Nelgae: Combat Rune, Telepathic Link
Juch: Combat Rune, Guide: Lost Sparring Regime x2, Telepathic Link
Nelgae VS Juch
"I suppose if one would do well in crowds, there has to be not only a sense of coordination and synchronization amongst everyone, I believe there should be a degree of trust. Otherwise, it'd be difficult to execute maneuvers properly," the android tilted his head, "I suppose that wouldn't be possible if you just drag a bunch of strangers and put them together - not without drilling in a certain discipline in every single one."
Rei — Yesterday at 12:05 PM
The big nodded his head to that and pointed out, "It's more difficult for insect race, because some of them use chemicals for coordination among their own. And even then, that chemical may mean something different to another insect race, or even culture." The were layers to this, more than one might think.
Juch — Yesterday at 2:42 PM
"Ah, yes, the pheromones you had talked about before," the android cupped his chin in thought, "That would be rather important given your situation."
"Speaking of which, I remember us talking about some of those little friends," he continued, tilting his head towards the two; they had mentioned before of a combination of 'general' and 'custom' insects together if he remembered correctly, "Would it be a high cost to do?"
Rei — Yesterday at 3:11 PM
The insectoid nodded his head, so at lrast his android friend understood that much. Pheromones were one way, but there were a few other chemicals. They were just harder to explain, compared to the pheromones.
That said, he inquired about the friends that they's spoken of, and the girl grinned at him upside down, "They are ready for you," she replied. Nelgae may have worked a lot, but he was a wizard at training the bugs, and Nier did so while he was off at his job.
Juch — Yesterday at 3:22 PM
"Already? That is fast," Juch did the equivalent of a blink, a little spark of genuine surprise flashing across his features, "It was only three days - even with the amount of generations that you would have to go through...that's very impressive."
He looked over to the upside down girl, "I assume they're currently...elsewhere?'
Rei — Yesterday at 3:30 PM
Elsewhere was relative, but she giggled, "We won't have to go anywhere special to have 'em over." Her reply was a bit cryptic, but it should shine a light as to why they were so calm here as well.
Nel looked between them and blinked, before he placed a hand to his chin. "We always have the general kinds around. For my species, we are able to...accelerate...that kind of growth in extreme circumstances." The mechanics behind it were a little complex, but since they were here to eat, he decided not to get into the details.
Juch — Yesterday at 3:59 PM
"I thought as much," Juch's fingers began drumming on the table cloth, a muted percussion compared to the wooden tapping from the tavern experience before, "I didn't see any containers or such on your person."
He made a point to tilt his head around the table before looking back with a smile, "That is an interesting factoid. I'll keep that in mind for the future."
Rei — Yesterday at 4:23 PM
Well, that was true and false. The containers never existed in the first place. She smiled lightly before she placed a finger to her mouth. One of the insects peaked out from her palm, before it vanished again. "Can't let em out here, these guys would notice and kill them."
Not even Nelgae knew that, but he suspetced that these people kept such a fine establishment pest free. Though he wouldn't call these tools pests, most organic beings would. "Simply part of our mutual partnership," Nel said with that grinning look in his eye.
