[We’ve been working on this for 3+ weeks now. We’re posting this all at once since it’s taken so long for Janemba to get back on earth.]

It was a beautiful day in Dawn. The wind was blowing slightly, giving a cooling effect to those sitting in the sun. There were some white clouds drifting over the sky, forming odd patterns. An old man walked out from his store and looked to the sky. "What a beautiful day. I'll just watch my shop from outside today. Nobody's buying anything either way." The old man brought out a chair and some refreshments for himself before sitting down and letting the sun work miracles on his mood.

At the same time, a scientist came running out from the forest. He ran like he was chased by Satan himself, and when he reached Dawn he merely fell down on the ground. A woman walked to him and offered him some water. The scientist drank one mouthful before he began blabbering about a dragon made of trees.

"I saw it, it was a giant dragon, and it was made of trees. It was trying to bite me. It seemed to be very angry, and it was heading here. We need to do something. Call somebody. Get Yaid here. Just do something. It's coming here."

As if it was trying to give the man some credibility, the ground started shaking slightly with a rhythm to it. The woman called another man over to her, and told him what the young scientist had told her. The man quickly went over to some other men, and they walked around to spread the information. Gine was there, she heard the call. It was time to act.

“DIE mentorfuckers!” Red mist and dark objects flew up from the merciless beat down below. “DIE TWICE! I’M GONNA KILL THE SHIT OUTTA YOU!” More red liquid hit the ground, and upon closer look one could see that the dark objects were watermelon seeds. “DIE! DIE! DIE!” The red liquid also turned around to be watermelon juice. Janemba, the Demon Warrior, stood over a caved in watermelon, holding a sticky dripping Iron Staff. The red dripping Demon glanced over at the small child, and held out his hand. “Pay up, punk,” The kid let out a long sigh, and handed him a few zeni.

“Don’t make bets with me, I TOLD you that I could break that watermelon. What do I look like, some kind of loser?” He pocketed the zeni, and then jumped into a fountain of some kind. A moment later, he climbed out, dripping wet, but clean. He put his staff on his back, and then slowly floated up into the air, about four feet, and then began to go to his left. This punk kid ran up to him, tripped, screaming about some dragon of some sort. The kid got up and started yelling at the Demon.

“YO MR FLYING DEMON! THERE’S THIS BIG YELLOW PURPLE DRAGON AND IT’S GONNA BURN MY CITY DOWN HELP ME!” The Demon bitch smacked the kid, who ran away crying, and then Janemba floated about forty feet into the air. Not seeing any dragon, he let out a sigh, but still remained at that spot, watching.

GJ

There really wasn't much left for GJ to do at Dawn, aside from maybe filling up his Artifact collection. At this point, he was quite capable of taking on some of the closer-by monsters in the area around Dawn and such, so he could pretty freely go between to two towns as needed. GJ deicded to pack up a little bit better this time around, getting a couple of Senzus before heading out.

The journey, while somewhat uneventful, was not completely so. As he got close to the town's gate, GJ noticed a slight tremor from the ground, indicating the proximity of something big. "Now.what the heck is causing the ground to shake like that?" GJ asked. One of the guards heard his query, and said, "Someone just passed by here in a hurry and mentioned something about a dragon. Perhaps that's it." To that, GJ replied, "Hmm.and it doesn't help that this town lost a few somewhat capable fighters. Guess I'll have to do something about this. I'm pretty sure everyone in town has already heard about it at this point."

GJ headed towards the center of town, and looked around to see if any familiar faces were found in the area. He managed to find a couple. GJ then saw one of the townspeople approach him. GJ was quick to react, saying, "If this is about the dragon, I know about it already. Everyone get ready, especially since we've recently lost a few fighters."

The calm wind that blew through the town of Dawn swirled around him as he stood outside it, resting there as he did not wish to enter the town, knowing he had to hide his face and wands if he did so, as he was sure the cityrs would try and drive him out if he did not. So he sighed, and stayed outside the town, hidden in the shadows of a building on the edge of it, letting the shadows hide him from site as he watched it all around him and frowned. He was glad for the peace and quiet for the short time he was here, but he found he was growing restless as well.

That was when his cold ki embued eyes turned and saw the scientist running into the city, and he raised a slight eyebrow at the sight, watching as the man seemed in quite a as he reached the building where he was hiding. He shifted a bit in the shadows, shifting and turning, drawing himself further into the shadows as he noticed a woman moving near him. He watched as the woman offered him water, glad the mans presence provided enough of a distraction that he was able to continue hiding without being spotted.

As he heard what the man said, his eyes slowly widened a bit, and he glanced out toward the way he had come, as if he would be able to see it, and frowned slowly, his eyes narrowing as he did so. He cursed himself for the fact that he had left his armor where he was staying, having decided to go without the leather on this day, not thinking he would end up needing it. Thankfully he had not left his blade as well, crossed his mind as the ground started shaking. He stayed in the shadows, pulling himself into them as well as he could, trusting the trench coat to hide him as he looked out toward the shaking.

His hand reached up to lightly grasp the hilt of his black blade, his fingers slowly wrapping around the grip as he stared. He didn’t draw it yet, but he figured the time would come soon enough. Even if he cared nothing for these cityrs, and he didn’t, he knew if the dragon attacked everyone here would be in danger including himself. Plus, it could be quite the challenge, and challenges. challenges were always something he enjoyed. He just hoped that he wasn’t he only one who would fight the monster, if he was, he wouldn’t be stupid, and would just end up running. That’s why he would wait to see who else showed up.

As some guests started arriving, the cityrs of Dawn were getting more confident of fighting off the dragon. The scientist had started to calm down a little, and was now able to give more information on the dragon. "As I was looking at some trees, this dragon just rose up. It snapped at me once before turning around once. Then it started walking in this direction. I just started running, and was able to outrun it. It doesn't seem to be very fast, but I'm guessing that it's strong. It's probably fueled by nature itself."

A man had climbed up to the highest point in Dawn, and was looking out towards the forest to get a better look at the dragon. As a mighty roar shredded the air, he could see the head of the dragon amongst the green of the forest. It was a wooden color, but the man didn't see much more than that before the dragon roared again, making the man loose his grip and falling down.

If the man is caught, he will tell the cityrs that the dragon is less than a kilometer away, and that it's gigantic. "You buy many for good price?" the foreigner asked. "No," Gine said plainly. "I don't want any." "You buy!" the foreigner persisted. Gine shook her head, which only continued to confuse the poor man before her. Gine had tried to reason with him but his language skills were worse than pathetic. She had tried to decipher the tiny man's own language when he went on a long tangent of inane babble but it was too hurried and dirty sounding to understand, let alone assign a meaning.

Gine had even tried to pass off the conversation like he would with a child, using exaggerated hand gestures and speaking both loudly and slowly, which simply resulted in the man getting even more excited on the prospect that Gine was at all interested in buying anything from his various assortment of bullets. Gine had tried showing him her power pole a while back but decided against it. Gine knew his luck, and his luck would have deemed it hilarious that the man thought he was threatening him and called the town guards to save him. The conversation went on for a few more moments before Gine finally threw his hands up in disgust and walked away from the chattering monkey of a foreigner. He had been allowed a small bit of shore leave before reporting for duty in Dawn. She had been sent here for some random assignment concerning a package that needed delivery, but that was still several hours off.

Gine tugged irritably on his Yaid uniform. She much preferred this costume but the company made it a point that he wasn't to wear anything but his uniform while on public missions. As far as Gine could tell this was just a publicity stunt to make people look up to Yaid every time a Yaid did a good job. It never worked; nothing worthwhile ever happened. Gine walked towards the center of town, ready to pick up his package and get on his way back to Dawn when he noticed something strange. A scientist was running into town, waving his arms around and screaming about something.

She ran up the wall as he yelled. Gine looked at him and decided that he was a nut and turned to walk towards the gate. That's when the roar echoed across the landscape, making Gine's body shake. She turned his head to look towards the frantic man again. As it turned out, there was something to worry about after all. Rumors began to spread from the people about some kind of dragon, a dragon born from the earth itself. Gine pulled her power pole from its holster and gave it a practice swing to get used to the weight. "Okay, Yaid," Gine said aloud. "I'm, on the job."

As Janemba remained forty feet in the air, he felt a little tired, but he would manage. He flew up about forty more feet, and then squinted so he could see anything in the surrounding trees. Then, he saw it. The head of the dragon. It looked wooden, which was odd. Who would build a wooden dragon? It really didn’t even make sense. The Demon let out a sigh, and then tried to measure the distance between the dragon’s head and where the town started. It wouldn’t take long for the Dragon to start wreaking havoc on Dawn. The Demon cursed, and then floated down to the ground.

He put his staff on his back, and then thought for a moment. What could they do against a wooden dragon? Fire would seem to be the best bet.although electricity would probably work too. The Demon slowly began to walk in the direction of the Dragon, hoping to intercept it before it started to take lives and cause destruction. All he could really hope for was that more warriors who were in the area happened to be doing the same thing. He wasn’t sure if he could take a dragon all by himself.

Except for that one time when he killed that three headed dragon. That was cool. Janemba found himself hit suddenly and flew through a window and onto a couch. He woke up as the ground suddenly shook, causing her to roll off of the old couch in the small square of an alley. SHehe stood up quickly causing her to be dizzy but more or less ready for anything, or so she thought. He pulled his equipment back and tied it with a crimson ribbon, grabbed a trench coat and sword and squeezed out of the long narrow opening out into the street. He slipped on of the sleeves of the coat on and rushed across the street to an elderly man and asked, “what’s going on!?” He had totally forgotten

He then heard a roar and looked down the street where the old man was looking and without waiting for her answer took off running, slipping on the other sleeve and just holding his weapon in his hands. He burst through the gates and looked around, his eyes scanning around for signs of what was causing the disturbance. The ground was shaking more violently now, causing the Yaid logo dangling from a chain in her ear to sway back and forth like a pendulum painfully out of time with its dirge.

Finding nothing she began running towards the fields away from the roads and stopped when she suddenly saw the dragon. She had seen dragons a few times in her life as a Soldier but never had he seen one made completely out of trees. What more, there was a person standing right in front of it doing nothing. His pupils slatted in her horror of the man’s situation and her voice suddenly burst out of her chest, “what do you think you are doing!?”

Yaid was supposed to be a law abiding organization that people could look up to and aspire to be like. From little children who wanted to grow up and join them to everyday civilians, Yaid was supposed to set an example of action and power, decisiveness in difficult situations and victory through impossible odds. With this know, one could easily understand why Gine was so irritated when she suddenly realized that whatever this thing was coming at Dawn with all the intention of destroying it unless somebody tried to stop it.

Suddenly the wooden monstrosity, that behemoth of a wooden nature, came crashing out of the forest and toward the town of Dawn, like a tidal wave racing toward a beach. And like that tidal wave if it reached the town it would break over it in a flurry of devastation that would leave the town ruined and many of the people dead. One of those people it could possibly leave dead would be himself. It was too late for him to run now, with the monster before him, and so he would face it with everything he had.

He took a step away from the shadows, calm easy steps carrying him out into the field of battle where he would meet the dragon. Others raced by him, one of them recognized as a man he had met here a short time ago, a power pole and fire wielder. Fire would be an asset against that beast of trees. As he stepped further from the building he saw a woman run out onto the field as well, and he tilted his head to the side as he heard her yell at someone, asking him what he was doing just standing there. And he glanced up and saw Janemba. the demon he had not met, flying above.

Beerus’ calm pace soon took him close enough that both of them would be able to hear his soft voice as he spoke just loudly enough for them to hear over the roar of that wooden tidal wave racing towards them, and the tremors it was causing in the ground.

“Move to different sides of it, confuse it, each of us will attack from a different direction, making it choose only one of us at a time.”

He called out to them, hoping they would follow the idea. The thing, for its size, could not be all that agile, and by the roaring it most likely wasn’t all that smart either, just a beast with little more intelligent than the forestry it resembled. As he continued on, he let his calm steps become faster, taking him past the woman and toward the dragon, running at half of his normal speed as he stared right at it, wondering if it would meet his icy gaze as he did so, and yelled to the woman there as he passed her.

The man who had seen the dragon fell down and hit the ground pretty hard, slamming his head into the ground. This rendered him unconscious, and he wasn't able to convey the message that the dragon was less than a kilometer away. A small child looked at the man, and then brought some other children with him. The children heaved the man onto a sheet of fabric, and got him to the doctor. They had seen the man fall, but as they were children, they couldn't help him. They had hoped somebody would have saved him, but nobody did.

Just as the children had gotten the man inside the doctor's house, a new and fiercer roar came, scaring the children. The ground stated shaking harder, and the dragon was now speeding up on it's way towards Dawn. If nobody stopped it, it would reach Dawn within a minute.

GJ heard a deafening roar, indicating that something big, mean, and nasty was pretty much at the town's gates. GJ looked around, and saw which way it was coming from. GJ rushed towards that direction, as there wasn't a moment to spare. Once he got there, he saw just how big, mean, and nasty the dragon was. "Hoo boy.maybe being the first to engage it wasn't the best idea after all." GJ thought to himself, "Now.what should I do here? Should I try to get on its back while the others, if there are any others, have its attention?"

GJ decided to try to talk down the dragon, futile as it sounds, at least to keep it busy until reinforcements arrived. "I know full well that we won't be able to communicate with each other very well, but.what brings you here, anyway?" GJ asked, "If you've come here seeking to stir up some chaos, then a fight it shall be. However, if you've come searching for something, maybe I can help look for it." GJ kept his spear in one hand, but not in a particularly combat-ready position. In his other, he pulled out his cell phone, setting up the voice recorder to get a recording of the dragon. GJ would probably have some purpose for it. For now, however, he was just stalling out for reinforcements to come.

After this, to add only insult to injury, Gine had, in fact, been one of the last people to move against this threat. Even the demon named Janemba, who Gine was very unhappy to see had departed Dawn to face the wrath of the beast. This made Gine look worse than bad, and this simply would not do. With a sigh in his heart and no plans to speak of, Gine joined in the action and ran out of Dawns gate and across the planes to meet her adversary.

A knot in her stomach hardened when Gine looked upon the beast as it let out a ferocious roar. This was not going to be easy to deal with. A quick scan of the field and the memories of the town told Gine that there were five people actively trying to do something. Well. three people and Janemba, which almost constituted four. They were going to have to work together to deal with this, but that didn't mean that people were going to rally to Gine's call at the drop of a hat. All he could was try to give direction and hope he didn't die. From the look of things, everybody was gathering at the edge of the trees before facing the beast.

Gine furrowed his brow at this. The dragon was walking towards Dawn. Why wasn't it flying? When one considered all the creatures in the world it became apparent that most are only suited to live on the earth, the water or the sky. It was a fifty fifty chance with this dragon, and the fact that it was walking sealed that in Gine's head. With that, a plan was born. The others didn't have to follow Gine, but she certainly hoped they listened to her advice. She soon reached the treeline and was holding her power pole at the ready.

"Listen up!" he shouted at the top of his lungs. She didn't know if anybody could hear her, but it was worth a shot. "Go for the legs! Bring it down!" After that, Gine prepared to run into the forest when he realized one simple yet crucial fact. She didn't know the whereabouts of the others in this situation, so she was technically on his own. While she was confident in her capabilities as a fighter, he could only assume that this this thing could eat him alive without second thought. With that in mind, Gine waited at the forest's edge until he had a better idea of what was going on. Until then, the dragon would simply have to wait.

She heard the roar of the dragon over the forest, and she stared out toward the fields, just calmly waiting, gathering himself for the battle ahead. Challenge, some sense of fighting the monster she really was by helping, preservation of her own life? The reason he was taking this battle was a mystery, probably as much to her as any who saw him in it. She knew she would participate in it though, for whatever reason. She could hear the battle calling to her, calling her on towards it. The dragon was getting closer, and she was ready to face it.

She had eyes for no one else on the field now, only for the forest the dragon was coming from, each shaking step bringing it closer and closer. She was focused on it, utterly and completely. Slowly his hand grasped around the hilt of the blade drew it from his back, the ringing of steel sounding like a bell from her as the weapon left its sheath, and was brought down to glint in the sun of the day as he held it crosswise in front of his chest. Her eyes continued staring over the top of it toward the direction the dragon was coming from.

“Take the Left!” he called to her, before he was coming up. “Go Right!” he yelled at him, then looked up. "Get behind it!" he yelled at the others, though it wouldn’t matter whether they listened. Either way he would continue forward, until he was within ten feet of the dragon, and his arm suddenly snapped forward, wrist flicking. The black blade flashed Cimmerian for a moment, as it elongated, aimed to strike the dragon at the closest spot, probably right across the snout unless it was high up in the air, which if it was, somewhere on the closest leg or chest. Whether it hit or not he would attempt to immediately leap backwards away from the dragon as he prepared for anything else it would bring. It wasn’t his style to wait, and so he had jumped straight into the battle.

Janemba growled then turned as someone else ran past him, "and where do you thin you're going!?" He growled and started running after the two men approaching the dragon. However, she stopped and turned when she heard someone yelling, “the legs?” Angeles turned and looked at the dragon. Gine gave some good advice. It made sense to him then, but for one thing. Turning back around he yelled, “good plan, but how!?”

Then someone else passed her and yelled out other commands. God how embarrassing was that? he, an ex-soldier, one of highest rank, was taking orders from a Yaid, and a civilian. He grumbled under her breath, “right, go left, attack the legs, one at a time. Got it,” his brow furrowed as he ran towards the dragon’s left flank, drawing the death whisper, his borrowed trench coat flapping behind him. Who were these people? And what on earth was that!? He stopped dead at the sight of what appeared to be a flying white plushy creature known as Garlic Jr.

Janemba decided not to bother with what the thing was at the moment and focused on the dragon. Fire. They needed to burn it. he had no materials though. He growled and held his demon sword at the ready. “Gah.how long is this going to take?” Janemba was getting bored. Walking sucked. So, he floated up into the air and began to float in the direction of the dragon. He began to breathe heavily, flying as fast as he could.

He had no idea whether or not the dragon began to reign terror onto the small town, or there was already a band of warriors there defending the small town against the large wooden creature. The Demon was hoping it was the latter, mostly because if there wasn’t already a band of warriors, he’d be the only one there and that dragon would probably kick his ass.

Anyways. As he made it onto the scene, he noticed that yes, there already was a band of warriors there. What sucked was that the Dragon was there as well. Beerus grabbed his weapons, and then flew up into the air, about twenty or thirty feet. It was at that moment that some guy- wait a second, what the fuck? Was that that same guy who had killed those Yaid? And hey, was that GJ! Holy shit, cool, he actually KNEW some people here. It would make killing the dragon that much easier.

“Don’t worry good people of earth I, your savior Beerus, is here!” At that moment, the Demon Hybrid dove down, and hovered behind the dragon, as Beerus said. Then, at that moment, he swung his staff, shouting bloody murder, and ball of energy flew towards the dragon. So far it only appeared that one person had heard his command and nobody seemed to recognize him. That strange man who had rushed headlong into battle had gleefully neglected to provide Beerus with instruction, leaving him to fiddle around with his own devices.

Beerus had yelled his message out and had no other brilliant ideas to share. With that done, Beerus came to the realization that the creature would crush him with the most brilliant of ease in close combat. Therefore, the smartest thing for him to do was to get the hell out of the way, preferably far away. At first, this seemed odd, but the more Beerus thought about this the more it seemed to be a good idea. Beerus was useless as a close fighter, but he could definitely be of use as an observer. With this, Beerus did what con only be described as turning around and running away as fast as he could from the battle.

A few dozen seconds later, Beerus was a comfortable distance away. Beerus stopped and turned to face the great beast again. Most of the others were still in the forest, going towards their targets in their own way. Beerus, on the other hand, decided to make himself useful in a different way. This thing was basically a plant so ki attacks probably wouldn't do anything to it. Then again, Beerus didn't have anything else, so he pointed his power pole at what passed as eyes and went to work.

"Ki!" Beerus shouted. His fingers tingled as the ki welled up in energy and shot out at the dragon. Beerus silently hoped that this bought the others time. Reinforcements did arrive in a hurry. Two familiar faces, two not. Beerus quickly ordered to surround the dragon, with GJ being assigned to go to the right. GJ was just as quick to do so, swiftly pocketing his phone and rushing to the dragon's side. As he did so, two of the others, Janemba and one of the newcomers each threw an attack at the dragon blast after blast. The magnitude of those two attacks made it obvious that they were both better at Ki than he was. All GJ had going for him was a decent amount of physical force and the foresight of bringing a couple of senzus with him.

GJ decided to keep just far enough to keep out of reach of the dragon, to see how it reacted to having the attacks thrown at it. GJ wasn't sure whether to advance right away, or to hold back to see if they stood any of a chance. GJ decided to throw caution into the wind and dash at the dragon, ramming his power pole into the monster's leg. Perhaps in the confusion, the dragon would have trouble reacting.

As the dragon was attacked by Beerus and the attack hit it's front leg, it reared back on the hind legs. This was quite an amazing sight, as the dragon now stood 100 meters high. As it landed again, the head was kept higher than before, and at the approximate high of 20 meters. Almost at the same time as it landed, it was hit by a series of attacks. This caused sparks to erupt all along the body of the dragon, and the dragon sprayed a jet of water towards GJ.

It didn't take long before the dragon was attacked again, this time a freezing attack that made the right front leg of the beast freeze. The dragon clawed at the frozen leg, and suddenly jumped up before almost attacking the ground. This made the ki around it's leg shatter and a small earthquake followed, dealing damage to the enemies nearby. Just before the earthquake erupted from underneath the dragon, it was stabbed by a power pole. This made the dragon roar louder than before, possibly damaging the eardrums of the people nearby. The dragon also started to move backwards a little, giving a whole new sound as it's legs hit the ground.

The dragon seemed to have two eyes, but in reality it had more than 30. These eyes were so small and well hidden in the bark, which was the dragon's skin. They were however closed most of the time, as not to give the dragon a headache. Just outside of the field of battle was a little tailed woman. She was about 1 meter tall, and she was strangely powerful. She watched the battle between the dragon and the defenders of Dawn with interest. "I might have to do something if this keeps up."

GJ would watch as Gine oversaw the attacks and began hitting the dragon left and right. When it reared up she shifted her blade to strike at its hind leg to see if she could topple it, however when it crashed back to the earth the ground shook violently and threw Gine off balance. She stood up feeling a little bit of pain in her back but didn’t concern herself with it much. She grunted then twirled her sword in her hand and leapt towards the dragon, careful to dodge if it struck at her, and whirled around, slicing at the back of the dragon’s leg where the tendon would be. However this dragon was made out of wood, it probably didn’t have tendons.

Gine moved backwards in a dance-like movement and held her sword defensively. The self proclaimed ‘demon’ had been attacked by water when it threw a ki attack at the dragon. Perhaps it was not best to attack the dragon if it had such an automated defense against ki. She couldn’t help but wish she had a ki blast at the moment. She looked around to see if anyone else was injured.

“What we need is a freaking saw,” she mumbled, glaring at her blade, not because she hated her sword but because she was trying to think of what to do about the dragon. The city behind he was the home of Yaid’s headquarters. She had been living there for quite a while, and was now the only place she felt truly safe from the hateful eyes of the world. Her eyes glared back at her in the sheen of the sword and she looked back up at the dragon and an old Soldier saying popped into her head: if you don’t know if its armored, aim for the head. If its head is armored, go for the eyes.

GJ managed to get his attack in just before the dragon stomped on the ground hard, knocking him down by the seismic force, and let loose a roar that sounded like a mix of pain and anger, blowing him away. GJ was fortunate not to take the dragon's entire weight. THAT would have hurt. But still, his ears were ringing from the loud roar. "That wasn't TOO hard of a hit, but this will quickly add up." GJ said to himself, then looked to see who was fighting alongside him. He could only see one of the two that he hadn't met with before, the one who had launched the ki attack, but he could see that Gine wielded the power pole.

"If he has a heavier weapon than I do, then maybe it would be worth trading weapons for this battle." GJ thought to himself, "He can probably do more damage with ki from the looks of things, and I can probably do more damage with a heavier weapon, so long as it's not so heavy that it slows my attack to the point where the dragon can get its big body out of the way."

GJ then composed himself and said out loud, "I wonder how well this thing can shake off someone that's climbed onto its back." GJ wasn't exactly in position to test this idea out, so he decided to just go for another stab. That's all GJ really could do at the moment, just keep the pressure up and hopefully it will fall before GJ does.

He smirked as his whip blade scored a hit against the wood of the dragon. It wasn’t a great hit, no, but it was a hit. Anything was good against this, and as long as they could keep chipping away at it they would be able to take it down, hopefully before they were all taken down themselves. He registered then that another man had said to go for the legs, and he agreed with him. If they could hit all four legs at once, it might bring the monstrous wooden construction down, at least for awhile. He needed for it to be brought down, because if it was, he was going to try and jump up on its back, with his decent speed and agility to match it, he figured he would be able to. He was deep in the battle now, using what he had been taught when he had been trained to fight by them. before he was deemed failed.

As the dragon reared up, he noticed the shot of water flying at the others, and he hoped the demon survived it. Not because he had care for him, but because if even one of them went down, it would make this battle a whole hell of a lot harder. He braced himself as the dragon came down, and tried jumping above the quaking of the ground as it came, but he was still knocked on his back, wincing as he fell to the ground and felt some bruises start forming. He didn’t take time to let that matter though as he quickly pushed himself back to his feet and readied himself to attack once more, yelling out as he stood.

“KEEP ATTACKING. TRY AND HIT ALL FOUR LEGS AT THE SAME TIME.”

He yelled out to the other, even tilting his head a bit so the man behind him could hear. He didn’t catch sight of him at all, though he had seen his ki attack hit the legs. He watched as GJ and the woman he didn’t recognize attacked it again, and the legs being the only thing really reachable he noted they hit two of the legs, one at the back and one at the front, and he yelled out to another guy and the man behind him as he prepared for his own attack.

“DEMON HIT THE OTHER BACK LEG! Ki USER, HIT THE LEG ON MY SIDE! AND YOU WOMAN, IF YOU CAN ATTACK YOUR LEGS AGAIN NOW!”

He hoped the ki user would be able to hear him, and the other two would be recovered enough to attack again so they could hit all at the same time, but if not hopefully they would be able to time it out on the next round of attack. He was yelling as loud as he could to try and get them to work together, knowing it was the only way they could survive. His will to live was causing him to try and bring himself out of this alive, and the best way he saw for him to come out alive was for all of them to, and so he was directing them. Hoping the others listened to him he whipped his own sword around, still in its stretched out state, and whipped it at the front leg on the opposite side Janemba was on, to try and score as deep a hit as possible.

He hadn’t bothered checking the others out too closely yet, and hadn’t even caught a glimpse of the ki user. He only knew that Janemba and GJ there, but he knew neither was associated with the company in his experience, so he assumed the others weren’t for now as well, and wasn’t really in any position to check anyway in the middle of the heated battle, that he was just hoping they all survived.

As Gine tried to cut the hind leg of the dragon, a small jet of water sprayed out into a fine mist where she had hit. This seemed to prove that the dragon could in fact be hurt. The 'bleeding' stopped very quickly, and the wound was gone in seconds, now giving off the same look as the rest of the beast. The dragon started swinging it's head from left to right and saw Gine trying to stab it again. The dragon tried to make the power pole become stuck in it's legs, just to avoid getting poked any more by it. It also lifted it's leg and swung it back and forth. She was obviously trying to make the dragon fly away, maybe with Gine hanging on to her power pole.

The sound of Beerus's voice disturbed the dragon slightly, and as it was hit by the whip-like sword of Beerus it dashed forward 3 meters. It was trying to bite Beerus's head off with it's teeth made of rocks. Still watching, the saiyan woman muttered to herself: "Well, I think I'll just watch this for a while. It looks exciting. Maybe I can have some fun as well?" She quietly stroked her own thigh, making herself purr like a kitten. She was actually not wearing any armor today. Her tail went back and forth, and sometimes brushed her hair out of the way.

Gine held up her arm against the spray of water and shook her head to get the liquid out of her eyes. Water. Honestly she was expecting it to bleed sap. But it was no matter. She looked around herself at the other people, one of which was again yelling orders. She didn’t heed this time however, she saw her chance as the dragon was distracted by the young man with the power pole. She charged the dragon and leapt up, catching herself on the bend in its leg and digging her nails into the wood. She grimaced slightly but clambered up, stabbing her sword into its thigh to pull herself onto its back.

Once there she stabbed the sword into its back and held on tight as the thing suddenly took off forward nearly throwing her off its back. Gine growled a curse under her breath then put the palm of her hand against the base of her hilt and tried to force the sword deeper into its back to try to get it off the charge.

In the distance of the forest, Gine heard a noise that faintly resembled the buzzing of a gnat. She paused her attack and tried to listen to what was being said. A few seconds of ferocious battle cries and buzzing gnat sounds passed before Gine gave up. There was simply too much distance between the two and too much background noise. If Gine had been closer, it might have been different. Then again, judging by the looks of that last attack from the dragon Gine had absolutely no desire to get up close and personal with this beast. Then again, it seemed that ki wasn't particularly the best battle plan with this creature. Gine cursed her luck in that she had nothing to make a fire with. If it were up to her, she would simply catch the forest on fire and let the dragon and demons burn to ash. The forest would grow back in the years to come, but the creatures would be gone for good.

"Too bad I can't communicate with the people in the forest," Gine commented, taking another worried glance at the dragon as it smashed the very landscape it seemed to be made of. With that, Gine committed the idea to memory. If the situation called for it, he would find a way to make the fire work. Until then, Gine raised her power pole and cast an energy dan a second time, wondering if there was any way that they were going to live through this at all. Another hit, but this time, the dragon managed to catch his weapon and shake him around a bit. She held on as tight as he could. She was less concerned about getting the power pole out of the dragon's grasp as she was keeping it on him.

Fortunately, the dragon released the spear on its own accord. Unfortunately, it did so by launching GJ up into the air, back towards the front, where he managed to get a glimpse of Beerus about to be captured in the dragon's mouth. GJ's mind was set on landing safely first. GJ set himself for a three-point landing, his spear being the third point. At the same time, he was going to try and see if he could overpower its resistance to ki, or at the very least show that he was carrying what could be a potential elemental weakness, even if he didn't have much to go with it.

However, with his comparatively long charge time, GJ couldn't fire off the attack in mid-air, but instead got it off just as he landed, sending it for the head. Afterwards, he turned to face the masked man, and said to him, "Mind if we trade weapons for this, sir? That is, if yours can deal more damage than mine. As you just saw, I have fire, but I'm probably more effective at melee." His eyes locked with those of the dragon as its head stopped shaking, and it seemed to look toward him as his sword flashed through the air, scoring a hit on the leg of the dragon. He smirked up at it, his eyes challenging those of the dragon as he stared into them, as if daring him to come for him.

His mind worked on the best way not just to beat the dragon, but for all of them to come out of it alive, and he figured the best way, was for him to draw the attention of the dragon onto himself. He had fought with two of the others before, and knew as big as the dragon was and the speed of its attacks they probably couldn’t avoid them. The woman he had noticed jumping and climbing up the thing was good, but he didn’t think she would quite be able to avoid the dragon if it turned on her fully either, and the other guy was too far away for them to even communicate with them it seemed like. This in the end left him.

This was why as the dragon seemed to focus on him he slowly grinned at it, a feral, almost cold evil grin as his blade dug into it. Green glowing energy that looked like the energy from the next dimension or energy, if anyone was familiar with it, seemed to flow from the wound into him. As it reached him, the pain from the bruises and bumps faded and the scratches from falling onto the hard forest floor closed up fading without even a scar to show for it. As soon as the hit scored, he flicked his spear back toward himself.

Then the dragon was suddenly rushing forward at him, its neck arching as its head snapped down toward him. He quickly moved, pushing himself as fast as he could, as he jumped forward and to the side, the head snapping through where he had been a moment before. He quickly spun, his feet skidding around the forest floor, and he brought the now sword like blade around in a slash at the side of the dragons mouth and jaw. For anyone who would be able to see him, the midnight black blade would seem to have darkness rolling and roiling up and down the blade, as if a faint dark aura surrounded the sword and was constantly in motion.

As soon as the hit scored or missed the dragon, he would coil his legs under him and suddenly take a huge leap into the air. He leapt higher than most people would ever be able to. He swung that sword around his body as he did so, then brought it around above his head, that dark aura still flowing over the blade as he did so, as he was attempting to stab it into the neck of the dragon, and if it worked, he had something planned, but first, it had to work.

As the attack of Gine hit the dragon in the mouth, the whole head became frozen. This in turn gave Beerus enough time to get away from the bite of the ferocious dragon. The dragon crashed it's giant head into the ground to shatter the ice. As it did so, a shard flew towards Gine. The dragon was angry at him as well, so it fired off a stream of water at him. Blended into the water was an earthquake of osme sort. This attack encased several in a giant tree. Unless somebody was able to slice the tree down the middle, they would die.

The dragon became a little more calm as he had made it almost impossible for Gine to survive. Then again, it was quickly angered again by a barrage of new attacks. It was cut once on the side of the head and then had a piercing blow into the wood on the top of the head. At the same time it was being climbed up on, and it got two good stabs from the climbing. If that wasn't enough, the dragon was electrocuted by the demon warrior.

When the dragon came to it's senses again, it was attacked by fire, which made it even angrier. It sprayed Water against GJ for the fiery attack, and Water against Janemba for the electrocution.
The female watching this fight in the forest seemed to become even more interested in the battle than she had been before. She stood up from the rock she had been sitting on and walked slowly towards the battlefield. She made sure that she hid behind the trees to avoid getting seen, though.

Janemba held on tightly to his demon sword as the dragon thrashed about attacking the others on the ground. He gnashed her teeth and furrowed his brow, his knuckles white from his grip on the hilt. He lifted his head to look along the dragon’s back to the back of its head. Though the chances of this dragon having a spine, or even a brain for that matter, were very slim, Janemba decided to try and attack the base of the head, where it connected to its neck. With this in mind Janemba braced himself against the dragon, spreading his legs across the back as one would on a horse, and pulled out the sword.

He then carefully placed his feet on the dragon’s back and kept his eyes on the destination. He sheathed his sword so that he could use his hands to catch himself if he fell, then started running up the dragon’s back, slipping and sliding every so often as it continued to move but he managed to catch himself, up to the point where he reached its neck. He got down on his knee as maneuvering was becoming more difficult and breathed heavily as he tried to think of what to do next. However he was distracted as the dragon made an attack towards one of the people on the ground who was then suddenly encased in a tree. His eyes widened and a rage built up within him.

The dragon stilled for a moment and Janemba took the chance to dart up the neck but then suddenly two attacks hit its head, and sent Janemba tumbling off of its neck as it retaliated with attacks of its own. He quickly drew his demon sword and stabbed it into the dragon’s neck and dangled from the hilt, less than pleased. He growled and he began pulling himself up then swung his leg up onto the dragon’s neck, like mounting a horse. He panted against the wood as he flattened himself against it to keep her balance, then he gnashed his teeth and pulled out his sword only to stab it back into the dragon, where the head met the neck, hoping that the attack would at least do something.

A few moments after Beerus’ attacks landed, the monster roared back and launched a large ball of water or something at the Demon. Indeed, the water was fast, but Beerus was so high up in the air all he needed to do was float about six feet up and the devilish ball of damaging liquid simply flew past him. The Demon Hybrid let out a breath. He still had a ton of ki energy left, and was also basically near the top of his physical stamina. He was still in this fight, and he was going to make sure he made a huge dent in this wooden monstrosity.

It wasn’t really all that scary, but it was wooden. How could a wooden dragon breathe water? It really didn’t make a whole lot of sense, but that was just something Beerus would have to live with (well, not long, considering he was planning on partaking in it’s death.) The Demon spun his staff, and then closed his eyes, preparing for another electrical assault. This dragon would have to come up with some new tactics. The celestial pulled back his fists then swung wildly. The Demon swung again, and then a third time. How many of these would it take before the wooden beast crumpled?

He hung on by the skin of his teeth grimly as the dragons head swung around, needing to find exactly the right moment to do this. Waiting. waiting. there! As the dragon paused to blast the water at Garlic Jr and Janemba, he quickly threw his legs back and then forward, swinging himself on the sword and up, pulling it out in the same motion. He landed on the back of the dragons neck, and as he looked further up it he saw the one who had been behind the dragon attempting to stab it in the back of the head. He nodded a bit as he was in agreement with what the person was doing, as he braced himself against the wood, turning to stare down the body of the dragon.

He quickly took a few steps along the neck, swaying them to keep his balance while the dragon moved, and leaped from the neck toward the dragon’s body, working his fingers in his hands. Blackness trailed the blade through the air as he smashed it down across the neck of the best just before he leaped, pulling on all the darkness he could inside of him to channel into the attack. Doing so however sent pain shooting through him from the pure evil that his body channeled into the attack, and from the fist into the dragon.

He was then in the air, heading straight for the back of the draconic monstrosity. He was completely in the zone now, as if somehow, nothing mattered to him but the battle he was partaking in. Taking down the wooden behemoth was the task he accepted, and he would complete it no matter what, he thought, as his sword slashed into the backside of the dragon as he landed, once more powered by the darkness inside of him. He quickly took a single moment to balance himself before he pivoted on his foot to face the front of the dragon once more, his eyes narrowing as he crouched low on the beasts back.

Suddenly, a second later, he leaped forward with all his might, his fist down at his side. He swung up across his chest at the beginning of the leap, the fingers shifting, elongating into sections joined by black metal wire as it did so, becoming almost whip like in his attacks. A faint but very noticeable aura of complete black darkness surrounded him as well, leaving black lines trailing through the air along the dragons back as he moved, his arm snapping the now whip like attacks back around in a diagonal slash that trailed evil through the air. It headed straight for the base of the dragons neck, the full force of his leap and the darkness inside of him in that slash, no matter how much it tore up his body to do so.

Gine was at a lost for both word and thought. Her heart had sunk when the monster had escaped from the confinement. However, this sadness had turned to terror when it turned its gaze towards the others. It was at that second that Gine saw something that he had hoped never to have to see again; demons that had haunted her in only his most private nightmares as harbringers of destruction were here, helping. She had personally sparred against two of these people and was completely shocked that they were doing something for the greater good. Perhaps they wanted to own the world for themselves? As Gine gazed up at the dragon, she saw what no woman ever wishes to see. She saw his death.

Seconds later, her body was crushed and almost destroyed by the fury of the draogn’s wrath. She could feel her ribs crack and her bones break; her flesh tear and her blood burst from her body. Then, within seconds his body was completely entombed in the fibers of plants and trees, almost as if they were accommodating her with her own coffin. Gine's mouth was covered and his already empty lungs were deprived the pleasure of fresh air. Her body soon started to burn as glycolysis came into effect. Gine would have laughed if her were able. Holy hell this sucked bad.

Glycolysis was the production of energy without oxygen, which produced harmful chemicals in effect.

Before GJ could get a response from the masked man, he got a response from the dragon in the form of a powerful jet of water, striking GJ while his focus was still on the man, knocking him to the ground a fair distance away. GJ scrambled up to his feet and returned his facing towards the dragon and saw a large tree spring up where the masked man stood. "That.I hope is a defensive technique. Otherwise, we're down one man." GJ said, "And on another note, the dragon seems to react to ki attacks. Maybe it doesn't like being hit with either one." GJ wasn’t sure what his next course of action was. He just felt helpless.

Janemba held on tightly to his sword buried deep within the dragon’s neck as one attack knocked the thing to the ground. His effort to sever some sort of special connection within the dragon appeared to have done nothing except normal damage to the thing, which annoyed Janemba slightly and he sighed. But it was no matter, at least he had hurt it. He might as well keep stabbing it while it was down. However, before he could even remove his sword from the wood, the dragon stood up and leapt into the air. Janemba gripped his sword so tightly his knuckles went white, a feat considering that his skin was so pale to begin with.

“Hold on to something!” he yelled to the creature behind his and braced herself for landing. The impact caused his sternum to smack against the base of the hilt and he almost slid from the dragon’s neck but pulled herself upright against and tried frantically to get some air back in his lungs, “you still on back there?” he yelled looking over his shoulder to see if the man was still on. He turned back around as one of the ones on the ground began yelling encouragement, however some of his words were not the best choice to say and Janemba rolled his eyes slightly.

Never let your comrades know that your number is decreasing, “excellent inspiration speech!” he yelled out to the man and carefully slid his sword out of the dragon’s neck and dug his nails into the wood. Lifting himself up so that he was balanced on that one hand before flipping over and straddling the dragon’s snout, facing it.

The dragon below Beerus really didn’t seem to mind having electricity blasted throughout his entire body. The Demon’s anger towards the wooden beast was growing as the furry creature JUST realized that the dragon had killed one of them. He wasn’t very quick. The Demon spun his staff, watching as his fellow Dragon-Slayers went in for another onslaught of attacks on the wooden beast. Before that, the beast had done some sort of weird jumping attack, not that the Demon really cared since he was a flying student of a bitch. The Demon prepared to fly down and slam his staff on the beast’s head when he asked himself, “What was the point?”

Going down there was pointless when he’d probably just get eaten. Besides, there were already like three sword users down there, Beerus might as well stay up top and keep throwing electricity down at the beast. Preparing for another attack, the hybrid took in a breath and then shouted, “HA!!” and then swung his fists three times. Three electric balls of ki energy flew towards the beast. Janemba was starting to wonder if the wooden reptile was ever going to attack him, as this fight so far had been quite easy for the Demon.

Even on the brink of death, his own cells resisted the ghastly fate. However, Gine knew how this battle would turn out. There was no plans, there were no schemes or greater ideas, and there was no escape. As Gine's head began to feel light and consciousness left him, he closed his eyes and shed a tear. An image of a woman with a bloody face appeared in Gine's mind and her failing heart wrenched. She was ready to die, to pass on into that eternal void. But this woman had been something Gine had never expected. This sole woman, living her life as a Saiyan among humans was the sole regret of Gine. With that, Gine's heart beat one last time and her soul began to travel to the Next dimension forever.

GJ then stepped to one side to get a clear line for his next attack. GJ then gave his weapon a fierce, ground-scraping swing, causing an energy wave to roll towards the dragon. Afterwards, GJ immediately ran towards the newly-formed tree, mostly to use it for cover, and partially to see if the masked man had dropped his weapon. However, there was no sign of the man's weapon, likely meaning that it was sealed within the tree. "Now, will this tree still be here when the battle ends?" GJ thought to himself, "And.how much cover can it provide?"

The dragon once again received a barrage of attacks. It was attacked by three lightning strikes from the demon, three physical slashes by Beerus and it was stabbed twice by Gine. Just when it seemed the dragon would attack all of these people, it was attacked by a special attack. This made the dragon kneel down. The dragon roared as it lay on it's belly, and then tried to get back up on it's feet. As the dragon got back up, it jumped high above the ground and tried to shake off the attackers on it.

The female became a little worried, and quickened her pace to get closer faster. She hid between two trees and observed the dragon landing with great force. This made cracks form in the ground, and the female quickly climbed up into one of the trees. "This seems to be pretty dangerous. I think I'll just stay here until I'm needed. Yeah, that's a good idea."

GJ's move capped a relatively thorough round of beatings by knocking down the dragon as it was about to launch its counterattack. The dragon then scrambled up to its feet and leaped into the air to shake off those who had tried to climb up on it, landing on the ground hard enough to shake the area around it. However, GJ was far enough away that the shockwave had been dissipated enough to not deal damaging force. Whether he had the tree as cover or not was an unknown factor. "Hmm.I have a feeling that the dragon will do something drastic soon, if it hasn't already." GJ thought to himself as he pulled out one of the Senzus he had packed for the battle and looked at it.

"Hmm.it says to be poured over the recipient’s head." GJ said quietly, then followed the instructions, shoving the bean into Gine’s mouth. He closed his eyes to avoid getting some of the substance in his eyes, otherwise, he would have noticed a light shining around him. Something else in the area might have seen the light coming from behind the tree, however. At any rate, pretty much all of the injury that he had suffered, some to the legs, but most of it closer to the torso, had been healed. Gine was back to nearly full strength.

After that, GJ rushed back into the battle, ready to do some more damage. "Okay, it looks like we're doing some damage to it." GJ called out, "Even though we're down to four for an indefinite amount of time, we can still take the dragon down at this rate!" GJ then delivered another piercing strike at the dragon, hoping that the others will follow suit with the attack.

“Hello there,” she said, her eyes flashing dangerously before opening her eyes. She was back from the brink of death and ripped her way through the tree. She drew her power pole and power flew up to the dragon’s head. She brought her power pole up and thrust it between the dragon’s eyes then held onto the wood as tightly as she could, waiting for the beast’s retaliation. As the dragon fell to the ground, she balanced on it, her arms out to the sides as she swayed with the movements of the dragon, her black hair flowing all around her as the wind from the large creatures movements whipped against him.

Her robe coat brushed against the back of the dragon just below where she had slashed it on the neck. Her breathing slowed as she just tried to treat the dragon like the swaying of the wind, or riding an ocean wave. She was able to keep her stance atop the dragon from it falling, though she was not able to attack it at all. She was grinning though, they were definitely damaging this huge beast, she could tell it was in pain. she reveled in it in fact. She also was reveling in the fact that though she had felt the damage to her own body, she had healed it, each hit on the dragon sending the dragon’s life energy into the air in a green glow traveling along her power pole into the sky.

That was the other reason she had been able to stay on it, she was completely and utterly healed from the strain she had put on herself through tapping into the power of the senzu bean. She did feel that she would feel any pain more though, felt slightly winded and more susceptible to damage, as if she was a bit weaker in body, but it was not much. Suddenly she felt the wooden body preparing to jump below her, and she quickly whipped her wrist back, drawing the haft back toward her, the power shimmering through the material.

That power pole, goodness roiling up the haft like a storm, was raised up above her head. Just as the dragon jumped, she brought the power pole down, stabbing it toward the back of the dragon and into it, knowing there was no way for the dragon to stop him, and would hold onto the haft as it dug into the back of the dragon, while setting it feet against its back, and using her great agility to stay on the beast.
