It was another rainy day, but after the hectic storm on Kami Island this rain was nothing but a drizzle. It poured down softly and the air was still warm and pleasant despite the water. The sun threatened to peak out behind the storm clouds and Yan would describe it a nice day even as he donned a rain coat. He kept his hood down though and let the water fall across his hair and face. He was using his new found sense to trail over the busy city, taking in the distinct energies of those around them, focusing in on the aliens and even the different races of humans. Everyone was distinct and it made him enjoy Earth all the more though he figured this kind of beauty was probably around many different planets.

It was then he noticed an energy that was very distinct and slightly...familiar. A celestials energy to him was almost white. A pure hot feeling. The kai let off an exciting almost threatening aura to him even as he was sure she wasn’t intending it to be a such. Something just felt off about the little girl and as he studied it there were so many things different to her! So many indeed.

”Citrine~” he calls absently, spotting her pale hair. He wouldn’t be surprised if she had found herself completely lost in the bustle of the city, even without it being all that busy in the small storm. It was still a maze of skyscrapers and buildings and strange things to a person raised in a field of flowers. The whole world was really.

Cirtine would float through the city a few inches of the ground as always. Of course adding a few inches to her still made her several short of everyone around her. Luckily it was not too over crowded as this was the first time she had seen so many people in one place. It was a bit claustrophobic and it made her want to move more toward the openness of the streets. However their many clunky metal ships rolled around on tires at slow speeds crowding that as well. Even the building where so close together that it was difficult to tell where one began and the next ended. Somehow she disapproved of this.

Hearing her name called though Citrine drifted back toward the familiar voice, preferring even that comfort over this strangeness. When she got back to Yan she would turn to look at him and lean in very closely. "People keep starring at me weird. I think they are planning something. We should go," She whispered turning to make sure no one had come up behind while she was preoccupied. Between her experiences with Roshi and Ariel's description of her life before leaving Earth, Citrine had already cultivated a suspicion of humans in general it seemed. It was as if she thought that at any moment white coated men would pop out of the buildings around them and prepare her for some unknown experiment on her as well. The over active imagination of a child.

Yan blinked as Citrine pressed in closer and then again when she spoke. It took him just a moment to burst into an open laugh. While it was a bit at her expense the laugh was more warm and inviting, like she was being cutely amusing, which she was.

”They’re not plotting anything. They’re probably just looking at you funny cause you’re floating,” he explains, dropping his hand on the top of her head and pushing her down to the ground. ”You should walk a little,” he adds, rustling her hair a little but then looking around curiously, not completely ignoring her worries. There was no one giving them more than passing curiosity however. Along with her passing flight, she probably sat weird with some of them too, the more intune kind. Still, it was a shame the girl was ending up like her onee-san, paranoid and skittish of the wondrous Earth. He looks back down to her, bending a little.

”Weren’t you trying to learn about people?” he asks gently. ”There’s good and bad, have you seen it yet?”
