Though he thought he'd have an easy time convincing the Namekian's to side with the Kais, East Kai did not anticipate a Fallen welcome party when he touched down.
East Kai has 24 from now to get a post up or his claim is forfeit. This must be declared by the opposing forces in OS Chat to be valid.
A reminder of the rules are below:
- They will be 2v2, max. (When you begin your claim, you must name your +1. Any challengers must also name their +1 in their sneak post) - They are No Kill/Steal (if you lose, your character will be overrun by enemy forces, and you'll have to escape the planet. This doesn't require anything special from you, its just an IC excuse to end the battle) - Win Conditions: When the average damage of a side in battle reaches 50%, that side loses. If the battle reaches the end of Round 3 (standard 3 posts each per round), then the Fallen Forces lose. - Everyone will receive 4 actions per post (there is no speed action/tactician/etc). Stuns/DZ/similar techs will still work. - There is no healing of any kind. (There may be exceptions, but we'll tell you when the time comes) - Each combatant may bring in 3 prepped items. - Finishers are unusable. - In the interest of keeping this phase moving along, the 24 and 48 hour rules WILL be in affect. - Anyone that loses a battle must heal for 7 days before they may participate further.
"I cannot sit by any longer and watch these dark beings spread their destruction across the galaxy. The very balance of the universe is at stake," the younger Kai voice trembled with anger as his words came out to his Superior. His fists were clenched tightly and shuttered with anger as the tip of his clear nails dug into the powder blue skin with enough force draw a thin stream of purple blood that quickly dripped onto the grass below.
Since the civil war had first erupted on Toffit, the young Kaioshin known as Shin desired nothing more than to depart from the safety of the Next Dimension and take part in the saving the mortal realm. Only to be told no but the Elder Kai - it was a mortal affair. Wars had happened, civilizations had risen and fell in moments less than a breath when compared to the lifespan of a Kai. It was far from the first and equally as far from the last. Still... Shin ruminated on the leadership of this war. To so boldly attack the Kaioshin themselves - especially those with duties as essential as the Supreme Kai of Time - seemed abhorrent in nearly every sense of the word.
The crystal ball in which he intently watched the scenes unfold became clouded and blocked the eager eyes from spectating over the battles as they were. It was the direction of the Elder Kai who stood opposite to Shin, who then turned and began to walk away from the dormant sphere.
"Elder Kai." the East Kai said loudly.
Upon hearing the voice call out to him the Elder stopped and tiled his head downward to get only the most fleeting of glimpses from his pupil. He did not speak but only gave a low hum as a reply.
"There's no longer any choice - I'm going," Shin stated with confidence. Without a moment of hesitation Shin placed his right hand into the empty space ahead and pulled at the latent energies surrounding the pair. The air around his extended fingers grew tight and suddenly flashed with a pale blue light and subsided to leave a slim katana in its place. The hilt and handle were wrapped in pure white, as well as the base of the blade, though it slowly changed color to a bold azure near the tip of the sword. The blade hummed with a vibrant energy as it materialized into the world but quickly settled itself as the Kaioshin handled it.
And so that was it. The Supreme Kai left the Next Dimension full of intent and confidence. There was no doubt in his mind where the appropriate place to strike first would be - Planet Namek. A planet ripe with past abuses and heavy potential to change the tide of battle. The Dragon Balls could - no, Shin shook the thought from his head. He would secure the planet to prevent the balls from being used in such a manner.
The hard beating sun shone down upon the Kai's face as he stood on the hill overlooking the Black Spire - the abnormally sculpted shadow set dead center of a large open field. It's jagged tip protruded into the sky and threatened the pierce the clear green skies and draw calamity upon the planet. Or, perhaps, the sky had already been struck and the encampment at the base were the festering boils that had taken root. With a bit of finesse, any illness could be removed.
Shin's left hand tingled with bits of teal energy as his fingers nimbly ran through the air to draw power in and to warm the Kai for the battle to come. His right hand gripped tighter around the leather wrapped katana handle, squeezing the smooth strands as the ridges of his fingers made their way to home position. Gathered energy moved through the Kai, beginning at his left hand and coursing through his upper chest before finally manifesting itself on the flat side of the blade.
Shin swung the katana outward in the general direction of the Spire and released a dozen teal spheres out to where he could sense the Commanders of these Fallen Forces - or perhaps agents of the dreaded Cosmic Empire. Either way they would know of the bold Kai and his intent to challenge them now.
The blade of the katana was tucked firmly between his left arm and the hidden plates beneath the outfit as the divine being held out his right arm and pointed his index finger out toward the male, the blue thumb acting as a makeshift crosshair. Shin lined up the 'shot' and slammed his thumb down. The moment his thumb touched the side of his index finger a thin blue beam fired from the index cuticle, aimed dead center for the strangers chest.
"Go on, leave this planet!" the Kaioshin roared. The ground beneath him shuddered and cracked to create a small scale landslide as the rolling dirt and rock was flung forward while some became stuck within the swirling energy that enveloped Shin. Rock chunks shattered into smaller pebbles as pebbles disintegrated into a coarse sand.
The area became blindingly bright as Shin threw both of his hands forward and released the charged blast onto the battlefield. It burst forth in the form of a pure white sphere and threatened to crash into the crust of the planet and explode in a brilliant manner, preventing the Fallen Commanders from denying the strength of the Kai.
Shin glared out across the battlefield as he tracked the energy signatures of his now opponents and slipped into a defensive stance with the katana at the ready. A sly smirk inched across his face as the cool Namekian breeze lightly tussled the white hair atop his head.

So, this is Namek...
Three suns shined through the clear skies, only the shadows of the Black Spire protecting the White Wolf from their intensity. The grasslands felt so peaceful, but even the calm demeanor that they shared with Garou was one destined to be cut short. His next assignment for the Fallen lay here, word of an incoming attack calling any available warriors to the planet's defense. For the forces of "righteousness", those deluded Kais and Gods who sought to restore their place in the galaxy, the Spire would be the most likely target on Namek.
It was a simple outpost, standing alone in the fields of rolling green, but what it represented was far more impactful. It's very presence cast the original allegiance of the peaceful Namekians into doubt, claiming the planet under the protection of the Cosmic Empire -- one of the Fallen's greatest sources of strength in their rebellion. It was likely for their sake that he had been mobilized so quickly and haphazardly, especially considering the turncoat actions of those who had pledged their service to Damaskia.
But the Kais would find more than ample resistance on the viridian planet. Garou rose from his place of rest, the crisp grass crunching beneath his boots as he felt a divine presence appear nearby. The stench of the Kai would have been enough to locate the man who had appeared alone, but the energy within Garou reacted keenly to his natural enemy.
Just outside of the Spire's shadows, there was a small hill. It was no more than a mound of dirt in comparison to the great tower at the Wolf's back, but that was where his enemy took his stand. Light shined from that paltry mound as a blade glistened, visible even from over the crest. Garou's own strength swelled, a flash of crimson and black lightning filling the green sky as would seem to vanish before the attacker's senses. A barrage of energy blasts crashed into the side of the great Spire, yet the would not meet with their intended target. Garou's fists flickered back into existence almost before the rest of his body, a heavy hammerblow striking up at Shin's body as the distance between them closed in an instant.
The rapid change of distance was not entirely in the Zoran's favor, however. A hand shaped like a gun pointed right back at him as he led the counterattack, and at such close range there would be little time to react. The follow-through from his own attack sealed Garou's movements, but even still he had a countermeasure in place as a piercing blue light shot forth to pierce his chest.
Upon meeting with his crimson aura, the fast-moving beam would appear as if melting. Its energy swirled around Garou, transformed from a piercing bullet into a vest of flaming intensity. The suns of Namek heated provided little heat in comparison to the blazing warrior, his coating of plated bone armor shining brightly under its infernal cloak.
"I think you're the one who should be leaving. Now, while you have a chance," he said cockily, the threat taking shape with bared fangs. Garou knew it would not be heeded, but it was a message worth sending: you are not welcome here. The hill beneath them shattered under the weight of their collective energies, once again restoring some space between the hunter and his prey as he was forced to take to the skies.
Hot-white light surged forth from Shin's hands as the Zoran regained his footing, another powerful attack taking shape in the developing battlefield. It seemed that rather than ignoring Garou's warning, the Kai seemed to spit on it. The powerful blast hummed as it made contact with the air, ionizing the gasses native to Namek; the devastating it could bring would not be trivial. But that precious time between the attack leaving Shin's hands and falling to the planet was critical, and the Wolf did not miss his opportunity to pounce.
Chaos filled the space between Garou's fingers in the form of amorphous energy. What should have been a sphere had become warped under the immense pressure, transfiguring it into a shape more akin to a child's drawing of a star. Yellow light bled out from the gaps between his gauntlets' clawed fingers, firing off an endless stream of blasts meant to suppress and extinguish the inevitable starburst of Shin's own attack.
It was unlike the Zoran to go so far on the defensive, but that was where his ally would come into play. Bra was a force to be reckoned with, and if he took up the mantle of a supporting actor, then inevitably the ball would fall in his court once more. For the time being, keeping their foe's attacks limited in scope would serve them best. To that end, he had a small surprise for the Kai. A small vial shot out of the palm from his armor, the minuscule object likely to go unnoticed during the cataclysmic spray of dust and debris after their attacks collided. It would shatter upon hitting the ground beneath Shin's feet, concentrated poison filling the gas immediately surrounding him. It was not a tool the Zoran used often, but he hoped it would be potent in slowing the man down. Actions Notes: Ethereal State Active [-3% Ki per post], -25% Block effectiveness vs my physicals

A fiery sixteen-year-old of magnificent Saiya-jin lineage. With a mixture of royal blood, scientific aptitude, and a never-give-up attitude set the base of her deoxyribonucleic acid. Somewhat of a hot head in many occasions, the young woman still displayed copious amounts of joy and smiles. The only difficulty in this was the unknown ticking time bomb of her attitude for the day, the hour or the moment. Eggshells were best left whole as one slipping toe upon them would spell an eruption for the ages in more ways that could be explained.
This specimen of a warrior was leaps and bounds above what most fighters her age considered phenomenal would sit at. Average, above average or even good could not be an adjective of the bottom of her boots let alone her prowess. Planet Namek was an anomaly of splendor within the universe. It could have arguably been the first planet of them all if it were not for the native green males who were the only gender of their race. Their most prized and special contributions were the dragon balls, the birth place and original of the dragon balls unlike the carbon copy set which was scattered over the blue and green planet called Earth.
The young female’s appearance in this dimension and timeline was unique from the very beginning. A run in with a dimensional variant of her brother Trunks, some giant monster on a weird planet with her brother again and other unknowns, to discovering the intricacies of the Saiya-jin’s of this time. War ran rapid across every planet she had ventured to, and this more peaceful pursuit of happiness was no different. Her young need for friends and interaction allowed her to get crossed up with the best wrong people possible, The Fallen.
The Black Spire was headquarters for the outpost of this planet and this side of the galaxy. How did her plans to find a way back to her own dimension get derailed to hanging out with demons and crude warriors of this faction? It was something she had not fully made time to figure out as she was about to witness what it truly meant to be in a galactic war between the gods and mortals.
A strong signature appeared out of thin air. It shouted some words, and Bra was not truly paying attention as she glanced up, “What..?! This can’t be good.” The crust underneath the vibrant blue green grass quaked. Bra gritted her teeth and narrowed her eyes as her aura flared up around her, splaying the grass. Golden filled the area and green eyes gazed upon the beautifully blue skinned figure above.
Ki orbs fell with direction and speed as the female was already on an alert for eventual opposers. Her battle buddy was gung-ho and took off slightly before her and went to town. Bra was still unfamiliar with the white-haired demon she had met recently. Their friendship was very low to say the least, at least for now. Battle always made friends polar opposites, and for their sake it would be a strong bond for the time being. Slipping through the energy attacks, Bra struck out with some of her own fists. Three to be exact with two light strikes and heavy blow to bust the wind out of his sails.
A quick retreat pulled her back near her starting position as the white mohawk warrior powered up an attack. The skyline exploded as the strange silky-smooth skinned intruder’s attack collided with the fang baring demon. The blast radius was vast, and Bra kept her distance and constructed her first real assault. A simple beam ball launched from her palm aimed towards the center of the new challenger’s chest. It was no bother as it was more of a weak distraction.
She rotated clockwise at the waist and formed a small disc. A counter spin spun a growing saw which was slow, yet controllable by her eye movement. To cover more real estate, the female turned it on an angle to split the man in two from shoulder to hip. The perfect rotation of her body pulled her into a left-over right-hand charge and follow through with a blast. The Turtle Hermit’s signature technique cruised towards the elegantly dressed man.
She was not finished, and this time she went in close.
Hitting mach speeds, Bra grunted as she darted in for a double fisted dive. She wanted to tear through the abdomen of her opponent. She knew at his strength that would be so easily complete, but he envisioned diving through the back of his spine. Without letting up Bra let out a yell as she punched both hands towards his sides as if to create space. She wanted to disrupt the genie looking swordsman and give herself some room.
Silence captured the moment, but Bra’s young curiosity would soon raise its eyebrow.

They were set against him, but the Kaioshin had already expected heavy resistance in some form or another from the very moment he stepped upon the soil of Namek - it was supposedly the home world for the Cosmic Empire and Shin was well versed in their terror.
He was ready. Ready for both of them. Initially they had exchanged a quick series of blows, first from the male, then from the girl. Their fists landed against his hidden-plated armor and caused the Kai to grunt as he absorbed the pain while also using it as a measure to gauge their strength.
The flapping cloth wildly thrashed around Shin's ankles as Garou rapidly called forth a series of repeating yellow bolts that arced out from his fingertips and violently crashing into the burning light Shin had pushed out into the world. The Kai nearly cursed beneath his breath as the energies exploded in fantastic fashion - though neither party was harmed by anything more than a severe gust of wind.
"What's the phrase you humans use so often? Oh yes - bite me," the words rang out in the brief moment Shin and Garou locked eyes, and the second before the vial came hurling across the battlefield. Shin attempted to dive forward and grasp the fragile glass, yet it slipped from his fingers and exploded in a rain of glass. Nearly instantly the strong vapors shot in all directions and seemed to invade the very pores it touched upon.
Shin retreated into the air some distance back to avoid whatever negative consequences the strange vapors may have had, yet they already seemed to be effecting him in some unknown way. There was no time to worry about that as the girl, Bra, suddenly came into play by closing the distance between them and firing a simple sphere of energy point blank. Only, this event invaded the Kaioshin's mind seconds before it happened and provided enough leeway to twist his body backward at the waist. The heat of the energy nearly singeing the Kai's armor.
The pale skinned Kai fell to the ground below as his back landed against the flowing field of grass that helped in cushioning the fall, if only slightly. His energy readings spiked off the chart as the young girl drew in such a destructive amount of power, it was enough to cause the Kai to momentarily ponder how such a young girl could possess such power. Though her obvious Saiyan heritage surely played a role in that.
Shin pulled his wrists together in an X formation across his chest and the ring on his index finger shimmered brightly as the latent powers activated in the form of a translucent blue shield that covered the entire Kai's form. As the two energy attacks rushed forward they were instead bounced back to the girl and brought a smile across the Kai's face.
By the time he had risen back to his feet Shin could see Bra preparing another attack - unlike the last, though, her entire body came rushing forward to give the defender no time to form a solid defense. Shin grunted heavily as her managed to pull his arms upward to defend in the same moment Bra crashed into him with enough force to send him uncontrollably backward and added to that with the solid wave of energy that crashed against the Next-Dimension forged plates.
Shin tumbled backward like a ragdoll before he finally managed to regain his balance by digging the tip of his blade and heel into the dirt. A glob of purple blood was spat onto the exposed soil as the East Kai grinned and brushed the backside of his wrist against the thin stream of blood.
The Kaioshin quickly ran his fingers along the rim of his vest and withdrew a small black object which he immediately threw at Bra and the moment it hit the ground, it exploded in a plume of thick grey smoke that would hopefully aid his next moves. No sooner had the grenade left his grasp was Shin holding his finger outward like a gun - similar to the move he had pulled on Garou. The thin digits slammed together and fired a bullet of white ki at Bra's upper shoulder.
Shin followed his bullet and closed the distance between himself and Bra in seconds flat, swinging upward and attempting to strike her chin from below with an uppercut fueled by ki. Whether or not he struck her his form continued upward into the air to lord over the pair of Fallen soldiers. Both of the East Kai's hands lit up with burning white light as he began to chuck half a dozen teardrop shaped energy blasts at both of his targets.
"Since you won't leave this planet willingly, I will have no choice but to send you both to the Next Dimension!" the Kai boasted as his blasts littered the field where his enemies stood.

It seemed that this Kai was just as, if not more, resilient than the last. All it took was the flash of Shin's ring for Garou to understand what was happening as soon as the shimmering blue aegis took its place around the divine creature's body. His ally in Bra had not wasted her time in following up on the Zoran's assault, but it seemed that their foe had no intention of rolling over so peacefully.
He preferred it this way.
Just before the half-Saiyan rolled into her next attacks, Garou leapt into action to intercept the rebounding attacks. Hell's own energy supplemented his mad dash, the muddled Namekian soil beneath his feet splitting apart under the impact of his jump. One moment, it supported him -- the next, there was nothing to support as the demonic-armored man appeared in front of Bra with a flash. Even if she hadn't seen him move, she would have known of his presence by the terrible roar that escaped his throat like a rumble of thunder. The razor of ki she had launched at Shin turned itself to ribbons beneath the pressure of Garou's voice.
For the blue orb that followed, the White Wolf chose to meet it head-on. A smile of bared teeth warped into a true grin as his hand swiped out with an aura of flames, swatting away the blast to further its fate as a pinball.
Now that's more like it, he thought, feeling the rush of wind and hearing the supersonic crack of Bra's diving attack before his eyes could process her motions. Garou's twin peaks of white hair fluttered restlessly in the wake of her speed, something he couldn't help but compare with his foe's own mohawk-esque hairstyle. Whatever fragments of childishness remained within the man enjoyed the odd feeling of superiority, deciding his own feature's superior to that of his foe.
Moments later, the first blood of the fight had been drawn. Bra's brazen attack sent their foe careening backwards without control, a ring of violet ichor sinking into the torn-up field of the planet. Retaliation came quickly, however, as the Kai set to work upon the more-powerful of the two Fallen. Taking to the skies, he truly embodied the oppression of his kind as a hail of blasts spitefully chased down those who resisted their tyranny. Metal twanged and bone shuddered under the storm, but Garou would endure. For all he enjoyed supporting Bra, he couldn't help but desire the thrill of striking his foe down with his own two hands.
Overflowing with thoughts of violence, the Zoran kicked his speed up another notch. Flames flickered in the wake of his movements, shadowy figures resembling his demonic visage littering the field around both Bra and Shin. His already twisted presence only contorted further as the landscape began to resemble that of Hell itself with each passing dash.
"Send us to the Next Dimension? It's far too late for that..." Garou uttered ominously, the rapid movements he made around his foe echoing and melding together to seem as if each flaming afterimage spoke simultaneously. A fist wreathed in flames came into view all at once, it's force culminating in a single point upon Shin's torso. With unrestrained force, the Zoran's own muscles screamed from calves to forearms as the twisting inferno threatened to crush armor and ribs together.
Without wasting time on catching his breath from the sudden burst of speed, Garou blasted back into overdrive. Expanding his own army of infernal afterimages, he flicked away from Shin's line of sight once more. By the time his own sonicboom could reach the armored celestial, he would have found a furious Zoran already threatening to smash through his spine from behind.
"I've already got plans to take you there myself."
A piercing light washed over the battlefield as flickering flames left in the Zoran's wake amplified into a miniature sun to blind the Kai. Behind Garou's challenge was a rumble that shook Namek to its very core. The boundary between dimensions grew thinner by the second; should Shin have any recognition of that, he would know that the white-haired demon spoke only the truth: Hell was on its way. Bra erupted with a growl as she faced off against this very formidable foe. He was unique, agile, and crafty. His smaller stature gave zero hints to his abilities in combat. The sudden arrival on the battlefield was inviting enough though the name of this powerful being was still unknown. He dodged her initial attack with minimal effort.
A glow of a ring from his crossed arms gave preview to how things would unfold as her more aggressive attacks were returned towards her. Eyes as wide as the full as the Namekian suns, Bra was caught in awe. Up until this point in her sixteen years, she had never seen such a thing. She was curious and wanted to know just what and how thing powder blue skin warrior possessed such intrigue.
To her jaw dropped surprise she felt a gust of wind from her white-haired partner in crime. He appeared in a blaze of speed and flames. The scene was eerie. Shadowy figures began to present themselves along the playing field as he roared and swatted her returning attacks in her defense.
As the two traded places in their march upon the feisty newcomer a mastered technique plowed through the air only to meet the solid walled defense of the mohawk alien. Speed and power overwhelmed him enough to send him twirling back and down in an unruly fashion.
“Hnhnnnn! I knew that would send him flying,” she spoke as she admired her own handy work, but the deed was not done. It was only the first volley of fire and brimstone. Another sneaky item was swiftly tossed. Son Bra squinted as she made it her focus to understand what this strange item was. She was too slow for a full picture as it exploded.
Emotions were mixed with shock and fear as if she had dropped her favorite ice cream cone only to narrowly catch it cone side up. Her hands waved in a natural reaction within the plume of dark and heavy smoke. Unbeknownst to her a quick attack hurled in from the pointed finger of the single man army. Her dimension shift and teleportation to this current world still proved to emboss new happenings with her Ki.
The white Ki orb hit and broke into a cape of sparks along her left-hand side, and simultaneously ignited her aura. The golden aura she sported flashed an omni-directional flame which gave off a grand amount of heat.
Reaction time was not on her side as a clap of her teeth sounded from an uppercut underneath her chin. Bra was airborne before she knew it with a tight counterclockwise spin resembling a perfect spin on a top. The velocity of her rotation was too quick to measure how many revolutions she had spun like a bullet away and across the Namekian grass. A dirt path stamped out the path to where she laid motionless on the ground.
Saliva and blood trickled down the left side of her lips and accompanied a battered chin. Four randomly announced coughs pulled her to her elbows and one knee when three Ki blasts slammed into her back, exposing some flesh from under her tank top.
The low point approached as she was pressed through the earth of the planet after each explosive attack hit her posterior. Dust and debris filled the air as she attempted to escape and protect herself within a sphere of her own Ki. This ball of energy would hopefully allow her some seconds of recovery and sanctuary for the time being.
She was off her game, and her father, Vegetto would have been more upset than the training day of her transportation to this current realm.
“Well... that sucked. I guess I better act like I know how to fight before things get too out of control. I’m faster than him, I just know, and I’m stronger. He’s nowhere near as strong and fast as Father. Darn it!”
A resurgence of energy flowed through her blood vessels in her core towards her extremities. The dusty and tattered attire of the young girl was not satisfactory. The white gloves gripped the ground to dig out five lines big enough for insect graves. She grit her teeth as she climbed back to her feet.
“Who are you?”

The Fallen worked well together - supporting one another in defense of the Kaioshin's attack. Shin watched as the reflected attacks were quickly taken care of by the male teammate of the young girl as he nearly jumped in the line of fire and roared with a ferocity that send dissipated the very ki energy of the divine attacks. The blue sphere was harmlessly slapped off into the distance where Shin could feel the explosion send vibrations against the sole of his boots.
Shin's attention was torn from the woman and onto the boy as he rushed forward to cut the distance with his fists trailed by a heavy wreath of flickering flame. Garou muttered a challenging response a moment before he rushed forward and stuck out at the Kai. Shin swiftly pulled his wrists together with a soft clank as his bracers seemed to latch onto one another to form a makeshift shield which caught the brunt of Garou's initial blow. The impact sent a burning sensation throughout the Kai's upper limbs and a wave of heat nearly singed the white mohawk into ash!
I can feel so much anger and rage from him. No wonder the Fallen are utilizing him for their ends the Kai thought to himself.
The aura of rage the preceeded Garou came rushing forth carrying the boy at high speeds that even the East Kai could barely keep track of, so the Kai threw his right hand forward and enveloped himself in a large sphere. His entire body appeared to fade from this realm the slightest second before Garou could collide with him, only leaving behind the faintest image of a still Shin frozen in time. It was only a momentarily reprieve of retreat to the Next Dimension but it was enough to grant the East Kai a moment of meditation and restoration.
Just as quickly as it had formed, the protective portal vanished into the Namekian winds and returned Shin to his proper place in the universe.
Unfortunately, the East Kai was a second too early as his eyesight was blinded by an intense burst of light intended to disable him.
Rapidly the Kai descended to the ground, his heavy boots touching down upon the Namekian soil and his armor shifting slightly to allow the blade of Balance to be held up and wielded in a defensive manner.
"I am Shin - the Kai tasked to watch over the Eastern quadrant of this galaxy," the Kai shouted in response to the girl. His vision was obscured and things only came in as large colors and shapes but he could still sense where the two were. "I know you won't stand down and I know you won't leave this place willingly," he added.
Shin raised the dual-colored blade in Bra's direction and his left hand in Garou's as his vision finally began to come back into focus.
"I will not make Chronoa's mistake..." he whispered to himself.
The tip of the blade erupted with a thin teal colored beam of energy that bolted across the battlefield and aimed toward Bra's face.
The left hand erupted with a pale white energy that formed a small sphere that gave off a radiant glow - similar to the twin suns hung high above them yet on a much smaller scale. With only a slight push forward the white sphere left the palm and zipped off in Garou's direction and threatened to crash into him. Should it miss the initial blow, Shin would nudge the ball around in a large arc and come around once more as he attempted to place the spiritual sphere into the white-haired boys chest.

Heavy eyebrows sunk into a scowl in the middle of the Zoran's face as he processed the fiery hellscape before him. His actions had clearly taken shape on the battlefield - the temperature alone gave him that feedback - so why did something feel so wrong about the Kai named Shin? He still felt the ringing of metal on his fist from where his punch was absorbed into his foe's guard, but the sensation stopped in his forearms. His eyes had never left their target, but had he fallen for an afterimage of some kind?
Garou could see no other possibility as he felt the heat kick up around them once more, his summons close to being answered. A fire burned in the White Wolf's eyes, glistening blue irises shaded over by the infernal energy which he had brought to the fight. Yet rather than attacking prematurely and falling for the same odd defense, he would have to wait and watch. A cross-armed block covered the man's torso as he saw Shin's eyes regaining a fraction of their focus.
His shift in guard came not a moment too soon. The Kai faced down both Bra and Garou together, and his attempted return to the offensive accommodated the both of them as well. From the tip of his sword shot out an impossibly fast beam of light as if to impale the young woman, while a radiant white sphere jettisoned forward at the Zoran himself. Bone and metal ground together as the holy blast slammed into Garou's armored block, pieces of his gauntlets crumbling to dust as his guard was forcefully blown away. The attack stung with abnormal intensity, his skin set ablaze by the purity of the Kai's energy. But for the divine light to strike so effectively, that could only mean one more thing in return -- his conduit had been readied.
Without warning, or perhaps appearing as if in response to Shin's attack, the White Wolf's presence intensified. Demonic energy bled out of his aura, the shades of crimson and charcoal seeming to consume him under the fiery backdrop. His neck craned back for a moment as he unleashed a dreadful howl that woke the spirits of the damned themselves. Shadowy, boneless hands shuddered as they reentered the mortal coil, many for the first time in millennia. Even as their bodies took shape, their minds remained warped by the living hell they were forced to undergo. Forced by none other than the Kais.
The dark spirits had only one target -- Shin. They swarmed around him, following no matter where the divine being would attempt to flee to. Their summoner, Garou, would quite literally vanish under the massive torrent of souls he had set upon his enemy. To modulate one's speed and disappear from sight was one thing, yet it was a truly rare skill that the Zoran had used: true invisibility. Both his physical appearance and the inhumanity of his presence would become nothing but a void to the senses of both Bra and Shin as the White Wolf bounded through the fabric of space-time itself.
Empowered by the opened gates of Hell, everything seemed to move in slow motion before the Wolf's discerning eyes. As he first tore through the rifts of space, he would appear to both the left and the right of his opponent. Powerful uppercuts sought to shatter Shin's guard from both sides, threatening broken ribs wherever they landed; only one of the two was based in reality, the right fist that could easily eviscerate the Kai's spleen if he had one.
Just as quickly as he had stepped through into his first punch, Garou found himself once again tearing through space to attack from behind. His mirror image struck from the front, a compact but powerful cross thrown with pinpoint accuracy towards Shin's throat. When reflected into the true attack, it was once more a compact cross, yet one that aimed to crush the top of the Kai's spinal cord and disrupt his optical nerves.
Feeling the rush of strength beginning to fade quickly, the White Wolf made one last move to sink his fangs deep into the wiry figure. With unrestrained savagery came the reaper's scythes, two sharp fists striking from above on either side of Shin's face. The hundreds of spirits that had swarmed through the once-calm Namekian grassland had all been siphoned away with Garou's last strike; with any luck, he'd be sending one more soul to join them in their damnation. Peeling herself from the floor of the lush blue green carpet that was Namek’s unique grass, Bra wiped the trickle of blood from her mouth with the back of her left hand. The white fighting glove was now stained. She had been on the defensive for the moment and helped by her wolf haired demon counterpart. The dark wisps of figures moved around the battlefield and until now did not bother her; however, they creeped her out.
The neatly dressed challenger stalled from answering her question. It was not due to disrespect, but it was due to the tide of the situation he found himself. The quick partner of the moment attacked with speed and strength. It was a difference in tactics that she was used to seeing. She had grown too accustomed to only have bouts with her father and three older brothers. They fought a specific way from their past experiences entangled with their general personality.
In spite of his vicious strategy against the neatly dressed mohawk warrior many of his attacks were taken with double arm blocks and shifty movements. It was beautiful to behold with her own eyes. Studying carefully, she pondered his developing shield bubble and the surprise disappearance. Her eyes were confused of what she was looking at only to have an instant of realization.
Raising her left hand towards his position, she closed her eyes and calmed her breathing. A steady exhale lasted for a handful of seconds. A portal just behind the sash wearing blue alien formed and an invisible force pulled at the energies in the area. A feeling of warmth filled the epicenter of her chest as the flow of healing extended to lower trunk and extremities. Her bleeding lip sealed up and the throbbing pain of the uppercut on her chin weakened becoming less annoying.
Still feeling the rejoice of her half Saiya-jin blood cells coming alive through the mitochondria within them, the teenage female combatant gradually rolled her eyes open. Another incoming white orb came in with haste only to slap into a faded from view barrier and roll off to the side and through the ground. The Ki attack activated only the portion of the barrier it encountered.
Both hands formed discs as earlier in battle. This time she bent at her knees for a solid stance while simultaneously sprouting a menacing smirk. Outturned palms allowed fully spread fingers and clearance for the buzz saw Ki formations to keep away from her body. An audible launch came from the left disc thrown with an overhand motion. Twisting at her hip and waist, the second was launched in the same manner with a counterclockwise rotation of her body, spinning her completely around.
Bra recovered in a low stance as she stared her attacks down and kept her ears active in the response of the one now officially named, Shin of the galaxy’s eastern quadrant. A busy man or rather a busy celestial, deity, demi-god, or however this one was categorized. Things were pieced together now of his involvement and intensity. The grin of the girl grew larger as her fighting spirit rose even higher. This was a once in a lifetime experience for her. King Kai was the only name brought up by her father from the Next Dimension. Not necessarily the best way to test her strength it was opportunity, nonetheless.
The tracking discs made their way and she erected her spine and levitated her hands to the sides of her face with sass. “I’d like to get to know you better, Shin, and this Chorona’s mistake you speak of, but maybe when we meet at another time,” she closed her eyes only to snap them back open, “Solar Flare.”

Armor buckled and split from beneath the Kai's once-elegant robes, jagged metal breaking through Shin's veneer of divinity from the inside. Each of Garou's fists met their mark, the crunch of armor and bone resonating throughout the torrent of souls which enveloped his prey. Ghastly screams covered any noises that the Kai may have made, but the Zoran could feel the overwhelming momentum shift in his and Bra's favor.
The Saiyan woman's whirring blades of energy sliced through the air, inevitably meeting with the divine being just the same as Garou's own crushing blows. Her words rang through the heavy silence of the settling battlefield, platitudes of potential friendship -- to the White Wolf, they were nothing but drivel. Getting along with one of them? Nonsense.
"Leave this planet now, Shin," Garou announced, surveying the wounded grassland. "You gods have brought nothing but destruction to this planet. You think yourselves almighty, don't you..." He trailed off, hints of sadness touching upon his embittered voice.
"But you don't live here. You aren't even from this plane. What gives you the right to dictate the fate of the galaxy?"
Even unsure of how conscious the Kai was, the Zoran paced as he waited for any sign of movement or aggression. With any luck, the man would heed Garou's warning and clear out. But as he was hopefully leaving, envenomed words would worm their way into Shin's ears once more.
"Mortals will decide our own fates. So the next time you want to fuck around with us?
