The end goal of the project remains unknown; The motive behind the unnamed scientist's actions unclear. Data pulled from leaked files related to a now-defunct army disclose the following facts: _Project Android Twenty-One is ordered towards the creation of a creature artifically created and engineered based on both dna and various collected samples from powerful threats whom were a direct cause of the termination of the Colored Ribbon Revolutionaries of Earth, of which the Crimson Ribbon faction of General Noir had been the central role in respect to both the organization's collective power, authority.
