Character Bio:
Originally created by the former GIC, the bio-engineered android was touted to be the perfect weapon for the organisation, a superior warrior capable of toppling the hierarchy. The android, designed by Professor Black, followed his orders and programming to seek power, but ended up falling in battle to the likes of General Blue, Rai, Deneva and eventually Amy as well. Finally, the project was decommissioned, being deemed a failure, with Professor Black being written off in disgrace. But that was not the end of this iteration of Cell. A decade has now past, and Cell is ready to be reborn.

Sample RP:
Having traversed the part of the planet's landscape in fairly short fashion, the Ginyu Force found themselves in the depths of a valley, red cliffs towered above the five of them. Sunlight barely reached through, as they continued their way though the shadow, feeling the cold wind pass through them, only protected by their armour. Whilst it did well to reduce oncoming damage inflicted by their enemies, it did very little in the way of protecting them against the weather.
"Something's not right," murmured Kobra, as he looked around, constantly on the watch for whatever was putting him on edge. Whilst the Captain didn't respond immediately, he too felt a sense of unease. The scouter had detected a number of life forces in this area, and only a few minutes prior, they had all heard and seen the signs of battle. Explosions, flashes, screams all filled the air, and yet now they walked in silence, no debris from the rock formations, nor any black marks, or wounded warriors draped across the ground. "Captain..."
"I know," Ginyu responded abruptly, holding his hand up to quell the questions and keep his troop in silence. He wanted all of them to keep their wits about them, they needed to, and conversing amongst themselves was not the best way to do so. The Force continued to creep through the canyon, the chill in the air becoming ever more noticeable, as the wind grew stronger, throwing red dust further upwards, until it eventually reached their eyes, partially blinding them.
Before the Kyaputen could decide that this had become a fool's errand, an explosion was heard above them. As the five of them simultaneously looked up, they all witnessed rubble beginning to avalanche upon them. The Ginyu Force quickly dispersed in different directions, avoiding the rocks and boulders falling from the sky. It was at this point that things become a whole lot worse. Seemingly out of nowhere, native warriors appeared from every crook, cranny and crevice conceivable. Hundreds of soldiers instantly began opening fire on the squadron. Whilst usually such weak blaster technology did not have much effect on such well-trained warrior, the combination of hundreds of blasts singling them out in such a confined and dark environment was more than enough to cause a much nastier blight.
Instinctively, Ginyu went to touch the button on the side of his scouter, needing it reveal the location of his compatriots, needing them to bring formation so as to combat the threat together, giving them a much higher chance at survival. However, just as his fingers reached the device, the Captain was stunned by the machine being struck from above by a powerful and precise blast. The device exploded around his face and shattered, crumbling to the floor along with any chance he had at easily communicating with his allies. The purple warrior instantly looked to the skies, where his gaze was met with yet more enemies, equipped with sniper blasters. Hundreds of soldiers waiting for the perfect opportunity to pick each of them off one by one.
"GINYU FORCE - TO ME!" The Captain bellowed, hoping beyond all hope that his cry would reach his allies...but to no avail. Through the plumes of smoke and red dust now filling the canyon, Ginyu was now blind, and the constant barrage of blasts meant that his cries fell on deaf ears.
