"You'd be following someone that is learning while doing it," she said with a little laugh. "I've always been a follower befit because of my programming. But I've decided to use my time the way I want." She extended her hand, "So long as your fine with that."

“Everyone’s always learning. The ones who aren’t are the ones you should avoid,” Samara offered with another grin, but took her hand. “I’m sure it’ll be a pleasure”

"True," the android replied with a grin. "There are quite a few in power that are like that. It's part of my work to expose them when the time is right. If they are or aren't Avalanian." Perhaps the government could do with a change in leaders sooner than later, if they worked hard at this together.

“The ones in power that do learn can be more dangerous though,” she said, finding a stump in the oasis to sit upon. “Especially when they learn nothing of compassion.”
ReiYesterday at 12:44 PM
"At the very least they can learn. Those that stay stagnant and refuse to change are just like a rusty limb." Yua sat in the sand and smiled over. "Those that learn nothing of compassion for the people they serve are next. Or at least, that's my thinking. What about you?"
yarruYesterday at 12:45 PM
“A rusty limb you can chop off,” she said. “Someone who can learn is like a poisonous spider weaving and dodging.”
ReiYesterday at 12:47 PM
"Why not both at the same time?" Yua wondered it loud. "Though I'm sure the poison and spiders will take longer to have evidence about." She thought that perhaps Samara had not experience in this field than Yua had evaluated.

“Both at the same time?” she asked with a tilt of her head, thinking there was a misunderstanding somewhere. “I’m talking about the type of leaders that learn to cover the tracks and adapt to their protestors. The kind that are clever enough to change the game to keep themselves ahead. It isn’t about not wanting to change, it’s about keeping the upper hand and control. They’re worse in my mind than corruption that is stagnate but stable.”
