Cell had a choose to make; he could either choose to do good, or choose evil.

It seemed simple enough, but it didn't feel that simple. He was a being of enormous power. He could destroy whole planets once he reached his apex. On the one hand, he could choose to bring worlds into a peaceful utopia, free of crime and most suffering brought about by injustice. He knew this would be good, but for the virtue brought about by this thinking, he couldn't help but feel it beneath him. He was essentially a god, and the whims of powerless people shouldn't be the goal of his life.

Should it?

who was he after all? what was the point of all this power? Was it to rule over the galaxy, or to bring about utopia? Or was there another thing he had not consider? Did his power mean he had to act one way or another? Could he just go about and do what he wanted?

What did he want though?

These thoughts ran through his mind as he wondered the earth. Part of him wanted to be the strongest in the galaxy, but he felt like that was an easy achievement for him. What would be the harder achievement? What would give his life the ultimate meaning?

He wasn't sure. He needed food at the moment, so that seemed like the place to start. He was powerful but lacked refinement in his fighting abilities. Perhaps he should humble himself and seek a master for the time being. Once he was trained as one of the greater fighters, he could see how he felt from there.

He had heard of a great martial arts master name Roshi. That seemed the place to start. First food, then Roshi. He looked to the horizon with hope in his eyes!
