"What's he doing on this planet?" The voice belonged to a small, blue alien. He was wearing armor and had a scouter attached to the left side of his face. "I figured he would have been on Frieza." The alien seemed to be annoyed, as if the one he was looking for wasn't allowed to leave the planet. Or maybe he was just easily annoyed? "Calm down Abo," came a reply from a similar-looking alien. This one was short and red. "Just be happy the scouter gave us the correct planet. These older models aren't very reliable." As if to emphasize the point, he tapped the scouter, causing it to show nothing but static. Abo seemed to agree. "That's true. It looks like Lord Frieza isn't even in this city. Stupid piece of junk." With a sigh, the blue alien looked around and noticed there were no screams, craters, or dead bodies. The Changeling clearly wasn't here. "It gave us the planet, so I guess wanting anything more specific is just asking for too much." How were they supposed to actually find him, though? "We could try to contact his scouter," Cado suggested. "Or we could just go back home. I'm kinda hungry..." Like a pet trained to do tricks, the red alien's stomach began to growl. Despite being his brother's idea, Abo started to browse different channels on his scouter until he found the one he was looking for. "L-lord Frieza? (Is this even the right...) Uhh, well... the Planet Trade Organization needs to trade planets!" This clearly wasn't the one good at speaking to others, so Cado decided to join in. "But before they can trade them, they gotta conquer 'em!" Nope. Neither were good at speaking to others, it seemed. The two brothers began to alternate speaking. "But before they can conquer 'em, they gotta get there!" "But before they can get there, they gotta have a ship!" "And we have an idea!" "And we have an idea!" Coordinates would display over Frieza's scouter, showing the planet of Juno. It was mostly a desert planet with nothing but bandits and Kassacks. Wandering around without special equipment would lead to one burning to death, and even with equipment you would probably die of thirst before reaching any settlements. Why would they be showing such a worthless planet to such a worthy Changeling? "After the war, the PTO gained many planets. This was one of them." "Scout reports have finally started cropping up. Most of them.. well, died.. but the ones that didn't revealed this!" It was said with such pride and joy, as if he had just found the holy grail. A picture was displayed of broken down ships. Hundreds of miles worth of metal could be seen. "This planet has enough raw material to supply our ships for twelve years." "And there's a lot of weapons n' stuff laying around too!" By now, if Frieza wasn't too annoyed to listen to these babbling brothers, he would understand what could have been said in a fraction of the time-- the PTO had conquered many planets. One of them had a lot of raw material. They should go there to get it.

There exists only one channel to get through to Frieza at any time, and it is exclusively for emergencies. If, for example, Frieza-sei were under attack by a horde of Saiyans, this would be the channel to use. It bypassed all of Frieza's screening procedures and addressed the Lord of the PTO himself. As such, it was so heavily encrypted that locking on to it without proper codes or sophsiticated hacking gear beyond the level of anyone but, perhaps, the Damaskians, would be a one in one hundred and twelve quintillion. That is to say that there is an equivalent chance of being struck by lightning while being crushed by a vending machine. So when the High Praetor received a call on that frequency in the middle of his fight with the young boy Jared, he panicked more than a bit. Would he have to break the limits and surpass 100% to end this boy, perhaps this planet, as quickly as he could? Should he simply teleport himself to the planet Frieza-sei and see what the trouble was without waiting? Precious seconds meant precious soldiers' lives and-- It was then that his sophisticated scouter showed him a pre-taken image of the two warriors who had managed to lock onto his personal signal. Abo and Cado were part of Frieza's army. He knew this because he knew literally all of the members of his army by name, face, and favorite food. These things were important when running a successful empire but right now it merely meant that he knew the faces of the two lads whom he wanted dead. He calmed himself down, reminding himself that he was only angry because he was in his first unlocked state, the transformation causing him to feel copious amounts of rage. "Boys I-- don't know how to tell you this and while I do appreciate the veritable flood of images you're sending right now, I'm a bit busy at the moment. I'll transfer you to Aneka and the twins and hopefully you'll have a better chance. Hmm? I thank you for your support and hope that you succeed in what is now a very important mission for the PTO. Acquire that material!" Sometimes the lower ranks needed to be treated important. He understood this, and knew that without the undying loyalty of all of his members, the Organization would crumble and become nothing more than a bunch of dumb monkeys ganging up on robots then getting mad when reinforcements came. Honestly... He cut out the transmission and Aneka picked up. She was sitting at a cafe somewhere near the center of the city. A man had tried to hit on her despite the fact she appeared to be around fourteen. Then his arm had been mysteriously broken. Twice. "Hello," She said. Her voice was emotionless, but not robotic. Like a human who had never heard of the term 'pleasantries', "My name is Aneka. I am in charge of you now. Please state your name and business or I will be forced to terminate this call. I look forward to working with you, or possibly killing you. I am not sure yet." As she spoke she pressed a button on her wrist controller that connected to Frieza's Ship, the Capital of the PTO, dubbed Righteous Might. Aboard the ship, deep in the bowels, were two small creatures that had been bred of Frieza's explicit request. These two creatures were designed to absorb any and all kind of information and relate it to the Changeling via telepathy at his request. Aneka liked them because they were green. When they received the summons, they sighed. They had been watching enjoyable Earth programming about people who may or may not have been fathers to children of women they had slept with only once or twice. But now it was time to forage for knowledge. They clambered off of the seats and headed straight for the nearest deployment pods. Since the Righteous Might was, strangely, cloaked out of Earth's orbit, they would likely be there within the minute. WC: 679 TWC: 1180 |

"He's such a nice Changeling," Abo pointed out. '"He seems scary," Cado refuted. "Like a child giggling in a horror movie. There's nothing wrong about a child giggling, but it's still scary." While both of these things may have been true, they were speaking with Aneka still on the line. From what the female spawn of Satan had said, this would put their chubby lives in jeopardy unless they answered her questions quickly. "I'm Abo." "I'm Cado." They introduced themselves at the same time. "We want to enforce PTO rule onto Juno," Abo revealed. "They have a lot of different kinds of metal and weapons we can use to build a new fleet," Cado added on. The PTO had more soldiers than any other faction. However, many of them were forced to travel in space pods and wield blasters only capable of killing creatures under a power level of 10. Obviously, the stronger you were, the better gear you were trusted with, but it was difficult to conquer a planet under those conditions. As such, it became a vicious cycle where the weak constantly died and were replaced, and were given sub-par gear so when they inevitably died, nothing would be wasted or fall into enemy hands. It was a bit like asking if the chicken or the egg came first. Abo and Cado wanted to find the answer to that question. After all, the PTO had more soldiers than any other faction. What if those soldiers had quality transportation, armor, and weaponry? That would make the PTO quite dangerous, but there was no way to expend that many resources. But... what if they could? The war had opened that door and many others. They simply needed to walk through those doors and into their new homes, walk out with all the furniture, and then sell the house. Simple, right?

"The Saiyans have a rule where the ruling Prince Vegeta's favored warriors are placed in charge of a planet whether they are capable of protecting it or not. Our intelligence suggests that these positions of power are given to people that he likes, his family and friends, rather than people who deserve it. Lord Frieza does not have favorites in this same regard. Thus, if you are looking to become Overlords of Juno, you will be saddened to discover that there is no such position. The PTO does not give out favor based on who you are blood related to. Well. Maybe some people do. Lord Frieza doesn't." "If you are still interested in assisting the PTO then you are the right type of PTO warrior and I daresay you have a future with us. Please come to these coordinates and ignore any stares that you may receive. This planet has an abundance of strange creatures visiting all the time and therefore you will not draw any attention. Come to the coordinates. I am at a coffee restaurant. I will buy you each a coffee. You don't even need to share." Aneka was not the highest ranking of Frieza's warriors, no, that person was sent away. She was, however, of rank enough that she could deal with these types of things without having to ask every other person and their grandmother. Though the traditional PTO highly valued security and bearuracracy, Frieza valued people who had proven themselves, not just by battling him, but in actual situations. Aneka had murdered an entire sleeping clan of powerful warriors the day before they would challenge Frieza to a contest of skill and bravery. Though the Changeling High Praetor would have certainly won, it was nice of the young girl to take it upon herself and slaughter so many people like that. Thus she had won into his inner circle. Had Jared not arrived at the battlefield on time, it would have been Aneka who had literally leveled Pepper Town rather than Frieza himself, simply because, if liking was something that she could do, she liked killing entire towns. Liking was not strictly something she could do. Wanting, yes. Liking, no. She looked at the sky waiting for the telltale sign of the ships coming into view. She wanted to pet the little green ones. She did not like them. But she did want to pet them. WC: 403 A/FWC: 1082 TWC: 1900 |

"Coffee?" Abo asked Cado, looking at him for an honest answer. Cado simply shrugged his shoulders. "She might want to date us," he offered as a possible solution. Regardless of if that was true or not (Hint: It wasn't,) the duo would fly into the air and go to those coordinates. In all honesty, it turned out they were in the same city as Aneka, so it wasn't even that far of a flight. The coffee shop had a couch in the middle with tables all around the store. Friends would definitely sit on the couch as they drank their coffee and lamented about life's problems while joking their worries away. However, Abo and Cado were not friends with Aneka. Thus, they did not get to sit on the couch. The couch looked very comfy. It was disappointing. However, each of the small aliens perked up when they saw the person they were looking for. "Did you already buy," Abo would say as he jumped up and down in the same spot in a failed attempt to contain his excitement. "the coffee?" Cado would finish, looking around left and right and even up in case she was hiding the coffee. It seemed like something she would do. While they were ranked fairly high in the Planet Trade Organization, they weren't exactly being paid a lot. It was still worth noting that they were being paid, unlike other races whom were simply enslaved and forced to work. So while it could have been worse, it wasn't often they were able to enjoy delights such as coffee. It was at this point Abo would clear something up. "Juno sucks," he informed the female who would hopefully deliver on her liquid promise. "We don't want to rule it," Cado would clarify. "What kind of self-respecting buffoon would want to be Overlord of a crappy planet they just received from the war?" No, they simply wanted the resources from that planet. They wanted to use it up and then discard it. Doing anything else seemed silly.

The cafe was indeed quite a nice one. Different from maybe, a bar, where everyone would know your name and for some reason be fully accepting of you being a working alcoholic. No, this cafe was more like a place where you could be sitting with your comrades at eleven o'clock on a Wednesday instead of being at work earning a wage so that you could afford a two bedroom apartment with a gorgeous view on a waitress's salary. Aneka had been staring at a fly continuously land on a man's cake for the past thirty six minutes. Just before the twins arrived she picked two caffeinated drinks simply by pointing at them and refused to speak a word to the guy behind the counter. She did not want to speak to him. She smiled once though, because she had heard that Earthlings love to spit in drinks and food. And smiling made someone immune to that. Did the other boys smile too? Would they be immune? Or would the waiting man come and spit in their drinks while they watched? She would probably have to kill him if he did. As the fat duo arrived, she brought forth the drinks and set them in front of them, "You got a latte," She said to Abo, "And you got a cappuccino," She said to Cado. She stared at them without blinking until they drank. She just. Stared at them. "Do you like it," She asked, not really rising her intonation so as to indicate that it was a question. "Do you," She repeated. Just as Cado asked his question a young man came in wearing a pair of swim trunks. How odd. This place was nowhere near the beach. And yet there was the trunks man. Just bursting into the scene as though this was a natural place for him. She moved to sit down at the cafe table and said, "Tell me what you plan is for salvaging this metal," And behind her the trunks man fell over. She didn't even flinch as he took a diive, smashing face first into the ground. WC: 351 A/FWC: 1433 TWC: 2,601 |

"You didn't...." Abo began, looking gloomily at his latte. Cado finished the thought, depressingly staring at his cappuccino. "...ask us what we wanted?" If somebody says they will buy you coffee, it was a general understanding that you would order it yet they would pay for it. However, that isn't what happened. That isn't what happened at all. She had ordered it for them. Now, it was by pure chance she got it correct; Abo was enamored by lattes and Cado had a cappuccino addiction. But... "How would you know if we liked it!?" "How would you know if we liked it!?" Simmering down, the two took a sip and their scowls turned into barely-contained smiles. Coffee could only be so good-- for instance, everybody knew that frozen yogurt was tastier than coffee. Pizza was tastier, in a different way. In that regard, on a scale of 1 to 10, coffee would only score a 6. However, each possible cup of coffee was different and unique. With a 6 out of 10 as a maximum score, if each cup of coffee were to be scored, Abo and Cado decided that these would be a 10. So while coffee was only so good, this coffee was very good, considering that it was only coffee. The smile on their fat faces would answer Aneka's question for them, yet it didn't make the female's staring any less awkward or intimidating. "The planet is inhospitable," Abo would begin to say. "Because of that, PTO rule has been difficult to set up." The blue alien turned to look at his brother, but Cado seemed too busy devouring the cappuccino, and so he just continued. "By confiscating this material, we would be sending a message and obtaining a lot of metal at the same time." Abo decided to drink his latte. "We need several large transportation ships. You can leave the job of actually putting the metal onto the ships to us, so it's really as simple as just getting to the site unharmed and providing the transportation." Cado looked sad. He had finished his drink almost instantly, while Abo was still savoring his.

"You would like it because it is a gift. Gifts are meant to be liked. Therefore, you would like the gift." She stared at them as though she was simultaneously explaining a fundamental concept of the world while also explaining what two plus two was. As they drank she closely watched their faces, as though she was examining every pore, or whatever they had for pores, on their globular blue and red respective faces. "See," She said without emotion, causing the comment to come off more as accusatory, "You do like it. You are good people." She stared at them blankly as they made their sales pitch. "Several large transportation ships." There was a beep on her wrist. Not actually her wrist, there was a bracelet on her wrist and that is where the beeping came from. There was a beeping from the bracelet on her wrist. She looked down at it. Then she looked outside and said, "We should leave soon. The kids are coming." And she got up and walked to the counter and spoke a little and made some strange gestures that seemed to have nothing to do with anything that he could have said. A few moments later the barista nodded and prepared some drinks and treats to go. She paid. Meanwhile in the background, the man in swim trunks still hadn't recovered from his diive. As he tried to stand up, he vomited all over himself. Then, trying to tell everyone that he had everything under control, attempted to stand once more, slipping and sliding all over his own sick, which caused him to gag and vomit more. A nearby blonde man watched him and shook his head sadly. Everyone was just embarrassed for him. Except Aneka, who did not care. She received her drinks and treats and walked back to the fat twins, "People on this planet don't like seeing aliens in random places. We should go to an away place. This cafe was nice. But I think it's time to go." As she led the way out of the cafe, the lights seemed to dim on the setting, leaving the man in the swim trunks desperately vomiting and failing to stand and crying and insisting that literally everything was be fine. "Transportation ships would be expensive," Aneka said. "Hold this," Since Cado did not have a drink he was now holding things, as Aneka forced them into his hand. She then fiddled with her wrist. Again, not her actual wrist, but the bracelet on the wrist. She fiddled with the bracelet on her wrist until a holographic image showed up of some very complicated data. She read it as one reads a boring roleplay, searching only for the parts that interest you, which is why most people color their text. Finally, she stopped at the information she needed, "Juno is home to jump drives. If we can acquire the material you need and take home a considerable amount of jump drives back to Frieza-sei, we can expense the cost back to the PTO's military division. However salvage is currently not a part of the military's budget. We would need to buy new things too. Nobody likes garbage. What would you do once you have all the parts?"
