The Demi-Earthling sat down and watched the feat of psychic ability that was performed by the Saiyan man. He was not particularly impressed by it, as he knew a number of races that could channel the powers of their mind and use it to influence the world around them. This was an action that he did not try to replicate as he lacked telekinetic abilities.
He had thought about how people could achieve psychic abilities through training and spending a certain amount of time on Kanassa, it wouldn't be particularly hard to travel to that planet, but psychic abilities were something more that Joseph had interest in observing rather than utilizing.
Though this did fan the child's curiosity and made him further wonder what else the Saiyan man was capable of. He seemed like a very formidable warrior.

Joseph had taken a seat, arbitrarily in the midst of their meet. Jordan crossed his arms just beneath his chest and walked a few paces toward the young warrior with an inquisitive expression upon his face. It was as though the young warrior had been waiting to see all of the tricks the half breed had up his sleeve- he was half-tempted to show him more. Perhaps his raw power in his current elevated form would be something to quell his curiosities. " It is obvious you have seen, and possibly, dealt with telekinetic foes and friends in the past. There are several techniques to which you may or may not have seen in this life...how about raw power and the limitless potential our Saiyan Ancestors have given us to continue to achieve"? The warrior let out as he began to elevate himself higher above the city to become its very own beacon of radiant power and light. As his question, more of a statement, lingered in the air- the rogue elite threw off his ivory cloak and shifted his weight to a centered position that was shoulder-width apart. Arms flexing at his side as his hands balled into fist and his veins began to show more than they did typically, a fierce wave of power flowered from the bottoms of his soles and suddenly washed up and around to just above his golden locks! The visceral power enveloped and controlled itself around our hero as he pushed passed his elevated state and beyond! Jordan's frame bolstered more of a power-lifter than of a lean athlete and his power surged well beyond that of his normal output! The skies around him swirled around him as though he were a mighty storm that only yet begun to reach the heights of its measure! With a flash of wild tenacity in his emerald orbs, he looked down upon Joseph and gave a profound smile- lowering himself with his aura washing over his ultimate state, thus far. Buildings shook as he came down between the structures and to the city road. Just before him was Joseph, and he concentrated to ensure his power hadn't strayed to far from the reaches of the energy that was spiking and swirling and licking wildly about him. As he touched down and took a breath he gave a flick of his fingers out toward and abandoned building- and as though it were some mystical snap...the building shattered into a million pieces! Crumbling and crackling as though it were built of toothpicks and not concrete and melted steel! Jordan gave a grin and a crack of his neck, looking at the young warrior knowing full well his power was now a radiant beacon for any and all who were on the planet. That if he willed it, he could utterly destroy the planet if he weren't able to control his power. " Well, young one, are you able to foster this form yet? Or are you still unable to transform other than our Oozaru form? I can help you grow, we can grow together if you wish. However, there is responsibility that comes with this abundant power and limitless potential that is afforded to our kind. The choice is yours, my friend". Joseph turned and looked at the elder Saiyan as the man raised his power pushing and evoking clear effects on the environment surrounding them. He felt the power of the man surging, his eyes widen in an approximation and creeping interest. Joseph had to plant his feet firmly into the ground to avoid being flung away by the tremendous power that Jordan was exerting.
He then saw the change of the Saiyan his black hair becoming golden, but the form here was different, bulkier than what he was use to seeing from Raiosu and the footage of the overlord. Joseph looked at Jordan with a sangfroid scrutinizing gaze as he answered. "I only ever get the incomplete form," Joseph said in reference to the False Super Saiyan form, it was a power that awaken sometimes at random when he raised his energy, during training, or in battle when he was in need of more power, but he always merely got the approximation of the legendary form. "I can't become an Ozzaru at all. I don't have a tail."
Though his expression was calm, Joseph was admiring the form, a great power possible for him to attain but always seemed to allude him despite his efforts. "How did you become Super Saiyan?" the child asked. He wanted to know how to achieve the form and he figured asking someone who had managed it would among the best options.

A Past Remembered
The warrior cut the circulating power that enveloped him as the young warrior's words fell upon his ears. It had seemed he hadn't been able to jump from the Giji state, as Jordan knew it to be called, and flow into the legendary Super Saiyan form that only few ever came to achieve. The rogue elite further supressed his power and allowed his blonde locks and blue eyes to fade back into their normal state. Winds slowed to but a gentle breeze, and other than a few tumbling pieces of cement from the surrounding buildings, the town was quiet once again. The half breed warrior raised a brow, at the question at hand. As he came closer his eyes trailed to see no tail was apparent; however, he too had no tail. It seemed this young warrior lacked the tutelage of their kind due to maybe a disdain for his tail-less being. With a sigh the warrior ran a hand through his hair and gave a sincere smile to Joseph, " Do you see a tail around my waist my friend"? Jordan turned slightly to ensure the warrior took note and then continued with only but a moment having passed, "I was able to surpass the Giji state with training, but more so than that- you need a catalyst to push past your primal anger and tap into the surging power that comes with our controlled wrath". Jordan took a few steps toward a building that had a decaying body laying between a window and the cemented sidewalk- a stain could be seen from the pool of blood that had dripped and long-since been dried since the fated day the poor human's life came to an end. The rogue elite pointed at the body, " Death, alone, isn't what pushes us over the edge. As we are descended from a warrior race, death is apart of the marque. No, something you value...treasure even, would suffice to help push past those limits. At least from what I have sensed from you, you have the natural power to transform- just lack the reason". The warrior looked back toward Joseph to see if he was following along with his explanation, and it seemed he would have to delve further into the subject- at least from what his expression had surmised. " From that look on your face it may be easier to show you what occurred and how I achieved the form I had just shown you", Jordan pushed his mental tendrils toward Joseph's own mind- if the warrior didn't guard his mind, he would allow him a communicable line to his memory of when he first transformed at the site of his life-mate being taken from him...nearly ten years ago. It was a bloody ordeal that caused a maelstrom of death and power that circulated from the very people who took his wife from him. If the young warrior didn't resist he would see for himself that exact moment that propelled him beyond the Giji form and what it took to do so. If he did resist the mental link, then he would see nothing and the rogue elite would simply explain it to him; however, he had hoped he would allow the link as it would convey the feelings at the exact moment he ascended and that was what his goal was for attempting the link to begin with. "Yes, I can see it." Joseph said answering Jordan's question. As Jordan stood and explained how the Super Saiyan form was achieved to him Joseph stood and listened to him. He had explained how, that death was not the trigger to activating the transformation. That made Joseph reflect on his first battle Broly and the aftermath, he had witness the Paladin Rhaemon mutilated by the Saiyan, his mangled body, a gapping hole in his head from when the mad Titan ripped his brain from his skull. Seeing how the Paladin was killed was a dismal sight that angered him, though that anger did not push him to the Super Saiyan transformation.
The Demi-Earthling couldn't help but wonder had Goku died in that battle rather than the stranger Paladin would he had been able to reach the true Super Saiyan form, though that was a thought he did not care to rump on too much, as his failure to protect Goku meant it was lucky that his Saiyan friend was still alive.
Jordan evoked a psychic connection to the child, though he was somewhat taken by surprise by this, Joseph decided not to adjure the psychic connection to his mind, as he saw no ill intent by the adult Saiyan. He stood and watched the image of death of his love, his eyes widening in surprise at the sight before narrowing back to their regular sangfroid state, it was a harrowing sight and disheartening one. The child's chest because heavy as he began absorbing the emotion that was felt by Jordan during this time. After the psychic image dissipated, Joseph stood for a moment silent, partly out of surprise, and also partly out of respect for how this event had made Jordan felt. He was surprised the man was willing to share such a painful experience. "Thank you for showing me," the Demi-Earthling stated. "I'm sorry for your loss."

Progression On the Horizon As the warrior recounted the catalyst of his past that allowed him to tap into their racial heritage, Jordan withdrew slowly from the young man's mind before him. The rogue elite solemnly bowed his head, " I appreciate the condolences; however, my life-mate was brought back to life and will no longer leave my side. That is neither here nor there, but the memory and the moment in time when I had believed that was the end of her life- is the important lesson to be remembered. For even though she still lives, that moment serves as a reminder of how others in this verse aren't so fortunate". Jordan let his words marinate for a moment and then looked to the horizon just off in the distance- there was a beautiful sunset beginning to lay upon the land of the world. The colors were vibrant and full of life, nothing foreboding of malice or injustice happening in the land- it was something few and far between and the warrior lifted his hand out toward the unfolding scene. " That, right there, if you cannot feel the warmth and reason behind those rays of light being admitted- I feel there is no way of being able to understand how to transform. Of course others will tell you there is a tethered way that revolves around hate and wrath...but I implore you to see the things before you and take them for all they are worth- for not many in this verse will ever be with us again. They will wither and decay and be gone to other world and on another adventure, but the lessons they leave will be here forever- along with their and your name alike". The half breed warrior let his arm fall beneath his ivory cloak and turned his head toward the tower, Kami was waiting still. Jordan closed his eyes and then opened them back toward his fellow Saiyan and gave a nod, " well my friend I must be off. If you should ever desire a way to test your abilities and raise in power exponentially, my suggestion would to be to seek out Kami- whom resides above Korrin Tower. It is a place I go to now, for I must recenter my own self and improve much. Take care, I am sure we will see one another again. If ever in need, seek me out in the astral realm and I will do what I can to help where I can. Farewell". Before hearing and seeing the response of Joseph, the half breed warrior's aura clouded around him as though he were a horsemen of the apocalypse and jet into the sky at a sound-shattering pace! A few buildings crashed from the momentary burst in power, their material falling down in a slope-like fashion as Jordan was now but a dot in the sky and rocketing toward Kami Lookout where he intended to use the hyperbolic time chamber. His power wasn't enough for what would soon ensue... Jordan WC: 505 / 1620 OOCLY: THANK YOU! Was fun, and I would love to do it again! The Demi-Earthling looked at the other half-Saiyan and nodded, he was happy to hear that the man didn't have to go on without a woman he cherished so dearly. He couldn't imagine what it would be like to basically have someone you care about so much taken from you. He was close to experiencing that once, and a wish with the Dragonballs allowed him to narrowly allude a fate where he had to endure the loss of everything he charished, he took note of Jordan stating it was the thought of losing her forever that drove him to that form.
Joseph thought about what Jordan said, that if he could not feel the warmth and reason behind the sunlight he would not understand how to transform. The child thought about that, did he feel this the warmth and reason Jordan was referring too. He thought of how Jordan stated that others would tell him that the way to achieve the form was hatred and wrath.
He could see that being the case, when he met Broly for the second time, the ineffable hatred and rage towards the Saiyan drew him closer to truly achieving the true form of Super Saiyan than any of his training and past battles, as a matter of fact. It reminded him of when Broly said the Demi -Earthling couldn't damage him without letting himself go. The thought of that not necessarily being case was reassuring, he wanted to achieve the fabled power, but he did not want to lose himself to it, he did not want to become akin to malignant plights of the universe responsible for death and destruction in places such as this City, he wanted to be able to keep such needless pain and destruction from happening.
Joseph looked at the horizon and as the sun was beginning to set before looking back at Jordan. "Oh Kami, I've trained with him a lot." The Demi-Earthling said smiling, "I should visit him again eventually though, thank you." He looked up at the Saiyan as he flew away and began walking home accompanied just by his thoughts.
