Frieza VS Juch
"Ever the elusive character, she is," Juch let out a snort at the exchange of memes. Sometimes it was as simple as that, "Well, when she's in the neighborhood again, she'll make her presence known."
Yan — Today at 7:48 PM
“She’s just been working on more disaster relief projects and defensive capabilities to minimize damages versus any offensive. She said there’s too many headstrong people trying to do what they want with Earth, so the most she can do is keep it healthy,” he explained. “She did reach out to me when I came back to life.”
Juch — Today at 7:50 PM
"Mm," a slow nod as Juch cupped his cheek with his hand, "That makes sense. Much at the Academy got upgraded after that little scuffle, as well as elsewhere - so I understand that, especially for Earth. I'm surprised that West City still has people willing to live there after all this time; I'd have expected for the name to be cursed at this point."
"Oh? So then she has her ears close to the ground. How's your connection with her?"
Yan — Today at 7:54 PM
“Shallow,” Yan said with a shrug. “But she’s one of those people I naturally like and feel comfortable with even without much of a connection. I don’t really know if anything will develop again since we’re on very different paths unlike before, but there’s a sense she’s there if I need her, which is weird honestly.”
Juch — Today at 7:57 PM
"A rarity then; good. That's worth cherishing, even if the connection hasn't been restored yet," the android looked around, as if Bulma would spring up from the crowd at any moment, "Well, shall we? I'm curious to see what's in the back."
Yan — Today at 8:01 PM
“Onward ho~” Yan said, though they didn’t have far to go to just end up at the back of an ever growing line. “Oh, I wonder if they have something more high tech than a normal metal detector…I feel like that’s a little racist to androids these days…”
Juch — Today at 8:11 PM
"Quite a long queue," Juch murmured with a whistle; his form, while a bit taller than Yan, didn't have the natural height to see over many shoulders, "Anticipation is part of the fun, some may say."
He let out a small laugh afterwards, "Well, if they should shun even umbrellas, then in that sense I'm just a walking weapon. We'll get to it when we do and figure things out from there."
Earth always had the air of being low tech, despite many advancements they had made in the past, especially in terms of robotics - whether it was capsule corp or the elusive red ribbon army, "I suppose waiting in line is even worth it to you; the way you shun customs and all."
Yan — Today at 8:33 PM
“There’s camaraderie to this line,” Yan said raising his chin to the superiority before laughing. “I could skip the line but I’d feel bad for the people waiting fairly. Customs isn’t like that.”
