The Avatar of War
Lately, the pink-haired warrior thought that he didn’t fight enough. It was beginning to feel like his skills were getting rusty and he didn’t want that. Unfortunately for him, he was stuck sitting in the cockpit of his ship alone. He wanted to be selfish and call his daughter in order to give her another hardcore session, but he wanted to be different towards her. He wanted to let her choose her own path rather than him choosing one for her.
The next question to enter his mind was, who should he ask? The last time he saw the ginger-haired man, he was stuck in a prison so he was likely tied up. That’s when he remembered Lenny and the fighting spirit that was within the feline. He thought getting a fight with them would be even less likely than any of his friends.
Could Juturna fight? That’s where his mind went next. It had just occurred to him in that moment as well that he wasn’t even sure what she was. Did she use the cat as a bodyguard or could she herself handle a brawl? Since fighting was a good way for the Zaunite to get to know someone better, he thought it’d be a good idea to see if the AI would like to fight.
Sadly, he didn’t even know how he’d even get in contact with her. It wasn’t like she gave him her number or anything. Maybe there was some way to contact her through his ship’s computer? He thought that was possible since she was one of the ones to build it. Surely she left something for him to send her a message in case something went wrong with his spacecraft and needed a tune up. Thankfully, he found a signal that seemed to be for a mechanic.
“Hey Juturna, I hope you’re not busy,” he wrote.
The Avatar of War stopped because he didn’t think that she would show up if he asked for a fight. Who would other than him? Maybe he was overthinking it, but he decided to just be honest anyways..
“Come fight me, I’m bored,” he recorded and then sent it, "Meet me at the Battle Arena on Arlia."
At first he thought that it'd be very unlikely that Juturna would show up there, mostly because he didn't know much about her. On the worse case, at least he could have some fun fighting the warriors that the planet had to offer. He only didn't know why he didn't travel to Arlia before.
Immediately he teleported to the giant, concreted dome. He'd already been there, so the King didn't question why he was there. He gave the bug-like man a look that was followed with a nod. He hoped that would be enough for him to step into the marbleized ring.
The pink-haired warrior then waited for his opponent to arrive. While he did so, he got out his weapon to get a warm up in and spun it around in circles. He continued that motion until it sent off a shockwave of pressurized wind through the arena. He was ready...
