Alright, this will probably be unpopular, but I thought it might still be worth a shot.
How about we change the structure of contests to be based solely on the players and not the characters. Meaning that you don't get like up to 2 additional chance for stuff if you have an SS or TS because not everyone has the time nor the drive to write for more than one character. However, as a replacement, I'd say whenever you do win something, you as a player can actively choose which of your souls gets the prize...
Ofcourse, I do still support the additional subscriber contests, but with the same rules applying: meaning less rolls, but also a larger choice for the winners in case of SS/TS

There shouldn't be any situations where a player wins on more than 1 character, so the additional chances on second souls is simply to increase the amount of people who can win. Maybe this can be improved upon by rolling the second souls and tri-souls first. If anything, that would improve your chances of winning if you don't own a second soul, since someone can't win twice. I do believe the 2nd soul winners receive a lesser prize too, or at least that is how it used to be. If it's not that currently, maybe that should be reviewed. But I don't think there's anything wrong with wanting more people to win tbh.
