VASH v JOSEPH
Earnest Bunbary — 01/27/2022
Joseph was resting between sessions of training in the Fire temple, meditating by his Gem of Telepathy while his body recovered from the intensive training. The setting he emerged in appeared to be a training center with equipment and mates spread through out the room. The boy spent the last couple of minutes hitting a heavy bag.

The pungent odor of sweat and vitamin shakes filled Vash’s nostrils as he materialized in what could accurately be described as an old gym. Dusty equipment and even dustier patrons decorated the room. One person in particular stuck out like a sore thumb. Vash was familiar with Joe, the most powerful pint sized warrior the demon had ever encountered. This wasn’t the first time the two of them had met up in the astral realm, and he was certain it wouldn’t be the last. “Well howdy there, pahtnah,” Vash feigned a southern accent and faked a tip of an invisible cowboy hat.

Joseph took notice of the idiosyncratic aura that Vash gave off. He turned as the blonde demon approached him, thinking of how it had been a decent deal of time since they met. "Oh, hi Vash. How have you been?" He wasn't sure what Vash was trying to accomplish with the fake southern accent, it could have used worked, maybe he could come across Aria and she could teach him how to do the accent properly.

Shit sorry bro I totally forgot we started this lol
Earnest Bunbary — Today at 2:41 PM
No problem

“Not bad, Jo, not bad at all…” Vash lied through his teeth as images of him being captured and tortured for weeks flooded his mind. “You know me, always finding new and deviant ways to keep myself entertained. What have you been up to? Sneaking into R rated movies?” Vash chuckled salt his own lame joke.
If you got time rn we can grind this out real quick

"No, most of them have been going straight to streaming services now. I've mostly been going to school and looking for strong guys to fight." Joseph said.
Vash — Today at 3:59 PM
Vash chuckled and shook his head. “That’s the Joe I know,” he said as he placed a reassuring hand on Joseph’a shoulder. “Always looking for a bigger, badder challenge. You know, I bet you’ve got some stories that would knock my ‘My Little Pony’ socks right off my feet. I’d love to hear about it sometime! Or, we could make a story of our own, right now.”
Vash grinned as he clearly gave Joseph an invitation to regale the Crimson Typhoon with tales of his exploits, or the two of them could get right down to business. The choice was his.

"I be fine with that," Joseph said. "I fought Vampires for the first time on Kelioux, they were under Lilim and wanted to get even with me for stopping the infernal dominion from taking Valhalla."
Vash — Today at 6:47 PM
The mere mention of Lilim's name caused a wide variety of emotions, and a specific appendage to inflate, that he wasn't ready to deal with. "Vampires... Damn, Joe. Definitely sounds like you've had your hands full," he tried to steer the conversation away from Lilim. "Where do you go from here? I feel like once you've fought a vampire, fighting in a tournament at your local YMCA doesn't deliver quite the same satisfaction... What's next for 'Mighty Joe Young?" He asked, realizing that his obscure, dated reference might fly over the youngster's head.
