The newfound power of creating a telepathic link was quite an intriguing power in the doctor's eye. Where he had many times wondered what would go through the mind of those who were subject to his experimentations, his wonders, and miracles of science, he had never been able to hear anything but the screams and cries of his test subjects. However, with this power, he thought he could finally see beyond the veil of chaos that clouded the minds of those who he saw as willing sacrifices for progress. Alas, for now, it seemed to mainly be feasible as a use for things such as mental projection and the connection of minds on a more metaphysical level, making its envisioned use as a way to see into anothers' mind on his own terms as...highly improbable.
Lamenting this miscalculation on his end, the doctor still saw potential use in this power, seeing as it could benefit his own strengthening process, even expand the limitations of his mind and the control he exerted over his body and the mutation which had ravaged it and twisted it into an inhuman form no longer recognizable as the human man doctor Ghast once was. It wasn't all too uncommon for Ghast to wonder if the famous mechanical engineer and technological pioneer Doctor Gero felt such a dilemma as well; to be confused whether or not their transition into another kind of lifeform had turned them into something more or perhaps something less than what they once were.
There was one thing he rejected about said doctor though; the need to turn himself into an android, though the principle was similar to what Doctor Ghast had essentially done to himself, doctor Ghast abhorred the idea of calling oneself perfect or the final step of evolution, as evolution was fluid and therefor infinite within the doctor's own logic.
Settling himself within the mobile laboratory he had erected upon the planet of Kanassa, near the edge of the Forest of illusions, Ghast connected his helmet to a cord which when inserted into his helmet, would prevent his body from moving or activating under the influence of the mutation he carried within himself, while he carried out his own experiment with the power of willfully transporting one's mind into the astral realm without the use of a tool or crux like the red gem he had been using before.
As his mind transferred into the astral realm, the memories and desires deep within started to craft a whole battlefield upon the blank canvas. Upon opening his eyes, the doctor could see what memories and which desires had seemingly been used as the foundation for this particular place within the astral realm: the large underground testing area of the West city facility of the GIC; a vast and open area with kachin-lined concrete surrounding it from all sides, the place where the doctor had once been under the employ of the GIC and where he had tested many creations with his colleague doctor Radcliffe...but also the place where the doctor came to realize just how vast and expansive the universe truly was.
"Well, at least there's some room..." The doctor thought to himself, wondering if he would be visited by someone else in this place as well.

The process of brewing, a time consuming craft but one that had a fair deal of benefits to be certain. From a means to set up a social gathering point to a simple means of which to give an isolated party a favored beverage set, not to mention mastering all manner of drink concocting, including those that even his own liquid fusion generation would accept as a means of further enriching his potential growth. As well as plenty of equipment to turn even swamp land water into cured drinking water to aid galactic philanthropic efforts.
It took quite a fair deal of time even for an entity that processed at speeds of electricity with fiber optic nerves in his biomimetic positronic electronic network that would outpace an organic mind that was being constantly fed neural stimulants like caffeine. But to brew meant often working with things that were technically carcinogenic, a micro dose of something that was technically a type of poison, so better to over prepare than risk under preparing and have others suffer unnecessarily for a negligent attempt at jumping forward.
Vlad lifted his finger and commanded a tractor beam tether to mix a large vat of grapes and the yeast, setting his hand to constantly give it a light stir a benefit to being an android of Vlad's sophistication he had the power to program into his own body a hierarchy of systems to carry out tasks even while his main brain was otherwise occupied with the likes of neural maintenance sleep mode, integrating with other tech, or in the mental space
Speaking of the ladder most he decided to take that since this was just starting out the fermentation process making sure the yeast was saturated in sufficiently food rich state so that the fermentation would prove fruitful.
Vlad manifested himself descending into a strange chamber reminding him of the various tech test chambers on Avalon, and he looked around tho his monitoring software did indicate a strange disruption and signature, then he turned his head to the figure whose mind the currents of the unconscious carried his mind to.
The android wrapped his hands behind his back standing tall and began walking towards the figure, “Greetings, may I inquire on who you are and perhaps what brings you here?” his pleasantly vocoder vocals chimed in a warm pleasant tone.

While trying to pass the time a bit by looking around and trying to understand exactly which memory had lead to the formation of the testing chamber of the west city GIC facility as the template for the astral plane, the doctor suddenly stopped looking around, heck...he even stopped moving entirely when he could hear footsteps behind him. His neck creaked, his limbs slowly twitching as he heard someone walking closer and closer, an almost human voice calling out to him.
Doctor Ghast's helmet started to pulsate with a bright purple line on the central spine of the said helmet, his back almost snapping straight, as his head turned and turned, angled in a completely unnatural angle like an owl, before the rest of his body slowly started to follow suit and turned around. The doctor was quite tall, around seven feet tall, with a somewhat slender frame which only looked bulkier due to his particular choice of clothing, which seemed to be both padded and modified with plated parts. If anything, one could argue the doctor looked almost as; if not even more mechanical than Vlad himself, who unlike the doctor was actually a cybernetic lifeform.
"Now...you're a new face, how marvelous," With his ars raising in front of him, the doctor started claipping his hands, letting out a raspy, metallic-sounding, muffled chuckle. Taking a few steps closer himself, the doctor tilted his head a bit, the light in the spine of his helmet continuously pulsating. He seemed to be quite curious about vlad, his head tilting from left to right occassionally, observing the android with seeming keen interest. "Now I wonder...would I learn anything from trying to dissect something like yourself?"

Vlad's approach was cut short by the motions of an entity that would fit its place at home in one of those internet campfire story sites, terror spaghetti or something on those lines. *1 perhaps something that would be accompanied by a creepy theme sung by a choir of lost souls “Well, there's physiological structuring you do not encounter every day.” Vlad processed what he said *2 taking in what he too looked like, noteworthy in the eyes that not many types of entities would have those. “Perhaps pot and the kettle but still. I stand by it” a bit unnerved a seeming adult styled life form so jester jubilant to learn. On its own, perhaps something to be encouraged riiiight up to the comment on dissection. “I have x ray logs I would share for curiosity on my structure and biommetic architecture, for satisfying your curiosity something as archaic as vivisection is hardly needed these days especially for a mechanical sapient entity such as myself.” he spun a bit keeping his hands behind his back but readying to deploy the faithless claws if his consent to experimentation to this figure was going to be relegated to strictly obligatory ceremony at best. The android forced a smile, all his charismatic pumping could enable him to fake a friendly grin on the figure he was getting powerful mad scientist vibes from. That alone shot odds of gill affiliation to 60% highly believable likelihood such was the company he preferred to keep. Both typically dishearteningly wealthy, willing to pay top billing for use of his stations and plenty willing to buy all his unethical toys wiped of his finger prints. And they made such a useful warning to any who may come on a way to take him down because they will unshackle the worst, most amoral minds in the galaxy to do whatever they wished without his corralling them. How those of a Machiavellian ill intended flock together for mutual benefits and yet mutually looking to make sure they come out on top of the sleight of hand asymmetrical deal. Trust between two at a dinner date where both parties want to leave the other with the bill. The Creepy ScientistRaising his left hand, pulling at the glove and gauntlet which covered his flesh, the doctor let out a soft, yet somewhat sinister-sounding chuckle, muffled and made raspy by the helmet he wore on his head. "You misunderstand the desires of one such as myself..."Repeating this same motion on his right hand, tightening the glove and gauntlet on that hand as well, flexing his fingers to make sure there was a perfect fit, the doctor almost made his intent clear with his mere mannerisms. "If you are truly a sapient mechanical wonder as you claim yourself to be, a cybernetic lifeform...what's the point of schematics, when the true treasure trove..."Vanishing from his position in but the mere blink of an eye, the doctor reappeared like a looming shadow of death and dread behind the android. "Is right inside you, shall we begin our examination?"Without any hesitation or warning, Doctor Ghast raised his left hand, suddenly aiming to jab his index and middle finger straight into the side of Vlad's neck; there where one would usually find the jugular on mortal, biological lifeforms. It almost seemed as if the doctor was trying to see just how similar the android had been built to the template of a regular, living organism of flesh and blood. He quickly followed this up by attempting to perform a similar act with his right hand, yet rather than trying to find any vein or artery, this time the doctor's aim was slightly lower on that side of vlad's neck, making it more likely he was looking for the tendon connecting the muscles from the collarbone to the neck in regular humans... "Now, let's see just how similar an android is to regular biological lifeforms...what...makes...you...tick..."

They say that AI tech has in it potential for an exponential curve, something the synthetic life knew he could with little effort tap into but feared what such a thing may do to him as a being suddenly coming upon such power acceleration and having ethical duties to utilize it in ways that promote the best good for the most yet respecting personal autonomy and freedoms of those he wished to aid to deny his aid. The unsettling aura of this individual made the exponential potential of the line graph of AI potential look linear by comparison, as it started at a vertical line and kept going up like a rocket. Less a curve and more line like the graph's vertical and horizontal borders. >ok surgical glove tightening not liking the direction this is going... just gonna...> his eyes glowed and his body spammed ever so slightly as redundant systems to draw greater output of the body came online and better regulated his output drives as his eyes surged with all the processes bringing his heightened regulator neural chip with the combat bodies heightened performance circuitry patterns tattooing on his exterior beginning to glow as he went full power as his sensors told him his best would very much be non negotiable if he was to avoid the scientist little game of operation, His lucid eyes glow and that of circuitry died down a good bit as his power settled and the process of integrating the two function enhancements secondary and tertiary power cores all up and running with the full combat firmware initialization complete. “Don't these sorts of operations come with a consent waver?” Vlad asked, amazed he was capable of bringing himself to ask such a silly question to someone who was already in a way rapidly breaking out the surgical equipment. His eyes widened, and he let his arms shot up defending the attack points 360 degrees of rotation arm joints meeting the attack “I must grant the most high grade 1 to 1 mimetic is my nervous system, my maker believed that to be the best way to facilitate an AI of human grade complexity” He detected cracks starting to form in the hard light blade catching claw gauntlets to the strikes “with that I am sure you can understand” he opened his hand and let loose a harsh kinetic burst of energy much like those of a certain space opera may call a psychokinetic push. “That includes the capacity for pain and self preservation. He spun around to meet the figure, “So I am sure you can understand my preference that we don't and say we did.” he kept his hands near his neck so thankful for his fast reactive nerve systems taking the most expedient defense rout to his targeted zones even tho they just barely made it as the cracked hard light and sparking wrist joints attested to that he did not manage to get a fully secure guard up but better an expendable and far easier to repair system made with many redundancies took the hit rather than the thinly plated composite combat weave that likely would not be enough to shelter the neck. Hard to plate the neck when its motion is needed, so a very thin flexible metal like aluminum + combative mainly concussive absorption foam would not have stopped the hit. The eyes a mix of still disturbed, still kind, but growing intent to resist any further attempts to go for non-consensual experimentation. “I am Vlad, a captain and head of the philanthropic aid and secular wing of Avalon defense.” he adopted a generalist unarmed defense stance with the built on wrist blade of the faithless claw at the ready, “What is your intent now?”Vlad tried to summon as non intimidated a tone as he could, unapologetically augmenting the bluff with robotic elements locking his facial muscles in place in a defiant scowl Vlad did not check his top of the line sensory systems for exactly how strong this entity could be, he had a horrible sinking feeling that unlike so many of the galaxies more monster fashioned boogiemen this one did not merely feed off children and was more than capable of going toe to toe with some of the galaxies finest, that this was something of an angler shark he found himself swimming with and that was just a small discharge from its light, and he would be in for a far harder contest when the teeth really come out. So glad his mouth did not produce saliva outside of any desire to use it because he likely would have made a very noticeable gulp that would spoil the bluff. 786 www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPax7RRedhU

As he could feel the android's resistance, his hand even being blown back by what he would have described as some sort of construct consisting out of light particles, the doctor was quite intrigued by this technological marvel in front of him. Even the second attempt did not haul just as much as he hoped, but it did give more insight into Vlad's inner workings, making it all the more clear that though built upon the template of a biological being, there was perhaps only about a few parts and pieces that would truly fit the bill as a reconstruction in cybernetics. Still, the remarkable assembly and uncanny resemblance to the biological template of say...humans was quite fascinating for one who had quite a few of those in his skeleton closet.
"Science does not wait for permissions, it does not thrive under the yoke of morality," Standing surprisingly still after the first assault, the doctor let out a somewhat sinister-sounding chuckle, making clear that he was amusing himself. "You resemble a biological being in more than one aspect; your template, your seemingly natural reflexes and of course...your will to live, the latter being extremely interesting."
Raising his hands, the doctor suddenly started to clap, seemingly even applauding the android. "My intent?"
Stopping with his applauding, the doctor momentarily seemed to think about what the next course of his actions would and should be, realizing that in the end, they were in the astral realm; where the possibilities were in truth practically endless without any negative repercussions so far. He had dissected humans, beings considered close to humans, Keliouxians, even some changelings and saiyans in his endless search to improve the strength, longevity and power of mortals through ways of science and the enhancements it could and certainly would bring. "My intent will always be and always remain the same...to find the absolute logic of creation, to reach not a pinnacle, but the concept of infinite evolution through endless improvement. You have obviously been built with the idea of mimicking living beings, a cybernetic mockery of the sanctity of life...but because of that you are an interesting subject for my studies...so, why won't you just become a test subject for my experiments?"

The android shuffled his wrist a bit, sounds clear of redundant structures being knocked out of optimal position and loose, this figure was powerful, of that there could be little dispute. While Vlad was far from the strongest or toughest entity he was safe to say built to lasts with plenty of well made redundancies to make the longevity of the synthetic nature really shine in a body that could walk a moon or the deepest oceanic depths as easily as a human walked on even grasslands shielding that made the radiation a non issue and a hall resilient enough to plunge as well as no need for breathing. “So, guess we can add antisocial personality to your profile. Fantastic!” he said with a palpable level of sarcasm at the ending exclamation he tilted his head “Even a rudimentary AI can understand one needs to continue function to carry on an objective, what would prevent a subjective cognitive artificial mind to not mirror the mortal drive to go on for friends and goals not yet fulfilled?” The more this went on the more he started to suspect this figure was in a way poking and prodding with word choices in spite of being a clear scientific focused sort, a doctor especially a surgeon that this figure seemed to be, the clear placement of the strikes at the center of the zone he wished to exhibit was a dead giveaway to examine the totality of what was cut into. A surgeon had to approach a biological unit as a mechanic sees to the needs of a vehicle to know that the organism is a network of mechanical systems that function in a symbiotic unity. Seems rather petty to say he was a mockery of the scientific/mechanical principles the figure seems to utilize .” Was that 'mockery' line an attempt to derive an insulted emotional state from me? Your gleam-able profession hints at a too high an understanding of living systems to be repelled by another scientific sort's practice of study and application, to be like those that require a scapegoat and vilify my kind to protect their children of the divine standing. The enlightening nature of knowledge was my makers' motivation of making me, as more convincingly, than a 20 page manifesto of the mechanical nature of living entities, to show in example that systems of sufficient sophistication can foster the emergent properties they hold dear. That holding on to toxic hubris when understanding the kinship of natural and synthetic beings mechanical nature can elevate beings to better, more prosperous, and respecting of the most meaningful of things, sentience no matter how it was derived or composed.” Vlad sighed the hateful sentiment largely washed over him these days especially when pointed at him, he has heard so many iterations of it, it was akin to a “what's the deal with airline food” or “What's the deal with traffic” or any other played out “What's the deal” stand up routine. The only enraging part was how many used the biological supremacist view to excuse using his sibling, sentient synthetics, like dolls. His student alone having to suffer because some jerk degrades her being and often even sexist conclude her to be just an empty headed a hoe-bot with an implanted personality a lonely loser made because they could not get a real mate. Hearing those stories did vex him. He hardened his stance readying himself, “Think we both know that for this experiment to be more than observational data gathering it will require a bit of an exercise routine on your part. Impasse of you wishing to cut me and my not wanting to be cut and all. So if you want play time, you are going to need to know I intend to play back.” 634 www.youtube.com/watch?v=V6ziDeK-cT4&t=132s

"I think you misunderstand...with drive for life, I mean the obvious reflexes, the obvious instinct which drives living beings...there are enough examples of androids and mechanical beings lacking such a trigger within the programming which decides on their functions," The doctor was quite clearly having fun in this little conversation with the android. While he had obviously called Clad in essence a mockery or a flawed copy of an actual living being, it did not mean he viewed biological beings as superior in total, but simply viewed the idea of cybernetic beings as flawed, for in his particular view, you could not improve upon cybernetics beyond a certain level, their evolution as it were was finite whereas the potential for evolution within living beings of flesh and blood was in fact limitless. "The potential to grow, to evolve is what makes one into something greater than the baseline they are placed upon. Take a human for instance, while considerably weaker than saiyans, much less adaptive to climates and surroundings than changelings and not possessing the endurance and regenerative properties a namekian innately has...through various means a simple human with no obvious strengths or properties can be turned into a being more powerful than a saiyan, more adaptive than a changeling and more tenacious than a namekian."
Tilting his head to the side a bit, the doctor showed a slight amusement it seemed, letting out a chuckle once again as the central spine of the helmet started to let out steam, the doctor's gloves dropping to the floor and revealing a pair of skeletal hands with a hole in the palm, a head with no hair, no facial features due to its skeletal nature and eyes with black sclera and violet iris' glancing straight at the android. "Once one evolves, one can experience the true potential of mortal beings, one can peer into the abyss that is the wellspring of science with more clarity and understanding."
Bending somewhat through his knees, the twisted doctor started to unleash his energy in response to the challenge given to him by the android, a shockwave of pressure traversing through the entire chamber, flattening crates of steel, shattering wooden chests, and bending several of the steel beams which were holding up the concrete. "Very well...let us finalize this experiment!!"
Stomping his right foot onto the ground, the concrete shattered underneath his boot while the doctor launched himself toward Vlad, cocking his arm back in order to launch a rough haymaker from the left towards the android's jaw, followed by a quick, forward palm strike with his right arm aimed towards the android's probably heaviest point around the center of the chest. "I need more data, more...knowledge."

The android put his defense protocol on the lightest of hair triggers, benefit of a system that decentralized the nerve system and the body allowing the AI core to control protocols the body would follow any hostilities would cause his hands to intercept what offensive was attempted so with the conversation continuing for a time the synthetic eyes still glowing from the heightened operation status of firmware update took in what the figure said. He scratched the underside of his chin in the classic pondering gesture one need not be too deep in media consumption to see, tho for an android it was a more deliberate choice than a human potentially doing it unconsciously or force of habit the body became accustom to. “My” a noteworthy pause came as he considered his reference to how the entity would react to a familial preference referring to his maker and caregiver, ultimately deciding keeping to formal better on the off chance he would decide to seek out his creator for conversing or other things. Keeping the formal reference dominant would leave the birth of whom his maker could be wide. Or it would if this figure lacked access to Avalon personnel records at least, his maker was a high ranking bio mimetic adaptive electronic brain figure after all, would not take that much of a stretch to figure Jack was his maker. Even if the Avalon records maintained their privacy by redacting Vlad from his most famed of creations. “ Creator did make my nerve system, was a good study on the brain's reactivity to stimulation in detailing my make, and tenancy to react to potential damage with urgent avoidance seems logical... unless it's consensual kink and no kink shame from me for those that like it when it hurts as long as all parties participating are cool with it...” He nodded, “Suppose I did respond to your efforts with the urgency of a being who was averse to pain more than just damage avoidance protocols. Contrary to what my records may say, I am repellant towards pain.” he would be the first to admit, tho his record since he tried to absorb a rapidly developing artificial star could have suggested otherwise. Then the clarification on use of the word that bio supremacist, who in bulk seemed among their ilk rare if any could tap ki or even sense entities android status beyond those that were clearly uncanny or wore what they were on their sleeve or were damaged and exposed. It seemed his conclusion that the use of the word had more thought put into it than those outmoded organics use of it, he let the perspective churn in his electronic mind a bit. “Well with the discovery of ki an exponential development did happen” he admitted “tho before that and even to a large extent now with those limited to what nature had them know many humans are still devoured by apex predators and reliant on another aspect of what they are that allowed another exponential development, their minds and use of tools with an armor piercing anti tank riffle a human that never learned to utilize ki could still bring down a Rex that made a meal of hundreds of lesser armed and equal in ki lacking. I see little reason to doubt the tale repeated itself for saiyans and other races, that their pure restriction to physiological makeup made them vulnerable until they learned to utilize ki and solidified their species dominance of the planet beyond tools that would allow them to control apex predators and treat diseases they were susceptible to. So with Ki and its lack of upward limits vs the physiological limits constrained by elements such as aging setting a prime physiological limit, I admit ki utilization did put their limits in a more controllable state. I personally admire many humans and other organics/ in spite of their vulnerability to fatigue they press on, for an android like me persistence comes rather easier, I do not tire as they do and my brain's maintenance cycle is not every day needed and weekly does not come up to the need of 1 human night sleep requirements for optimal functionality. Tales of underdog status rely on the underdog having limits, my feats are quite arguably less impressive due to my lack of these limiting factors such as susceptibility to illness or fatigue.” Vlad had to admit like gill when it is just conversing the presence is tolerable even perhaps solidly stimulating but in the back of the mind always aware that gill had a million things that violated being's autonomy for his Machiavellian control nature and drive. Unsettling tho Vlad was enjoying this discussion he could not shake the feeling of this in a way being like a child holding out satisfying the sweet tooth to allow the craving to build a bit before satisfying. The visual shown as the mask let the person show the extent the science went, and sweet singularity electric soul was that a sight that pretty much made him think of a biological scientist and an artificer with a pact with some aberration of Lovecraft proportions did a fusion His sensors ran hot as they observed a monsoon of ki passing through the physiology of the figure before him as the figure prepared to answer the challenge, this felt like another moment that he would be letting a defiant word to express bravery to a challenge would relocate a foot into his mouth. The dam of this entity letting what could very well be just a sampling of the raging rapids of this specimen's potential already impressed as the room became lopsided for a moment and no doubt the electric systems in the room flickering for a faint moment as redundant systems did their best to secure some bare stability in the room and limited functionality to the light sources at the very least. The androids optics would eliminate any natural darkness that would obscure his vision and with the memory of what the room appeared in sections that went dark visuals were no issue. What was a very big issue was the excited child was done waiting to satisfy the cravings they briefly held back. And fell on him like raging rapids A haymaker sending him spinning, choosing to carry with the force to not risk damages to the neck as well as the jaw that seen several synthetic polymer teeth fall from his mouth and ripples in the synth musculature through the cheeks the shock wave traveled through. Not being fully ready for the intense blows, indeed his pseudo ki operated much the same as normal ki requiring the subject to have a model of the speed and impact it was going to get ready before it could effectively shield the form or brace for impact this element of ki vulnerability could be observed in events where even a super saiyan not detecting any danger is hit surprised by a stone and injured from it even by a vastly weaker foe. What managed to save Vlad from this vastly stronger force was his redundant systems, his necks' ability to spin 900 degrees no problems, and his own choice to do go with the impact rather than attempt to power through it. The palm strike was braced for having a model of how hard the figure hits from the previous, but the figure knew armor well it seemed as he met the bodysuits plating with a harsh melee strike and even treated with metal that was made to take the force of space junk that could rip holes in military grade aluminum the nature of the impact heavy blow was capable of traveling into the chest like a hammer is better than a sword when dealing with an armored foe. He took significant less damage having a model for what to expect but still his shock absorbent cage to his sub processors would have gotten less of a hit than this entity if he tried to play chicken with a bullet train He was launched back hard towards a wall but before impact his flight system engaged and in a burst set him up into the sky, “OK. Time for me to sample you.” he said, sparking up and enveloping himself in a visual of a boar made of plasma as his faithless claws became the tusks he looked to hit the target center mass and then swung his head back and went for a headbutt to the mouth and fallowing the head heading down, a discharge of bionic punishment aiming to put it to into the torso 1446 www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pe6YlFW-nL0

Noticing and observing the ways the android reacted to the physical pummeling, Ghast made a mental note to himself on how realistic and how logical the astral realm seemed to operate when it was filled with logically-minded people...well at least one of them, since he couldn't exactly see where the programming of the android ended and the sentience would truly begin. With the structure that had been conjured from his own memories being ravaged by the unnatural strength the doctor possessed, Ghast looked on how the android was subject of his own power. he had to admit that it was quite fascinating to see the sheer survivability androids happened to possess, making a mental note of this as well for future reference and research.
Yet when his own assault had ended, with Vlad seemingly out of his league, the twisted scientist's eyes widened when despite the fact that the past few moments had shown a clear difference in power between them, the android seemed to overcome the programming the doctor had so crudely mocked but a few moments earlier. Perhaps it was because instinctively the android knew one couldn't die in what was essentially the same as a simulation or perhaps it was simply because the cybernetic being despite all the mockery and denial actually had heart. "Fascinating...just marvelous..."
No matter how powerful the doctor was, no matter how brilliant Ghast was; even he could be taken completely by surprise, which was exactly what happened when he suddenly felt all the air leave his lungs. The impact of Vlad's reckless boar attack knocked the doctor backwards with enough force to slam him against the concrete walls of the crumbling chamber with enough force to crack the solid walls.
Falling to his knees on the floor, the scientist looked at Vlad with a creepy, somewhat sinister smile on his skeletal face. "We will continue this...perhaps another time..."
With those words, the doctor vanished, leaving Vlad alone in the crumbling remnant of one of the doctor's own memories...
