A simple look to the left and Kasume's eyes lay witness to this impressive view of the plains leading to a smaller town. The name of the town escaped her for the moment and it was far from relevant after spending so much time in the Dark Dimension. Every so often she needed a taste of the other side. If she could say she were here to enjoy the view it would be most pleasant. However, her purpose for this place was far more serious than she cared to explain to anyone else. For quite some time, a presence had been known to her. One so defiant that her memories of him left a burning sensation whenever they came. But such had been a demon of her former presence, the demon witch. As her current self, this presence was one she required to move past. But sometimes the situation needed to be forced. So she did as one might expect of her; and sent him an invitation to meet her in this particular area. Done so in the way only she would.
Her eyes would shift and she'd turn herself to the left; her eyes glowing. There was a bit of a smirk upon her face as she felt the energy disturbance forming where her anticipation lie; about 600 feet from where stood in the direction she glanced. The wind started at first as a gentle breeze before gradually becoming violent as it would do when a rift would open.
"I thought to myself at first 'No way! He can't possibly be here'," she started as the wind's intensity picked up, "but a few days in and your presence did not fade, it occurred to me you were really here. At first I sought to ignore you. I wasn't that person anymore so I no longer needed to act on your presence. But it is because I'm not that person anymore that such an occasion is important to me,"
By the end of that, she was looking at a tear in the space with light gleaming through. Now she faced it fully with her arms apart, willing the tear to widen, "And so it shall come to past that yet another remaining demon shall be put to rest as part of my transition anew. So I welcome you here, as a rather forced fateful crossing,"
The maiden then did clench her hands to fists and drew them closer together in front of her chest, "It has been far too long. But today, we settle it," A person's form was starting to take shape before her. The maiden's grin started to widened as her eyes started reverting to normal, "Welcome to Dekalb..." and she'd call the name of the one now present before her, "Hiiragi Junior..."

Junior had to blink a few times and his brain readjusted. It almost was as if he blanked out but here he was on his feet with a change in the air around him. His environment was different altogether. From the flat plains he was crossing before, he'd gone to this new area. The first thing he noticed was the vastness of the background ahead of him. Then he was noticing how he stood atop of a mountainous hill that overlooked the entire thing. Finally the presence that accompanied him washed over his senses, prompting him to look in that direction just after hearing his name mentioned.
"Nan....nanda kore wa...?"
His breath sank and his eyes narrowed the moment he made note of the slender female figure standing brazenly in front of him. It took him but a second, however he did recognize who was there.
"K...Kasume!?"
He was no stranger to her magic by no means. Upon seeing her, he knew it was through her abilities that brought him here. He drew to his guard feeling her aggressive nature present yet again.
"Ital nani wo shita...!?" He rapidly shook his head side to side while his mind shifted its concentration, "Kento, told me you were doing some training. That you've changed somehow..."
The state of confusion had him shift to natural tongue but he knew it would serve no purpose here. But with what he had been told by Kento, there was only one possible reason for being summoned. Their history had been rough from the very beginning. To think the grudge still existed! This being the way of thing from day one, Junior knew he'd have to respond in kind. There was a bit of a mudslide a bit of the ways off to his left back side. It was sparking some ideas. It seemed to be the same old story between them. Well, she was going to work for it this time.
"Fine, we'll do this. Though I should warn you, I'm not the same either..." he said as his eyes shifted to the mud slide.
Junior looked back to Kasume with a bit of a smirk. But it was after it vanished he took action. His foot dug into the ground and slightly spiked up a chunk of the ground. Taking a deep inhale along with this, the boy spewed flames with an exhaled that coated the chunk of dirt before it was then launched her way with a vicious kick, knowing the rock piece was sturdy enough to stay together with the impact. Then he turned toward the slide completely and did a sprint in its direction, his left hand pressed firmly above his right as he charged. With a bit of focus, he generated a light the swallowed him briefly. He emerged from the light, attire completed changed to that of a pro snowboarder (snowboard included), and lunged onto the mud-slide. This began his speedy descent down the steep incline.
"How's that?? Catch me if you want our exchange! WHOO!" he shouted back to her.

She could tell he was flustered when he first appeared. Most people would be after being summoned like that. But her aim was for more than fluster. She cracked the knuckles on those petite looking hands of hers and awaited her chance to attack him. But the moment he gathered himself he put up his guard, to which she would narrow her eyes a bit.
"Kento, told me you were doing some training. That you've changed somehow...,"
Her brows twitched a little. Of course. He was spending quite a bit of time with Kento. She couldn't forget that one bit. Part of his lack of presence was due to his spending time with this kid. He had to have known of their history and yet felt so brazen as to fix ties up between the two of them. She would have words for that later. For now she broadened her grimace and tightened up her stance.
"Let's just say you'll get to find out soon enough. I have something left unsettled with you," she stated.
"Fine, we'll do this. Though I should warn you, I'm not the same either..."
She slowed her breathing and sat complete to go. The boy's eyes were shifting about strategically. She could see well enough of that. He'd do something soon. And doing something was exactly what it came to. The boy's foot uprooted a chunk of the ground, which he then coated in fire before it was launched right at her. Her readiness paid off as she was able to dispel the projectile with a forced exertion from protruded palms. She shielded her eyes a bit as the dirt chunk shattered and sent its remains in every which direction. She noted he was on the move away from her which meant his attack was a diversion. She started to pursue before noticing the brilliant flash of light he generated for himself. By the time she got to where he stood, he had already begun his descent along the side of the steep hill. Also, it appeared he changed appearance and was making the descent on something under his feet.
So he still has that weird ability to change himself...grrrr, she thought.
"How's that?? Catch me if you want our exchange! WHOO!" she could hear him shouting back.
She would not be having these games. She would catch him. Bursting upward some feet she proceeded to them begin soaring after him with her body phasing out and in as her speed picked up drastically. This would continue until she could place herself beside him.
"You'll not escape me!" she spat out along with a rapid flurry of four knife hands at his head.
Then withdrawing her arms and pulling away a bit, her body would rotate until she faced him while upside down with her hands projected. A bit of focus and four orbs of her life energy would launch in his direction.

Junior figured like this she’d catch up to him quickly enough. So it seemed the act of boarding down the incline of the hill was rather pointless. Junior was running out of mud to slide on as well. Reeling his hand back with the palm flat, a large ball of energy was created in front of it. He launched the ball ahead and had it grind against the ground to create more of a smooth slope for him to travel along. He forced it to curve to left just before Kasume’s pursuit closed the distance between them.
The trick was maintaining his balance while fending off her attacks. His ki ball was still inscribing a slope for him to finish the decline. But meanwhile his hands snapped out at her hands and attempted to deflect the blows as they came. He had to lean forward to avoid the last strike. Then she pulled away and began gathering the energy she needed. By then he reached the means to go left from her. Making the sharp turn, he made the right turn shortly after the beam was fired and was left trying to shield his head from flying debris when the energy struck dirt instead.
His eyes shifted to find her quickly. He wouldn’t be to attack her conventionally while doing this ride. So he decided to try something a bit unorthodox. Junior crouched deep before pushing off of the ground with high jump. With a 180 flip and a 75 degree turn he was able to face her, albeit upside down himself. But his arms went to work in a rapid coordinated set of movements as he maneuvered. Connecting his index and forefingers of both hands he took aim, focused and plunged out a dense orb of energy in her direction. Then he finished his flip and turn to continue his descent down the hill after having to do another 15 degrees on landing to face forward.

The maiden’s brows peaked and she watched him move. He anticipated her blast!? She ground her teeth at that. Then she would continue her pursuit through the skies for him. He was playing with her. But a little more time and he would see her in full swing. Suddenly the boy performed a high acrobatic jump maneuver of sorts. He was betting on timing it seemed. He managed to time himself well enough to belt out one of his own blasts of power in her direction.
It packed quite a bit of his power in it so she pulled back and attempted to place her hands out to meet it. Then tracing the along the edge of the ball, she did position her hands beneath it and pushed up. The ball went sailing upward to the sky. The pursuit continued. There was a good chance that if she were to wreck his decline course, he would cease this little game of his. Drastically she surged in movement while cloaked in a white aura, eyes glaring at the slope he was attempting travel along. Her right hand forced out a dense wave of energy into the ground to disrupt the course.
“We end this here!” She shouted as she circled back and began soaring in his direction.
She put her in front of her face, tightly shutting her eyes, shouting, “SOLAR FLARE!!”
She’d pull up as the blinding light blanketed the immediate area, hoping it would debilitate him. Whirling her right arm above her head, the wind wound itself about to her whim until she generated enough of it to begin her descent down in the boy’s direction. With the wind as her weapon she lashed it out at him, hoping to catch his back with the wind whip. Driving herself to the right, she lashed at him once more to get him at his side with the whipping wind and planting her feet to the ground.

She played to win. Of course she did. At this point, Junior would expect nothing less. But was he there yet himself? Since he was on a decline, his primary focus stayed to that. He was trying to reach the bottom without fail and force her to stay in pursuit. His eyes moved to her location however when she started to focus power. She gathered for a brief moment before firing out...right at the terrain ahead.
"Nani?!" he went afterward when she appeared to do a drastic change in direction toward him.
He was headed for the crevice in the path ahead too. That's when another of her surprises came in his direction.
"SOLAR FLARE!" she screamed out, blanketing the immediate area in piercing light.
Shortly afterward he slid right into the crevice where his body was swallowed by still rising smoke. Her next wave of attacks snapped and lashed right into the smoke where he sat hidden from plain view. Kasume's raging attacks drew down a curtain of silence for the moment. It had almost appeared to be the clenching ticket for her; that is until moments after. The smoke had only just begun to dissipate when the roar of an engine pierced the silence. Not once or twice, but it roared three times in succession. And then bursting from the smoke he came, seated on what appeared to be a sleek form racing motorcycle that took the air. He landed with his back wheel first, before his front wheel planted.
Doing a sharp 180 circle the boy brought the set of wheels to a screeching halt before he faced her. In his new racing appropriate attire one could see the tears in which her whip lashing attacks had landed. Looking closer still the cut in the side of his face cheek had blood slowly drawing down his face from it. Yet he smirked. The boy lifted the goggles that were on his eyes. Still his eyes were closed.
"You got me there. I only anticipated that you'd eventually break my path. I was left guessing as to how, so I didn't. Someone hasn't been lazy! But then again, neither have I! Even though I'm conceding, I still want to do this thing...because I've spent some time re-discovering who I am..."
=Screenshot of Junior airborne on a snowboard= "At times, the extreme snow shredder, Blizzard Junior!" =Screenshot of Junior wild wheeling his motorcycle= "At other times, the swift storm rider, Tornado Junior!"
"But my true identity is....!!!" he started to gesture like he was going to do yet another drastic form change only to then open his eyes, throw the woman a wink and then say, "Hiiragi Junior!" in a rather subdued manner.
"Whatever you're doing, I suggest keeping it up! Ja ne, Kasume-kun!"
With a bit of focus and two fingers pressed to his forehead, he and his cycle vanished, passing Kasume the immediate victory in their exchange.
