"I will ensure all the necessary precautions will be taken," Juch nodded in affirmation.
Regardless of what happened, he would want to remain a low profile on there. He may have a good relationship with Nelgae, but that may be the case for everyone else on Planet Frieza. All in all, it was better to be safe than sorry, "Take care, Nier. I'll see you then."
The call ended and with that, Juch headed off into his own ship. He had much to prepare for.
---
Three days later, on the dot, a new number engaged with the communication channel; while the name displayed as 'Xiraq', it was evidently clear that it was Juch. Should the line open, a garbled breathing would sound from the other end, as if someone was breathing through a gas mask, "...Ssshipment for one Mr. Nelgae from J," the voice spoke.

For once, Nier was on her cot in the ship, and was taking a nap of sorts. Highly unlikely, but she had been pretty busy in her preparations for Juch to be here with as little fanfare and as low a profile as possible. The one that answered was Nelgae. His antennae twitched a bit as he connected to the server with one of his shorter limbs as he wondered who it was. Xiraq was not a name that he was familiar with. "Yes?" He asked, before the gargled voice spoke up.
"Ah, I've been waiting. I am Nelgae," he wasn't sure, but if he recalled, Juch aws supposed to deliver it himself. His mandibles clicked audibly, even enough to be picked up, in anticipation. He had to eat sub par meat in the last few days, as he saved money to pay for this visit. As a grunt, he didn't make too much, and wouldn't do to stand out with his former Champion zeni.
"Port 3, hanger bay 7, I believe that is where you should land. When they ask for a code, it'll be-" He rattled off the code, but went slow enough that this person could write it down or memorize it. Another preparation from Nier. A nondescript bay, with a no-questions asked port authority guy. Or was he paid off to not care? The bug didn't know. He went to wake up Nier, while he had the Scouter on his head in case there was more to be said.

"I sssee," the garbled voice returned, as the scratching of a pencil on parchment could be heard.
If there was any surprise that it was Nelgae who picked up and not Nier, the caller didn't show it. Rather, the person on the other end listened carefully for the instructions.
Everything was prepared in order then. That should be simple enough and all he needed to do was to adjust the angle by a few degrees for an optimal path towards the port in question, "Nelgae, my essstimated time of arrival will be approxxximately half an hour. Ssshall I wait for you at the port or isss there a dessstination afterwardsss to head to?"

The bug thought for a moment, but they're wasn't any need to not welcome that person, right? The bug tapped on Nier's shoulder as he listened, before he answered in a calm tone, "I'll be meeting you there." It was easy enough to do so, after all.
With that in play, Nier woke up slowly from her nap as Nel turned back around and started to walk towards the door to his ship, practically his quarters in a way, as he added, "Don't forget to have that emblem on when exiting the ship, Mr Xi." It was likely Juch was still being overly cautious, but it wasn't like the bug blamed him for that.
Nier woke up and knew what it was lively shot. She looked in the mirror a moment and flopped back down for just a second as she muttered, "Still sleepy." She'd spent all night fixing that port attendant's attitude. She just hoped that the lady wasn't overly traumatized by the girl with azure hair.

Indeed, the forged badge was emphasized in their previous meeting; it would be foolish not to have it on hand. Fortunately, it wasn't too difficult to procure the designs off of the black market and manufacturing it was just as straightforward.
In terms of deception, it wasn't anything too roundabout, but even with Nelgae and Nier's help, it was still on foreign soil that he would enact such deception. And thus, he had to be prepared for the worst case scenario no matter what.
"Very good, I'll sssee you there," the voice coughed in response to Nelgae's answer before ending the call.
The journey over had been uneventful for the most part, thankfully. Planets of various sizes and colors danced in the distance as he maneuvered his space craft. The graceful arcs of space debris and asteroids danced past from a distance.
And soon, he indeed did have company; other ships zooming to and fro from the docks began to populate the outside, blotting out the stars with their own lights. At the very least, none of them gave him any trouble.
It took a short while, but the port in question was soon in view. The ship began the proper procedures to dock as the cloaked figure driving the ship caressed the insignia with a green clawed finger. (edited)

Indeed, it wasn't the best port or the best bay, but that's what made it the best place to have their little meet up. Since Juch wanted to keep things on the down low, this was for the best. Nelgae looked down at the port assistant and she seemed to tremble, though it wasn't until Nier looked at her. The bug tilted his head, but at the very least, he placed some extra Zeni in her hand. "You see, and hear, nothing."
She nodded her head, before Nier gave her the sweetest smile. That didn't help the lady's nerves, but they moved to the bay, maybe a minute before Juch said he'd arrive likely during the docking procedure.
Nel had his arms folded as Nier stood behind him, wondering what Juch chose too look like. From what Nel had said, it seemed that he was in a heavy disguise. Probably old habits dying hard.

As the ramp lowered with a soft hiss, revealing the vibrant green hues of the space port outside, the figure paused at the top, taking in the sights and sounds.
So this was Planet Frieza.
How quaint.
With a heavy cloak covering a gas mask, the man descended down the ramp with briefcase in tow, where the port attendant - skittish and trembling she was - as well as the towering figure of Nelgae and the smiling face of Nier was waiting.
The heavy breathing coming from the mask shone with the red glowing pin pricks where the eye holes were situated as the man turned to the attendant, wordlessly holding up the PTO emblem in his free hand - the sharp claws keeping a delicate touch on the badge so as to not scratch the cover.

The attendant looked over and almost jumped out of her skin, but that was just mostly thanks to Nier scaring the living pants off of her the night prior. At least that she shouldn't both their guest too much. She squeaked out, "Hiiieee- uhh, uh, I mean. Welcome to panet Frieza." She gave a nervous smile, before the woman nodded at the badge. "I've already received payment."
Nier spoke up and she nearly jumped out of her own skin, "Welcome Mr. Xi!" She rushed over and clasped his hand with the badge in it, before she started to drag at his hand, "C'mon, Master Nel said that we have a lot of work to finish up now that you're here!" The scientists and their like could look like this person, so it wasn't a stretch. Most likely.
Nelgae, for his part, unfolded his arms and looked down at the attendant, "Make sure no one goes near his ship." He held up an arm and a few sensory type insects slipped from Nier's outfit as they flittered about in the cold air without struggle. "We'll also be keeping an eye out here." A little squeak was heard before she nodded. Nel turned towards the cloaked man and motioned to follow as they would head ouyt into the cold weather, Nier almost attached to their guest.
