Dust rose and fell from the rusted surface of the armory as Leek stood in front of his father, Ranth. The old man looked down at his boy, arms folded over his chest and eyes peering down with a look of uncertainty. The silence held between them might have been more frightening than Ranth's stature, but it didn't last for long as the armorer sighed. "Don't hold back," he said, placing his meaty paw on Leek's shoulder and looking back toward the two distant figures behind Leek. Remaining silent the child turned to face Raditz and Turles, two individuals that he had became more than acquainted with other the last week. His eyes continued to bounce between the each of them, giving them both a slight nod before placing himself inside the stone ring. Just as their spar before they were in the middle of the armory on Valhalla. Walls outlined with nothing more than armor and other battle equipment, so little could be used in the sense of environmental advantages. There were some things that could be used, if the two would remember how the spar went the last time, but Leek paid little mind to any of that at the moment. Instead he allowed his mind slowly drift into a state of tranquility. He hated fighting, probably more than anything else, but he had to do it. His father's name was on the line, hell, it was more than just that. His own name was on the line, could he really lose to two children who had only recently entered basic training? " Can we just get on with this?" Leek said as he began to rotate his shoulders, warming up his muscles to the best of his ability in such a short time.

The last time Raditz fought for the sake of the quartermaster, it was both an honor as well as pressuring. But now, he felt he did well enough to hold his own. He wasn't the same seedling he had first started out as. He was stronger, even stronger than Turles. He now was there, requested to fight with Leek again. He didn't know whether or not to be thrilled or to be somewhat respectful to Leek. He only knew Leek from that one brief fight, an exchange as warriors. It was clear that he, too, was a warrior of good skill close to his own. Raditz always welcomed any kind of 'rival' to test himself against. Out of his instructors, or other fellow students, Leek was one to keep him on his toes. In an odd way, he considered the young man a friend. "Hey there Leek," Raditz greeted with a smug grin and punched his fist into his open palm. "Up for a rematch? I hope you will make this as interesting as last time. All these old wind bags really don't know how to keep things lively."
This time, Raditz was ready and willing to fight with all he had. No more kid stuff. He wanted to get into a real fight. While he wouldn't kill Leek or any fellow Saiyan who were allies to them-- he certainly wasn't going to let Leek's past antics go away without some payback.
The other adults who would watch, probably would have issue of Raditz's smack-talk about his elders. Though one elder Raditz had grown fond of was only his father and often sought to prove himself to him.
That aside, Raditz glanced over to Turles, his friend and 'underling' as he was now far ahead of him in progress as a warrior. "Hey, Turles. You up for this or you gonna fall flat on your ass again? " he teased, wanting to fire up Turles a bit to get him motivated.
Taking a stance, Raditz was ready and willing, wanting to start this fight off with a bang like last time, but then again... could that be what Leek was anticipating? As eager as he was, he wasn't stupid either. He knew he had to be smart as Leek knew his moves from the last time...
Raditz used his scouter to get a general feel out of Leek's power, reading his moves better and assessing what worked. While it was the same old trick, he knew he had to blind-side Leek with enough moves to get in close. From there, he could attack better. His eyes widened and he moved in.
In his hand, a series of Ki-spheres appeared-- something Raditz praticed in private. He held them out before them, raised them and let them fly. While small and many, they each were able to deliver a potent charge against his foe, but they were at least for a diversion. A multi-energy assault wound and blind him. Still, that for a first move would be a gutsy ploy. The Energy Den would fly forward and detonate where Leek was.
Raditz then charged in, kicking off the ground and 'flew' forward. Actually flew, via bukujutsu to now fly. While he didn't intend to keep off the ground, it made a useful means of crossing distances well. As he did, he would attempt to lay in and start delivering physical blows to where he would find him. He would first use a Knee-bash attack, to strike low, then his fists glowed with ki. He would press in on Leek, now b oth his fists aglow with ki to be delivered in his punches. He would strike with one, then the other, interested to keep Leek locked in close range. He wasn't about to let his prey getaway and wanted to enjoy this battle up close and personal.

Turles was humiliated and beat one-sided last time. Truth be told, he still has a grudge against this bastard. But it isn't because Turles lost against him, even though it was a spar. It was because someone like him is stronger than him. Since that sparring session, Turles trained as best he could to get strong. Turles did his best to surpass the guy, but he, unfortunately, got the higher-ups and the quartermaster to back him up on his training. Undoubtedly, Leek got stronger. In the back of TUrles' mind, there was a small seed of doubt that he is even unaware of. That doubt questioned his power, his strength. He knew Radditz was surely getting stronger and right now, he is definitely stronger. In this session, Turles doesn't even care about winning the sparring session against Leek. But what he does care about, is not giving up those higher-up bastards and their smug faces. Turles doesn't have a problem with Leek at all. Regardless if it was training, sparring, or an actual fight, maybe a fight to the death. One person will be better. Period! Leek was stronger than Turles before. He is still probably right now. But Turles is closing the gap. He underestimated Leek, last time. Even if he loses, Leek will have to be careful. Because now, Turles is better than he was before. Leek and his father were on the other side, in front of Turles and Raditz. Turles looked at Radditz without turning his head and only using his eyes. Turles was thinking on impressive he was last time. Also how his hair was almost ruined in that fight. Then, Radditz said something to Turles. It was about the last sparring session with Leek. Radditz asked Turles if he is going to fall on his ass like last time. Well, all the training, he is still the same cocky attitude. That was a deep wound on his pride. But that was Radditz's own way of motivation. . "Don't worry about me. And worry about your hair." Turles couldn't help but smile and had his uneasiness lifted from his shoulders. " Leek." Turles simply said his name and nodded as a simple greeting. Turles can't hate a guy for being stronger than him or beating him. Radditz got into his fighting stance and soon after that, Turles went to his fighting stance. Leek was getting ready himself. With the corner of Turles' eye, he saw Radditz created energy sphere for Leek and had them fired at Leek. Radditz would take the chance to use the energy spheres as a distraction to use the opportunity to charge at Leek. FROM THAT, Radditz would rush around the other side of the room and from there to the back. There was a large distance. And he will only be able to focus on one at a time. Turles would create two spheres of ki on each finger of his hands and shoot two beams of energy from his index fingers at Leeks back. Leek began to slow his breathing, focusing on moving the oxygen into his lungs until he felt like they were going to burst. As he held in the breathe of life he allowed his mind to focus on the task before him. Raditz, Turles, the two runts that had found themselves in the center of attentions. But why was he doing this? What exactly did this accomplish for him? Leek didn't want the thoughts to linger into his mind, but he couldn't help it. Was it for his father, was it for his own name? He hated fighting, fuck- he hated violence in general. Unlike his father he knew that violence should only be used as an absolutely last resort. It wasn't the typical Saiyan way, but at the same time- he wasn't a typical Saiyan. Leek was a new branch of his kind, a reformist through and through, maybe even a staple in the Empire's future. Aspirations aside, he slid into a stance, mimicking the starting motions of Raditz. From the looks of it Raditz the Runt had seemed to be more verse in the likes of a battle, maybe it was from some guidance, or maybe it was from sheer will and determination. From a single glance Leek could properly judge the two warriors, having had dealt with them before. Raditz had changed, but Turles had seemed to fumble in his training. " What a strike of luck," mumbled the son of the armorer. " All I gotta' do is take out the runt and then I can go after the devil points." Leek said to himself as he formulated a battle plan in the brief moment of peace he had. He knew that as soon as fist began to fly that he would be put against the ropes, but for now he needed to strategize. " Alright, enough chat." Leek sighed as Turles and Raditz began to bicker between one another. His right foot began to slowly shift in a pivot against the rusted hued dirt until there was a small circle engrained into the soil. A slow exhale escaped his lips and his chest began to collapse, looks like it was finally time for the fun to start. Raditz, ever eager to being the battle, rushed in for the offensive. His hands began glowing with a brilliant display of technique and power as white orbs manifested from ki formed into his palms. The attack was focused in on where Leek was instead of predicting where Leek would move in order to avoid the attack. It wasn't an easy feat, but as the first orb found itself swimming through the air like a shark, Leek leapt backwards. His feet narrowly avoided the first impact as rocks lifted into the air and clattered against the soles of his boots. Dancing and weaving through the battlefield Leek began to avoid the massive onslaught of attacks. The son of the armorer was feather-footed for sure, displaying his talent and knack for footwork as he managed to slither through the wave of attacks. The smoke that filled the air in his stead only hindered his sight, a calculated attack from Raditz- he was sure of it. Appearing from the depths of the smoke screen the small child lead the charge with a devastatingly fast knee. The impact was enough to buckle Leek's leg, breaking his stance for the moment, but it wasn't particularly powerful. However, the attack that followed was another story. Raditz was dipping low, clearly in preparation for a skyrocketing uppercut, but as he began to shift his body weight into the attack- Leek knew he was in trouble. The fist connected cleanly, an eruption of power exploded out from both the impact and the technique's nature. The son's eyes widened as he felt the sting of Raditz's fist crawl into his mind. Emotions suddenly surged to the surface and he found himself panicking for a moment. To make matters worse Turles had managed to sneakily place two well aimed shots into the backplate of his armor. Weak, but regardless they still stung. Leek shifted forward and back, swaying to and fro like a wounded Mortal Kombat character. Gritting his teeth and shaking his head wildly he snapped himself from the daze. " Want to play like that?" Leek said bearing the pain of the two's attacks. Turning his palms upwards he allowed two large spheres to gather inches from his palm. He could feel the sting of the heat licking against the bare skin. He could hear the hum of his ki cut into his inner ears like a Buzzsaw. He needed to push them back, he needed to give himself some time to adjust properly. " Take this!" He screamed as he threw both arms forward at the same time. As his arms over lapped each other, making it look as if he were hugging himself, the orbs flew forward with incredible velocity. The once large orbs quickly broke into several smaller beads of ki, each equally destructive as the other. Suddenly the ceiling was littered with two dozen tiny beads of light- like stars in the night sky. They arched and curved until finally splitting off into separate directions. Twelve found themselves hurling toward Raditz while the other dozen flew toward Turles. The carnage from the attack would be unmistakable; stones would be turned to dust and the ground would like like Swiss Cheese by time the dust had settled. Regardless of rather his attacks found purchase, Leek dipped into the dust in attempts to seek refuge from their retaliation. Leek being Leek, he was able to handle himself through rough situations. Even against someone like Radditz, Leek can hold his own. But it doesn't take a genius that it won't be easy. Radditz thrown his attacks at Leek. But knowing Radditz it would be a distraction towards what is ahead of him. Radditz would use those orbs as a distraction to charge and get an opening. Turles learned a lot from the last sparring session. Through trial and error, lots of errors, he learned that having lots of strength doesn't mean victory. Sometimes it is just outsmarting your opponent. Leek has both logic and strength. This isn't impossible but difficult to defeat him. As expected, his movements were sharp, sharp enough to evade the ki attacks Radditz had thrown towards him. Not only that, He was able to oversee and outmaneuver the onslaught of attacks heading his way by Radditz. That was his mistake and because of this, his shots were fired and got a direct hit. He doesn't expect huge damage, especially since all of them have Armor. But it would make him aware that Turles had changed. He might not be as strong, but Leek has to be careful since Turles doesn't play fair. However what happened next, Turles didn't expect. He saw Leek getting really upset. "I guess I hit a nerve." Turles said with a nervous smile as he saw Leek charge up his attack. This was definitely not good. " Someone needs to chill.", he thought to himself as dozens of blast were being fired by Leek that Turles pissed off. Twelve blasts raining down on Turles and Twleve raining down on Radditz. "Nope!" Turles was about to fire his Finger beam to fire all the dozen shots, but there is no way he could. So instead he tried to dodge the attacks. Raditz felt proud his initial attack-- the real attack of his physical blows landed and forced Leek to finally take him seriously. He didn't know his goals or his outlook as a warrior, but Raditz wanted Leek to fight him right. For themselves, not just to appease their betters. If anything, he loved to fight-- if nothing else as sport between a respectable warrior. However, he got his wish to take on Leek as Leek charged up his own attack-- the exact same one that Raditz used.
Turles comment made Raditz want to deck him in the head to knock some sense into him-- but there wasn't time as the barrage of energy balls came flying down upon him fast! Raditz endured the first hail-- feeling it belt lightly against his body, as he took a brunt of some of the bolts. Luckily his armor was durable, able to uphold some of the abuse. As the pain wracked his arms, chest and shoulders, he felt his anger rise. It was then he did all he could, picking up a trick he recalled Leek used against him. He inhaled, this time building up more power into his lungs much like his 'mouth blast'. With all his fury he let out a loud, echoing roar like that of a beast-- as fierce as a great ape and wild as a dire sabertooth.
"RRROOOOOOOOAAAAAAAHHH!!!! he bellowed and the shockwave of air knocked out the remaining stray balls towards him, allowing some measure of space and spread out a safe spot for Raditz to be safe.
While his hair messy and the scorch marks clear on his armor, he grinned at Leek. "Good! About time you took me seriously, teacher's pet! " Raditz goated as he charged in again! Clearly favoring ki-enhanced melee combat, Raditz delivered the same attack again, and pressed to keep Leek close. It was clear now to Raditz Leek didn't favor close quarters combat. Still, Raditz always preferred to get up close and personal in a fight. Best way to 'make friends'.
"Come on! I fought Dire Sabertooths with more spine than you!" he 'teased', trying to egg him to get up close in this fight.

The battle was going just how the level headed Leek wanted. Divide and conquer. Turles was relatively dead weight at the moment, forced back into a corner by the onslaught of Leek's barrage. On the other hand, in a strange turn of events, Raditz decided to face the attacks head on. No matter how different the two were in strength or prowess, Raditz did impress Leek with his defense. A mighty roar that would rival that of a grown lion escaped the chest of the small ape. Three of the beads of ki were instantly stopped against the cushion of air that his ki had created. The momentary barrier quickly repelled the blasts, but even it couldn't stop the storm to come. Raditz became riddled with bullets, raining down on him as if they were a violent storm. Explosions filled the arena, smoke and crumbling rocks scattered across the armory. As the thick plume of smoke drifted aimlessly through the air Leek found himself looking only at Raditz. The kid had managed to remain standing, even through all Leek's attacks! His jaw tightened down in aggravation as he released a huff through the corner of his mouth like a caged bull. Raditz's snarky remarks fell on deaf ears as his fist began to glow with a brilliant display of ki manipulation. The child rushed inside the guard of the armorer's son, planting his feet into the soil and twisting his weight through his hips. The rotation of his body, the relaxed yet firm explosion of his muscle fibers, and the raw technique allowed the fist to slip through the guard of Leek. The ki reached Leek's cheek before the fist did, he could feel the bite against his fair skin, and then suddenly the sting of bone on bone filled his mind. The knuckles scrapped against his cheekbone until Raditz had completely followed through with the attack. The boney knuckles had managed to carve through his flesh and created a gash along the side of his face that spewed with crimson fluid. The explosion shortly followed, sending Leek sliding backwards at least three feet. His feet dug down dip as he began to fall back, but with sheer will he managed to get his footing once more. His head wiped back toward the boy, but Raditz was already on the move once more. It seemed the boy had a clear plan, keep Leek within striking distance and latch on to him like a boa. The small hands of the boy latched down into Leek's blue under armor and for a moment Leek tried to step away, but ultimately he failed. Raditz was too determined, and if the man wanted to fight this close..... Leek would oblige. His aura suddenly flared until his body was engulfed in a white inferno. The colorless ki licked the wounds against his cheek and brushed against his skin until slithering around his arms. Almost instantly the ki hand found itself purchase around the hands of Leek, illuminating the dull armory with a nearly blinding white light. Like boxing gloves the ki wrapped itself around his fists as Leek was already in mid swing. Pushing forward with little regard for safety or preservation, Leek began to swing all out. The first strike was aimed low, attempting to crush the abdomen of the child. Proceeding the gut shot came the standard "jab cross" combo. Two left jabs snapped like lightning toward Raditz's face, and rather they hit or not the right arm came in from the side in a vicious cross punch. Like a shark smelling blood in the water Leek steeled himself for finishing Raditz off. His left arm followed through immediately after the cross shot. His body rolled into the attack and his ki pounded like a heartbeat. Just as the final left came out, Leek poured his heart and soul into a malicious haymaker. An eye for an eye. As his hair fell slowly over his eyes Raditz would see the stern look of a superior, a gaze glaring at him out of pity. Leek allowed his shoulders to roll slightly, giving him enough momentum to crouch and drop his weight into his final attack. With all his might he threw his fist into the sky like a rocket, aiming to break the jaw of Raditz and send him to a quick afterlife. Huffing and puffing from the barrage of attacks Leek stumbled slightly. Sweat rolled down from his forehead and his body began to scream with fatigue. He had attacked with too much energy too quickly. The battle might take a turn in their favor unless he managed to take Raditz out quickly.

Raditz attempt to stay up close and personal was his preference. He was certain that Leek was a long-range fighter, much like Turles was. He figured, if he kept his opponent busy up close, he could fight off the foe and limit his power, while delivering far more fun and destructive damage with his bare hands.
However... that went south quick. Raditz's eyes widened to see Leek's own fists start to glow like his. No... they glowed brighter and on fire. It seemed Raditz made a mistake thinking Leek was not familiar to melee combat. He EXCELLED AT IT!! "Oh crap..." Raditz grumbled, a drop of sweat falling from his brow as Leek charged.
Blow after blow bombarded Raditz at dizzying speed. The searing heat of the fists could be felt on his arms and chest-- even with the protection of the Saiyan armor. The burn and strikes were hurting his body, his senses on fire from the pain-- but that pain was what motivated Saiyans like him. He took the first three punches, but knew there was nothing else he could do just yet. Still, as blood dripped from his forehead from one blow to his head-- he grinned like a maniac.
"Now this is getting fun!!" Raditz roared as he the punches fly.
Charging up more, he used his own Blast Punch again. While not as strong as Leek's more evolved version, he was going to give it his all. He was the one who wanted a melee brawl, so he would not back out just yet from it. He threw one punch to Leek's chest, the second to his shoulder, and one to abdominal to do the same as he tried to.
The bigger problem was what came after! The fists of Leek soon caught fire and in a blazing impact, would sear and strike Raditz with a powerful blow. An even stronger version of t he attack. He didn't want to get hit-- and didn't want to disengage the enemy, so he did all he could do. Endure.
The punch came flying and slugged Raditz in the chest and face, this time enough to cause almost serious concussive blows to any lesser being. But Raditz was strong and wasn't about to give in. Blood flew with the energy punches, and he was now a mess of blood across his black hair and face, but still he smiled, never feeling more alive than he did now. He held his ground, guarding his upper body with his arms to block the second of the two Heat Phalanx
Leek. When this was over, he hoped he could get along with this guy more than just want to punch his lights out.
It was then he saw it, the incoming uppercut much like he did with his energy punch. However, Raditz wouldn't have that. He waited and found the moment to strike, Raditz stepped to the right to move, but not to dodge! He pivoted and struck, delivering a strong uppercut punch to divert and counter the otherwise fatal blow that would of ended the fight right then and there.
WHAMM!! Raditz soon threw his own blow right into the mix, an uppercut himself to throw Leek to turn the tables. If he could land the hit, he could throw the grapple into his favor.

Turles was doing his best to dodge the raining beads of energy that was made by Leek. This was what he is when he was serious. Guess, last time, he was only toying with the two Saiyan brats. Almost as if, two cubs were facing a mature lion for Prides Rock. Turles had felt a few beams of energy hit him as he felt the heat of them to his skin. However, he was not fast enough as he felt two shots hit his back. As they made contact, he felt a burning sensation as well as the small explosions. He thoughts were the blasts he took the same as what he did to Leek. If so, no wonder he was pissed off. Turles tried to quickly shrug off the damage as it isn't the time to succumb to the pain battle, regardless being a spar. He looked back to see Raditz doing the opposite of what he did. Instead of running, he was charging through the raining blasts that Leek made and follow with a barrage of ki enhanced punches. The combos he was giving were impressive. Just goes to show how hard he trained. But Leek had experience on his side, an experience that was showing right now. Raditz was now going to be put in a corner and just getting beaten by this guy. Now, Turles was just pissed. This was suppose to be a spar, he knew that there was going to be some bones being broken but this...IF this is the type of 'spar' they want, so be it. But eventually, Raditz, being who he is doesn't allow himself to falter. His stubbornness will still carry him as still doesn't fall too. Watching him, Turles, no lie got inspired and did the same. Rushing behind Leek, he would jump hope to go on Leek's back and do some damage to Leek's back of the head. _______ Actions: 1) Join Grapple 2) quick attack-punch 3) quick attack- punch Grapple 1) Power Punch _______ Power Level:13,735 ki *2 = 27,470 PL Ki: 3430+ 3430+ 3430+ 3445= [12910.9/13,735 Ki] Strength: 3430 Speed: 3430 Toughness: 3445 [w/Saiyan Armor: +(1000) + (10%[344.5])=4789] Stamina: 3430 Vitality: 3430 Determination: 13 Charisma: 11 Intelligence: 61 ______ EQUIPMENT Body: Full Body Saiyan Armor - Equipped on the body. Blow after blow the runt seemed to take each on the chin while throwing caution to the wind. Was he wise? Smart? Nah, he wasn't. Raditz had no clue what he was doing, he was just a dumb little child trying to impress the armorer like every other runt in the Empire. Leek clenched his fists into a tight ball and began to pummel the brat like a spoiled stepchild. Each blow added to his own ego as he could see victory looming every closer. Yet the ever defiant Raditz had other plans in mind. A smart mouth and short tempered runt that had no idea just how important this battle was for Leek. A Saiyan who stood against everything traditional Saiyans stood for, a runt in his own way. Yet still Raditz took the battle as seriously as a pebble in a boot. How much time had Leek dedicated to get to where he was today? How much time had the son of the armorer spent training. Was it true that he didn't like to battle? Sure, but to each their own. He wanted an Empire different from where it was, one that supported peace and protection. A fools dream- he knew it was, but that wasn't going to stop him! His time, his experience, his fate, and his determination- that was all Leek relied on. He knew that his training was going to get him through his battle, mock or not, he wasn't intending to pull any punches. Raditz had somehow managed to weave his way through Leek's final uppercut. After a brief moment of shock he soon discovered what the runt's plan was, a counter of his own! There was hardly any time to adjust his position and even less time to revert his body from the wild swing he threw. Leek needed to act quickly! The son of the armorer let his attack swing through using the momentum to slightly shift his weight forward. As his momentum carried him he could only helplessly hope that the distance was great enough to evade the attack. Luck have it, it was was. As Raditz's fist flew inches from his nose he could feel the force behind the attack. That blow would have ended this little exchange... Leek thought to himself as he dug his right foot deep into the surface of the armory and launched his shoulder forward. He boy put everything into his counter attack, all his heart and weight. As his arm grew closer he twisted his fist to increase the power behind his attack. "Bear down boy" Leek grunted as he let loose one of the most rudimentary hooks of his short career. Through their little back and forth Raditz had managed to land a few blows, but they were weak and unrefined. Sure they packed enough of a punch to cause some minor damage, but as it stood- Raditz was far to weak to have a fair fight against Leek. Suddenly two quick stings summoned Leek from his inner thoughts. Immediately he turned his body, not trying to give his back to either enemy, and there Turles was- arm cocked back and clearly telegraphing his attack. Clicking his tongue against his teeth Leek showed his defiance and dissatisfaction for the situation. What a clear act of desperation, a punch with no soul or effort behind it. A punch that could easily be deflected and sent right back at him. Leek swiveled to the side allowing his chest to open up and slightly rotate in order to avoid the straight shot. As Turles' arm continued on its path, the third class warrior "opened the gate" with his lead foot. Shifting his weight slightly onto his left leg he allowed his right to crack out like a whip, aimed directly at the ribs of the other useless child in the fray. Huffing from exhaustion Leek regained control of his body, adjusting himself so that he could properly regain his footing. This is going on for too long. I have to get them off me. Any more of this and they might end up landing a blow on me. He thought to himself before exhaling a final quick burst of air through his nose like a bull. Lifting his hands to protect his face Leek rushed leaned into his first opponent, the one that was the clear threat of the two, Raditz. He knew that he needed to do something, so Leek threw everything into the following sequence of attacks. Four strikes that's all he could muster at the moment, so they needed to be well aimed and timed. To start off the barrage Leek took a single step forward, leading with his right leg and then shifting his weight onto it. Arching his back slightly he allowed his knee to rocket toward Raditz's chest. It would have been the gut for anyone else, but what could Leek do about it- Raditz was nothing more than a runt. Quickly recovering from the muay thai inspired knee Leek slammed his left leg back into the ground to support his following attacks. Second came the left hook that could shatter an iron jaw like class. Next he followed with a cross mimicked from one of the greatest boxers he knew- his father. Finally he needed an attack that would be sure to land.... An uppercut that could hopefully knock the runt down a few pegs and send him flying onto his back!

Sorry for the delay I needed some more time to actually look at this all over. There is a lot to go over but I would like to be as brief as I can since we have spoken a lot in discord. First, there may be some miscommunication about actions and how they work. To put it simply, think of actions as a timeline. You have 1) Punch 2) Kick 3) Headbutt, one happens and then the next and so on. So when it comes to defending or RPing you have to remember that it follows said timeline. Since your attacks in this example are punch, kick, and then headbutt, in my RP I have to follow that sequence. I have to take, defend, block or dodge your punch, and then your kick, and finally your headbutt. After all that is complete I can then do my attacks or whatever else I want. I want to also put here that there are other things you can do, but this is the pure basics to help understand action/time sequencing.
In battle example: So Raditz, you wrote taking a barrage of punches in the grapple and then you threw out your own punches. However the problem is you took some of the actions, threw attacks out, and then tried to counter something. This can be a super tricky thing because it can seem like the writing is undoing what someone else wrote, but that is something kind of unavoidable. I went ahead and allowed this one, but in the future this will be ruled as a failed actions, obviously I will message you in discord to give you the chance to edit before the decision is final. So just remember, react to my actions (all of them) before doing your own, again this is just a basic thing and it can be adjusted with other items, techniques, and abilities- but I will not be getting into that here.
Other things I would like to touch on the importance of formatting and techniques. As we have discussed it needs to be clear what you are doing in your actions alone. It is good to see that you both have you actions listed and they are more proper than when the battle started. However, there is still more I have asked you to keep track of that you have not done, such as; ki remaining, ki used during posts, attacks taken. The importance of keeping track of these is more than just RPing. It will help you with writing how damaged you are, how exhausted you are, or just other things such as this. As mentioned before, there is a lot more that you can keep track of, but I will not be going into all of that as well. For techniques I think it is worth noting that Raditz, you have still been typing the incorrect DR for Blast Punch. The technique is a DR 1 and you have been writing it as DR 2, we brought this up in discord but I want to make it worth noting here. I could be missing something, but I don't think you have anything to amplify the DR of that technique just yet.
Next I will like to speak about actual RPing in this battle so far. Apart from some spelling and grammar mistakes on all of our parts, there has been great expanding on your characters. Working with you since the start of your characters and working with you on these little background stuff, I can see the directions you are going. Of course as always I am willing to help and write with you more so do not let anything discourage you from furthering you characters! Now, discussing settings, battle, and reaction writing- we can all approve here. Settings are important in battle and although we have wrote that we are in the armory, there is still more than can be expanded on. Environment can come in handy when RPing so even though we want to focus on our characters, we can't ignore what is happening around our characters. I'm noting this because even I can do better in this aspect and I feel it is important thing to accomplish in battle based RPs.
I will not be giving an RP bonus out currently however, I feel like the both of you can improve your writing so I may possibly give this out over the course of the next round. As for damage there is something I want to make clear. Currently there is no set number or system to judge your damage. Many people will be angry at this comment, but technically this is the real ruling. Moves will do damage and obviously the higher the DR the more the damage, but its not like DR 1 = 1%- even though this has been done before and widely accepted across the site. We can still use a rough idea of what DR does what damage, and Yan has given me a good one.
DR 10 153.94 DR 9 87.96 DR 8 50.27 DR 7 28.72 DR 6 16.41 DR 5 9.38 DR 4 5.36 DR 3 3.06 DR 2 1.75 DR 1 1.00
Again I want to make this clear, this is not an official rule or anything, this is just a widely accepted ROUGH idea of some damages in percent based numbers if it helps you put things into idea. So let me break down some some things. Leek has taken: (2) DR 2, (5) DR 1, (3) QA [9.25%] Raditz has taken: (1) DR 4, (50%) DR 4, (3) DR 3 [17.22%] Turles has taken: (2) DR 3 [6.12%]
Again due to the nature of this battle, these numbers are much smaller than they should be. In the setting of the story, Raditz and Turles are yet to even finish basic training, so a DR 4 is most likely far more powerful than anything Raditz had ever experienced. So while the percents are low here, if we take into account setting, lore we developed, and other things- numbers could be this possibly: Leek: 32.38% Raditz: 60.27 Turles: 21.42%
I multiplied damage here by about 3.5, I did this just because I feel like it makes more sense. Again I will say this, story and RP dictates first before anything, and numbers are not solid. If you feel these numbers aren't accurate, there is nothing stopping you from RPing slightly different, but remember- just because you feel that you aren't as hurt, if you do not RP realistically it will affect how your RP is being judged. Judges have the power to say "enough is enough" if they feel you are not properly displaying fatigue, damage, or other things in your RP. I think you guys are doing okay in this aspect, but at the same time- Raditz, I feel you can do much more to write your character's pain. The toughest thing Raditz had faced until now was a dire sabretooth. Leek is far stronger than those beasts and his attacks are far more damaging to Raditz than anything he has experienced to date.
I understand that there is more that I can go into, there is things I can explain more. However, I know we speak a lot outside of these forums. If you do want more in-depth explanation- as always message me on discord.

The confidence that Raditz had , that shining though to overcome and do the most damage he could to his 'rival' in this situation... soon faded in the counter against his own counter attack. HIs eyes went wide to see the blow and it struck Raditz out of his own self-made grapple. The blow came and he was sent reeling back, lost his balance and falling backwards from the assault. The best he could do, however, was block. That was his only option left in that situation. He quickly tucked in his arms and head, forming a cross that kept his chest, head and neck close, to endure the damage he was taking. For all the good it did...
"Ugh...!!" Raditz grunted, feeling the pain and blood fly with his assaults. He was too confident and it bit him in the tail
Raditz dug his feet into the ground but was soon done, unable to do more from the assault. He wanted to try one more attack. ONe more assault on his foe, but he was left with no opening... he was trapped, and he walked right into it!

Turles thought he could at least get to grapple Leek. But he couldn't even get on top of him. It was just sad, that his only hits were from his finger beams from the beginning of the battle. Leek gave Turles a kick to his ribs. "Argh!" Turles was rolled on the floor after he received the kick. Despite the armor he had on, he still felt the hit. The way he moved that leg was almost as if it was a whip. If the Saiyan Armor wasn't as durable, there is no doubt that his ribs would have been broken and he would vomit blood indefinitely. He looked up and saw Radditz struggling. No, not struggling, just getting attacked while Turles is just getting ignored. Turles thought, this was his best chance to get one more clean shot. But this time with a bigger kick. He aimed with two fingers and aimed at Leek. He thought of creating an explosion on Leek. _______ Actions: 1) Dirtier Fireworks DR6|9%| 2) Dirtier Fireworks DR6|9%| 3) Dirtier Fireworks DR6|9%| _______ Power Level:13,735 ki *2 = 27,470 PL Ki: 3430+ 3430+ 3430+ 3445= [9202.45/13,735 Ki] Strength: 3430 Speed: 3430 Toughness: 3445 [w/Saiyan Armor: +(1000) + (10%[344.5])=4789] Stamina: 3430 Vitality: 3430 Determination: 13 Charisma: 11 Intelligence: 61 ______ EQUIPMENT Body: Full Body Saiyan Armor - Equipped on the body. The battle was going as planned, as bad as it had felt to say so. Leek, although only slightly ahead in both power and experience, had seemed to sprint ahead of the two children. Their attacks packed quite the punch, yet at the same time their inexperience was the clear reason for their lack of victory up until this point. Untrue to his character Leek had actually taken the battle rather seriously, maybe it was due to his father watching from the sidelines... Who could possible know the truth currently. With a heavy sigh escaping his lips he witnessed the events unravel before him. Both Turles and Raditz were sent reeling back from Leek's defensive retaliation. Hits landed with devastating effects and shortly after there was a moment where the group no longer engaged in fisticuffs. Leek, having a moment to finally recapture a breath of fresh air into his lungs, took a moment to survey the scene. Assessing the damages done to his body, as well as, the fatigue suffered from rapid expenditure of his ki. Sweat dripped and rolled from forehead to cheek, from forearm to hand, and eventually fell to the soil at which he stood. Lightly rusted hues of the sand dampened from the perspirations and eventually darkened into a shade of light crimson. His chest lifted and fell repeatedly as the toll of the battle had finally began to catch up with him. Although battles were often marathons he had found himself sprinting to the finish line- a mistake due to his own inexperience. As his chest expanded for the last "relaxing" breath he could muster he quickly redirected his attention to Turles. The boy, who up until this point had gone relatively unnoticed, ki had suddenly surged with a tremendous power. Wide eyed and awed at the sucking capabilities of the young low class warrior, Leek turned all his efforts into an immediate defensive focus. Two fingers extended toward his frame and the attack was faint- but still he could manage to track it. While at first he thought another beam would fire from the joined fingers of Turles, the air around him began to crackle with power. In a gasp of realization he swiped his and through the open air. Carving through the static like a hot knife through butter allowed the first portion of the attack to dissipate, but still there was more "oomph" behind the technique than he had expected. With a mighty roar he exerted as much ki into a small pocket of condensed and concentrated air around him frame. Acting as a minor field of protection the rapid explosions that surrounded his body had little effect. Leaping backwards in order to put more distance between himself and his opponents Leek began to allow his fist to illuminate with the focused ki. White light began to blister the surface of his skin from overexertion of his own energy, but he wasn't going to falter. His right hand whipped out as if he was a pitcher performing a side throw, while list left lobbed the other orb directly into the air. The first orb would maintain its form as it traveled toward Radtiz, and then suddenly it would break into six separate pieces, each threatening to riddle Raditz with holes. The second orb, that had drifted in the sky like a moon, would break almost instantly. Raining down hell upon Turles in an almost cage-like fashion. Regaining composure immediately after he attack Leek began to feel the tax from his high cost techniques- he wouldn't last much longer.

Raditz reeled from the pain of his guard, he tried his best but he realized his error to get close to Leek. He bit off more than he could chew and it resulted in him getting pummeled. Everything hurt, from his head, chest and limbs down to his fluffy tail. The bastard Leek... he wanted to beat him up for this late. He didn't always hold a grudge. This WAS suppose to be training after all but he pretty much been humiliated by his own actions.
Turles however came through as a blast of 'fireworks' came bombarding down, for what it was worth. However Leek choose to use his energy blasts again, producing multiple Energy Dans again to throw them off.
"That does it..." Raditz growled, no more fooling around, as he saw the first wave of Energy Dan's come.
Pulling the pain in his arms away he waited and caught the incoming balls in his eye--
WHAP!! Coating a part of his palms in ki, he struck the palm of his hand out and batted the energy ball. Like hitting a wall-- it bounced off his hand and flew in another direction! He repeated it to the second, and the third, snapping the blasts away from him.
Now his limbs ached and he felt they would fall off from sheer exhausion. Blood now dripped from his brow and his left eye was swollen from the beating he took. But he was gonna pull through-- he refused to fall like this. He would give his all, for one more attack.
He soon willed his energy and floated off the ground, holding his wounded arm as he got upward. His breath was ragged but as he floated-- he let out a cry of energy-- building up energy for his final attack. He would give it all or nothing. The dragon pendant he got from one of his victories started to glow, feeding him power!
"I am no runt! Prepare to die!!" Raditz roared, powered up.
Willing himself he shot upward-- and downward, heading head on into the barrage of energy spheres Leek threw at him. This time, he took it all! The balls pelted his body, and armor. He would of passed out from all that damage, but he put everything into this one move now. It would be all or nothing. But he would rather pass out than fail to land his biggest blow upon Leek, and prove that he was no fool or screw up!
"Dragon--- DIVE!!!" he roared, driving himself with a leading punch to slam into Leek's body head on. If at most, he hoped, to send the punk flying across the chamber leaving a crater in its wake. Not enough to kill but enough to make him rethink his opinions.
