Custom Items/Techs

Going forward, the new custom approval process will involve all four moderators replying to a custom with their thoughts. Whether that be suggestions or concerns, members are not to edit their original post (or reply to the thread at all). After all four moderators have replied, I will then review the moderators replies and decide which changes out of those suggested I would like to see implemented.

If the item/technique is worthy of approval with the changes, then it will be approved. If not, members will need to take their custom back to the drawing board with the suggestions/concerns in mind before posting it again. When they think they are ready to do this, they can reply to the original thread with their new item and the process will begin anew.

Moderators will have seven days to reply to any posted custom. If they fail to do so, then they will miss their chance to highlight any concerns that they may have had.
