Katelyn had always been partial to the moonlit dance of combat, her green eyes glinting with an untamed ferocity as they met Middy's. The fireballs Middy had unleashed were a known threat, their incandescent glow reflected in her gaze, a game of tag played at dangerous speed.
Middy's attempt at a lock seemed almost playful to her, "Chicken wing, huh?" Katelyn quipped, a smirk forming, “Didn’t you try this already earlier, Middy?”
She twisted her lithe form, she wrenched herself free from Middy's hold, her arms slipping away from his like water coursing through a stone's grasp. Katelyn was back on her feet just in time to meet his barrage of kicks. She moved with the fluid grace of a storm under a moonless sky, her body swaying and weaving around his attacks like a reed in the wind. She could feel the rush of air displaced by his kicks, the ground trembling beneath her bare feet with every landed punch.
The following punch, however, was the real danger. Katelyn stepped back, her heart pounding in her chest as she watched Middy's form grow large in her vision. The world around her seemed to slow, her senses heightening with the thrill of the fight.
"Nice try," she murmured, ducking under his punch.
It was then she felt the peculiar chill, a frigid cold that nipped at her skin. She spun around just in time to see the orbs shatter under Middy's ice blasts. An icy wind swept across the arena, causing her to shudder.
"Now, that's cold," Katelyn said, a playful glint in her eyes as she watched Middy float towards her. The orbs' demise felt like an end to a round in their dance, a sign for them to get ready for the next.
As he cracked his knuckles, Katelyn crossed her arms, "Anytime?" she echoed, her voice a low, husky challenge. "Good, I like that determination of yours."
She could see her breath in the icy air as she grinned, her white teeth a stark contrast against her dark skin. The fight was far from over, and Katelyn was more than ready to dance again. She inhaled sharply, her chest rising as she drew power from the very core of her being. The air around her began to hum, the ground beneath her feet seemed to vibrate, and a mysterious aura began to swirl around her like a midnight storm.
"Watch closely, Middy," she spoke with a voice as soft as silk yet as cold as steel, her words echoing around the arena, “Let’s see how you deal with these!”
She extended her arm, palm open, and a swirling mass of ki started to coalesce in her hand, throbbing with power. It was a straight forward one, but sometimes she was prone to candor. Katelyn launched the energy blast towards Middy, the projectile cutting through the air like a ghostly comet. The unearthly light cast eerie shadows around the arena, painting a picture of an ethereal battleground. Yet, she didn't wait to see the trajectory of her attack. This was a dance, and the rhythm was quickening.
Shadows played across her face as she quickly followed up with a physical attack, her body a blur of movement. She sprinted towards Middy, her bare feet barely making a sound against the ground. At the last moment, she leapt into the air, aiming a spinning kick at Middy's head. The wind whistled past her ears, her dark hair whipping around her face as she spun. The world blurred around her, leaving only Middy as her focal point.
As she landed, her muscles coiled like a panther ready to strike. She spun around, her leg sweeping out in a low kick aimed at Middy's legs, a counterpoint to her previous high kick. The friction of her movement against the ground sent a small cloud of dust swirling around her, the particles dancing in the eerie light of her energy attack.
"But, there's more," she murmured with a large grin as she was enjoying the bout.
Her eyes glowed with an inner fire as she gathered more energy, this time directing it towards the ground. With a powerful stomp, she sent a shockwave of raw energy rippling towards Middy. The ground seemed to shudder and crack under the force, creating a wave of displaced earth and energy.

The dark elf did quite well against middy but turning into ultimate super saiyan which was much more than his elevated super saiyan form, having more power and stronger stats than the other forms below it and his enhanced speed really came into play in this form, the muscles slowed him down but with his speed the way it was, it trulely wouldn't matter, the saiyan elite landing a solid punch on her after she got out of the chicken wing and made orbs of fire which were dealt with by a skill he learned on kelioux called Ice Blast, Ms Nightshade the dark elf was impressed by the way middy handled the attacks.
This was not a bad session so to speak, seeing how she could slip out of his chicken wing showed she was able to think of a defense, evasive, or intercept a method of combat, this being wrestling. The flaming orbs were easy to deal with and the real challenge was Katelynn Nightshade.
She was a dark elf but with a shitload of experience from the Next Dimension which was more years than the Qazi-Immortal Midnight 'Middy' Kitsune. This was intense, now a brick house he scanned the energy of Ms. Nightshade. "Hrm.... a strong battle fighting power, not as strong as mine in this form but strong enough to require Maximum Motivation to be the best and go all out in this sparring session."
He then saw her motion and the scouter red the energy attack's battle power and as soon as he was alerted of it, he moved to the left, with powered flight, fast enough to get out of harms way before firing a volley of turtle style blasts using the burst fire method which was 3 medicine ball sized orbs of energy which were blue heading towards the woman before repelling off the wall as she was getting ready to do another attack, Middy not wasting anytime and used the stance of tiger claw and got through the wave of dirt and such that the dark elf launched and he nailed her with a super stomach uppercut with energy infused into it, this was danerous and would knock the wind out of her sails if need be. He now got her into a headlock and attempted to hold on and put the woman right to sleep, his strength was high so she wouldn't get out of this that easy. She got out of one hold so middy used a different one to make her tap out.
The Saiyan Elite held on tight, clenching with his muscles as time would pass, this wouldn't be an easy match, he had her tightly in a wrestling hold, there was next to no way that this woman was gonna get out of this without bearing her all or using a spell to get free so he held on tighter and tighter, not caring how hard this dark elf could be as the grip intensified to make the woman tap out or pass out.

Katelyn watched as Middy powered up, the very air around him crackling with a palpable energy that made the fine hairs on the back of her neck stand on end. His form was impressive, his power overwhelming.
"Hmm... Ultimate Super Saiyan, impressive, Middy," she mused aloud, her eyes taking in his transformed state. Her voice was soft but held an undeniable edge of challenge.
His speed and strength were extraordinary, but those two traits weren't everything. When he darted forward, his fist connecting with her abdomen, she grunted, the force of the blow pushing her back. She staggered, her feet digging into the ground to keep her upright. It was a strong hit, but she'd taken stronger. The volley of turtle style blasts had her instinctively moving, her body reacting even before her mind processed the threat. She twisted, her body bending impossibly to dodge the blue orbs of energy. The ground beneath her exploded, debris flying into the air, and she was momentarily blinded.
Then, Middy was there, his hand clasped around her throat in a headlock. The world tilted as she was lifted off her feet, her body struggling against the hold. His grip was like iron, and she could feel the edges of her vision starting to blur.
"No...way..." Katelyn choked out, her voice barely a whisper as she fought against the encroaching darkness. Her heart pounded in her chest, each beat a testament to her determination to not give up.
She wasn't done yet. Drawing upon her inner reserves, Katelynn tapped into the ancient magic that coursed through her veins. She was a warrior, a trainer, but first and foremost, she was a mage. A soft, violet glow enveloped her hands as she whispered a word of power, the word echoing around the arena.
"Release!"
The spell, a simple one yet effective, was meant to break physical restraints. She could feel the magic seeping into Middy's hold, slowly prying his fingers away from her throat. The grip weakened just enough for her to gasp in a lungful of air, her mind becoming clearer with the much-needed oxygen.
Her feet found the ground, her knees buckling under her before she forced herself to stand. Katelyn pulled herself free from the loosened hold, her hand reaching up to rub her sore throat.
"You certainly don't hold back, do you, Middy?" she rasped, a small smirk pulling at the corner of her lips. Her eyes shone with an unquenchable fire, a silent vow that she wasn't defeated, not by a long shot.
A dry chuckle escaped Katelyn's lips as she faced Middy once more. She rolled her shoulders, still feeling the ghost of his iron grip. It was time to change the rules.
"Let's see how well you adapt, Middy," she said, her voice a teasing whisper in the wind.
With a sweeping gesture of her hand, she drew upon the ancient magic of her lineage, the air around her crackling with energy. The ground beneath them trembled, the very fabric of the maze shifting and changing at her command. Stone walls rose and fell, the maze reshaping itself into a series of narrow passageways and tight corners, a labyrinthine trap designed to test Middy's agility and quick thinking.
Then, with a graceful leap, Katelyn launched herself onto one of the high walls, her figure a dark silhouette against the shifting maze. She ran along the wall, her bare feet barely making a sound against the stone, her every movement fluid and graceful like a cat on the prowl.
From her elevated vantage point, she released a series of orbs; they were made of pure dark energy, into the winding pathways of the maze. They bobbed and wove through the maze, their ghastly violet glow the only source of light in the labyrinth. Each sphere was a ticking time bomb, set to release a burst of magic upon contact.
"Let's see how you fare in the dark, Middy," she called out, her voice echoing through the maze, a challenging taunt to her sparring partner.
But Katelyn wasn't done yet. With a soft chant, she summoned a swarm of ethereal Shadow Wraiths, their forms barely visible in the inky darkness of the maze. They moved silently, their ghastly forms sliding along the ground and walls, ready to grapple and hinder Middy with their cold, energy draining touch.

The warrior was now powered down to elevated super saiyan as the maze changed, the walls cames down and it broke into pieces, midnight quickly made a spirit ball and moved his hands to break the rocks and stones of the falling walls; this being a decent manuver to keep the falling ceiling and walls from crushing him, back and forth his fingers moved to get each bit of debree that was coming towards the saiyan elite operative.
He kept it up and soon after had the spirit ball head towards Nightshade, zooming in and out of harms way without much issue or fuss. The spirit ball then went underground with the saiyan upping his speed and moving even faster than before, raising his two right pointer and index finger up and the spirit ball shot up from under the ground, this was a tough manuver he was going to use, then from above, Middy thrusted his arms forward and three kamehameha blasts were now discharged at close range.
Apparently there were more orbs coming so the saiyan now charged up his energy and fired missile shaped blasts, one blast at each Orb to stop them from getting too close, but now there was another problem, the lights went out and midnight's aura was glowing making light along with the flashlight in his scouter. He moved around and kept hiis guard up, the fight still happening as he closed the gap, getting to the dark elf and then from behind, did a cocobutt to the back of the head, it was one of midnight's MANY special attacks. If successful she'd be dizzy... and distracted regardless of how strong and skilled he was.
