The quaint town of Greensville held a terrible secret- one that would uproot order and instill fear into the hearts of many. This watershed would be marked by the amalgam of death and violence, as Zarbon had managed to recreate and plant hundreds of the mysterious stone native to the planet of Kanassa in every home. Once touched, this artifact opened the flood gates of evil inside one's heart, unlocking a great and terrible power.... however, if the heart lacked any evil, the sudden rush of negative energy would surely cause the organ to implode, causing instant death. And the best part of it all? The Mayor gave the green light for this project. Of course stories needed to be fabricated and deals had to be created, but in the end, Zarbon held the signed order for the town's immediate "beautification." His goal wasn't so much the direct death of Greensville's people, but rather to subvert the authority of the imperious government of Earth. Perhaps after enough cities were betrayed by their loyal leaders new management would be requested... and if this new management just happened to be the Z Force, then who was he to say otherwise? But this plan needed time in order to be successful. The destruction of West City was easily blamed on that pathetic Saiyan, and reports of fighting all over the world were soon coming in. Humanity was afraid, and it only needed a little push more to tip the scale. One more battle... And that's where Zarbon found himself, engaged in close combat with the one known as Castiel. While the two had come in contact on multiple occasions, and even fought on some, it had never been decided who possessed the more power. He seemed as good a candidate as any. "I'll go first, then." Both hands extended and pointed themselves at his foe, grasping onto a ball of energy that was rapidly forming. His right hand raised up and came crashing straight down, throwing the first with more power than accuracy, and perhaps as a distraction as well. Zarbon's left hand merely shot forward and the beam ball pursued the first, sharply turning right and curving back around at the last second to meet Castiel from the side. The alien's eyes shut tightly. The sword resting in its sheathe began to glow with a light blue coating its edge and levitated up into the air, along with a spear and an axe both attached on Zarbon's back in an "x" formation. The three weapons hovered in air, falling a few inches and then rising once more in sync with every breath Zarbon drew in, until after several seconds his eyes opened once more. With no verbal command the spear and the sword rushed forward at Castiel while the axe continued to float. With one swift motion the alien leaped into the air and grabbed a hold of the large weapon, coming down in an attempt to cleave his opponent in two. Obviously this fight was not intended to be to the death. That, however, did not mean the two warriors could not go all out. Testing each other's limits was the only way to improve- that, and it was really fucking fun. Actions: Scouter: Beam Balls x2 Alignment: Telekinesis + 2 SA (+50% damage, double speed. There was a town near West City called Greensville, named as such for an undoubtedly ridiculous mortal reason that would beyond Castiel’s demi-god reasoning skills. The fallen angel and self-proclaimed Lord of Light walked the streets of this humble town, his garb reminiscent of an earlier time and serving as a herald of the notion that he wasn’t like the other people here. Standing near him was Zarbon, another being not of this world. For his part, the green-skinned alien was vain and haughty, his power exceeded only by his ego. The duo had met several times before and while the alien had the numbers advantage, he was not a god. Castiel nodded in response to the rhetorical query about who was to go first and immediately became aware of both the folly and wisdom of the acquiescence. The first beam ball, whose presence Castiel had barely detected, hit him in the shoulder and sent him spinning before the second impacted in his side, under the arm that had been flung out to maintain some semblance of balance. Fast little monster, aren’t you. With the alien’s next attack came some sort of meditative pose and Zarbon called upon the powers of his sixth or seventh sense to make his weapons move as if on their own. The deadly weapons moved with the grace of dancers as they twirled several times before shooting forth without warning. The axe stayed where it was, but was overshadowed by the charge made by the spear and the sword. Castiel’s own weapons appeared to be of finer quality, but even a simple spear made from steel could run him through. Fortunately, the alien appeared to have been concentrating on sending his weapons in Castiel’s general direction rather than controlling their flight to a point. It was this that ensured that the fight wasn’t over before it started. Even as Castiel reached up to grab his sword, the weapons cleaved through his flanks and left stinging flesh wounds in their wake. The fallen angel had but a moment to dwell upon the injuries before instinct bade him snap the blade of his weapon up to block the fall of the axe. Even though the blade of the weapon stopped short of splitting his head like a melon, Castiel felt pain in his arms as they absorbed the shock of the blow. Flames erupted out of nowhere as Castiel took a step back in order to survey the situation around him. They were in a quiet street on the outskirts of the city near a forest that looked like it belonged in a fantasy novel instead of real life. As a matter of fact, most things about this situation belonged in a work of fiction. A green-skinned alien who was armed to the teeth was facing off against a fallen angel who was literally on fire. Everywhere Castiel walked, scorch marks told of his passing and he took care to avoid anything flammable as he cast his appraising divine eye over Zarbon. Like a bullet from a gun, Castiel went on the attack. One moment he was looking at his alien counterpart, head cocked as though he was deep in thought and the next moment he was in front of the brute and aiming a forearm strike at the bridge of the pretty-boy’s nose. No doubt the alien would have the initiative to match his increased fighting power, but Castiel liked to think that he was acting in a manner that would surprise his foe. He followed up the surprise elbow with a knee aimed at the alien’s stomach that sought to take advantage of the close quarters that they found themselves in. Word Count: 616

Surprise. No strategy should rely solely on the element of surprise, because any warrior worth his salt leaves nothing to chance. This ideal character takes into account all variables and sets forth many viable options in case one should fail. And then there's always fighters like Zarbon, who don't plan ahead for battles. Fighters that just so happen to possess surreal luck and can crush entire strategies without even trying. Castiel walked forward with the intensity of one hundred dying stars, giving no hint of any intent of attacking. His movement was slow, yet purposeful. Intimidating, yet elegant. Harmless, but wrong. It made the alien's skin tingle with ever step, something screaming at him to get out of the way. As his opponent took one more step, Zarbon bent backwards as if playing a game of limbo instinctively. And when he came back up, a sharp, searing pain invaded his senses. Only part of the attack was avoided, but now it was Zarbon's turn. The graceful alien stood his ground and remained in Castiel's personal bubble, exchanging blows. It was a test of agility and strength, as well as a test of wit and resolve. Two fists went crashing towards the angel's kidneys, causing the risk of bladder infection after this fight was over. Soon after, but not instantaneously, Zarbon's knee rose up in an angle that would collide with his foe's chin.

Flames rolled off the fallen angel, sending shimmering columns of heat towards the heavens from whence the angel had come not long ago. As Castiel’s strike sailed past the alien, the flames rippled in the wind but stayed true. The second strike was much more successful and began the char-grilling of the green alien at the hands of the re-born Lord of Light. He was the candle in the wind, the light in the darkness and the servant of demons and angels alike. Such was the nature of the paradox that was the fallen archangel, Castiel. And speaking of strange occurrences, the alien had to have felt the searing kiss of flame when Castiel’s knee impacted with his stomach, yet he remained close enough for the angel to see the reflection of the dancing flames upon his forehead. Surprise muted the fallen’s response to the quick strikes for more reason than one. The alien was standing next to a fire and was trying to fight it. Had he never seen fire before? Did he not understand that flesh burns? He should understand it; the stink of burning blood was strong in the air now; the flames having cauterised Castiel’s wounds and releasing their fragrance throughout the street. Still close enough to ensure that he would be well-roasted before much longer, the alien hit Castiel in the chin with a blow that made his brain rattle. Still the alien remained next to the fire. Was he some sort of lunatic? Castiel shook his head visibly, trying to ascertain whether or not the alien was just a mirage created by one of his enemies. The pain in his angelic chin served to confirm the reality of the situation, but that didn’t mean that Castiel believed it any more. Well it was Zarbon’s choice; if he wanted to be flame grilled then so be it. Slowly and deliberately, Castiel removed his blade from its sheath. It was a magnificent black thing, the size of a long sword with red ripples evident from the magical forging process if you looked at the blade from the right angle. It was a blade of earth, reforged with enochian steal and imbued with the hopes and dreams of all the angels who dreamed of freedom. Castiel would do them justice this day. For all of his brethren who laboured under the oppression of the kaio-shin, he would destroy Zarbon’s will to fight. Castiel stepped backward to free his arms but found that Synheart was too cumbersome to wield in such a setting. Reluctantly, Castiel returned the blade to its home upon his back. In the same motion, he went on the attack, dropping and attempting to sweep Zarbon’s legs from beneath him by kicking his ankles out. Expecting another miraculous dodge, the fallen angel immediately stood and drove his head at the centre of the alien’s chest. Were luck to be on the side of the Lord of Light, Zarbon would be caught with nowhere to go and would be pitched backwards out of this close-quarters engagement. Unwilling to let chance decide, Castiel sprang after his quarry and rained four blows down upon the centre of his perfectly manicured face. As soon as he landed, Castiel was on the move again, striking like a coiled snake to hit Zarbon in the throat with his forearm. Word Count: 558

[Saiyan bonuses, joining on Castiels side] Earth. The Saiyans return to his home planet had gone down without much fanfair. A quick trip to his house and a neglected visit with Master Roshi. The hermit would have to wait up for him. Serge did sometimes have a very limited attention span, having already forgotten to drop in on the old man. "It's right there, I knew it," he said as he stood quickly from his meditation, dressed in a solarweave cloak and other light battle garb. His ability to concentrate on distant energies had rewarded him. "Always something going on here...I knew it," of course, they were not the only active power signatures he could feel on the planet. "Could be dangerous though...oh well!" He had ambition, but he was a little aimless. The Saiyan already knew full well the potential consequences of dropping in on a small party without invitation, but he figured all the even stronger forces he was sensing may have already been busy! "Sorry Roshi." Hopefully, he'd still be able to meet up with his old mentor later. Right now, he wanted to hit something. A blue aura of ki surrounded the Saiyan and he broke into a power fly, quickly flying up away from the ground and over a large area of land. It was only a matter of minutes before he arrived from his location and instead hovered over Zarbon and Castiel. "Well." Had either one of them noticed him was not really his primary concern, there was nothing wrong with a bit of a sneak attack! I guess I'll just go after the alien looking dude for now, probably starting trouble. Serge thought to himself as he reached with his right hand to the left side of his body, grabbing the hilt of his katana and unsheathing the blade. "Or...maybe...first I'll get a better look at the guy," he nodded to himself..the scouter fitted to his right ear beeping a few times before Zarbons current power registered on the green screen. If there was one thing Zarbon learned during this short time, it was that fire hurt. A lot. Turning his perfect, glistening green skin into an ugly charcoal, Castiel had made a check that his ass surely couldn't cash. Then again, maybe starting a fast-paced melee-focused series of blows with a man who was literally on fire was not the best thing to do. Suddenly Zarbon's legs gave out and he fell on his back, only to see Castiel headbutt the air where the alien had been just a moment before. Luck was definitely on his side. "Looks like you need to cool off," he said in a way that tried to not sound cheesy. His foe dashed ahead and threatened to trample the hapless alien, who desperately needed to extinguish those flames. Two fists, or perhaps one fist twice, came racing towards his beautiful face, but Zarbon would have none of that. The charismatic leader of the Z Force regurgitated an icy blue substance that poured all over the hand, hopefully causing it to pull back instinctively. Another two made their mark and singed his flesh, but there was no time to panic! Zarbon ducked as a hand went overhead, likely aimed for his face or throat once more. "Want to see something?" the alien asked while clutching the right side of his face. He bent over... opened his mouth wide... and a small, green creature crawled out of it with a smirk. It immediately flew into the air and tried to headbutt Serge, viciously swiping with its claws soon after. How such a magnificent being such as Zarbon could create such a hideous abomination was beyond comprehension surely, but that didn't stop it from opening its mouth wide and vomiting all over where the Saiyan was. [Zenkai, Combat rune, champ Lv I; PL: 64262, Joining Zarbls] So everything on Earth was going to shit, Pan figured she might as well join in on the fun. All over the world, massive power levels were dueling it out for… something. The Saiyan wasn't exactly sure what. All she could be sure of is that people were fighting and possibly dying and no one had invited her. The Saiyan targeted a couple of power levels and found herself arriving in a battlefield with a few… odd customers. Namely she arrived in time to see a creepy light blue guy vomit out a Saibaman. So that was pretty freaky. She dropped down and considered firing on all of them but decided that she felt like targeting the one covered in flames. As she landed she charged up four small spheres of energy and fired them at the burning humanoid, attempting to do whatever she could to make him not be… on fire. She followed the attack up by taking a deep breath and all but projectile vomiting a masterful beam of ki from her mouth. Turning on her heel she charged at the smaller Saiyan that was brandishing a weapon. She had an axe and a sword both on her back, looking positively battle-ready. In a split-second she decided which weapon to come at the warrior with and decided to go for her tried and true axe, rather than the zweihander she had very little practice with. "Hey how's it goin'?" She asked, pulling out the heavy axe and swinging two quick slashes rather quickly. She turned the weapon on its end and attempted to smash the butt of the axe into his skull, then swung the weapon broad-side to crack the back of it against the side of his head. Without waiting to see if the total of four attacks had met their mark, she spun around again and went back for the guy that had been on fire when she entered. Blurring her movement to impossible speeds, she rushed at him as well with pretty much the same copy of techniques. Her first two strikes were quick slashes that came as almost an X-shaped strike, then she spun the weapon around for two hits with the butt and the back of the axe respectively. As she pushed off of the final attack, she moved to stand with her back to the strange light blue pretty boy-lookin' guy and taking a battle-ready stance. "My name's Pan." Apparently for at least this battle she and this guy were allies. 1. Beam Ball x 4 @ Cas -2% 2. Mastered Mouth Blast @ Cas -3% 3. 2x Weapon Attacks @ Serge S1. 2x Weapon Attacks @ Serge S2. OOC: Jumping for Zarbon, Base PL 66,258, Zenkai The veteran had found him. It’d been hard, trying to pinpoint the being amongst all the mayhem that had been unleashed around the planet, but finally he had done it. And not a moment too soon, he thought as he beheld the battlefield before him. Though Zarbon seemed to be doing perfectly well on his own, a bit of friendly help never hurt anyone. And it was right then he got it….. But not from Bardock. A young saiyan woman he had never met was on the scene in a flash, tossing around both steel and ki in a deadly dance. She was good. The veteran probably wasn’t needed here. But then again, Zarbon would never let him live it down if he sat by and watch the alien fight. God, it was a lot of effort keeping this guy happy. Waiting for the girl’s fury to subside, he withdrew a syringe he had procured in his travels to find the Z-Force captain. The situation didn’t seem too serious; maybe it would be ok to get experimental. He found the vein in the crook of his elbow and injected the liquid. His eyes widened in awe. He felt so…. fast. Wondering if he truly was faster now or if it was just some sort of trip, he unsheathed his sword from above his left shoulder and targeted the fiery combatant. Not knowing if he was intentionally on fire or had been lit by some attack from Zarbon, the veteran thought to be merciful, this time, and give the man a quick death. He closed the distance with blurring speed, his blade lashing out in a powerful strike aimed to cleave his foe’s head from his shoulders. He then turned his blade and slashed diagonally down across the being’s chest. Reaching the bottom of the strike, he turned the blade onto the horizontal plane and attempted to disembowel the being before bring the hilt of the weapon up in a back hand fashion to drive into the diaphragm of his victim. The scarred warrior abandoned this foe and now closed on the other. This one looked like a saiyan, maybe he would put up a fight. He sheathed his blade as he approached and threw a solid right cross towards the saiyan’s jawline followed by an elbow aimed to crash into the foe’s opposite cheek. He then retreated, sure his opponents would have struggled to deal with the onslaught, and stood next to the Z-Force commander. No introduction was required between the two old friends, so he simply stuck a thumb over his shoulder at the female that appeared to be an ally, “New recruit?” Actions: 1. OOC: Jumping on Castiel's side. Brutal violence was one of Perrin's strong suits, no matter how often he wished he could deny it. Perhaps that was what brought him in connection with the Z Force in the first place. Zarbon and he had shared a mental connection. Bardock and he shared a lust for battle. Yet, something separated him from the others... Perrin was good. Visions had plagued his mind. On Earth, one of two places that Perrin truly called home, Perrin could see the leader of his precarious alliance engaged in dark mischief... and then, a battle. In a second, the sage toned knew where things stood, and where he stood as well. For all that Perrin felt for his comrades, darkness was never going to be a presence that Perrin could allow to mask his home. Zarbon would have to fall. His armored stature high above the world, crouched upon the edge of Kami's tower like a stone gargoyle, broke loose. His grip upon the tile fell away, and immediately, Perrin plummeted through the air like a stone. The violet screen extended across his eye lit up, grasping for Zarbon's signature... and the moment it did so, Perrin was gone in an explosive display of speed. The landscape melted away, passing by blindly. Kilometer by kilometer, the distance upon his eyepiece decreased, and the pressure of Zarbon's presence became a conscious awareness. Before he knew it, Perrin was within eyesight of the battlefield, and the participants had changed quite a bit from his vision atop Kami's Lookout. The battlefield was full. Bardock and Zarbon, as well as an unfamiliar female were engaged with the Celestial from Perrin's vision, as well as a Saiyan swordsman that Perrin didn't recognize. His scouter flared wildly, dancing between the participants in battle, and just as it settled on one, Perrin's plans changed. He had plans of targeting Zarbon, but with the additions to the field, Perrin had found himself a new target. As he dove from the skies, Perrin's body began to crumple and warp and change. His size increased exponentially, and as he slammed into the ground, Perrin found himself quite a bit taller than his opponents. Two massive arms sprouted from his shoulder blades, and without warning, he lashed out towards Pan. All four of his arms snapped, wildly whipping at various parts of the Saiyan female's body. Time and time again, Perrin struck in explosive combinations until finally he broke down and loosed his arms outwards, like great tree trunks, and clapped his hands together in an attempt to squash Pan between them. Immediately, his hands opened and his arms returned to their normal size, sucking an incredible amount of energy from within himself. Violet light flickered into existence mere inches from his palms, and quickly solidified and flattened into razor sharp blades. With a quick spin of his body, Perrin loosed both blades across the battlefield, each in a different direction, in hopes of pulling the attention of the little green mutant away from Serge. Perrin's chest stretched and contracted greatly, gulping in great increases of air.

So much for taking care of myself.. The Saibaman he could have handled if he was lucky, but it was the first time he had seen one and the Saiyan found himself screaming some while trying to wipe the acid away from his body, left with a few severe burns. "Son of a--, I didn't even do any--" Be quiet, this isn't the time for excuses. It was true...afterall, he was the one that thought it would be a good idea to drop in on somebody elses action for kicks. "I'll get you then anyway," Serge was about to retaliate on the Saibaman when he was instead halted in his tracks by Pan. "Uh, hello!" Two slashes and the butt of the females weapon to his skull later he was wobbling backwards, just in time to catch it from Bardock as well and be spent spiraling away from the battle field until his body crashed into the ground. He may have even blacked out for about a minute or so before finally sitting up. Burnt, bleeding, and his face was marked. "Maybe I should have thought harder about this one..." The red haired Saiyan spoke lowly to himself as he gathered enough energy to push up from the dirt and back onto his feet. He was still holding his katana, but he was admittedly reluctant to rush head first back into battle with the two that had just handled him after the Saibaman. Saiyans, both of them. From the look of their hair and armor anyway, and also if they had their tails. Serge looked on and frowned, unsure if this was a moment he'd of been better off backing off and minding his own business. He was, afterall, one of them. But he had also been warned numerous times by Master Roshi about other Saiyans. And then -- a giant Namekian landed. "Well damn..." Serge lifted his head, looking away from the female Saiyan and to Bardock instead, before back to the sky. He narrowed his eyes, and instead of flying in to attack one of them he began to consider trying to fly away. This wasn't really any of his concern. The inexperienced Saiyan just stayed out of it for the time being and spent his precious minutes recovering from the attacks on him before--only focusing his energy just enough to shield his entire body in fire. Panic shone in the eyes of the green alien as he realised that Castiel wasn’t going to be going out any time soon. Or perhaps it was the dancing flames reflecting in the sweat-covered brow that gave the fallen angel the satisfaction of thinking his opponent was scared. Nevertheless, it gave Castiel a boost in confidence to think as such. As the fire lord pressed his attack, Zarbon sought to fight fire with frozen water and Castiel couldn’t help but laugh as the ice began to scream upon contact with the flames. But the ice kept coming and soon Castiel’s entire arm was engulfed. He had scarcely hammered the alien in the face with his other fist when his body froze too. The flames withered and died, but Castiel was still focusing on hitting his opponent as much as he could before he was completely frozen by ice. Unfortunately, his last elbow strike was found wanting and Castiel was frozen before his blow could connect. The solid-state liquid hardened to be very solid and thick enough to insulate Castiel against all sound from the outside. His vision was similarly impaired and looking through the ice was similar to being drunk. Fortunately for the fallen angel, his scouter was still keeping him updated on the events taking place outside his icy tomb. There was another being present on the battle field, but he wasn’t doing anything except stand and watch. Castiel was about to try and melt the ice using his power output when the beeping of his scouter stayed his hand. Another being had arrived; one that was more powerful than Zarbon. She attacked before Castiel had a chance to move, but he found to his delight that the ice afforded him a level of protection that was greater than the special battle garments that he wore. Were his face not frozen in the surprised, somewhat gritty expression that it had been in when Zarbon had frozen him, Castiel would have smirked. The subsequent blast rattled the cage and transmitted some of its fire through to him, but nevertheless Castiel found that he was still quite well protected. The interloper went and attacked the bystander for a few moments before returning and hacking away at the front of the ice tomb with her axe. By the time the butt of the weapon had smashed into the block of ice, Castiel was ready enough to break out using only his strength as an angel. As he shook the residual dampness from his clothes, Castiel surveyed the scene. They had been joined by yet another Saiyan that Castiel recognised from their time on Yaidrat. Bardock was something of a maverick and if memory served had a nasty temper. As the divine being watched, Bardock took out a syringe and injected himself with whatever was inside. Castiel shrugged mentally; if riding the dragon helped the Saiyan fight better, who was he to judge? It would be super critical, considering the fire lord consorted with demons in order to gain their power. With the heroin now running through his veins, Bardock dashed at Castiel and attempted to part his head from his body. It was kind of a dick move and one that might have been successful had he not telegraphed it from the beginning of his dash. Synheart of free of its sheath in a heartbeat and caught the blade as it attempted to part him with his most favourite body part aside from his genitalia. The shock of the clash of blades was largely mitigated by the vibration cell and as the residual vibrations faded, Castiel took a step back in order to free his arms. He was immediately pleased with the course of action as it allowed him to parry the chest slash and catch the blade on the finger-guard of his sword in order to turn it aside. Castiel found himself admiring the fluid motions of his opponent, though he found them to be somewhat predictable with their repeated slashing from one side to the other. He jumped back and parried the next slash at his stomach before taking a knee in order to give himself more time and bringing Synheart up to turn the attack to his side. The fallen angel followed the apparent heroin addict as he returned to the Z-Force commander and hit the pretty green alien with a running bulldog that slammed his face into the dirt. Word Count: 741

It had been a few days since the incident with transcending dimensions and odd clowned figures, the warrior; Brutis, was out spreading his glorious wings upon the cool up-drafts that wound around the planet Earth. "Where are you my brother..." he muttered as the warrior could feel a faint lock on his brethren Castiel's life force. A violent crash of waves, jetting upward, from the reconstructing city the human's had come to call "West City" had ruffled the angelic feathers that spread wide beating rhythmically. Brutis looked down below, his angelic vision "zooming" in on what was happening. Mass destruction and vibrant energies swirled and exploded below; warriors of all sorts of candor seemed to be helping reform the city with effortless expression of power! "May--" the warrior angel began to say before his tongue was interrupted by the foul tainted life force of evil. It was coming from an outlying city, the one in which Brutis had agreed to meet up with Castiel to discuss their finds and report to the Marshall of the faction he had just recently joined.
"Well, for now...thoust below hast escaped bitter judgement, it would appear Castiel may be in a bit of trouble..." the warrior said soaring through the sky at an increased pace...bringing him closer to his friend and further from the mayhem that was occurring in the wrecked city below. His mind was torn, but a promise was a promise...and that was something no Celestial could break easily. Some Time Later.. A group of four, tainted, warriors were on the offensive...working their way at attempting to overwhelm the Celestial Castiel! Brutis had no time to spare, taking in all he could before swooping into action from the heavens and landing behind the object of his fixation. Small parts of earth cracked beneath his frame as the wind ruffled his cloak, revealing his silver-white hair as the hood flung itself free from its normal resting place! "Evil shall hath no mercy from Corbus!" Brutis yelled out as his sword became unsheathed, making that distinct metallic sound as it whipped over his head in a half-circle before coming down behind in an attempt to cleave the green-monster in two! The mystical and super-natural blade split through the air, as Brutis bountiful wings displayed an attack formation! The ancient warriors cape fluttered slightly, his blade sounding off as it was gracefully slid back into its home-place that rested between the magnificent wings of the olden warrior! Brutis could feel the evil all around him, giving Castiel a wink, and the green Namekian as well...who apparently was on the offensive helping his own ally. Without hesitating further, the old bird, shimmered from existence...reappearing in the mist of the wayward foes; his arms waving frantically as he gathered the energy needed to make a blast of epic proportions toward the diabolical enemies around his own self! Electric currents shot out like the mole-whack game on cloud nine...dust was picked up into smaller tornado-like rotations. The hair on top of the ancient warriors head was flaring wildly, Brutis' voice in a roar, "Evil be damned in hell forever," an undeniable force exerted and pushed out toward the group of evil like a tidal wave crashing into the black sands of an evil beachhead! Boom! The power expanded quickly, without warning causing the Earth to tremble and the birds to flee the robust technique and it's cry for pain...and as things settled, at the moment, silence fell upon the battle-field...Brutis taking in a few breathes of air, hoping that his initial assault would give some breathing room for his tattered looking ally. Now he could only wait, introductions would have to be for later...for the moment, called for good vs evil and Brutis was not about to be beaten by a jackal and his bitches. The arch-angel sat down in a coveted fighting stance taught by the Kaioshins to only the elite select...his hands were one above the other, clenched with his knuckles showing, and his feet spread wide. His celestial senses stretching out, his mind and body alert and waiting for any counter set forth by his natural enemies..."Thou shall receive no quarter!" he yelled out like Jericho when he blew that sovereign horn for the end of days. "Charmed." This young man was quite powerful, and based on his actions was probably on Zarbon's side. For safe measures, this Pan fellow would have to be watched though. However small the chance of a betrayal happening, the impact would be great.
"I wish. Why, he's almost as powerful as-" The alien was cut short when a giant green King Kong randomly appeared and started wrecking shit, his anger aimed at Pan. "Do you owe him money or som- HOLY SHIT IT'S PERRIN," Despite not seeing Bardock, his most loyal and trusted "friend" (the two had an odd relationship that began from mistaking bears for room room service,) for quite awhile, no pleasantries needed to be exchanged. Considering the betrayal of one of their strongest members, there was no time either. Zarbon rushed into action only to be knocked back down from Castiel, whom he honestly had forgotten all about at this point. "Prick." Just then, after the attacks had either landed or were dealt with by Pan, (Zarbon wasn't paying attention so he couldn't say) a flying disc whirled and hummed with Perrin's energy. It flew to Zarbon Jr, who like his maker used his mouth in order to protect himself. The saibaman's orifice opened wide, but not as wide as Zarbon's of course, and he stuck a short claw inside of his mouth. "BLEEEEEGH!" it screeched as vomit covered the Kienzen and disintegrated it. Just then, as he was about to help his offspring finish the Saiyan, the scouter equipped to his head alerted him to a moderate risk in the form of Brutis, though he had no knowledge of that name.
The alien's senses kicked in seconds later, but by then Zarbon had stepped backwards and avoided the attack. "Cockroaches." This was a cockroach who could explode it seemed. Energy flooded the arena while the newcomer talked with a queer accent, all the while Zarbon's mouth opened widely and he sucked in the delicious Ki like a vacuum. Dust and air hurriedly invaded as well until it was gone... and then the captain of the Z Force vomited the energy back all over the one who fired it. Noticing its master was in trouble, the saibaman rushed to the rescue. Its tiny, black claws quickly got to work slashing and slicing as it had just done with Serge. Two from each hand, one after the other, moving in harmony. Meanwhile, Zarbon had his eyes on something else. "I'm surprised to see loyalty means nothing to you," he yelled up to the towering Namekian. "Zarbon Jr seems to take commands quite well." At this the alien pointed to the Saibaman who was engaging Brutis in combat. Zarbon threw his fist into the air aimed at Perrin, but instead a beam came out of his middle knuckle. In the time it traveled from its owner to its target, Zarbon's power had significantly grown. "Uh… I'm a girl." Pan said to the alien that she was pretty certain was a guy, sheathing her axe as she did. In all honesty she couldn't be upset about confusing genders among aliens every once in a while because… well… look at this one here. Any further conversation was interrupted by a colossal Namekian lumbering in and proceeding to beat the crap out of her. Oversized arms smashed into her, and it was all she could do to keep the fighter's massive green hands from crushing her like a grape. The Saiyan grimaced under the weight of oversized palms and fists determined to reduce her to rubble. However, it wasn't that easy to take the Saiyan warrior down. As the Namekian pulled away, Pan stood back up, her armor a little worse for the wear. The Saiyan warrior looked up in time to see a massive blade of spinning ki coming straight at her. Without a thought she knocked it away, having infused ki onto the edge of her hand, "Now is that really all you've got? Let me show you what true power is." She let out a roar of might as a burst of energy washed over her. Rather than engulf her, the energy became a flaming aura that combined with her own golden-red aura, bursting and dancing with electricity as the Saiyan warrior stood up to her full height. She was still several feet shorter than her opponent, but now she could match him in power. Taking a moment to glance at her allies she announced with authority, "Nobody touch this one! I'm going to take down the Jolly Green Jackass myself." The timbre in her voice made it known that she was trying very hard to control herself, something her fellow Saiyan, the older looking one, was probably familiar with. Without waiting for a response from anyone, she turned back to the oversized warrior and said, "Blink and you'll miss it." Leaping up into the air, she matched his height for just a moment, even rising above it as she put her hands together over her head, the electricity moving from its place dancing all around her and finding its way to her open palms. She then threw the electric burst with such speed that it must have been quite the shock to anyone who'd never seen her do it. Which, of course, no one here had. This wasn't a traditional ki attack as one would expect, but rather genuinely seemed to be electricity pulled from her physical form and thrown at her foe, the giant and mighty Perrin. As she fell to the ground she watched him, waiting to see what he'd do with the attack. "Come on then, baldy. Let's see what you've really got goin' on!" Free. Take all but listed 1. The veteran saiyan watched the action unfold around him. Frustratingly, nobody seemed all that interested in messing with him. Boring, he really had the urge to crush something, or someone, too. He watched on as Perrin arrived and got into it with his and Zarbon’s female companion. He wasn’t quite sure what was going on there. The three where friends after all. Oh well, as long as the namekian didn’t attack him directly, he’d let the two duke it as the girl requested. Then, a bird man of some sort arrived, striking at Zarbon before he expelled a shockwave of energy that rushed out in a dome like shape to assail everyone on the battlefield. Maybe this is my challenge? the veteran mused as his blade, still grasped in his right hand, began to glow golden. He brought the blade in a slashing motion from above his head to the ground, opening a hole in the energy, allowing him to pass through unharmed. What to do what to do, the veteran thought as he once again found himself free after the minor annoyance from the bird man, Well, it would be impolite of me not to welcome this guy to the fight… His decision somewhat made, he launched towards the winged foe with ferocious speed, brandishing his blade in preparation for the strikes to follow. The first came from low, tracing a line from his foe’s left hip to right shoulder. He then turned the blade, pushing down with all his muscular strength in an attempt to disable the right arm of his foe by slicing deeply into the shoulder. He continued to close, now to close for his sword to be effective, so he struck out with his free left hand toward’s his foe’s chiselled jawline before bring his right, hilt and all, around in a hook shaped to strike the bird man’s temple. The veteran then vanished, leaving the newly arrived combatant in whatever state he was and reappeared behind the one with the strong affinity for flame. He struck with his blade for the being’s liver before bringing the weapon back across to attack under his foe’s armpit. Bardock remained there, in close proximity to Castiel, and awaited the retaliation his actions would surely bring. This time anyway. Actions: 1. Perrin's jaw twisted as he nearly spat at Zarbon, “I can't sit back and let you go about your evil plans. Earth is my second home! If you're going to cause mischief, then you need to pick a different destination!” A disruptive explosion ripped across the earth and skies, destroying everything within its path. Perrin's large body pushed forwards, with with a magnificent roar, released a vibrating shock wave of his own, essentially splitting the energy around his body. Carrying along with himself, Perrin's hand extended in order to wrap a barrier around himself, but was caught by Pan's Meteoric Bolt before he had a chance. The feeling was unique. A spark of electricity leapt across his body, the only real signal to the attack. His thick, rubbery skin absorbed the spark and dispersed it well enough, causing a mere groan. Even so, the fatigue of battle was already beginning to weigh heavily on him. He knew that, regardless of what his ultimate plan was, if he were going to defeat Pan, he would have to do so quickly. A spark of his own electricity danced across his skin, and the ground beneath his feat gave way. Great cracks split the ground outwards from his body. Pieces of dirt rose and disintegrated into small clouds of dust and dirt. A vicious gleam covered his lips; his massive fangs peering from behind his olive lips. Immediately, his powe level begen to inceaste by an explnential race His explosive performance didn't end there, however. A wave of solid power engulfed him. Across the back of Perrin's hand, a deeply imbedded chunk of stone let loose its contents, immediately building an incredible spirit pressure within him. Immediately, as his skin brimmed with everything it could contain, Perrin's hands pressed together into a triangular pattern and released a barrage of terribly powerful beams for Pan's body.
OOC: Exhausted. Its obvious Perrin's pretty well dragging ass when this is over, and I'm so tired I keep nodding off. If I need to get into absolute specific numbers, I will; but I think its fairly clear. <3 |

Haha...look at this. Serge thought to himself as he watched, frowning again at Perrins' mention of evil plans. He had a feeling his life was endangered by being here. He hadn't been attacked, but his thoughts of trying to duck out of harms way were quickly thrown away. So what if this meant an unscheduled visit to King Kai, he figured, his training on that planet in the second dimension had gone incomplete the last time around anyway. "What to do then," he narrowed his eyes at how out-classed he was, but the green giant Perrinn had a fierce power. Maybe, just maybe, if Serge and Brutis were smart about this encounter they could make it out still breathing. Doubtful, but you never knew... Anyway Serge quickly jumped from the ground and broke into a strong power-fly, zeroing in on Zarbon. As he already thought, he was going have to be smart about this if he wanted a shot at walking home. 'Ruthless,' even, afterall--there was still Bardock and the female to worry about. Serge stopped about halfway to Zarbon and pulled both of his arms behind his back. Charging a powerful attack, he then aimed both hands infront of his body, bringing them together to collect the energy together infront of both of his open palms and then firing a 'powerful' Rainbow Plasma at the location of the alien male. The power of the beam propelling the Saiyans body back some as he kept his arms out infront of his body, watching the beam close in on Zarbon. He couldn't lie. Hopefully, if the ki beam hit, there wasn't anything left of Zarbon to fight. Serge personally was going to be a little drained after focusing so much of his ki into an attack, he was really, really hoping it would at least hit or that he had caught Zarbon off guard some. Castiel had just finished giving Zarbon’s perfect face a nice taste of humble pie mixed with dirt when the fallen angel’s alliance mate and fellow celestial, Brutis, joined the fray. And when a newly fallen celestial joins a fight, they do it with style. Had he a choice in the matter, Castiel would have preferred that the warrior angel wait until he wasn’t standing beside the enemies before he launched his shockwave, but it made little difference. Brutis hadn’t been in this realm for as long and wasn’t as used to the conditions. Moving away as fast as he could, Castiel opened his mouth in the direction of the imminent shockwave. No sound audible to the human ear emerged, but if there were any animals present they would be losing their minds right now. The high-pitched noise formed a barrier in front of Castiel and ensured that he was able to continue unmolested by his friend’s attack. Once the wave of nuclear energy had passed, the fallen didn’t rejoin the fight right away. He was separated from his compatriots by the group of enemy warriors, but his dash to avoid the shockwave had ensured that there was some hundred metres between himself and the enemy. The reprieve was short-lived, as the angry heroin addict came rushing towards Castiel. The fire lord scarcely had enough time to wonder if Bardock got his scars in a drug deal gone badly before the scars and the Saiyan they were attached to blurred into absence. The attacks appeared to collide as one and inflamed the seared wounds that had been delivered to his flanks at the beginning of the bout. As the wounds began to ooze blood once more, Castiel marvelled at how effective riding the dragon actually was in a fight. It was something that he might actually have to consider. It wasn’t as though he had traditional mortality to worry about. The next dimension was like a revolving door for one such as him. Nevertheless, it was time to teach the Saiyan a lesson in humility as only a god could. “Ka,” he began, placing the heels of his palms together and pointing them at the scarred Saiyan warrior. “Me,” he continued, bringing his hands back to his side and forming a teal ball of energy between them. The twisting of his body made the wounds to his flanks complain, but Castiel was far too focused to let such a thing distract him. He wondered if the colour of his attack would look strange to the Saiyan. Anybody who was familiar with the Kamehameha wave would almost be mouthing the words along with him by this point, but that would be their folly. For the former archangel and current fire lord of the underworld was a crafty individual, well versed in tricks and stratagems. This one was about to come to fruition. As the globe of ki in his hands intensified, Castiel’s entire body began to glow as it had when he was on fire. This time was different; this time the glow continued until he was completely obscured by the bright, purple-tinged light that was his grace at its most powerful in this form. The bright light that was Castiel began to move, slowly at first but rapidly picking up speed as it neared the melee that the group was engaged in. As soon as he was close enough, Castiel leapt into the air and let loose a wave of burning light and a sonic boom that would be anything but comfortable to those unfortunate enough to be caught in the way. Pan, who was a woman, had Perrin's attention. That was one less person to fight with. Bardock seemed to have Castiel pinned back for the moment, and Brutis stayed back. So long as he didn't interfere, neither Zarbon nor the Saibaman would attack. Speaking of standing still though, Serge decided to get ballsy and go on the offensive for the Z Force Captain himself! The Saiyan flew at Zarbon and began gathering a massive amount of energy, which surprised the alien but his guard never went down. He simply shot up into the sky with all his speed, avoiding the beam of Ki that likely would have engulfed him completely. His scouter informed him that the spike in power cost Serge much of his strength, and passed him off as a threat no longer. Suddenly a blinding light appeared in ever direction, and a screeching noise invaded Zarbon's ears. To combat this both Zarbon and Zarbon Jr closed their eyes and covered their ears. Now was the time to go on the offensive. Zarbon and his minion separated, one going to the right and one to the left. Zarbon rapidly fired 8 balls of energy at everyone and Zarbon Jr vomited all over where Castiel was. The big green guy was working something big. Pan grinned and waited until the perfect moment to retaliate. As the first giant prism of energy fired off at her, she rose into the air as though she was going to join it, disappearing just before it touched her. As the next three followed suit, she reappeared and disappeared again just before each and every strike, giving the increasingly enraged Perrin something to aim for then completely dissipating into thin air. She had all but reached his level again when she could see a light forming in the shape of one of the other fighters. As it began to increase, she realized that it was some sort of technique. Flicking her wrist, she activated the futuristic shield that hid within her body armor. Allowing herself to fall from Perrin's height, she curled into a ball as she fell, managing to hide her not so short form completely within the shield's covering grasp. She'd even tucked her head in, unknowingly protecting herself from the accompanying eardrum shattering noise that came with it. She unfurled before she hit the ground, landing in a hard crouch in the craters of one of Perrin's attacks. Wondering if these fighters would constantly continue to shoot rampant attacks like untrained children, Pan stood up and looked at the giant green warrior she'd chosen as her quarry. "Alright, big guy. Let's end this quick-like, shall we?" She placed her hands together and charged up a sizable sphere of electricity, jolting and radiating with sparks of light blue to white energy flying off of it. She pulled it back into one hand as though she were going to throw it, but her form blurred at the last moment. Where Pan once stood, there was now a grey-blue afterimage of her beginning to throw her ki attack. The real Pan had appeared in mid-air just in front of the oversized Namekian, shoving her electric attack forward in an attempt to keep him from dodging or evading it properly. She backflipped away once she'd sent the attack off and stood once again on the ground. With another roar of power she said, "There's plenty more where that came from!" And her aura ignited anew as she rose to her maximum possible power level. She stared at the Namekian, keeping the rest of her foes in her field of vision as she prepared for the next round of this little bout. 1. IT dodge Neo Tri-Beam (-10.4% RP'd for some flavor) 2. Nope, still nothing. These guys seemed to love absorbing the seasoned saiyan’s attacks and not even bothering to retaliate. Maybe they knew it was pointless, so simply moved onto easier prey? Who knew. All Bardock knew was that it was getting close to time to wrap this shindig up. He looked around the battlefield, trying to choose who he should finish off first. Pan seemed to have Perrin in hand, Zarbon was coping quite well with Serge and the bird-man was just sort of standing there. That sort of only left one obvious choice. At that moment his soon to be opponent began to glow, his power level growing substantially as the light increased in intensity. This wasn’t going to be good. If only he had something bulky to hide behind, he wouldn’t need to expend any Ki defending himself against….. whatever this turned out to be. An idea came to mind, there was something or, more accurately, someone on the battlefield that filled that criteria precisely. The veteran moved, his form becoming indistinct to the naked eye, to reappear behind Perrin, tucking in low and tight to the giant namekian’s back and allowing the emerald alien to take the brunt of the attack for him. Or so he planned. From there, the veteran sheathed his blade and turned to attack. Leaving Perrin to Pan, as she had asked, the veteran skirted the massive namekian. As he moved, his hands began to emit a golden glow before he fired six orbs towards the fallen angel Castiel. The seasoned warrior continued to close the distance, moving at previously unachievable speeds. At the last moment, his figure blurred and reappeared behind his prey throwing a right hook towards his opponent’s temple before swing his left fist in to strike at the angel’s already damaged ribs. The old saiyan pushed backwards clearing a little space between the pair as his right palm came up flat, a dark blue orb of destruction forming just to the fore of the palm. He built it, then pushed in more ki, more than he ever had before as the orb expanded to be approximately half his height. “Enjoy,” he called sarcastically as he unleashed the charged attack towards his opponent. The field of battle was chaotic, putting the once celebrated hero into a tirade of memories and subsequent pain. The flare of blood riddled his chest as his immaculate body was sliced open like a fresh head of lettuce! Grinding teeth, chattering the slight winds of the sky, was among the many noises of battle. Brutis vision was blurred, his breathing heightened...his blood pressure, and heart rate as well! His silvery-white hair flared wildly along with the tantalizing array of thought going through his, once calm, mind! The celestial warrior needed to get a grip of his self, his vision locking onto an impeding attack...one technique only known to angel's...without thinking, going on memory alone, the ancient warrior shimmered from existence and focused upon a place that would keep him from harms way! Clouds swirled loudly about, finally breaking the montage of chaos that entrapped the olde warrior...infuriated with his self, the warrior flew down into the fray of warriors. Enemies, friends, it didn't matter. What mattered was that he made his presence known once more, that his mind would no longer be something that held his prominence from the warriors of this realm any longer! No he would indeed save face and help his fallen brother! A plethora of wind, debris, and everything else had found itself circling about the mighty wings of our ancient celestial friend...his glorious feathers shined, making about electrical currents rapidly inclining! Charging the same technique, further...something everyone would have to acknowledge! To give his own allies more time to come up with a strategy and to perhaps fight another day...time, the hands on the clock to be slowed. That was Brutis main thought for the moment, as the chaotic nature of this battle was proving to be overwhelming and he desperately needed the satisfaction of a simple breathe of air! With a mighty roar, a wave of destruction charged throughout the mist...it was hell bent on taking with it what morsel's of life it could. The battle-hardened warrior screamed, his chords striking deep within the very Earth and erupting out in every which way as his arms and hands played out a game of charades. It was simple, yet hopefully effective! This was what the warrior angel would leave his opponents...something to think about, to tread lightly before Brutis reclaimed the power he once commanded! Slowly, it would return and he would be the savior of this sin-infested world! Ki Used: 16% Ki Remaining: 68.9% [-.1% for buku last post] Battle Dmg: ?? Battle Fatigue(Vit): ??

Arch-Curate

As the light and sound from Castiel’s attack faded into nothingness, an eerie calm settled over the battleground for a few moments. It was never going to last as once more the combatants clashed. For Castiel’s part, he was hit by the stinging sensation of another one of Zarbon’s irritating beam balls. Not enough to remove him from the fight, there were a source of irritation that exacerbated the pain that wracked his battered body. Like a half-aborted green foetus, the saibaman staggered over to Castiel and vomited what smelled suspiciously like acid over him. The acrid stench of burning flesh filled the air, but the pain wasn’t that much greater than that which Castiel was already experiencing. In such a situation, his nerves were too frayed already to discern the new hurt from the old hurt. Castiel’s scouter pinged to alert him to an incoming flurry of attacks. As he tried to turn, Castiel’s leg muscles twitched and cramped up, unwilling to support him while the acid was slowly eating away at his flesh. Lying on the ground helpless, Castiel called upon his powers of creation to transmute the dangerous energy of the attacks to a flame shield that burned up all of the acid and seared closed the wounds they had left. The flames did nothing for the pain, but they did allowed Castiel’s burnt and battered body to move once more without collapsing into spasms. And not a moment too soon as the scarred heroin addict came charging in to engage Castiel in hand to hand combat. The fallen angel was smart enough to not be interested in that happening. But what could he do to avoid it? Kick him in the balls! The disembodied voice in his mind sounded slightly like Morgan, but had a more demonic edge to it. With a mental shrug, Castiel decided to try it, for listening to disembodied voices hadn’t steered him wrong yet. As the Saiyan’s fist blurred towards his face, Castiel leaned back and used the top half of his body as a counterweight as he sought to counter the combo attack with the prescribed kick. With all of the speed and strength that he could muster, Castiel’s foot whizzed towards the apex of the Saiyan’s thighs where his reproductive organs sat. It was a dick move, both literally and figuratively and upon the culmination of his attack, Castiel moved several paces away from the heroin-addict. He knew from his time watching Earth from the next dimension that drug addicts tended to have explosive tempers. And speaking of explosive, the repercussions made themselves very apparent as Bardock cleared some further space between the two and started charging an attack. As his power level ticked ever higher on the scouter covering Castiel’s eye, the fallen angel started looking for a meat shield. His first thought was Serge, who was just taking up space and should make himself useful by soaking up this attack. But Serge didn’t seem the type for heroics; or anything intelligent for that matter. And so Castiel’s attention turned one step higher on the IQ ladder in this melee. Zarbon Jr clicked and squeaked to communicate, but he was still more eloquent than Mr Energy Spam. Fortunately for Castiel, the little green alien had expended too much energy and his power had suffered as a result. He would make the perfect shield for what would no doubt be an extraordinarily powerful attack. As the attack was charged, Castiel bent his knees in anticipation and when he sensed the attack’s power get above Bardock’s own previous level he feinted a dash to the right in an attempt to throw the addict off his tracks before blurring into barely existence in order to shift behind the creature at the exact moment that Bardock was firing his attack. Everything that happened subsequently was lost in the explosion created by the attack. Castiel was dimly aware of the scouter ticking upwards again, but was too tired by this point to do anything about it. Word Count: 673

Perrin's eyesight blurred and sparked artificial starlight as violet blood began to dribble from his nose. The Namekian's heartbeat began to skip terribly off kilter. Each beam he fired flicked another millimeter off of his mortal flame, bringing him one step closer to death. Even as quick as he was, the little Saiyan gnat found a way to buzz around each incredibly dense beam, leaving the olive skinned Perrin exhausted for no good reason; and still, she managed to continue moving so fast that, in an instant, Perrin was left with naught but an afterimage. His scouter flared to life, compensating for what he lacked in senses. His body moved much faster in instinct than he intended, but in one muscle bound stroke of his hand, Perrin snapped his energy flushed hand into Pan's attack and sent it careening off into the distance. An irritated and feral growl began to catch within his throat, vibrating outwards. He was too tired to continue firing off a barrage of Ki attacks; his lack of manipulation mastery had seen to that. Had he stuck to his close game, his chances of putting down the Saiyaness would have been much higher. Regardless, he would not simply lay down. His body strained against its tire, but even so, two arms sprouted from his sides, and in the best burst of speed he could manage, Perrin dove in to meet Pan head on. As he closed the distance, Perrin's newly grown limbs bent to work in tandem with his natural arms, striking high and low simultaneously. One blow after another, the Namek's arms pumped back and forth; surprisingly still quick enough to satisfy Perrin. His second set of movements came a bit differently, alternating between a series of punches and a set of stiff fingered jabs, aiming to spill the girl's blood with his bladed nails. Without hesitation, he flowed into his next set, and the next after, continuing to attempt to pummel Pan into a bloody pulp, until finally he broke down and released an explosive combination; attempting to drag Pan into a more lengthy hand to hand contest. Actions: 1. Deflect Meteor Storm 2. Shiyoken + 4QA (-1.9) 3. 4 QA (Shiyoken) (-.4) 4. Grapple
