It was time to get to work. Not much more had to be said after Hit arrived in this Universe. The Assassin’s guild on Dronack had almost shunned him when he first arrived telling him to head out and they would send him a job when one came up. While the Assassin didn’t like having to wait, he did in many ways understand what was going on. You had to earn your position when you joined a new guild and anything that he had done in Universe 6 was going to be considered the act of an Assassin in a lesser Universe. He was going to have to earn his respect in this Universe.
He spent the evening on a late-night walk. The trees gave some interesting reflections on this world as the moon shined down on them. It would be a crazy sight for most to see, but Hit simply walked with his hands tucked in his pockets, eyes closed and calmly enjoying the night air.
As the Assassin walked that he felt something strange. Another presence was in the area. It was only for a moment and it was certainly masked in a way he recognized. It faded away almost as fast as he noticed it, causing the Assassin to calmly open his eyes as he looked in the direction the energy was at. There he saw one of the famous green task chips. He clicked the button and saw the image of the man that was his target. He crushed the chip in his hand after seeing the rundown and knowing he was also close by. The energy signature was almost calling out to him after just feeling a glimpse of it as he activated the chip.
It was time to make the donuts!
It didn’t take him long to track down the Saiyan. Cado was his name, but why he was the target wasn’t really important for his first task. Hit was just ready to get to work. They had given him a little test and one that clearly showed they lacked much confidence in the transfer. He had to show them that they were wrong.
He only masked his energy to allow his presence to radiate over the area as he approached his target. Cado was said to have been on this world for some time and already the Assassin could feel the tingle in his mind as it seemed to be tapped into. He wasn’t going to have a full onslaught, but he would make due either way. Standing amongst the tree’s he let loose his power reflecting it around the Forest to hope the illusionary forest would be able to help beat the annoyance of Telepathic beings.
”I have come here to kill you.” It was all that was said and it echoed around the area now.
He couldn’t be arrogant here and he also didn’t want to show too much just yet. It was hard to tell if the Universe 7 Assassin’s trusted him or were also going to betray him. It was clearly possible that Thysha hadn’t be truthful with his transfer either. He knew if they dropped of a target on the world of the victim that they would also be watching. He had no reason to show off that much.
He didn’t waste time, actually he didn’t even utilize time as he skipped forward crashing a strong jab to the body, a pair of quick strikes to the same area and then a strong uppercut to the chin. Hit in a flash of speed went back to his location as time resumed.
The next step of the plan was rather simple. With a surge of telekinetic energy, he uprooted a nearby tree and sent it crashing down towards Cado. It was time to see how he moved, or if he would move at all.
Hit’s focus was locked in on the target now and it was honestly time to get ready to finish this entire thing off. The Assassin held both hands out gripping them one after another as explosive bursts of energy erupted right on his target’s location. Twin explosions to start off the show. That was what he was going for here. Not really worrying about having a single strike victory, but a show for the others to see and understand what he was truly capable of doing.
Immediately after the explosions, Hit moved again. Time was on his side, literally. Skipping forward he appeared behind Cado now holding his hand out as a field of energy encased his opponent and then the ride would begin. The combination would be a strong kick sending him into the air which was quickly followed by him skipping ahead again and striking with two feet into the middle of back. As the field went crashing down to the surface, The Assassin would appear next to it again striking out with a powerful looping right to the head, a forceful knee to the stomach and then a power left to the chest to send him away. Hit would fade away one more time appearing behind the Saiyan and striking him with a strong elbow to the spine and then a massive double handle blow to the head to send him to the planet below where the field of energy would finally explode.
He calmly floated around in the air as he waited to see the outcome so far of his initial assault. Whatever way it looked, whether his opponent had survived and defended or not wasn’t was all he cared about. He honestly hoped he was still alive and if he was the assault would continue.
The Assassin flew forward once more, swaying as he did, with hope of at least confuse the eyes of his foe. As he got close enough, he lashed out with a powerful ki infused punch again to the chest area. He then burst further with his speed punching down at the ground two times as he circled him before two bursts of fire erupted from the ground looking to incinerate him with the force of the lava from Kanassa’s very core.
With the assault still ongoing he seemingly blinked away again as he jumped forward in time. Appearing behind his opponent as he dove forward with a single fist looking to break his body under the raw force of the blow. It would be one more skipping of time as he channeled a deadly force into his left hand appearing now in front of Cado wherever he was and striking with a direct blow to his heart. If things worked out as he planned it would be all that was needed this time around. Still he wouldn’t get too confident as he landed calmly after the last blow shifting his feet in a way that signified if needed he wasn’t even close to being done.
