Earth’s school layout was normal. It was pretty big just to compensate for all the students on Earth, but it was still pretty normal at surface view. There was the clock tower, the sports club building, the classroom building, and then the nice open spaces that scattered throughout. It was just a normal big school. Misaki and Anna walked through the courtyard and they both caught the eyes of so many people. It was still pretty rare to have more than one member of 6God walking around a campus. Students must have known something was happening. ”I hate the attention we get when we are together,” Anna said with her head on a swivel at the people around her. She had just put on the Avalon Heroine’s armor as well. It caught more attention than she wanted. ”Well maybe you shouldn’t have put on that armor. It is pretty revealing. How do you feel while you wear that? It hasn’t been worn for centuries.” Misaki wasn’t paying attention to the people like Anna was; she was used to it. Instead, she paid attention to Anna and what she wore. It was ancient but it was indeed revealing. ”I don’t feel too different. I think I’d need to get into a fight or something to really catch the difference.” ”Well, I guess that is how it normally works. You get stronger armor and have to fight a monster first to feel it out. Maybe we will find some on the way to Avalon. Oh! Here we are. Both of the girls stopped walking and in-front of them was a door that read ‘DO NOT ENTER’. Anna jiggled the handle to make sure it was still locked and got that confirmation. On the side of the handle was a keypad. Misaki came up and typed in a number and a beep was heard and the unlocking of the door as well. They walked through the door, making sure to close it behind them and before the two girls were stairs that lead down. This was the not so normal part of the school; the underground of the campus. Both Anna and Misaki began their descent into the darkness and as they went further down, lights lit up to display the walls and the stairs. They were both clean, white walls and grey stairs. It wasn’t like old stone or anything, the walls were hard like marble and the stairs felt the same. The tapping of their footsteps could be heard with each step. ”Alright, when we get to where he is imprisoned we will immediately head to Avalon. We can use my ship.” Anna stopped at the bottom of the stairs finally and looked back to Misaki. Misaki nodded and moved passed Anna to type in the next key code which opened the door they ran into. This time steam exuded from the corners of the door as it opened automatically. When it finally opened, the lights peeled on and there were thousands of doors lined down a hallway. Misaki moved forward and turned to a computer and started typing. ”That’s okay. See, I caught a ride with Ben. So my ship is still on Kanassa.” Misaki was the top student at the Kanassa campus. She was also very effective with psychic abilities due to being on that planet for so long. It was what made Misaki pretty dangerous most the time. A flash of purple invaded her eyes and the computer instantly rearranged code and suddenly the doors on the hallway broke into blocks. It was as if each room was just a block that fell into place and could be rearranged with ease. One block was moved closer to Anna and Misaki and the walls of the hallway were put back together. ”There. Kelsius Blackheart is ready for extraction.” Anna opened the door and there was a changeling chained to the walls. His eyes were fierce. Even though he was brought to kneel by electronic pikes, he still was taller than Anna and that was scary in itself. Misaki walked in and she yelped. ”Wow, he is…tall. How did, well it was Ben and Jenova. It shouldn’t have been that hard despite them being 4 and 6.” Then it hit Anna. ”Wait without Dean and Jeffery does that make me number 1 now?” Misaki’s eyes widened. ”Oh! You are right! I am number three now! And I am sure they don’t have anyone strong enough to take our titles at their campuses either. We are going to have to have one of those 6God entries again aren’t we? Ah, the memories…” Anna left the room and so did Misaki. It was weird at how quiet Kelsius was, but it was expected. He seemed to be a prideful person and did not want to beg to be released. Misaki went right back to the computer and closed the door. A few more taps of her fingers and the room started to fade away. It was being transported to Anna’s ship. ”Let’s go. We have the cargo. It should be attached to your ship by now. Let’s get supplies and be on our way to Avalon.” ”Okay, I am pretty hungry so let’s eat and then head on out. We should be at Avalon within a week’s time.” 886 / 886 |

“Kelsius is routing to Avalon. His plan is working. It would seem they have those kids doing the work. Foolish adults. These children are stronger than them in body and physique but they won’t be able to understand.” The words echoed through a room which was large enough to hold millions of people. It felt like millions of people were in the stadium like room as well. It wasn’t well lit at all so seeing their faces were impossible. The person who spoke, was speaking into a mic in the epicenter of it all. “The Blackheart Clan will take over all of Avalon. This is the only way we can redeem ourselves. The Frost Clan has suppressed us for far too long.” It was then revealed that the person in the middle was a Changeling. Some of the people began to raise their hands and create a glow of ki to show their faces beneath dark hoods; they were all Changelings. Each held a grin of malice and cackled once Anna’s picture showed up as a projection next to the one in the middle. “This creature? She quieted one of our own on Frieza already. Now, she is aiding us without knowing. As much as I’d like to end her for what she helped do with our representative on Frieza, her ignorance proves more useful with her body intact and able to make moves.” He did not want to admit that her strength was worrisome. He was playing leader right now after all, and it would be best to keep a strong front in their faces. It didn’t matter to him though, Kelsius was one of their best fighters. She would not be able to best him in combat, even with the help of the other five. Just as the image was getting ready to disappear the scenery panned out and made its way to her ship. She was looking out toward the sea of stars with Misaki next to her and she sneezed. “Is someone talking about me or something?” Misaki only shrugged. While Anna stood, the blonde sat down with a paper fan closed up and against her nose to hide her features from the world. It had been a few days already and she was understanding the boredom of space travel. They both could have just zapped on over to Avalon, but there was too much to carry on the way there. “Maybe. Who knows. You are pretty popular now. Hey, speaking of that. Shouldn’t you try and train more often? You probably have a huge target on your back. Oh! And Lysses doesn’t look like the type to forget he lost to you. What if he comes to challenge you? That was a tough match wasn’t it?”] Misaki was right. Anna began to think about that while still looking at the stars. Misaki brought it up for a reason though and Anna could only think of one reason why she would. “When was the last time you sparred? It must have been a while right? You were pretty disappointed when you found out they did the work already; you want to fight don’t you?” The blonde girl laughed and she stood up. “Despite how cute we are, we are martial artist right? We want to fight. I know you want to try that sword out too. Get a feel of that armor as well, right? Come on, let’s go to your training room.” Anna’s grin had gotten even larger. “Hey. Why do that? I have an even better idea.” Here came the recklessness that only age could put a stop to. Anna looked over to her control panel and looked at the ‘cargo’ they were holding. “Let’s release him in the training room and fight him to make up for missing the fight.” Any other person would have slapped her over the head and told her that was the dumbest idea she had ever had in her life. Any other person would have said no instantly. Any other person would have sent her to her room to think about the weight of her pending decision. Misaki? She grinned mischievously. “He’s been in that training room for like three hours, training now. I told him we were going to give him a chance to leave if he beat us in battle. Such an honorable man too. He agreed and waited.” That made Anna happy. Misaki and Anna were the ones that would be labeled as the most irresponsible of the 6God crew. This proved why. Anna and Misaki made their way to the training room and opened it to see Kelsius meditating in a floating position. His eyes were sharpened and glowing a white color and Anna could feel the weight of his power. His voice added tons of weight to the pile. “I enjoy the honor you two display in giving me a chance with your own ability. I am saddened to say it is your mistake to allow this. Respect and Foolishness are two things which have been best friends for centuries. Now allow me to show you which you have partnered up with today.” His power expanded even more as he stood up into a standing position without having to adjust his body one bit. He began to walk toward them and the closer he got the more Anna realized this was a mistake. She reached for her sword and felt his hand softly against her wrist; he was fast. She tried to move her arm but the softness had shown itself to be harder than steel. “Do you see which it is?” 939 / 1,825 |

<span style='font-family:Engravers MT'>Foolishness was their friend. Anna was still struggling to free her wrist so that she could sling out her katana. Kelsius was stronger than she could read and it bothered her. She was to naïve to take in account that he would be hiding his strength. Why would he do something like that? Did he hold back on Jenova and Ben? Her eyes were lighting up with data. Her blue eyes were even more blue and Kelsius took notice to the zeros and ones that were crawling up and down her iris. “You aren’t completely organic.” His fist rose up to give her a clean and swift uppercut to her chin and raise her off the ground. Misaki had long since dropped her fan and materializing around her was the Saljuk Order Sash. Her school clothing had been replaced by the Saljuk Temple robes and her hair, which had hung low and long, braided itself into a single braid. Twin waves of pressure escaped from Misaki’s hands and ran toward Kelsius to catch his attention. With his attention caught, Misaki grinned as her eyes were overtaken by purple hues. The entire training room had changed right before Anna and Kelsius’ eyes. The scenery was a murky and dark planet which was dead to the universe. Stars rushed passed them to create lines into the sky and the area shook to throw Kelsius off his balance. “This is the one from Kanassa. I see. You are able to twist our senses and put us in any mindset. That is an amazing feat. I am going against the bio android and the mental specialist. A true test indeed.” Kelsius seemed calm which put Misaki into a frown. “You know a lot about us. Even your mind is blocked from me. You were prepared for this moment and that worries me.” The changeling looked up to see Anna dropping down with a swift swing of her Katana. He calmly moved to the left and allowed the edge of the blade to clash with his shoulder spikes and create sparks. He looked even more calm as his eyes were locked with Anna. “Why choose swordsmanship? You are not good with it. You only know how to swing and there is a basic pattern with it. I watched your fight on Arlia; you do not fight well. You think more often than you toss punches. There should be a mixture.” He was quicker than Anna and that inspired fear in Misaki as for a split second the calm of Kelsius had become aggressive. He grabbed Anna by the back of her neck and slung her away. Even with the area shaking like a continuous earthquake to Kelsius, he was fine. Misaki rushed in to collide with him, but the Blackheart Clansman simply sidestepped and tripped her. He wasn’t done with his assault either. His elbow crashed with the back of her neck to bring her to the ground and he jumped up with energy sucking into a point in-front of his palm and released a blast of energy into her back to push her even further onto the ground. No. He wasn’t done. He had to be perfect. He rolled forward and allowed his tail to slam onto her back and he could hear what he wanted from her, a scream. She screamed in pain and he felt satisfaction and found it okay to turn to Anna. She was against a mountain and dug pretty deep into it. “You will have to transform for me robotic monkey. You stand no chance like this, and do not let pride get the best of you.” Anna dug herself out of the rubble and looked over to see Misaki struggling to her feet. She could see the pain in Misaki’s eyes, the regret in her pupils; she could see that this was a bad idea just off of Misaki’s expression. “Why did you play weak? There is an agenda, isn’t there? You are using us to get…to Avalon. That has to be it, because if you wanted anything else you wouldn’t have showed us this. Avalon won’t expect you to come in hostile. No matter of fact, they expect the exact opposite. They expect you in chains so they don’t have to worry about it.” “Correct. But that is all I can allow you to know. Now show me the power I believe in. Show me the power that you monkeys use to slay gods. Then try to slay me.” Anna’s aura exploded from her body and she shook her head. He was baiting her into it. If she played by his rules he would have the upper hand. Instead, she twirled her katana a few times and gave him a grin. “If you think that Misaki and I have been fighting you at full power, then you are horribly mistaken.” Kelsius’ attention was robbed by a massive ball of light rushing at him from the side. He didn’t sense it at first… why? It was cloaked completely and nearly took him in. At the last second he jumped over it, but as he jumped he felt two feet digging into his back and sending him forward toward Anna. Misaki had just dropped kicked him. Anna pulled energy right into the tip of the katana and with a slice forward a white ball of energy was swung at him and threatened to collide with his rushing body; he had to curl up and block it. He grunted as the power smashed into him and the smoke over took the area. Misaki stood up and popped her bones a few times. “Geez. He did a number on me earlier. I still had to make myself look more hurt than I was. He is good but his immediate thoughts are still at risk.” Anna nodded at what Misaki said. “I’m not going to give him the satisfaction of me transforming. It wastes too much energy doing so anyway. He probably wanted to bleed me dry. Come on Misaki, let’s just show him that we aren’t cocky for no real reason.” 1,020 / 2,845 </span> |

The thing about it was that he wasn’t a god. Why would Anna show him the power to slay them? It was something similar to using a rocket launcher to crush an ant; it was unnecessary. Both of the girls stood next to each other and the background image began to fade back to being in the white training room. Misaki was going to concentrate all of her focus on her combat skills now. Anna twirled the sword around a few times and dropped it into the sheath on her side. Her stance changed, sliding her foot forward and her body dipping a little low. The wind had begun to circle around her body, even when there was really no wind about. The smoke began to clear and Kelsius was unfolding his arms from its guarding position. No time was wasted as he was seen; he rushed at the girls to give them no time to prepare. That was too late. He swung a wide fist at the both of them and saw that he went through them like they were an illusion. Misaki came from above with a kick to the top of his head and sent his head crashing into the hard training room floor. Kelsius whimpered in pain as his head bounced up. He felt his vision beginning to fade away, but it wasn’t completely gone before he could see Anna from afar. Was that the real Anna? It was moments like this that had him second guessing just what was real and what wasn’t. ”This is the power of the psychics…annoying” Kelsius did a backwards roll to land on one knee and grab at his head instinctively. He needed to grab his composure; if he didn’t he was going to lose this fight. Not that he cared at the moment. This was a battle of pride and freedom. If he lost, it would only mean his freedom was not earned. “I will have to give them more of my power then.” His eyes looked up to see a beam of energy slicing through the air from Anna and he swiftly moved to the side, the only side he saw to move to because he was so close to a wall… wait. When did he get so close to the wall? He ran right into another kick from Misaki. “Depth perception control seems to work still. Made him feel like he was closer to the wall than he was. Nice.” So that is what it was. Kelsius rolled onto the ground a few times before he stopped with a slide and forced himself back up. He had to close his mind off to her, but he couldn’t do it at this current level. ”But if I jump my power, it may destroy the ship…” What did he care? He could easily breathe in space. There was something holding him back. His aura expanded a little and he looked between Misaki and Anna. Anna. She was on the way to him and she moved so fast that he could see her fading in and out of view. He held up his guard and felt her punch collide against his arm and he winced. She wasn’t done yet. She punched at him again, and he had barely enough time to reach the guard up. That meant one thing to him and his eyes widened. “Shit!” He wasn’t going to have enough time to rise for the next hit, which was her foot rising up toward his face and making her body flip upside down. He went flying into the wall and Anna extended her hands and started pelting him with blasts of energy against the wall. “And he wanted me to transform. Ugh, I didn’t even get to try out the sword much. I need someone to teach me how to use it I guess.” Anna sounded disappointed and Misaki laughed as she got closer to her. ”Its okay. I am not that much of a sword person myself, so I can understand your frustrations. You think we should go throw him back into the cell? We are near Avalon now. I think we have an hour before we have to check in and things like that.” ”Oh. Yea, let’s do that the—“ Anna was cut off from talking as the ship started to shake. Light was peeling off of the wall and slicing through the smoke that rose from the wall after the energy slammed against it and Kelsius. Anna could feel Kelsius’ power spike dramatically and she gritted her teeth. ”I forgot to factor in that he could probably transform himself. That is a lot of power he was hiding! Why the heck was he hiding that! Wait! The ship!” This was too much power for the ship to handle. At this rate it was going to tear apart. Anna grabbed onto Misaki and then looked around a few more times at her ship and she frowned. ”I really think we messed up. We have to get out of here or we will die.” ”R-right, I don’t think we are going to have a pleasant conversation with the headmasters…” Anna, with her skin lighting up like a coding board, teleported with Misaki right to Avalon and left the ship to explode with Kelsius still onboard.
