I did say I wouldn't make anymore suggestions, but I reckon I couldn't miss out on this one.
Suggestion Name: Weapon affinity-Advanced weapon affinity. Suggestion Type: technique Suggestion Details:
currently, both the affinities have this as a rule in them: You must always have a tech allowing weapon equipped in an Accessory Slot for Weapon Affinity to be active.
This is imho a bit redundant, as it is already a rather inferior special compared to its counterpart Fisticuffs, it would also mean that when you are snuck in your training gear, you don't have the advantages this special tech gives you, since you weren't "wearing" the weapon. Since Fisticuffs doesn't have anything of that sort, this shouldn't be necessary in the tech's description.

While I completely agree its redundant and said so at the time it was added, thats the only problem here and probably not worth changing. All the perks Weapons Affinity gives you require a weapon to use, so not having it while not having a weapon is hardly inconvenient. The rushes added have to be weapon rushes so again, if you don’t have a weapon you can’t use those rushes. Just equip a weapon and you have the tech and its perks active. It’s completely and utterly redundant, but thats about the only problem with it and hardly worth changing compared to other shit.

Suggestion Name: Make Unblockable Great Again Suggestion Type: Battle Mechanic Suggestion Details: Return the “Unblockable” tag to be effective against other defenses including the word block. ie. Kiai, Deflect, etc
Reasoning: That’s how it used to be and with the change to only affecting “A1. Blocks” unblockable has become a joke. It’s totally useless. The amount of techs that are unblockable are few and far between, possibly less than undodgables. Having these few techs actually have some viability to be worth while will not unbalance the game. No one complained when unblockable was like this and the existing Admin Ruling was a clarification gone wrong. Change it back plz.

Affinity is that way because it is the price of taking that route you have to have a weapon, same as fisticuffs can't equip tech using weapons. Does it need to be on both probably not. Does it really effect the game, certainly not. It is nitpicking for no reason.
People bitched 100% of the time on unblockable hitting all the techs too. Maybe you just reffed the wrong battles when unblockable was Dodge only defense.

If unblockable being anything other than the block action I would think it would better if it just stopped Barrier and body shield. Bypassing kiai and deflect is too much against since they are single use defenses. That's the point of charging to get passed most defensive options. I'd hate to see something like an AoE with the unblockable inscription or an empowered grand smasher with what you're suggesting

Zen-O Sama's Butto $200 15,000 N/A Equipped as an accessory. Must have spent 15 weeks in Grand Kai's or Lucifer's Palace to purchase. Can only be bought there. Hang out with the king of everything for a while and he'll eventually let you call on him in a fight. Requires one action to use. One turn later, he shows up and deals DR 10 damage to one enemy if it connects. Using this takes up a finisher, and it can't be used if you've used your finisher. Can't be used by Demons or Celestials, they'd be too scared to press it (includes hybrids).
This item needs an upgrade. First I'm fairly certain like 6 weeks is probably the most anyone has at Grand Kai's or Lucifer. 2nd the fact that it takes a finisher slot after all that too is crazy. If it takes a finisher slot it should be undodgeable at the very least. If it remains as is then it should not require a slot.

Hey bud, it legit says "Using this takes up a finisher, and it can't be used if you've used your finisher." When he said slot, he means that in battle it shouldn't count as a finisher use. Typically you can have at least 3 finishers in a battle, 2 main and 1 custom. This item is "can't be used if you used one finisher" and using it takes up 1 of the 3 (more likely 2) finishers you have access to.

It just means it takes up the finisher slot. If you have 3 finishers that you can use, and you use that item, now you can only use 2. I do agree the wait time is insane though.

Level 3 Inscriptions:
These will be inscribed to your person and not your items and be 3 slots available to you.
1 Arms: Punches, Elbows, Slaps, Hammerblows, Shoulder Smashes... if your are hitting with your shoulder on down then this one procs
1 Legs: Kicks, Knees, Hip Attack... Hip Down you are procing this
1 Weapon: You utilize a weapon it procs this. (Yes it is a perk for weapon users)
These work on SA, QA, WA, Hybrids (that don't already have a crit)

Remove Carry Cap:
We should be able to own as many of an item as we desire. Bring into battle still 1 or 2 in certain cases, but what does it hurt for someone to have spent zeni on 20 stasis grenades???

Currently Solar Flare is an auto 2 Stun auto 2 Blind, with a possible 4 Blind Crit. Purposing a slight reduction into a 2 Action Stun with Just the Crit. The 2 action stun would be the initial "Blinding" and then if you are crit, it would be the lingering affects. Overall it would take this from forcing defensive actions for a Min/Max of 4/8 -> 2/6.

Suggestion Name: Make Phonic ray worth it's cost again Suggestion Type: site mechanic Suggestion Details: Return the Phonic ray back to its original form, where it just grants the first transformation (Form 3 in case of changelings) without a quest or boosting its power by 5% if you already have it. 2% to any chosen stat is a bit meh compared to an overall boost, not to mention it's just extra work calculating it all. So...maybe 2% to overal boost is also good...just change it to something worth the cost, lol xD

Solar Flare was nerfed last patch to do half a crit on success so it's 4/6 (2 stuns, 2 blinds, only two more blinds on a successful crit instead of four). Not as far nerfed as you suggested but just to be clear.

I'm going to lock this, since per Alex the summer patch is dropping next week. Anything above this message will be considered. Some suggestions were good, though "bigger" than being part of a summer patch, so don't get discouraged if you don't see it added just yet!
