The wolf found himself back within the stone prison that had been fashioned for him. He grunted, shaking his head as he growled low under his breath, still trying to move, but finding that he was currently completely able to do so, save for his head. Granted, that didn't give him much of any leeway at all, given that he was trapped within the stone prison. The rocks shifted around him, and a single stone, huge, began to fall, breaking from above, and hurtling downwards, slamming into the ground just a few feet away. “Son of a bitch,” he hissed out, before looking up, despite the fact that he could not see anything through the stones... he knew exactly where the other, Ja'douche or whatever his name was, was located. He was still sitting in that room, watching, waiting for Kularian's power signature to fade away, to be dead. He couldn't help but let a dark grin cross his face. “YOU THINK THAT YOU'RE GOING TO KILL ME!?” he roared outward, his voice resonating on the prison that held him. “YOU THINK THAT YOU CAN STOP WHAT I HAVE BECOME?” The wolf howled these words against the stone prison that held him, but there was no response, nothing from the other side. He growled, low, his entire body shuddering under the force of it all, the imminent doom that was coming to himself. But even with that, the wolf showed absolutely no fear as he continued to struggle against his bonds, wishing for something to happen to break out of the telekinetic hold that kept him fast. However... there was nothing that was allowing him to do so. Whoever was holding him had a virtually unlimited seeming amount of power, able to keep the wolf held fast. There was nothing that he could do, no matter how much he struggled, and his body was too weak, right now, having been deprived of any amount of nutrition for days on end, to invoke his Kaio Ken. The whole thing wasn't something that he could handle, and it was infuriating him that he knew that he'd just pass out if he tried. Granted, the hunger sharpened his mind, allowed him to do things he couldn't or wouldn't normally do. But all in all, he had no real power, here. There was literally nothing that he had, outside his own body. He was able to use his Telepathy to put the hurt on the others, but when he tried it here, he was forced into the Shadow Realm. So the only thing that he had left.... would be to try and use his release of his power to shatter the rocks around him, to get out. That would involve him using his mental prowess to destroy the rocks around him. Hah. Like that would work. The wolf gave a low growl, his body shuddering under the force of the bonds that held him. He growled, trying to shatter the telekinetic net, but was not able to do so. No matter what he tried, it held him fast. Grunting, the wolf tried to close his eyes, to force his mind to do things that... he was pretty sure he wasn't going to be able to do. He focused, visualizing the wall before him, trying to see it, feel it... and then tried to visualize it shattering before him. Exploding outwards in a tremendous force that would cause others to shiver in fear. However, as he opened his eyes, there was nothing that he saw before him, save the same wall that he'd been staring at for the same several seconds. “This is annoying,” he growled out, no longer feeling any fear of death. Now he merely felt annoyance. And that was like a line of gunpowder that would ignite any moment with a spark of anger that would cause a vicious and dangerous explosion within his own mind that would, very likely, cause an epochal shattering of everything and anything around him. And in that moment, Kularian's mind flashed back to when he had first been brought to this place, and when he'd been held down by Ja'Rel, and he'd managed to erupt with a force of his mind that had startled them all. He didn't really know what had prompted that outburst, but he had no doubts that it had been fueled by nothing more than his own anger. And so Kularian's instincts, which had told him to keep a hold on that anger... were released, and he found himself shaking with rage, as if his mortal shell were not enough to contain the sheer malevolence. If there was one thing the saiyan hadn't been planning on, it was his sleep being interrupted by one of those god damn visions he kept having. Ever since acquiring the ability, they'd been occurring more frequently. It had started with a simple flash of the future. A bloodied Kular attempting to cave his face in outside of a volcano. When that moment actually arrived, Sai had managed to narrowly avoid the blow, though it hadn't helped him in the long run. Afterward, he'd had all sorts of visions, many of them being far more cryptic than they were useful. A vision of six individuals walking their separate ways, a shattered crest of beasts, both existent and mythical, lay in the center of the group. A vision of Rem walking off into total darkness. A vision of Kular dying horribly, some sort of plant growing out of the lismians body. The particular vision that had roused him from his sleep, however, was of the lismian seemingly flying into a rage and bashing his way through a wall. Once freed from whatever prison he'd been in, the lismian seemed quite happy with rennovating the faces of several Kanassans. As his visions hadn't been that clear cut in a long time, Sai took them to be an indicator that he needed to find the space wolf and see what his problem was. “God damn telepathetic visions.” He rambled as he rose from his bed, assembling equipment from around his ship. His scouter, armor, his zweihander, and of course, his awesome fucking belt. One of the pouches contained a few senzu beans, a recent battle with the lismian making Sai unsure he could take Kular in one try. The door to the behemoth flew open as Sai stepped out, surveying the nightscape of the planet. It wasn't THAT different from Vegeta, but far too many fish people. With a sigh he slid the scouter over his face, activating the device. Various bars and graphs flashed before his eyes as the gizmo checked to make sure it was in working order before okaying use and going to the standard HUD. A second use of the button informed him that Kular, or perhaps just his scouter, was some hundred miles away. The interesting thing, though, was those hundred miles were in the direction of the temple of saljuk. “Those nerds won't stand a chance!” Sai bellowed into the night, an aura flashing around him moments later. With a grunt he flung himself into the sky, hurtling in the direction of the temple. A total of 90 seconds later he changed direction, veering down towards the temple as the forest blew past him. The ground shook as he crashed, the soil of Kanassa giving way below him. The two guards infront of the temple simply blinked at him in surprise. Good thing he'd attached the sash of saljuk to his armor. “Greetings, brother.” One of the guards said, taking a few steps in the saiyans direction. “What brings you here so l-” Before he could finish the saiyan grabbed him by the collar of his robes and dragged him within headbutting distance. “Where's the lismian?” he demanded. The guard raised an eyebrow, or lack there of, at the saiyans question. But he heard all he needed to thanks to the training of saljuk. The beast under the temple? “Thanks.” Sai said with a smile. The guards face was painted with surprise as the saiyan shoved him backwards. Now that he thought about it, he could feel Kulars energy from somewhere. It was very faint, but it was there. The saiyan leapt into the air again, an aura flashing around him as he darted towards the ground fist first. The ground gave way, Sai traveling down a hundred feet before stopping as Kulars energy seemed to be at it's strongest. One of his fists shot forward, demolishing the wall infront of him. Within was a round room, the floor littered with stones. On the other side was Kular, the lismian looking like complete shit. “Man...you look like shit.” Sai said as he took a few steps into the room. Immediately his legs seemed to give, gravity seeming to force him too his feet. He is evil, new comer. You will allow saljuk to do their duty. The saiyan raised an eyebrow, attempting to struggle free of his invisible bonds. Someone was either controlling gravity, which seemed unlikely, or someone was holding him still with Telekinesis. “Two...Can play....that...game!” Sai bellowed, drawing upon the power of his totem. Using his own telekinetic abilities, he was able to push the restraint off of himself. “You ready to leave, Kular?” Sai asked, digging into his belt for a senzu. Without a second of hesitation he crossed the room, and popped it into the lismians mouth. ((807)) |

The wolf could feel something approaching. Felt it deep within his body, like being able to sense one's own impending demise. There was something familiar about it too, but his mind was far too focused on what he needed to do, to get out of here, to care about what was approaching him. Though somewhere in the back of his mind, like a voice shouting from underwater, he felt as if it were... important, somehow. But he shook it off; it wasn't anything that he needed to care about, not yet. He would escape these bonds, first. He growled, before flashing out another wave of raw power, trying to shatter these bonds that held him, to break the stone around him. But there was nothing that he could do to destroy this. His eyes narrowed as he tried to let the rage flow, but he found that... with his instincts in control, he felt less anger than he did normally, as his instincts were those as an animal, not a cognizant creature. The anger was a product of his body not knowing how to deal with the constant influx of his instincts upon his mind. But with his mental forerunner out of the equation, he merely acted, and did not feel the same level of emotion. However, that thing, whatever it was, drew closer. He roared out then, not knowing what it was, but knowing that it was having some sort of odd effect upon his mind. His body shuddered, trying to break free, to remove himself from it, but the more he struggled, the more it held firm, and so he began to wonder if it wasn't something important. Something that allowed him to remember who he was, or what he was, before this had all begun. His eyes closed for a moment, and then the wolf's entire body relaxed. It was... an odd sensation, one that he couldn't quite explain, but as he relaxed, his eyes opened, and the red glow of insanity was seemingly gone, and just as he blinked, the wall before him exploded, and none other but Sai appeared before him, breaking through the wall, and before the wolf had a chance to say a word, he felt a Senzu being forced into his maw. A single bite, and the wolf felt his strength returning to him. “Yeah... I'm ready to get the hell out of this shit hole,” he growled, and started to move, following the Saiyan out of the temple. He didn't speak as they went on, following the other. He felt... strange, within that close proximity to Sai. He still couldn't put a finger on what it was, but it felt as if whatever darkness was within his mind was suppressed, simply from proximity. “Thanks,” he offered, eventually, his body still weak, but at least the senzu allowed him to move. “That's what I wanted to hear.” Sai said as he turned, preparing to leave the temple. Standing on the otherside of the room, just infront of his point of entry, was an elderly Kanassan. Obviously they could take him, but there was something about him. “Y...ou.....will....let us....do...” “Out of the way, grandpa.” Sai interrupted, beginning to approach the old man. He'd made it all of four steps before the world weighed down on him. Oh. The old man was the source of the telekinetic douche baggery. A grunt escaped Sigh as he put more force into crossing the room. The old man looked mildly surprised, the weight affecting Sai increasing. More grunting ensued as Sai attempted to focus and walk at the same time. Finally he was forced to stop, standing in place whilst holding the telekinetic crap back. Blood began to run from the saiyans nose as he focused, not used to holding off a superior mind for this long. “Your... force of will.....is truly....incredible. A higher....ranked member....of the order....would have....been crippled by now.” “Oh my god, why do you talk so slow?” Sai asked, irritated with the old man already. Sai wasn't the only one straining himself here. The old man must have been holding Kular in place for days. The scouter on the saiyans eye randomly began warning of a health issue in the old kanassan, something about his heart. While it was likely Sai would be able to hold off the TK crap until the old man died, that wasn't the route he was looking to go here. “Kular!” he shouted, narrowing his gaze at the old man. The lismian entered the fray suddenly, using that weird force punch thing to knock the old kanassan off of his feet. “We're out of here!” Sai shouted, grabbing kular as he placed two fingers against his forehead. He wasn't sure where they would end up, and in all honesty, he didn't really care. An odd sound reverberated off of the temple as the duo disappeared. ((342/2404)) |
