Yan:
There was one huge tell about Yan, that he knew of, but did not jump to hide. In the astral realm, more often than not, he pulled up spaces outside. Today was no different. He sat on a large boulder in a thick forest, with the sounds of birds and flowing water in the distance. Despite his need for luxury suites, high end beds, and love for technology, this was where he was from. This was where he was most comfortable to converse, more than the fancy rooms, however cozy they were made. He was from the woods, and he knew how best to use them to escape, to weaponize, to hide. He felt free out here, and almost at peace. Peace was a delicate thing however, and sometimes it brought with it more than what was wanted.
Aria:
And it brought the mother. She popped into existence right in-front of him. She was blinking away her confusion at the time now. The pull of the astral realm was unpredictable and she did not expect it to happen just like that. Maybe it was the fact that she was organic now and using her actual mind felt just about as weird as touching the wall with an arm that she never had before today. Yan. Her expression lost its confusion and she frowned at him. "Yan." She had yet to remember that she was a different person before himl.
Yan:
A woman appeared before him, with green skin and an alien form he did not completely recognize, yet, what he sensed was Namekian. As far as he knew, Namekian’s did not have females, but that was how her ki was reading, with some tiny bits of celestial interference and static. It was possible the realm was pulling tricks on him, or the girl herself, but he could not be sure either way. Her face however, was more familiar, and as it scrunched together a bit as she uttered his name, he found himself cocking his head to the side with a small smile.

“Aria Gordon, you are going to be in for one huge scolding~” he says with a cheeky grin, gambling he was right. “Going organic! Where did those Sei Tech parts go~ Oh dear.”
Aria:
"Oddly enough, I think they are still in here? I think they just have a different texture and well work more like nervous systems and organic workings rather than computerized crap. I don't know yet. Whatever happened to me was pretty darn magical." She looked over her body and felt onto the soft flesh. "Still feels weird as hell..." :After feeling herself though she returned to her former posture. "How is Anna doing? What have you decided to do about the situation?"
Yan:
Yan watched her as she felt herself over, not hiding the lechery in his eyes. He kept his still smile, and only met her gaze as she finally turned back to his. “Funny thing actually,” he says, shifting his eyes over the woods and scanning the area telepathically. They were in his stone. No interruptions could bury their way in here, not even with magic.

“I was approached by someone for Rangurumatum,” he says, watching Aria’s reaction to the name very carefully. Any tell she could offer him about one of her makers was one he could use. “He claims to be a better option then Dennis, but then I’m left to wonder why you, the loving mother, didn’t recommend him instead.”
Aria:
She glared immediately. "How the hell did you get information from a dead man?[" Her body tensed up immediately. "And who was this person who approached you?" Sge was visibly in disbelief and there was a slight anger rising in her. Was someone portraying her father?
Yan:
Anger. That wasn’t what he expected, but he understood the source, and a number of important details fell over his mind before he decided to answer. “Someone from the Chaos Council,” he says very simply, not a complete lie. Tomoko had once been a member after all, but he had his hands in that cookie jar right now, so he might as well stay vague. “I am a Damaskian Commander, you know,” he offers in explanation, leaning forward so his elbows sat on his knees and his chin in his hands. He obviously didn’t think much of the title, but Anna had told him a little about Ran before Tomoko, and his ties to the planet were heavy. “If anyone would have revived him it would be the Shadowguard.”
Aria:
"...." She didn't know if she wanted to believe him or not, but that was not going to influence her next few words anyway. "Ran is better but not the best. I mean I'm daddy's little girl, but even I remember that he originally wanted me to be a war machine that popped babies out and controlled an unstoppable army. But, he is one about results and cares about his creations. Now, care about you? I don't know about that yet. What's the catch? Why does this person want to help?"
Yan:
Yan smiled warmly at her skeptical expression. He couldn’t completely confirm it. It was very possible some man had come to Tomoko and simply made claims that weren’t true. She could be duped. But since she had told him he’d dipped his nose into the files he now had access too then further dipped into one’s he wasn’t supposed to. Ran existed, and in the Council, as they spoke. He doubted Tomoko would mistake someone who wasn’t as a Chaos Council member, so that left it being Ran, or someone in the order who was close to him.

Still, Aria agreed he was better, and her explanation reminded him of her. Hadn’t she done similarly to Anna? He sighed a little as she ended but smiled again. “Oh, he definitely doesn’t care for me. He wants me to inject her with something that will extract the child’s DNA and give him full access to it. Anna’s DNA is flexible, it changes to what she’s exposed to and I’m sure a child she creates will be another project he can devote his time to,” he explains, not even bothering to say the miscarry part. That didn’t matter to Ran, he knew it. “As for what he’ll do with this project…”
Aria:
"Depends on how interesting you are. What kind of kid is it going to be?" She started to float in a sitting position, and her arms gave cushion to her cheeks. "Why is he so interested in you? Could it only be because you have my daughter's little heart?"

Yan:
What kind of kid was it going to be? He didn’t know. Anna wasn’t telling him she was even pregnant. He didn’t realize Tomoko might know. What would his blood make Anna? He was demon mostly...but even those cells were corrupted. Edge had looked at him once and they had been quite enamored with his make up. His cells weren’t mutated, they were corrupted. They shouldn’t work. It was like someone broke multiple glasses and made a new one, shoving the pieces together just barely fitting and filling the gaps with godly ki. He was a mess, a beautiful mess.

“I don’t know,” he says softly, looking away for a moment. Once more, he seemed quite sick at the thought of it. He recovered quickly enough however and turned to her with a straight face. “I thought originally anyone would do, he just wanted to see how the next phase of his original project would go. You were made, he figured you out, you made Anna, now he’s figured her out, it’s her turn to make something. He’ll follow your line of genetics as long as he can seeing if ‘ARIA’ was a success,” he explains thoughtfully, looking to her for any interjection if she thought differently. “But now...My DNA is unique. It’s a rare and fine specimen, damaged, and barely functioning. Now, perhaps it’s become a test of how well Anna can create from something nothing should be created from.”
Aria:
"Ah. That is...pretty interesting. But this is your life. You obviously don't want it to happen. Oh darn!" She snaps her fingers and looks to the side with a pout. "I'm not going to become a grandma. But, you aren't wrong. That sounds like him. Figure us out and try and play with the next kid. Maybe its really him..."
Yan:
“If it is him…” Yan starts before taking a noticeable pause. He looked to Aria then his dark eyes soft and almost childlike. She didn’t like him did she? Well, she had complimented him a few times, and she said she wanted to help people, to teach people. He looked to her with sadness but sincerity.

“Aria, how can I stop him from bringing the kid to life? I don’t care if he studies it but…” he trailed off again, too emotional to put it into words. He couldn’t do it. He couldn’t be a father. He couldn’t allow something of him into this world, or any of them. It was bad enough he was alive. It was bad enough he felt this way. He could not put that one a child. He could not force himself on a child.
Aria:
She frowned at him again and then she almost started crying at his look. He looked so sad and it was catching her in its charm. "Aww. No don't...don't look like that. Uhm, see uhm. hold on. If I was still an android I'd definitely be able to tell you. Give me a moment to remember."

Of course breaking into Ran's lab and then taking the stuff was going to be hard. If he wanted to go that route, it would be best that he knew exactly what to look for. "Well making it not come to life? That's actually easy. See, Ran can't do that without Kayla. She is the Soul Engineer and the Life Giver. Ran can only arrange the DNA and the body. So, you can just talk to Kayla Gordon make sure she doesn't help him with that. Which is totally hard because she is in love with the man."
Yan:
He looked down when she told him not to look at her like that, like he hadn’t meant to guilt her. His eyes only flickered up with the smallest of hope as she said she did know, somewhere in her new organic head. He watched her, looking vulnerable and weak, nothing like the wolf he had been. When the information came to the surface his brow furrowed a little but he listened carefully, refusing to put his guard back up.

“And Kayla is still alive?” he asks. “Where is she?”
Aria:
"Juno. I lost contact with her there. But she told me long ago that she was starting a research facility there and it seemed pretty long term. Even if she isn't there anymore, there will be large hints to her actual loction there. Maybe if you use my name and my influence she'll help you. She loves me to. Could be the balance breaker? I'll vouch for you and everything! J-just stop looking like that! You make me wanna..." And she did it. She lunged to go for a hug and attempt to make him feel better.

"Don't cry little Yan, I'll maker sure you are okay!~"
Yan:
Juno. He had business there, but none that had been this pressing. As she offered him her name and influence he looked back to her confused for a second, as if not believing she would invest herself so heavily into his matter. When he realized she was he smiled, very softly, grateful and quickly looked down again, apologetic. It was then she lunged, her arms wrapping around his shoulders causing him to stiffen up, as if he weren’t used to sudden affection, and then he relaxed and gently touched her arm.

“I’m not going to cry, Aria,” he assures her, but he nuzzled his nose into her hair and kept her there for a moment. “Thank you,” he says softly.
