Two updates. First, there was a late addition. We added a unique perk to each of the site's planets for if you conquer/own that particular planet, you get a special perk for as long as you are the owner of that planet. This can be found in the universe section under the planet's listed by faction. It is NOT listed on the individual planet's page.
Second, here is a useful table for converting your planetary items:
Financed Sports Team -> Sports Stadium Balanced Sports Team -> Gladiatorial Arena Strategized Sports Team -> Scholar's College Stadium -> Jump Gate Warehouse -> Manufacturing Zone Industrial Complex Zone -> Residential Zone Capsule Corp Space Optimizer -> Capsule Storage License to Rule -> Terraforge Designated Hero -> Hideout Organization Outpost -> REFUNDED
If you had any of the 'removed' items you can simply add the new items.
Edit: We are working on fixing the PS gains now.

A few clarifying questions that would be helpful to get ahead of.
If I'm understanding the description correctly, you buy it and spend one week repairing it, then place it on any planet?
Example: I buy three of these, place one on my planet and Earth - I would have instant transportation between those two planets? If I added my third jump gate on Kanassa from my planet, I would have instant transportation from my planet to Earth and Kanassa?
It gets a little confusing since it specifies user planet, which are capped at 2 but this item is capped at 3.
Another thing to clarify since it will come up sooner or later, I'm sure they need permission to be used, correct? They do not subvert any IT rules either?
For the sake of clarity, this just allows you to place something like a 'Gladiatorial Arena' on your moon at half generation time? So what would this look like if you had 3 Arena's? 1.5 DP a week? 1 DP every week and an additional 1 every other week? Are we doing .5 DP and SP?
This also specifies that any resource generated - are non resource things allowed to be placed on your moon with this? If yes, can moons be attacked directly with the same current rules as attacking a planet, or are they immune to direct attacks and the only way to destroy them is to attack the main planet? (Includes TOM, destruction, conquering, etc)
Since the limit of moons is 2, can you use one Terraforge for both moons?
I don't have anything else besides questions for those two items atm.

(Includes TOM, destruction, conquering, etc) Since the limit of moons is 2, can you use one Terraforge for both moons? I don't have anything else besides questions for those two items atm. Each canon planet already has a Jump Gate (that's how we travel to it without IT.) So you just put one in your planet's orbit and name it. So: Jump Gate [Earth] for example would allow for travel between your planet and Earth using (1) jump gate. If you want travel between two user planets, both owners need one. They don't have to be linked together. So I could have Jump Gate: Earth. And you could have Jump Gate: Revan's User Planet. They don't need permission to be used, but they do need permission from the owner of a user planet to be linked. So you need my permission in the above example when you repair it and sync it, but once it's already repaired and synced, it can be freely used- no permission needed. Careful who you link up with! For the moon/half gains, it gets confusing because originally the numbers were different. As you pointed out it's a bit uneven now. I'd say (Alex would overrule me on this / make changes) for now that 1 gives 0, 2 gives 1, and then on the 3rd you can round up to 2 as a reward for maxing it out. That way we don't have to deal in halves. Maybe it will be changed later on to be more number-friendly. So 3 on a planet, 3 on moon #1, and 3 on moon #2 = 3 + 2 + 2 = 7 weekly per planet, up to 10-14 weekly if you've conquered a canon planet and depending on if it has moons. Each moon would require a terraforge. A moon cannot be ToM'd, you can't travel to a moon in order to plant it. I'm not sure what other items you could put on a moon as most require travel. Being on the user planet = being on the moon, but it all counts as "one" user planet. The moons are just add-ons. So you could put down a Sensu Farm on the moon, and collect it while on the user planet. It'd probably be a 30 minute spaceship drive, lol. Moons would only be able to be destroyed with a planet destroying technique in-battle where a player uses a planet destroying technique and it makes contact with the planet, thus destroying the planet and its moons.

What if you put a jump drive on the moon because it has been Terraforged. The moon would act as a planet, meaning Jump Drives could be installed there, and then on top of that, since it acts as a planet, it could be ToM'd? Not trying to get around nothing, but its legit quest I feel.

You can put a jump gate on the moon if you want but it’d count as the user planet in terms of travel. It all counts as one unit of user planet. Also moons are too small to ToM, not enough life energy to get swol.

Yeah all makes sense. Just good stuff to get out of the way before someone tries to TOM a fucking moon or some nonsense.

So based on the current average of the top 25 the battle gains are as follows:
WIN Gain: 43,225 LOSS Gain: 28,816
What's everybody think of that? Is it too high? Just right? Seems strange that two people at 10,000 PL could fight and gain 28-43k PL. Should it be based on your opponent's PL OR the average of the top 25, whatever's lower?

I mean here is a suggestion, anyone not in the top 25 gets the average gains of the top 25, and those in the top 25 get different gains? That way those not in the 25 have a chance to catch up. While those in the 25 still are rewarded for battling. Because 43/28 is pretty nutty. But at the same time with people being at nearly 2-3 mil, it is kinda needed to bridge the gap. Might be an unpopular opinion, but we'll see.

How about if you aren't in the Top 25 you get 50% more gains? Or like something around that formula. But I don't think its too high. I feel the game moves at a crawl as it is. It took me like 7 years to get to 2 million PL and shit that was a crawl lol.
I think people are more attracted to rapid growth these days, so I'd say make the little guys gain more and the bigger guys gain the normal.

Basing it off the top 25 is nice, before it was a static amount so as time went on the amount sucked more and more. We should keep it based on the top 25. The gains are kind of really high though, it used to be 5k for a battle which is too low these days but 43k is probably too high. Would it be possible to keep it the same process but just lower the percent? Like if it's 3% just make it 2% instead or whatever until the number is a bit smaller. I was honestly thinking like... half. 20k for a battle sounds good honestly. That's still like doing more than 4 epic quests which is a lot, but more in-line with other things. A battle probably shouldn't give more than the HBTC. But that's just my opinion tbh.

It's too low. If we increase it to +1 million power level per battle we can effectively reset the site since everyone would be about on equal grounds after a few months.

ngl, but did the jobs really need a nerf in their zeni? With so many items being at 10-30k zeni and with the sneak cap at 6-10k zeni, this is becoming a bit of a hassle.

The battle gains are fine. The quest PL limits for Trials should be removed though so people can battle and not automatically be unable to do those quests.
