Did Shell Forget the month of April??? Well not so much as forget as just got a new job and was dealing with that transition...
I mean, he would never forget. That is why we are doing another Special month!
Item 1: Missing Patch Notes: Maybe a Patch should have happened? Maybe Shell was too busy to go over all that... Both might and are true. Either way, by purchasing this item, you can see the missing patch notes (not really, but yeah) You can read this item 5 times. Each Time you gain +5 Det and +5 INT. (Cost 1,500 zeni) (Can be re-read with proper INT, Will not be impacted by Scholar extra read options though)
Item 2: Heroic Head Smash - New TECHNIQUE: This is a special technique and does not take a slot. When you are ruled near death in a battle, you can use a free action on your first Near Death post to launch a replica of Goku's Head Smash (Used on Demon King Piccolo and Piccolo Jr). This is a Free Action (Useable 1 time per battle): KI: 0%, DR 5 Crit: Pierce (Advanced Level Crit Rating, DR can't be increased and counts as a Special Physical for Defense Purposes and cannot be countered). Cost to Learn (3,500 zeni)
