Sighing as he stepped into the main building of the Capsule Corporation building, Android 21 took a deep breath as he looked around. It was certainly an interesting building, but he wasn't here for the architecture or the planning of some of the machines. He decided it was best to get on with his mission and enjoy the time he did have out of the wasteland.

Apparently, he was supposed to help test some new invention that the scientists at Capsule Corp had created. What that invention was still remained a mystery to the android. However, the doctor said it was supposed to help him with his training so there was at least that positive note for walking all the way out here. Rotating his shoulder more out of habit than any real need for it, 21 kept walking until he eventually found the lab.

It was certainly a sight to behold, and had he not been more interested in testing out this invention, the metal-man would have been more impressed with it. Clearing his throat, he looked around and sighed.

"Hello," he shouted into the seemingly empty room. "Anyone here? I'm supposed to be testing an invention." As if on cue, a robot charged him out of nowhere and slammed into him. Letting out a pained grunt, Android 21 slid along the ground before bracing against a wall. "And here I was thinking this would be boring," he said with a smirk.

Cracking his neck, which is not an easy thing to do if you're an android, he charged the machine that decided it was a good idea to blindside him. Delivering a swift kick to the robot's body, he was taken aback when the mechanized thing grabbed his leg and flung him across the room and into the opposite wall. Growling as he pulled himself out of the wall, the now enraged man held out a single hand. "Big mistake, you scrap heap," he thought, letting energy collect in his hand before firing it directly at the automaton. It certainly wasn't a flashy attack, but he didn't need flashy right now; he needed effective.

Exhaling a breath he didn't realize he had been holding, 21 didn't expect what happened next and the look of utter shock was quickly replaced by one of pain and anger. The robot seemed to shrug off his Power Blast with minimal damage and still hit rather hard. Going through the wall with the robot holding onto him, 21 growled in annoyance before placing his hand onto the thing's face.

"Let's see just how durable you really are," he said, unleashing a full-powered Power Blast into the thing's face. It was slowly starting to become draining dealing with something that could shrug off anything he threw at it, but there was definitely at least a challenge in it. Shielding his eyes and kicking off as he felt the grip loosen, 21 smirked as he put more distance between himself and the seemingly indestructible robot.

Groaning as he saw the thing charging for him yet again, he deftly rolled to the side before delivering a kick to the thing's backside to make sure it kept going. The last thing he wanted was to be caught in its grip again so soon. Taking to the sky, he realized that the likelihood of this tin can getting off the ground was very unlikely so he could at least plan out some form of strategy without risking further injury.

Taking a few moments to examine the thing from a distance, he noticed that his ki blasts and kicks had done a decent amount of damage. Maybe this thing was meant as nothing more than a sparring partner for anyone that wanted it. Then again, it was posing a serious threat as any sparring partner would know to hold back with the risk of humans being involved. Shaking his head of these thoughts, Android 21 rushed the rolling machine and slammed into it a few times with his fists. If he was going to put this thing down, it had to be with speed and strength. Worst case, he'd need a new limb. Quickly ducking back to the sky to avoid getting caught, 21 grunted as his progress was halted. Apparently, this thing was a lot quicker than he anticipated and he was getting thrown around and slammed like a rag doll despite doing minimal damage on his adversary. Maybe this was all some sort of warped test to see his potential, but now wasn't the time to dwell on it.

Kicking out with his free foot at the thing's arm, he let a satisfied smile cross his face as the grip on his other ankle was weakened a bit and he was able to get away. "Alright, you sturdy bastard," he thought. "You're fast, durable, and pretty strong; not that smart though." Rolling his shoulders to make sure they still worked, the android grimaced as he replayed every event while he watched this menace circle below him. Applying any kind of force on the thing seemed to make it release him and at least let him reassess the situation. For now, he'd have to wait until the perfect moment to strike. When that would be was the biggest question plaguing his mind.

Biting his lower lip in frustration, the android growled before throwing his hands up in the air with a shout. He had spent the last few minutes laying into the circling robot and all he had to show for it was a hole in the wall of the building, a circling annoyance, and a wasted amount of ki. This fight was going nowhere slowly, and he didn't like it. Smiling as he realized something, he rushed straight down, one handed extended and quickly gathering ki. If he could time it just right, he could fire off the Power Blast and give a quick follow-up punch to hopefully render it immobile for at least a little while.

True to his hopes, 21 managed to hit the robot clean on the head with his ki and ducking into the cloud of smoke with his other fist already cocked. Unfortunately, when the smoke cleared, he was being held in one pincer by his neck. Feeling pressure start to apply to his throat, he started panicking and kicked out with both of his legs. The pressure reached an even point as he kept kicking against the body of the robot. Apparently, his constant kicking was the only thing that kept him from having his head disconnect from the rest of his body. Calming down now that he had the situation slightly under control, the automated human held out a hand and fired off a few ki blasts into the robot's body. With a successful shout, he felt the grip loosen just enough for him to wrench his neck free before grabbing onto the arm and smirking.

"Let's see how you like getting thrown around," he said as he planted his feet on the thing's body. Heaving with all his might, he threw the robot over his body and laughed in triumph before feeling something clamp onto his ankle. "Oh you have got to be kid-" his comment was stopped as he was yanked with the robot across the yard. Growling as he fired a Power Blast at the thing's arm joint, he smiled as he pulled his leg back and saw that the arm he blasted was no longer attached to his attacker.

Removing the unattached arm and throwing it aside, Android 21 genuinely smiled as he did the first major blow to this hunk of scrap metal. If he was lucky, he'd be able to rip off the other arm and beat this robot with it. Failing that, he could at least destroy this annoying bastard with brute force. Smirking as he watched the robot charge at him, he kept dodging back just out of the things range before delivering a kick to its right side. He was lucky he didn't have to worry too much about his feet getting caught and constantly having to waste more energy escaping from the thing instead of doing damage to it.

Vaulting over the thing, 21 fired a few ki blasts at the robot's back to keep its attention on him and enjoy the fight a bit longer. It had been some time since he last got a decent session of training in and he was going enjoy it as much as he could. Even if this was meant more to put down a dangerous robot than actually testing an invention, it was still good to fight something that could fight back compared to a bunch of rocks. Rushing the thing, he kept most of his attacks to the thing's right-hand side so he had a lower chance of being grabbed and risking further injury to himself.

Grunting as felt the left pincer connect with his side, the android let himself be carried with the blow and rolled to his feet. If this tin can thought that was going to put him down after what he already endured, it was sadly mistaken. With a smirk and a few hurried steps towards the robot, extended his hand and fired off a third Power Blast and stepped in with a quick flurry onto the body of the robot. Through the clearing smoke, he could see a few dents finally making their way onto his target's body. At this point, he was mindlessly pouring every ounce of his anger and frustration into this scrap heat just to finally end the training, or fight, or whatever it was being called at this point.

"Alright, that's enough," one of the scientists said as they emerged from the main entrance to the building. "I think you've proven that you are more than skilled in combat to take down a simple-minded robot." The robot stood in place as 21's punches slowed down a bit before fully stopping.

"To be fair, this thing resisted a lot of what I threw at it," the android said, walking over to the group of scientists. "If this thing was a bit weaker, you wouldn't have gotten as much data. And I'd hate for that to happen." He emphasized the word hate just enough for it to send a message and come across as sarcastic. Android 21 didn't like being deceived, but at least he had gotten a fight out of it so he couldn't be too upset with the people. Plus, he was also kind of glad he could fight a little bit.

Rolling his right shoulder in a bit of pain, Android 21 held out his hand and looked expectantly at the scientists in front of him. When the money was in his hand, he thanked them and flew off to the wasteland where he always enjoyed the solitude and silence.
