he would be the victor of this menacing creature.
The foul stinch of the air needed to be cleansed and Uub felt, that it was his duty to be the ORCA man and erradicate the vermin before him this day!  It was too powerful and his foul aura needed to be reviewed by the Ogre King that dwelt upon that long highway to heaven or hell...For now, Uub could only wait...for some opening in the oncoming quickened pace battle!  It was his time, it was his day!

Exceptional reflexes allowed the man a timely response to the creature's invisible ki 'push'. Not surprising. He seemed to revolve a great deal of his offense around high levels of speed. A mental note was taken to this effect and once again the creature prepared himself for the barrage that was the man's sweeping assault. He certainly didn't hesitate to throw himself into the fray. It almost seemed to make the creature feel something that was akin to being impressed. Sadly, the creature's hunger was growing forcing him to be interested in nothing more than his own satisfaction. It was something that would only be achieved upon this man's downfall. It was only a split second but Cell had noticed it. Beads of sweat. Thick ones at that covering the man's face. It was too cold for it to have been from temperature. Fatigue must have been setting in already.

Heh, for all his gusto, the man's stamina was not anything to brag about. But Cell would be so kind as to let him know of the discovered folly in a much better time. For now he seemed to have enough steam to press the creature into acts of effort. So on with the show. His speedy foe became a moving blur, repositioning himself on the port side of the creature's standing position. His sharp reflexes snapped at Cell with a one-two consecutive series of strikes at him. The creature did a simple hop to the side after the strikes, turning himself again in hopes of facing the man. Most likely with his fatigue setting in he would seek to continue any momentum gained in the first assault to keep Cell on the defense. The icy cold wind picked up around them, sparking one hell of an idea in the creature's mind.

As he bent down at the knees slightly, eyes focused on the posture of his foe. As the man blitzed again, Cell tore the page out of the man's book for speed acceleration. He became a moving blur in the same manner as his target attempting to keep his foe just outside of arm's reach for a specific reason.

"You look like you could use more breeze! NYAAAAAAAGH!"

The creature's hands went to meet his foe's, ki surge buffering against the man's heavy fists approaching him. The cold air of the environment seemed to draw right around the creature's hands in conjunction with the ki surge. This combination dropped the temperature sharply before it pushed out against his aggressive foe in one sharp surge of ki induced cold air in hopes of placing his body in some kind of ice block gradually. In some round about way the man would be done a favor in that case. It might slow down his fatigue and allow him a much longer bout if he were forced to slow down. So far that was hardly the case. He was determined to press the creature for offensive striking. But the creature was determined to come on top.

It was a thick cloud of determination. The man determined to survive, the creature determined to feed. But rather than engage him this time around, the creature attempted to avoid him entirely for the moment by throwing himself into a series of of back hand springs to distance himself away, confidently counting on his target's aggression to continue as it already had in his next act of combat. The creature remained silent, eyes on the target. His tail shifted around back, the tip positioning itself just in front of Cell's right shoulder. The creature himself standing square in a readying position with the fists comfortably positioned as a fighter with combat knowledge would have them.

Chunks of ice seemed to ferment on the appendages of our hero, thus making, Uub's green and black friend, have an easy time of escaping a conflict of strikes and blows.  The cool breeze seemed to fuel the technique that the creature had used, and effectively negated his assault...

Undeterred, the young human made a note in his mind to look into that frosty technique for the future, but time was of essence and he needed to put his foe back on the edge before he could recoup and find another way to beat the reincarnated hero's stamina into another corner.

Shivers, that seemed to inhibit most of Uub's motor functions, were sent all about our hero as he knocked off, what he could, from his shoulders and other appendages while his foe began to slither it's shiny butt away from the young human warrior from Namek-Sei.

So if he likes playing in the cold...maybe turning up the heat will pose a problem for this amphibian Uub thought to his self as his onyx eyes watched the creature spring back and away from his close-encounter of the third kind.  Uub almost found his self suggesting that the thing enter the next Olympics, but refrained from doing so.

Waves of heat began to wrap the human in a comfortable blanket of heating energy as he called forth the beginnings of his next portion to his assault...

The reincarnated hero's chi summoned a technique that would, surely, singe that precious green and black coat of his new found rival...and, as a benefit, helped to remove the lingering ice from the rest of his shivering frame.

No more than a moment later, the young warrior shifted out of existence and closed the gap created by his counter-part.  Like a newborn phoenix, rising from the "cold" ashes of his enemies attack, Uub reappeared with a flame of orange fire that licked all around the environment and straight toward the unlucky creature before him!

Blades of grass turned charcoal in color as the flames spit all around in a spiraling circle toward the crafty lizard-like humanoid!  The hell-bent flame had one goal, and one goal only, to burn...Uub's mouth finally closed, and lipped only a few words as the flames reached their intended mark...

They were: "Burn, baby burn..." as his enemy dealt with the breath of fire, Uub sat his ass down in a stance...ready and waiting for what was to come.  His knuckles whitened and his feet shoulder-width apart...waiting ever more for that cellular creature to make its next move!

As Uub waited, he noticed a Golden Eagle (a common type of the Himalayan Mountains) soaring off in the distance...making its way toward his location.

All within a few moments, it swooped past the two warriors...almost as if it were acknowledging Uub and his persistance in the fight of good and evil.  Inadvertantly telling the young hero to overcome his foes lust for power, and to continue on with the grace and power like that of the Golden Eagle that was passing.

A breeze lifted beneath the majestic bird's wings and flew off into the horizon...rekindling that fire that set Uub's being ablaze, and his eye sparked with an affirmation:  That he were here to win, and to live.  To kill all friend's of evil and power mongering bitches.  This was his calling, and this was his resolve!

Thank you Kami, I know you are watching from on high and support my quest.  I shall not falter, or I shall die trying to rectify that there still is good in the world!

The pause in the fighting was probably an opportune time for his target to do something; like perhaps try to turn he dreary situation around. Meanwhile, the ever watching creature was running his own thought process. Although Cell had managed to start the wheels of fatigue on his foe, the creature himself was the one taking on more damage. That wasn’t good either. He could take too many hits before this man caved in. Somehow it was a sure bet that it was the thing his weary adversary was counting on. It was possible, if Cell were a total fool. The perceptive creature made a major note of the opponent’s state after pushing that blast of cold air. The eyes reacted to the feel of the man’s rising power and what seemed like efforts to regain his momentum.

Fists tightened and the creature’s toes stretched themselves a bit. The time to move was drawing near. And it was about time this man truly met with the face of fear. What would he retaliate with this time? The man might as well have said “here comes my attack”. His posture screamed the signs of action. He shifted! Cell shifted. A stream of flames was sent rushing off into the distance like the beacon from hell it was meant to appear as. This burning streak as it were charred up the ground even more than it had been from the opponent’s earlier explosive performance and created an explosion packed with flying debris and cindering embers at the point of impact. The creature only wished he hadn’t done such a good job of clearing out the life forces here. There might be the glorious music of screaming innocence trying to escape the hazard created by the man meant to save them in the first place. Anticipation thwarted the man’s efforts. But in turn, they helped fuel Cell’s own. The man had but a moment before Cell reappeared at breath’s distance to the left of his aggressive target. His eyes were wide and mouth wide open as if he were a monster trying to instill a scary face the man would see haunting him in his nightmares long to come.

“SURPRISE!” He wailed as his hands were positioned, two fingers from both hands connected to the sides of his forehead, “SO-LAR FLAREEEEEEE!!!

A ghastly yellow gleam was first to come up as the creature’s energy surged. Then the dangerous blinding glare was cast before the man might even realize it. Light beamed in every direction. A vicious humming noise echoed out and the winds danced dangerously about them as Cell unleashed upon his foe another taste of his dangerous cunning. The creature fluttered backwards from his target and landed upon the ground with the loud single sound of ‘clack’. He flung his arms wide apart. He couldn’t control his laughter. The moment was too enjoyable not laugh at. But, to allow himself to believe that his foe was done in by such a simple act of surprise as that would again have one to believe Cell as the fool. This creature was nobody’s fool. Energy sparked around the creature and his eyes gave off the glare of red, truly showcasing the evil state of mind he was in. He focused on the man’s general standing zone. The more energy he harnessed, the more it seemed to affect the zone. The creature let out a banshee of scream as he claw-formed his hands. The creature growled before he screamed out his attack.

“DE-MI-TON BOMB DETONATE! YARGH!”

The creature swung his arms around and stopped his hands short of connecting with each other. A barrier of silence was cast around Cell and his opponent. The ground zone Cell focused on had a sharp shift take place to the equivalent to half the pull of a black hole. Implosive action! The zone Cell created with his ki collapsed on itself and possibly his intended target as well. The creature watched the disaster unfold and he could taste chaos on his tongue. Invigorated by the hell he just created, he stared with a hanging tongue, hungry eyes and a panting chest. In a way the creature wanted his foe to survive it. An urge of sadism was setting in. He wanted to prep his foe more before the grand feast that was his bio extract and it would simply be something of quick end if it were to come about that this combination was his foe’s undoing. That being said, the creature was fully prepared to continue.

Uub, in his fighting stance, looked confused...and was soon bathed in a blinding light! His hands went instinctively toward his eyes as the light expanded in every single direction, his vision blurred and making him blinded! The human warrior staggered back a few steps, the dirt shifting beneath his feet as the cool breeze passed across his stylish Mohawk.

"What the....Fuck!" he shouted as he continued to rub his eyes, and finally...he began to calm his self, breathing in slowly and taking deep breathes. Uub knew he was in the midst of a battle, and the momentary lack of attention could've gotten him killed. His heat-filled breath could be seen, before his very disdained eyes.

Calm down Uub, just calm down...focus. You have othe--

Then it hit him like a light bulb in the dark, a sudden rise in power from his foe! Something were coming, and the only thing the human warrior could think of was to generate his ki all around his body...forming a thin layer-like armor around his entirety.

"Hope-" he began to mutter as his foe yelled out the release of the technique that would soon try to constrict the warrior further...it was like a boa constrictor trying to crush his soul, all Uub could do was fight back with the thin layer of ki and deflect the caving walls of gravity that were soon upon him!

"Arrgggh!" Uub howled as he forced the will of his foe's technique away from him completely...the air going back to its original flare. The human, still with a bit of blurred vision, watched his enemy...more so with his senses than his eyes. It was an evil aura, one that could not be mistaken! "That won't help you monster!" Uub shouted as he took to the offensive once more.

With the battle taking it's turn toward the more serious of nature, it was time to go all out...to give the creature everything Uub had! With his feet positioned beneath his frame, a pink aura lifted around the young hero! Internal wind began to expel itself from within his soul! The ground quaked and cracked further, the winds standing and waving with excitement as the warrior's power climaxed and whipped around his self like an American Flag waving proudly in the wind! Things just were beginning...

The reincarnated hero made his way through the sifting dirt, to again...challenge his foe in hand-to-hand combat. Uub had to use his speed and strength to his advantage...this creature was smart, maybe too smart for the human warrior. But even hardened warriors can tell the strengths and weaknesses in an enemy and ally alike. Uub had found his enemies...it was time to capitialize while he still could!

Uub found his self between the monster and life...it was time to enter a quickened pace and test his skills altogether. His life was, most likely, on the line and Uub could not falter...not yet!

As the light diminished, so did the man's chances of survival. The creature had heard the delightful sound of his screams as Cell flashed the light equivalent to the sun itself into his vision. Painful indeed and music to the creature's ears. Perhaps he would try this the next time he visited a town of people. One scream was pleasant, multiple would be extravagant. The man, even blinded still attempted to fight off the creature's onslaught, avoiding the crushing shift of Cell's Demiton Bomb. Perhaps shouting the name was too telling. But the deed had been done and the only thing left was to push forward. The creature liked the sound of this idea and rushed upon his foe rather quickly knowing the pain of his eyes would be something difficult to tend with. The creature's ever deadly tail went ahead and coiled around the man's neck attempting once more to block his air pipe with its tight squeezing grip and all for what.

KURAK! The tail whipped around, moving to drag the man along for the ride. Cell crouched to hands and feet like a quadrupedal animal and made with the attempt to slam the man against the ground before the creature's very eyes. He had hopes the man would actually bounce from the impact. Then his eyes locked onto the position of his dangerously close target and flashed! A terrible force of power ejected toward the man, hoping to jerk his opponent backward like a rag doll and make him sail! Could it get any better than this right now? It was certainly good enough to find out. The creature rose to his feet again and held his tail aimed at the man. Focus unbreakable went onto the inner self of this creature's very body and something seemed to be moving through the tail shaft toward the tip. The creature smiled evil at the man.

"So my last attack wasn't any help? Perhaps this will," spat the creature with a hissing voice of enthusiasm.

With one good forced thrust of the tail muscles, the creature ejected something from the tip like cannon fire. A glowing orb of green was sent flying at the foe with energy seeming to be trying to burst through at the seams. With a nice collision of impact with the ground it released its contents of pure stasis energy upon him. The creature had done similar to the boy named Jared; hardly as violently though. The stasis would most likely have its effect soon if he were not able to nullify it somehow. The man seemed determined to escalate the fight on his own terms. Thus, Cell decided to return his efforts and escalate the battle; on Cell's own terms! The creature's power began to shift up. If he wasn't feeling the creature's true power yet, he would now. Vapors of yellow released as the creature's power surged. His opponent had done the same meaning his efforts would increase also increase.

As the creature put more focus into his own settling power, the rushing vapors became more active in flowing around him. Soon it seemed like the creature was encased in a yellow mist of tortured souls, all of which had become his living energy. The mist thickened and began to flicker rapidly picking up speed & tempo. Until BAM like a flash, it all converted into a fixed raging aura around the creature's body. The eyes of the creature looked deadly. Cell was ready to go. With the target in sight, the creature burst off in a sharp surge of speed high above what he had already put out before. This show of acceleration was far different to the point that sonic booms were more than possible. Like a streak of light, the creature raced until he was upon the man with ruthless intent. His right fist, cocked back all the way over was lit with power was then sent upward arching into the man in hopes of caving his chest in with the force of impact and strength gathered behind it. Then the creature leap high once again and focused his energy around the man, this time not choosing to let his vocals be the clue to what he was doing.

A zone was created with the creature's own ki and he was still ascending thanks to the tremendous force beneath his jump. As the creature's power surged, Cell swung his hands together this time letting out a ferocious roar. The ki zone created by Cell unleashed an implosion like before but perhaps with a greater surge of force in hopes of crushing the man successfully this time. It really was time to play for keeps. The creature was delighted to go all in. Would his opponent raise him?

Sorry I've waited long enough.

As the creature reached the pinnacle of his jump, he looked down upon the sight to behold. He seemed to have simply allowed the implosion to take place without resistance. Cell’s tongue ran quickly over his upper lip as he then began descending by will of gravity itself. As he dropped the creature pulled a little bean out from seemingly nowhere and allowed his mouth to take the item in. With a crunch, the creature began to break down the bean with a chewing process till he deemed it fit for swallowing. He landed upon the ground at the same time he swallowed the bean and held his crouching position for a moment. The creature smiled as he felt a great deal of fatigue diminish from the onslaught of attacks he’d unleashed upon his unlucky target. He merely awaited the dropping of his body and all could resume ruthlessly as before.

Upright entirely he stood now, with his eyes and senses all locked onto the man. Lucky him! He was the center of Cell’s focus. He could see the man some distance away and began his threatening walk toward him. He wondered if the man felt cold now. It would be a wonder if he could feel anything after having gravity close itself upon him. The creature’s smile was plain as day. So was his tail. After all his talk about being the will of iron, his resistance stopped cold. Perhaps he realized how futile his attempt at a struggle was becoming.

“Finally come to your sense, huh? Good boy! It will all be over soon.”

The creature could taste the victory before the moment even reached. Still, Cell felt the urge of a sadist deep within as he approached the man. And now he stood within footsteps of him, gazing at his still body. The creature’s smile vanished.

“You seem to think of yourself as some kind of hero. Unfortunately I have to tell you for all your heroic speeches, this area has been more damaged by the efforts of your survival than any ruthless act I’ve performed here. I merely gave you a lifeless stage to play your amusing theatrics upon. The only thing you have here to save is yourself; and you can’t even do that!”

The creature’s voice had been allowed hearing enough at this point. The man had played his part as far as he could. Now it was time for the finish. Cell turned about 60 degrees to the right, keeping his eye on the man for any little tricks he may have up his sleeve. The man could simply be playing possum. That wouldn’t be good for Cell at all. From the tail, the creature emitted some kind of fumes. Stun fumes from a stun grenade he had originally intended on hurling at the man. But at this distance such a thing would only be stupid as he could stun himself. The fumes wisp from the tail tip directly into the man’s face. Its effects would be a bit of a latent response. Meanwhile the creature saw fit to lash him with a bit of physical punishment. Attempting his first lash upon him with the brunt of his foot upon his back in hopes of pressing his spine and causing delightful pain.

If he was truly unconscious perhaps the feel of harsh pressure would jar him back to consciousness. Otherwise it was just way for the creature to vent his sadistic urges upon him. He wanted to be sure the man was ripe for ingestion.

“My dear fake hero, if you’re going to make one last bid for your survival, now would be the time. Otherwise, I thank you for accepting your inevitable fate without further prolonging.”

The creature made sure the foot press was a firm one in order to inflict some kind of damage; maybe crack a bone or two.

Tail Absorption -  (Cell Only) A move used by Cell to absorb an opponent after defeating them in battle. It kills the opponent and Cell will absorb 10% of the victims power level. Cell may not use this technique if he has achieved his Perfect Form.

Tail Absorption, after doing some digging, does replace the normal power level gains from winning a fight. They do not stack. So Cell will be getting 10% of his opponent's power level instead of 5%.

The struggle was over. Cell could see this clearly. His tail which hung slightly over his shoulder at the time aligned itself perfectly with a ray of sunlight in the sky, allowing the sharp tip to give off a bit of gleam. The creature removed his foot from the victim's back, sure of himself there would be no surprises. Then he allowed his extra limb to descend sharply upon the victim. The tail tip injected into the center of his back just missing the spine somehow. What a pity. It began! The tail began to take in the victim's very own tissue and convert it to a liquid substance that could be absorbed by the creature's bio structure. The creature was literally drinking the man up through his tail. As the man's bio extract surged more and more into Cell, his physical being diminished simultaneously. The taste of victory was sweet and the creature was at least being fed, satisfying his hungry desires; for the moment. A few more moments and it was over. All that remained left of the man's existence was his clothing like so many of the others.

"Hm?"

The creature noticed something shiny on the ground. It rolled out of the pocket of the clothing. Cell picked it up. An orange orb with a number of stars on it. One if he counted correctly. The creature had no knowledge of this object. Other than its shiny composition, the orb seemed to hold no other special properties about it. The creature gave a "hmph!", dropped the orb at his feet. Then he sent it sailing with a kick off into the distance for it to land god knows where. Then on again he proceeded, desiring a much warmer climate with more life to it for him to ingest. As the creature figured, this man's life energy was quite high and provided him much more than any other person he'd come across so far. This reminded him that there was another out there with life energy just as invigorating; Jared. As the creature walked off into the obscure wilderness, he silently promised to cross paths with the boy again and add his life energy to the creature's being like he did this man. Oddly enough after absorbing him, the man had a name and some knowledge to be learned. The late man's name; Uub.
