Character Bio: Nappa grew up as a somewhat talented low-class Saiyan warrior, raised under mostly Traditionalist views. His father, despite teaching him in the old ways, still felt confident in his son's growth potential and ambition, and urged him upon his eighth birthday to cut off his hair. Having the classic low-class hairstyle, it made it visibly obvious to anyone who looked at him that he was not anything worth caring about. Nappa's father believed that growing up bald would not only give him a strikingly unique look, but would give him a chance among strangers to prove his intelligence -- and more importantly, his power. Nappa found himself very close to his father, though never showed it out of an assumption that his father would not care for, or approve of, such childish emotional attachment. This, among other relevant moments in his life, egged him into growing fonder of the other dominant political view of Planet Vegeta, the Reformist. His goal at that point was to rise in the Saiyan ranks as quickly as possible, and enter into one of the highly coveted jobs that monitored the internal affairs of the Empire. He would change the way his race treated each other, and he would do it the right way, however long it would take.
