Having felt and fed upon the energy which coursed through the horned woman, the masked man slowly lifted his hand from her head as he relished to look upon the handywork her berserk skill had left behind. Motioning Ciel to find some cover just in case this horned child would end up lashing out in a fit of rage. Tilting his head slightly to the left, the primeval let out a gentle chuckle once again, staring at the horned woman with his golden eyes visible through the holes in his mask. "Who I am...doesn't matter all that much, now does it? Taking a step back and practically twirling on his left heel almost like a ballerina of sorts, the masked man slammed his feet together, his back arching sideways in an insanely unnatural arching pose, while he allowed his head to just hang down, but still with his face pointed towards the horned girl. "You can call me Ur, The Dealmaker, heck...even just...'you' would do. However, what are you little one? You are quite the interesting child, aren't you?"With his back snapping back up straight, the masked man let out what sounded akin to a yawn, all the while stretching out both his arms. "Here I was, trying to figure out how to wake up this place's darling little core in order to take what I want in the form of whatever energy she'd have left, but to my surprise I end up coming here...with some sort of ghpsts and you, so diligently taking all of those thing into yourself...ofcourse I wouldn't want to miss a feast such as this, wouldn't you agree?"

It did. It mattered to her more than he thought. As he moved with his strange motions, Julia snapped out of her dazed state and she was staring at him with a more confused gaze. He was quite the jester, yet he held so much power – no it wasn’t power. It was influence. Julia was sure that she was going to reach another cracking point absorbing all of that Titan energy, even if it was leftovers. He took that power from her, and that saved her mental state, something no one ever thought to do for her.
All she wanted was some ore so that she could sell it and afford another month supply of booze, and here this man comes along and empties her head. That price was a lot more than the ore would have been. She was taken aback at the way he arched his back and still faced her. His smiling mask did not help with how creepy it was.
She frowned at him calling her a child, she was a creature of Valir – a demi beast. She was actually still a child by their standards, even if she has been alive for decades, but to be called one by what looked like an offworlder bothered her. They always called her granny when in-fact she was still in her ‘pre-teen’ stages in comparison to many others here. Julia stopped being bothered by that though as he continued. He did asked what Julia was, and she felt obligated to tell him. She didn’t even know she was under his subtle influence.
“I’m from Valir, we are a land of demi beasts. I am what is left of the Hound Family, a family of powerful psychics who had a hive mind. When everyone died, from a genocidal attack outside of this Reaping shit, my brother and I were the back up plan. I was sent to Judiff and he was sent completely off world a while ago. When a Hound dies, the rest of the family absorbs their power, knowledge, and a bit of their consciousness. Issac and I? We split them.”

"Hmmm...Demi-Beasts, Valir...Hound,"The masked man started to put some pressure on the tips of his fingers when he clasped his hands together, tapping the digits against one another while notably going through a train of thought. Probably quite surprisingly, the man suddenly dropped his shoulders slightly, seperating his hands and raising them ever so slightly while shrugging rather sheepishly. "Nope, can't say I ever heard about that or those... Then again, about a year ago I didn't even know there were any Titans left in this miserable universe...so I guess that can be somewhat related to, no?"For a moment, the Primeval remained silent, not even moving for an instant. Yet, without any warning, he suddenly moved again, as if he was some wind up toy that suddenly managed to get another charge of energy, flapping his arms from side to side before raising his right arm and tapping his mask with his right hand's index finger for a moment, letting out an audible humming sound. "Your capacity and your somewhat aloof nature kind of interest me," The masked man reached for the lapels of his vest, straightening them slightly, all the while making a rather gracious and elegant bow, removing his hat and swirling it through the air with a fell swoop of his arm towards his back before setting himself straight again and reaching out with his hand towards the horned woman. "You seem somewhat desperate, you seem to desire clarity and freedom...so, why not make a deal with me, little girl?"

It all sounded like bad pick up lines to Julia. No one really showed her interest like this. He was… very strange. The way he moved was so unnatural and Julia found herself jumping in surprise as he made sudden movements and gestures. But he was right about one thing, she was a always desperate. But then came the line she felt was always fed to her by some scammer…
A deal.
She stood up and she closed her eyes with a frown and knocked dust off of her gown. “Those aren’t lies. I do desire clarity and freedom from this fate I was bestow. How many do you think have come to me with such a line, sir?”
She opened her eyes, and the rose colored pupils of hers gazed at him nearly unmoving and unresponsive for the moment. “What do you want from me that I can afford? Is it my body? It isn’t good. I have no skill whatsoever in that regard and I’ll just be but a doll.”
That was the most common ask, and she usually humored it. It was all men wanted, and some women too at a point. She gave him a good look, and took understanding in the fact that his body was decently built at-least, from what she could tell. It wouldn’t be a bad scam for her in the end – she’d end up being the scammer in that regard.
“I have nothing else to offer you, and what I want is expensive. Do you have any idea how many minds swirl in this head of mine?”

The Primeval was somewhat surprised by the reaction of the horned child, tilting his head almost ninety degrees to the left when he heard her mull over his words, but for some reason it was starting to look like this one was going to be quite the hard cookie to deal with. Then again, it was usually those that resisted his offer of a deal that ended up being the best prizes. Though, when she mentioned the idea of him wanting her body, his head snapped straight again, tilting backwards this time, while his right arm raised upwards, gently placing his fingers against his mask while he started to chuckle. He hadn't counted on certain people actually coming with such deals, but than again it was probably to be expected from those pathetic mortals who fell prey to their most basic, beastly urges at the drop of a hat. Dropping his hand down again, the masked man's head straightened itself again, as he shrugged in response to Julia mentioning how many minds there truly were within that horned noggin of her, it was quite possibly the hint he had needed to get her to come to an agreement with him. "Must be quite annoying, no?" Ur'alcyonis took two steps forward, stopping short of bumping into Julia, swiftly raising his arm and pressing a finger against the tip of her chin, attempting to lift it upwards so that his own golden eyes could be looking straight into her rose colored eyes with great intensity. "To be part of a collective against your own wishes, always wondering when you'd lose control to someone else within you...""How about...I offer you freedom within your own mind, freedom within your body...absolute control, no more...voices, hmm?"Again, he'd raise a hand for her to grab, to take a chance at a deal no one else would so readily offer. "How does that sound?"

Julia… tilted her head. He had already gave her a sample of a clear head moments before when he siphoned that power from her horns. That brief silence was the world and she was already sold on what he could do. Now she wondered why he kept reiterating what he could offer and not getting to what he wanted. Was he shy or something?
“I get it. I know what you offer and can do for me.” She stated it blunty, without actually calling him a dumbass or something, because maybe this was just his way of doing things. He was rather… unique. It was to the point she started to feel that his whimsy was a mask, much like what he wore. When he chuckled did he really smile like the mask? Was he just frowning at her when he danced around?
How could she know?
“But again, I want to know what you want from me,” she said now looking down at her own body. “If its my body, I will offer it to you. If you feel that bedding a Hound is worthy of your services then sure. Other than that, I am quite useless.”
Lies. She didn’t mention her past occupation as one of the Knights of Fae in Judiff, nor the fact that she was a double agent and became the equal to the most feared assassin of the old world, Sundlaugar (which what this world was called before Grace made herself known). Nope. She left that detail out.
That was years ago and she had sense dulled since then. But maybe old habits could come back to the surface.

This one was quite stubborn, a chalenge maybe? It had been quite some time since he had such a specimen to deal with, usually anything he offered was taken with both hands as if it were a godsent gift. It usually didn't matter who was offered a deal, be they the most powerful demons, celestials of the highest order, beings of a bygone era or royalty, usually they all jumped at the opportunity of a deal when he simply iterated what he'd offer them, almost never disclosing the part of the deal or contract where the Dealmaker himself would fill in his prize. "Hilarious, outrageously so," The masked man laughed hartily, bordering to a nearly manic sound. To add to the over the top performance, the man splayed out his arms, his back arching backwards while he yet again contorted the angle of his neck in such a manner that it both looked unatural and extremely painful, just so he could keep looking at her directly. He then suddenly turned around, lowering his hands and straightening himself out, For a moment, the masked man would remain quiet, raising a hand towards his mask and gently tapping with his index finger upon the smooth porcelain surface that was the mask's forehead. "No...why would I want to do such a thing, there would be no point in it...typical for mortals to think only about procreation or their own bodies as commodities...which generally speaking isn't at all wrong, but your kind always do it for the wrong reasons...tsk tsk tsk." Wagging with his finger in front of him, Ur'alcyonis reached upwards and tapped against his hat. "Information, strange techniques and abilities interest me...you are correct to surmise that what I want is you, but not in the same base and rather bold sense you seem to imply...what I want is you as you, not some collection of fractured minds...trust me, I have quite the experience on fractured minds..."

Julia sighed. She offered her body because it was easier – painless. She could tell he wasn’t the kind to take such primitive offers, like most creatures would have. He wanted her for her power and what she could do. She did just siphon a portion of titan energy, even if it were with a struggle. She showed him her worth and that is what he wanted. He wanted to use her and in exchange he would silence her head, which would prove to help him out even further.
A focused Julia had only happened once back in the history of Judiff and it scared even Rigbin, the most feared man back in those days. With a focused Julia things happened, and that is what this man wanted.
“Well you sound oddly romantic, and yet I get the foreboding darkness from your words as well, Dealmaker.”
Yes, he romanticized his words, but they were still careful. His words all added up to compliment his name sake, Dealmaker. A dealmaker didn’t make a deal that would rip them off at the end. He wanted to use her psychic abilities, and in turn he would calm her mind. Oh boy, the things he would have to make her do in order to pay for that. Governments could fall using her like this.
“I have nothing to claim here. I am homeless, and without motive or even care. You can have me,” she said with her eyes dead in its stare to him.

The primeval tilted his head, calmly waiting to hear the horned child's answer, poised to strike or dodge should she decide to deny the deal and become violent in any way. He had been in those situations before, so a certain meassure of caution was always to be advised and used in order to avoid having to make a whole other kind of deals at the sharp end of a pointy stick. However, when Julia seemed to give in, a somewhat elated sounding chuckle escaped the man's lips, perhaps it even sounded somewhat nervous or relieved, but either way any use of violence had been avoided, so that was a bonus at the very least. 3I shall have you indeed," The masked man laughed heartily, swaying aside as he sliced through the air with one hand, ripping open a tear in the fabric of space and time. "It is time we go and say hello to your new family..."This one was truly going to be useful, more than she knew, less than she thought, but useful nonetheless. Because if she was able to draw in and transfer power, she would be most useful for the primeval's own continued survival...
