I'm going to go ahead and make a thread so that we have some organization. This thread is for any suggestions for the Summer Patch. All suggestions will be filtered through the staff team and will update to reflect how we feel as a whole [members and staff alike]. Don't be shy and let it rip! Here is a simple format to go by, just for organization. Some suggestions may be hot fixed if they are interesting enough or very pressing and are fixes that need to be implemented asap.
Suggestion Name: Some name for it to go by. Suggestion Type: [Battle / RP / Item / Technique / Site Mechanic / Correction] Suggestion Details: The deets
Make sure to post 1 suggestion per post. Also, when responding to a suggestion, whether you like it or not, quote the entire suggestion so we know exact which one is being reviewed, also make sure to hit the thumbs up and actually like it. I would like to keep tabs on how many people like a certain suggestion or dislike one so the staff team can make a sound decision on which suggestions should move forward.

Suggestion Name: Learning Through RPing Suggestion Type: RP / Site Mechanic Suggestion Details:
The one thing I always felt a bit disappointed in was how we must do separate quests to achieve super forms. It would be so cool to unlock your super form during an epic Saga, Spar, Quest, or Battle. I then thought would be a cool gimmick would be to make the requirements to unlock Super Forms dependant on a set amount of words that you have to write in a roleplaying environment. Nothing has to change other than specifying the word count needed per form (Just go off its quest requirement)
Example: Super Saiyan is a V.Hard quest that needs 7,500 words to earn. So that means in any given RP/Battle/Spar if a person reaches the milestone of 7,500 words and also meets the PL/traits requirement, they may use that form in the RP/Battle/Spar and claim it in the RP/Spar/Battle Bonus Report later.
Shell comment: I like this, but with the concept that if the battle at all appears to be staged then it is not allowed.

Suggestion Name: Gaining Superforms via Battling Suggestion Type: Site Mechanic Suggestion Details: Along with the option of doing quests you can chose to try and unlock a super form through battle and unlock them in the middle of a battle:
Super Form Requiring a Medium Quest: Requires 6 Posts into a battle (essentially just one battle and unlocks on the 6th post to use in that battle.) Hard: 9 Posts into a battle Very Hard: One battle (think FS counter), 6 posts into the next battle Epic: One Battle, 9 Posts into the next battle

Suggestion Name: Organisation War Suggestion Type: Site Mechanic Suggestion Details: Just as player characters may conquer planets on behalf of themselves, they may also conquer a planet on behalf of their organisation. Doing so takes the same amount of time as regular conquering, but may be interrupted at any time during that process by a member of the organisation that owns the planet. This sparks an organisation war.
An organisation war is a series of 1 vs 1 battles to the death (with no healing time) between rival organisation members on the planet that is being invaded. Whoever is left standing after this series of battle is the winner. If the conquering side is successful, the planet is immediately considered a part of the rival organisation.
Once an organisation war has been initiated, members of that organisation have one update to return to that planet before the war starts. A capital planet cannot be conquered in an organisation war.

Suggestion Name: Galactic Prison Suggestion Type: Battle Mechanic Suggestion Details: When you've finished battling someone you can send them to Galactic Prison. Chaotic Evil "recovers" for 3 weeks. Evil/Neutral/Good "recover" for 2 weeks. Normal recovery rules applies with the exception of self-training/meditation training and reading (and converting to another religion).

Suggestion Name: socialism Suggestion Type: Site Mechanic Suggestion Details: Divide everyone's PL and battle gains by 10 or multiply everything else by 10. I ain't happy about getting like 15k PL for a 6 post battle when to get that much through RP I have to get carpel tunnel over tens of thousands of boring ass solo RP Then don't solo RP if its boring to you, lol. You can't solo battle, so I dunno how that even gets a comparison. This site isn't built to solo and gain alot of stats. Its built just to rp in a variety of ways to gain alot of stats. If you want to be strong...then fight. If you want adventure then just RP. Either you are heavy on combat or you are heavy on RP. You can be both, too. It looks like you put too much math and expectations into how you gain stats.

I like that. Its like an alliance war. We should allow the conquer mechanic to extend to RP Guides and not just donators as well. That way we can build a story through the conquering stages and leave behind the dependence of a site wide OS built on war. We can then save OS time for cooler stories, like a big bad organization or something.

I'm a simple dude - imo more work should generate more rewards. Something ain't right here.

Suggestion Name: Galactic Prison (Screw You Don) Suggestion Type: Site Mechanic Suggestion Details:
NEW PAGE: Galactic Prison
Quests to be created:
--4 Fighting Grid/Yard Quests (3rd rewarding dimensional battling cuz more people could use it) --Quest to provide access to some training center equipment while in Prison --More quests submitted by people other than me based on what they want the prison experience to be lololololol --Probably an epic quest w/item? This will be majority for evil people but good people can set up story to wind themselves in prison after a battle so it won’t be evil only completely limited
Could also include Prison Items: Daggers, Ingestables, and stuff or more things to do update style if anyone else has cool ideas for it or adjustments to what I added already. (whatdoyoumeanbeingabletokillyourselfistoodark) I'm sure there's a lot of cool perks we could do that could replace some of my stuff or flesh it out more.

Though I generally agree to it, I don't like how prison is again very much centered on punishing playing evil characters. Evil has already lost their major powerboost, which got nerfed to such a point it hardly has any use anyway (especially with all the stuff that actively works against it).

I mean one of the main points of prison is to punish bad deeds. There are other purposes for it such as rehabilitation to reform the criminals as well as imcapacitation keeping them from doing wrong by making sure they can't. Plus I think a galactic prison system is a good way for good guys to put away evildoers by granting an mechanical system with the same level of inconvenience as death without actually having to kill.

Why would good go in there? Would be dope if an evil character has the option to "Frame" a good aligned person after a battle to send them to galactic prison. Also Yan is a dirty cheater I had no idea about the old staff team's WIP of the galactic prison system.

I suggested to Alex a long time ago that there should be a good version of bounty hunter. Where instead of killing they can detain the target and send them to a galactic prison. He said no because there was no reason for it. I have left it at that since. But, tbh, I like the idea of a good variation of bounty hunter where they can send the targets to prison.
Basically, I like Yan's post a lot.
"I don't like that I get 15k PL for a battle", didn't the man's just buy 1 mil PL?

Plus I think a galactic prison system is a good way for good guys to put away evildoers by granting an mechanical system with the same level of inconvenience as death without actually having to kill. Yeah, the idea was to have an option for people who didn't want to kill to still have a way to lock someone down for a few weeks. You go into a battle you risk that, and a good person shouldn't have to break character to get that perk. It's not meant to be a bigger punishment than dying, and as you can see, there's still the option to go to ND if that's what you'd prefer for just one extra week's time essentially dead. This actually adds more perks and things to do if you've already maxed out your ND shit. I specifically put in the ability for good aligned people to be able to end up there, via framing or other RP because honestly, as a good aligned character I might still wanna go there over ND. Why would good go in there? Would be dope if an evil character has the option to "Frame" a good aligned person after a battle to send them to galactic prison. Also Yan is a dirty cheater I had no idea about the old staff team's WIP of the galactic prison system. Excuse me, Bebi's plan was to make it like ND and that was his ENTIRE WIP LOL. I just put that shit together in an hour instead of two minutes.
