Gine would have been given a trial by Roshi. However it would come in several parts, all of which would have to be completed perfectly. She would first start by paying close attention to one of the bodyguards that she was supposed to be working with. Ever since she had started training under Roshi, this bodyguard acted shifty as fuck. She gave the man a very long assessment as she picked apart everything about him and mentally judged him like all women do. She didn’t trust him in the slightest but nevertheless she couldn’t let that stop her from focusing on the task at hand. Perhaps she would bring up her doubts about the man to her other colleagues. She wanted to establish the goal and wanted to make sure this thing went without hiccups.

As they walked along the road, she made sure to make everyone traveling with her shut the hell up. She would arrive at a crossroads then walk backwards a bit until she got to the navigator. This dude was packing some heat judging by his assault rifles that were resting on his shoulders as if he wasn’t aware how powerful and dangerous they were. The navigator’s catlike ears twitched as he tried to discern exactly where they were. His ears were accustomed to picking up on the wind and making sure that they weren’t being followed as well. He acknowledged that they should go left so Gine would signal the group to move onto the left roads.

Gine then pulled out a design that she had been given. It was left by the perp that they were tracking down, but she could not make sense of it yet. However, she would have to figure out what the plans were for since it had scared someone enough to kill over it. She had the capability of understanding humans for the most part but they always had these weirdoes that liked to go on rampages and kill others for no reason. Hell, she doubted this guy would get a single dime out of going on a killing spree like he had been.

The alien that was accompanying opened its hideous mouth then started to speak. "You require to glance at the frame of mind and the motions of the army, and to affect it. We are chased by those driven with design, yes, nevertheless along with in elevated spirits. There is debate and caper. I cherish these roads. You envision the most fascinating veggies." As usual, what this alien said made no god damned sense and it made Gine want to blow his fucking head off. It was like he was taking random words out of nowhere and putting them together and trying to convey meaning based on his tone and facial emotions. Not that anyone even bothered looking at that hideous mug.

Some time passed as they continued in that direction and there footsteps were blanketed by someone who was pouring dirt and spreading it out on the trail. Nobody need know that they were following someone or pick up on how many people were traveling with them. Above all they had been looking at each and every sign post and having a dog sniff it to make sure the scent was still strong. They would pass by city after city and still the dog confirmed that they were going in the right direction. This person they were following must have been pretty quick or was fooling them somehow. Gine wanted to complain, but she couldn’t. These people were the best at what they did and she herself was of little use in the grand scheme of things.

They eventually came across their first clue. There was a man on ye ol’ dusty trail and it looked like he was bleeding out. There was no doubt in Gine’s mind that the perp was the one that had done this. She would walk over to help him, but the alien dumbass beat her to it. The alien would place a hand on the man and start to heal him as he said "So customarily you grasp who I am, what with it actuality a assignment of your particular to create certain I don't get killed or mutilated or blemish to another border. Nevertheless what would I contact you, hmm?”

Gine facepalmed as she tried to imagine what was going through the injured guys mind. He had gotten stabbed then several seconds later he had gotten approached by a grotesque alien, asked something in gibberish, then was healed to full health. The man seemed to be suffering from shock, so Gine would toss him on their wagon and have the alien nurse him back to consciousness. She knew this would take some time so they would continue their journey. There was a small trail of blood for quite a ways anyways so they would follow that until the dude woke up.

When the man finally woke up and started talking, Gine shut her optics. The language approaching from the catlike tracker was annoying her. Nevertheless she relaxed and paid attention to what everyone had to say. She sighed and shoved her palms into her pockets and shrugged when asked what to do next. “I don't think the roads are doing anything for us. We already lost the blood trail so we just have to have our trackers and dogs do some of the searching for us.” her language was disinterested in accent as her anger was clear. However as she made her way around and got everyone’s opinions, her cranium remained pained with the stress of making hard decisions.

"As eventually as imaginable, I'll lurk out and carry on with the aim. Anything walks erroneous and you can capture enemy," the alien said as everyone tried to get into position as they set up a new formation. Of course, nobody got what he was trying to say so they just followed his hand movements and gestures until he looked happy. "We don’t have the provisions to dawdle around or continue searching by conventional means,” Gine would announce, “we need to call out the big guns and start picking this up a notch." It was a small lie but their little remaining resources could be drained so quickly with this extra passenger they now had to take care of. Nevertheless it was easier than explaining the tactile drawbacks if they happened to get killed.

As the combination of multi skilled fighters continued to back-pack toward the trail, Gine abruptly gestured toward a diminutive hut that stood up upon a diminutive brae. A bulky alp loomed over the domicile, blocking out the backdrop and shrouding the rear cross section of the hut in dark. Gine glanced toward the navigator as she spoke the code words to try to figure out if this was a plausible area. Since she was chief the quest, the warrior obeyed without interrogation. This was the kind of loyalty that she had come to expect when working with these people. She gave them her all when they were in the lead and they actually paid her back with their trust.

Eventually they made it to the hut, and carefully made their way around its perimeter. Gine would coast downwards towards the edge of the enclosure barely missing smashing a pot as she did so. How can just walking around be such a difficulty here? Someone obviously didn’t want people to be snooping around. Sadly, snooping is what this group of people were best at. She soon spotted a woman inside and she jumped through an open window. Gine picked up the woman with affluence and strode over toward a couch averse to the door and laid her down. She was obviously not breathing and Gine figured that she was probably dead or nearly dead. She resisted the urge to roar out in anger, but realized that the killer might still be in the area. She didn’t want to let him know what or where they were.

"That super copy is something I cultured how to make...a extended date ago. It's a lot sturdier than acknowledged ones, nevertheless it takes a lot apart from me to do. Pleasant for getting things completed in one piece when there's a pleasant likelihood of getting bruise adequate to batter a accustomed copy. We continue here for the dark at fewest, and no-one cipher realizes what we're absolutely doing. Well, what she's absolutely doing." The alien stretched out as it made its way into the house. It was speaking to itself for once, so perhaps he thought that his words actually meant something. He would then stare dumbly at Gine and waited for her to respond.

“umm, yea. What ever you say big fella,” would be Gine’s response as she shook her head and tried to run what the alien had said back in her head. She picked up key words like extended date ago which probably meant that this girl had died quite a while ago. She also sort of figured out that they should be looking around the forest. The alien said something about a copy as well, but that really didn’t ring any bells as far as she was concerned. She was seeking to alleviate her headache so she made her way into the medicine cabinet and found that it was empty. Well that was a waste of time.

That’s when she heard a sound from outside. Someone must have either been attacked or found a clue. Luckily, it was the later. There was a small trail of pills leading off into the forested area and into the blackness of the night. Gine wanted to follow it, but she was wary of how tired she was and how alone she would be if she faced someone powerful out in the middle of nowhere. Plus she didn’t want to drain her energy unnecessarily since she needed to be the pillar of strength on this team. Gine leaned back in her seat and tried to figure out what to do.

Well for one thing, the woman from before was actually awake which meant that she could tell them what happened! nope, she was almost useless. She shuddered as Gine stared at her. At her words, Gine listened while the woman had accounted her story and it sounded like it had nothing to do with this perp. It was almost as if they had completely wasted their time here apart from the small trail of pills which also didn’t make any sense. Had someone come in here, knocked the woman out, then just taken some medicine? That wouldn’t make much sense unless… unless the person had been so badly hurt he needed immediate medical attention. Gine abruptly asked a few key questions, her optics drifting from the woman’s body to her face.

The woman’s responses seemed abnormal for her so well the woman looked. Her bearings just weren’t right. Perhaps the man had placed her under some sort of illusion. Or maybe she was just a crazy person. Her attitude and basic communication was atypical. Gine discovered herself mildly disappointed in her and had wanted to grasp her neck for wasting her time. However she would let some other people interview her and try to make sense out of what she was saying. It was almost as if she spoke the gibberish dialect that their alien knew.

When the woman started talking once again, it seemed as if Gine had finally understood what she was trying to say. Oh she was cheerful, for a human at least. And she was a cat admirer apparently. That made things were clear. Apparently she had a cat that had died so she tried to suicide. Well that was good to know. Now back to the case at hand. They would spend the night in the woman’s house and make sure she didn’t try to kill herself again. Then when the morning came they would eat and set out to follow the trail of pills.

As the small group of fighters wandered around the forested area, the alien would speak. Before she even registered what the guy could possibly have to say, she would grimace and look to the others who would share her expression. "I'm certain you'll do simply fine on your evaluation. As well, you essential require the accessory backers in harmony to nourish that barbarian menagerie of yours. Ooh, that's a great word. Yes indeed. I require to apply that more. Cheer to assert." It was almost like he was trying to make small talk which is exactly what they didn’t need to be happening.

Gine rolled her eyeball around with a debilitated cough as she nodded in feigned agreement. Yep, she was much adequate with her thoughts, and in an event of having to leave someone behind she would let the alien die in an instant. Unless she was injured or something, then she would need his assistance. Nevertheless her musing had perked the saiyan’s attention to the trail. “I see more pills over here. Let’s go.” she said. How could the perp not have realized he was carrying broken bottles of meds? After a while you’d think he’d notice that his luggage was weighing less and less with each hour.

The alien turned over to detect her friends in good condition. He always got the short end of the stick as a healer. Completely unappreciated by these assholes and he knew it. He had tried his best all his life to just gain companionship but it simply wasn’t meant to be. Whatever, he would grow to be wealthy and piss on these peasants when the time came. His race lived for hundreds of years and by then he would have a planet of his own to rule over. However he first needed to gain the proper training. He didn’t want to become like the low lives of his race and end up being stuck in some sort of endless slavery. No, he needed to grow stronger. At least strong enough that nobody would want to mess with him.

Oh how the alien wanted to convey his thoughts to Gine, but there was simply no way. Gine would instead turn to her tracker and learn a little more about him. When asked about espionage and association, the boy tensed. “Yes, I am accomplished in abundant espionage. I do this stuff all the time in my employment as a spy. This is nothing different from hunting down a politician who’s time has come. I was ten when I was given to my first espionage mission.” he replied, narrowing his optics. “And I have yet to fail.” The man’s tone was very inquisitive. He was curious as to why Gine was examining his back story. Perhaps she suspected one of them to be a mole?

Technically it was Gine’s intention to interrogate, however she was getting agitated now. Their medicine trail was starting to run thin. All enervation at the start was now gone and now they were simply trudging along with no leads and still unsure if this was the right person to go after. She fidgeted subconsciously. Something about the method she had taken on this hunt had led the team astray. She wasn’t one to blame others when she was in command. The success of the mission was completely and entirely on her shoulders. Or perhaps her head if things went south.

Back to the interrogation, Gine knew she had hooked the tracker. The woman grew active and was constantly touching her hair. Her smile grew more astute as she lifted a lock. “Well earlier I was assigned to your assistance, I was assigned by Roshi himself. I just wanted to know more about you.” She would think that was a smooth enough cover up and would move on to the mission at hand. And that’s when the alien decided to stop. He had some sort of announcement to make so he just got right to it in his incomprehensible manor of speaking. "There's a collection of aggressive demi humans in a lower place Target below the compel of the dark dragon. They're preparing to create armed conflict with us. I will kill their second in demand in distinct battle, securing an affinity with them. They would be sending one of us with things I have athered up while I was there: A several maps - one of this forest design and another of its locale also a ribbon. It capability be blood-soaked.”

Gine first had some doubts about what the alien had to say. Some of it was simply impossible. Had he mentioned a dragon? Whatever she would move onto other things he had mentioned. There were demi humans and they were going to get ambushed. Those were the only two things that she thought were even remotely plausible so she would turn her focus to her group and make a modified announcement so that everyone else could understand what she wanted them to get out of the situation. As she explained, the tracker suddenly collapsed. Gine gently placed a palm on the back of his cranium and started stroking his forehead, wondering why the hell this had happened. Were they being attacked?

The warrior felt quite deficient for her actions, and shifted his mass mass, rotating over and laying on the ground. While peaking her attention, Gine wondered could possibly cause him to drop like this. And then she felt it. There was some kind of mental pulse being sent out. Something like telepathy combined with some sort of telekinesis which made it neigh impossible for her to focus let alone look around and figure out who was attacking her. And that’s when the alien started to look very puzzled. For his brain was simply so advanced yet stupid that the mental waves didn’t attune to his genetics (or something like that).

The alien roared and shouted "It's a much great copy you grasp. I simply require a athletic arm to chaperon me when I employ it. I'm more than I appear, you grasp? So I'd be blest for it to be you anew some date. And I'm conscience-stricken about...that. It was simply as well a lot of, all at one time. I'm as a rule adept to harness myself higher quality." And with that incomprehensible jumble of words, the alien would charge forwards and completely truck through some bushes and press a very fat man against a tree. Instantly, the mental strain was alleviated and Gine hopped to her feet.

“Holy fucking shit Kurenai,” she would shout at the alien, “you did something important!” It was also at this time that the man from earlier (the one who had been stabbed) seemed to wake up. He must have been constantly being suppressed by this mental magic worker! Geni imagined that the woman back in the cabin was similarly affected in order to throw them off. Gine speed teleported to the perp’s side then punched him right in the face, knocking him out completely. Yep, this man’s appearance matched perfectly. She wasn’t really sure what to do next. She actually didn’t know what they needed this guy for or what his crime was.

Gine’s admiration of what the alien had been able to bring to the table was much too high for her to contain. She would never again think about leaving him to die should the situation call for it. Maybe she would let the navigator or tracker die for not picking up on possible hiding spots. Well, now that the bad guy was taken care of, all that was left apparently was to look at what he had on his person. There was a capsule with a large file cabinet inside which made Gine think that there was something gravely important in there. Maybe roshi wanted it for some reason? She then opened the cabinet to see that there were shit tons of porno magazines along with videos. Well now she knew why Roshi sent them after this perp. She only wished that the trial had been somewhat serious since this was some bullshit as far as seriousness went. Was this guy even a bad guy? She had half a mind to murder the man in his sleep for playing with her nerves like this.

She would escort the man to the nearest hospital after beating him a few more times out of spite. Then the group of four would make their way back to roshi’s island. They would make sure that the capsule was safe by delivering it on foot and not flying. If they lost this thing then they wouldn’t even have proof that they had succeeded.
“What do you think about the magazines,” Gine would ask the group, “you think they’re actually important, or do you think Roshi is just playing around with us?”

“You know what, I really want to think that there’s some sort of secret hidden within it. To be honest, we shouldn’t have even looked inside the cabinet. I vote that we all just pretend like we have no idea what’s inside.” Gine couldn’t agree more with what the tracker had to say. There was just nothing that could be gained from insulting master roshi’s judgement. Even if it did mean accepting the fact that he would possibly just jack off to the magazines over the next year.

And so they arrived at Roshi’s place. They would drop off the capsule and Gine would request to be taught the Solar Flare technique which would allow her to blind foes in battle. It was a pretty sweet technique and was fairly easy to learn. It was an advanced technique which meant her knowledge of the fundamentals surely came in handy when trying to focus her ki. Whether or not it would serve her well in battle was still to be seen since it was such a god damn hard to pull off move most of the time. However she eventually learned it along with the rest of her group which was pretty disappointed that she didn’t request to learn the Kamehameha. Perhaps next time.
